Greetings iMedDo congregation! Last month we took a deep dive on vitamin D the sunshine vitamin. In the interim, I had multiple people ask me questions about using the iMedDo detox system to detox microplastics, and it got me thinking about how the main way plastics break down is from sun exposure which is called photo-degradation. But many plastics contain not just carbon-carbon bonds, but also carbon-halogen bonds, and the more halogenated they are the more resistant to breaking down and the more toxic they are. It’s these halogenated microplastics that are the most toxic because the more halogenated they are the more lipophillic they are which causes them to bioaccumulate and biomagnify making them a threat not just to humans but the whole eco-system. Recently in the news there has been a lot of buzz about the most toxic halogenated microplastics called PFAS/PUFAS which contain many atoms of the most toxic halogen of all fluorine. Because iodine and gold in the iMedDo detox system used with silver are invaluable for detoxing fluorine atoms, the iMedDo detox system is invaluable for microplastics detox, and I want to take a sermon this month to meditate on microplastics detox in detail, as I know this is an issue on the minds of many people, and there aren’t many solutions out there besides the iMedDo detox system for dealing with this major microplastic health problem. Because microplastics can get in the brain, they are a threat to your spiritual as well as physical well being, and microplastics detox is an important part of your spiritual journey as you can’t mediate or pray very well if you can’t think clearly when your brain is fogged up with not so fantastic plastic like a Barbie doll!
WHAT ARE MICROPLASTICS?

Formally, a microplastic would be a plastic in the micrometer size range, but the word microplastic can also just generally mean small pieces of plastic with a wide variety of small sizes. Plastics are polymers of carbon atoms which when broken down into very small pieces from photo-degradation (exposure to sunshine) turn into smaller and smaller pieces that can get into the environment and bioaccumulate and biomagnify up the food chain causing all sorts of environment and health problems. Because the occurrence of microplastics in the environment is a relatively new thing, only in the last 80 years or so (since 1940’s with big jump in 1970’s) with no signs of stopping, the deleterious effects of microplastics on the environment, on animals and on human health is also relatively new where we simply don’t know yet the full extent of how bad this could be. So let’s look into it and see what we can see. My overarching hypothesis is that plastics with just hydrocarbon chains are relatively non-toxic, whereas the plastics with carbon ring structures &/or halogens are generally toxic which will explain in this episode.
PLASTICS BY THE RECYCLING NUMBERS

Looking at the most commonly recycled plastics, we see #1 PET (polyethylene terephthalate)/(polyester), #2 HDPE (high density polyethylene), #3 PVC (polyvinyl chloride), #4 LDPE (low density polyethylene), #5 PP (polypropylene), #6 PS (polystyrene), #7 PC (Polycarbonate). Of these, my local recycling center only accepts #1 and #2, and it’s an important non-trivial point that plastic #2 is much more safe than plastic #1, and thus I will discuss in this episode that one of the best things you can do concerning microplastics is to try to shift to using less plastic #1, (& 3,6,7) replacing it with more plastic #2, (or 4, 5)when you need plastic. Because most of (estimated to be about 90% of) human plastic exposure comes from drinking from plastic bottles, the best way to reduce microplastics is to try to stop drinking fluids from plastic containers. Most of the clear plastic bottles are #1 you should avoid, and most popular one gallon milk jugs are #2 are safe since HDPE not PET.
GREEN “SAFE” PLASTICS
My overarching hypothesis is that plastics with just hydrocarbon chains should be relatively non-toxic. Plastics #2,4, HDPE, LDPE (high density and low density polyethylene), and #5, PP (polypropylene), are just that, hydrocarbon chains, and as I predicted, they are non-toxic.

YELLOW “USE WITH CAUTION” PLASTICS ARE STILL HIGHLY TOXIC!

Looking at the structures of the “Use with Caution” and “Avoid” plastics from the recycling chart, Plastics #1 PET and #7 PC both have 6 carbon benzene-like ring structures, and thus my prediction is that they will be toxic because benzene and similar benzoate are known carcinogens.

GOLD DETOXES BENZENE-LIKE MICROPLASTICS IN THE BRAIN
When these microplastics break down and release these benzene-like carbon ring structures, they are very toxic. Note the similarity of both PET and PC microplastics to known toxic food preservative sodium benzoate:

I mention this because I have personal first hand experience with how to detox benzoate, with gold, and because of this, I believe I have some insider knowledge on how to detox these benzene-like microplastics with gold as well. When I eat foods with any even the smallest amount of benzoate in them (food labelled as containing sodium benzoate or potassium benzoate as a preservative ingredient), I get an immediate headache where brain lets me known immediately that I’ve been poisoned. To make it go away I do three drops of NeuGold nano-colloidal food grade gold under my tongue and the headache goes away in under 3 minutes or if I put the gold in water and drink goes away in under 15 min. Because of this, I have known that NeuGold is effective for detoxing benzoate for many years now, and thus I have good reason believe it’s also good for detoxing benzene ring containing microplastics like PET and PC in the brain as well.
PET & PC MIMIC CHOLESTEROL BASED STEROID HORMONES AS XENOESTROGENS
But what happens to these benzene-like microplastics when you don’t have any gold in your system? Because of their lipophillicity, they get lodged in cell membranes making them more stiff, and the body will attempt to use the benzene-like rings to make more cholesterol to counteract.

Whether or not benzene-like microplastics interefere with cholesterol or not, they definitely interfere with cholesterol derived steroid hormones. In particular it is known and confirmed that both PET and PC microplastics imitate the steriod hormone estrogen.
Sure enough both PET and PC microplastics are confirmed xenoestrogens.

CAN OUR SKIN BREAK DOWN MICROPLASTICS?
Besides interfering with sex hormones, also it is expected in my opinion that these benzene-like microplastics can get caught up in other cholesterol derived pathways such as the vitamin D pathway.
The body has a fascinating way of cracking 6 carbon rings of cholesterol derived compound in fat tissue in the skin using sunshine in the vitamin D pathway.

And so I have to wonder if our skin can also use sunshine to break apart and detox microplastics? I think it probably can! Also I think the vitamin D pathway which I talked about in last month’s episode on Vitamin D gives some valuable insight into how the body likely handles benzene-like 6 carbon ring microplastics like PET and PC. Just as lipophillic 7-dehydrocholesterol is activated in the fat cells of the skin and then goes to liver and kidney for hydroxylations to become more oxidized, I suspect the body might use a similar pathway for breaking down the lipophillic carbon ring microplastics. It is known that microplastics distribute all over the body including skin, liver and kidney and brain. I suspect that iron, copper and gold are used as catalysts for hydroxylation reactions where the benzene-like ring structures of the microplastics are given (-OH groups) and as such like in vitamin D pathway that vitamin C or some other anti-oxidant is very beneficial for microplastic detox to facilitate this (key finding of vitamin D article is that you need vitamin C to make vitamin D for the hydroxylase parts of the D activation). You should be taking iodine and vitamin C daily, iodine from iMedDo detox system with silver and gold, and vitamin C from eating an orange. Once the micropastics carbon ring is hydroxylated in liver or kidney, it makes it easy for the body to add glucose (glycosylation) to make the lipophillic microplastic molecules more hydrophillic so that they can eventually exit out the urine.
MICROPLASTICS DETOX IN 4 WEEKS OR LESS
Based on a recent science article on microplastics (Huang 2025), it is expected that it takes about 4 weeks for 5 micron sized microplastics to exit out of the brain & body, and smaller sized ones clear the body faster. Even though this study was done in mice it is likely similar for humans, and gives us a good goal of detoxing microplastics faster than 4 weeks where using iMedDo detox system I expect the detox will be significantly faster than that.
The study indicates that microplastics can enter the brain in even 30 minutes of ingestion. As I talked about earlier, my experience is that colloidal gold can detox benzene-like ring toxins in the brain in only 3-15 minutes from making sodium benzoate headache go away that fast. And so, I predict that benzene-like microplastics in the brain can be detoxed much faster using gold, possibly only in a few days or less, nowhere near the 4 weeks expected when not using gold. I’d love to do the study myself, but I don’t have the half a million dollars necessary, but if anyone would like to donate let me know. In the above study they used the same spectroscopy technique I learned in graduate school (2 photon spectroscopy), so if someone wants to donate me a laser I’m game =). The problem with doing any research on a supplement is that then they try to call it a drug, so in a way, it’s almost better that we don’t and keep gold as a readily available health supplement. Gold is a miracle, and I’m comfortable guaranteeing that if you use the iMedDo detox system you will be able to detox microplastics much faster than 4 weeks. In the study they used PS (polystyrene) which is also a benzene-ring microplastic, and so I think the gold detox which works well for benzene-like microplastics applies to the one used in the study PS, as well as for PET and PC microplastics.
DOUBLE ZENOESTROGENS
PET and PC are both double xenoestrogens. PET from antimony heavy metal, and PC from BPA poisoning.:
PET IS A DOUBLE XENOESTROGEN: ANTIMONY OR TITANIUM HEAVY METAL
Plastic #1 PET polyethylene terephthalate is worse than I realized. On top of leeching xenoestrogen phthlate benzene-like carbon ring structures, it can also leech out antimony (Sb) or titanium (Ti) heavy metals. We don’t see these metals in the plastic structure, but they are used as catalysts (typically antimony sometimes titanium instead) in making the PET, and thus the PET plastic can have these heavy metals contained in the plastic that can leech out over time.
PC IS A DOUBLE XENOESTROGEN: BPA POISONING
Plastic #7 PC polycarbonate is also worse than I realized. On top of being toxic from its xenoestrogen ring structure, it also leeches toxic BPA (Bisphenol A) which is also a xenoestrogen. BPA is used in making PC and PC plastic and microplastic can absorb and leech BPA over time. BPA used to be used in the liners of many food cans, but fortunately now many products are “BPA free” which means they stopped using PC plastic and use something safer instead. Make sure your BPA free plastic is HDPE (plastic #2 a safe plastic) not PET (plastic #1) as PET is just as toxic as PC (plastic #7) and its BPA as is also a xenoestrogen and PET plastic #1 has added antimony heavy metal xenoestrogen as well. It’s a sad world we live in as even some BPA free cans are even more toxic than with BPA as some of them use Plastic #3 (PVC) which is even more toxic than either Plastic #1 or #7! Now that you are learning about microplastic types you can hopefully make more informed decisions about your food and beverage containers. Don’t be fooled by BPA free label, if they not using BPA make sure is a less toxic not a more toxic plastic!
RED “AVOID” PLASTICS
Plastic #3 Polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) and Plastic #6 Polysterene (PS) are toxic and should be avoided but for different reasons. PS is toxic because like PET & PC it also has a carbon ring structure, and PVC is toxic because it halogenated with chlorine atoms.

PS benzene-like carbon ring structure and is toxic for same reasons discussed earlier.
PS, plastic #6 is generally considered to be non-biodegradable, though there are some worms and bacteria that can break it down very slowly. The styrene monomer from whence PS is made is a carcinogen. PS is or was used in a lot of fast food containers and is extra toxic if you put it in the microwave as melts into styrene. PS microplastics are toxic to human health and can cause reproductive problems, cancer, and heart damage.
PVC, plastic #3 is very different than all the other toxic recyclable plastics. Unlike Plastic #1, 3, 6, 7) which are toxic because they have a carbon ring structure, PVC is toxic for a different reason, because it is halogenated with a chlorine atom in its repeating carbon backbone structure resulting in a whole lot of chlorine atoms (see green atoms on ball and stick model below).

Additionally, many PVC plastics had additional toxic additives mixed into the plastic for the finished product most notably the highly toxic PCBs which are now internationally banned since 2001 for their highly carcinogenic activity. Note that PCBs meet my general guideline of being toxic for having a carbon ring structure though PVC itself is toxic from halogenation not ring structure.

Even without PCBs, PVC is still plenty toxic where the halogen toxicity. Beware certain “BPA free” food cans which have replaced the BPA with even more toxic PVC plastic. The excessive amount of chlorine halogen in PVC requires much iodine nutrient halogen to detox.
Another toxic additive to PVC that is still in use is pthalate plasticizer which is added in some formulas to make it more flexible. Pthalate is as we previously discussed with PET plastic, a carbon ring structure which is a xenoestrogen. I agree avoid PVC as you don’t know what all kind of poisons are in there, but you can be assured of the halogen endocrine disruption at least (chlorine will disrupt iodine nutrient used in thyroid hormones for energy), and it might also have estrogen hormone disrupting pthalate xenoestrogen as well. Definitely avoid PVC plastic for use in any food or beverage uses. I wouldn’t even drink water run through a PVC pipe either. I remember as a child helping my aunt Judy run PVC pipe to get water to her horses, something I would never recommend now that I know more about PVC. PVC was used in making terrible medical gloves that would give people contact dermatitis and were useless for stopping most chemical spills, and people would have allergies to other toxins in the PVC like BPA (Bisphenol A) & BIT (Benzisothiazolinone) additives. There are a large number of PVC formulations with a wide variety of additional toxic additives, so best to just avoid PVC altogether for sure. My main concern is that we are still being poisoned with PVC unbeknownst to us as is still used in some canned food liners. Beware the “BPA free” plastic that now contains PVC instead which is even worse than BPA! If is a plastic is BPA free on your food that is good so long as was replaced by a less toxic plastic like HDPE, LDPE or PP instead. Some PVC microplastics contain lead heavy metal poisoning as well. The iMedDo detox system is very important for PVC detox because its excellent at detoxing chlorine and lead, and giving the body the energy and anti-oxidants it needs to detox carbon ring microplastics as well as halogenated microplastics like PVC.
HALOGENATED MICROPLASTICS HAVE INCREASED TOXICITY
Increased halogenation of microplastics give them increased toxicity. Additionally, the halogen chlorine is less toxic than bromine is less toxic than fluorine where fluorine is the most toxic halogen of all.
FLUORIDE HALOGENATED MICROPLASTICS (PFAS) ARE THE WORST
A infamously bad microplastic was the coating on non-stick cookware called Teflon which was made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).

Each individual fluorine atom is toxic, and microplastic made of so many fluorine atoms is extra toxic. The toxicity of fluorine is because it inteferes with iodine nutrient and disrupts calcium in the body where calcium is usedin 16,000+ known pathways. Fluorine is an endocrine disrupter where it will disrupt the body’s energy systems controlled at the thyroid disrupting both iodine containing thyroid hormones, and by disrupting calcium functions of the thyroid as fluorine atoms as fluoride binds insolubly to calcium, disrupting calcium Ca2+ ions in the body.
PTFE microplastic is toxic because of its fluorine content, and there was also a fluoride containing acid used to make it which is infamously toxic known as PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) which is now banned because of its high carcinogenicity.

PFOA is a type of (per and poly fluoridated alkyl substance) known as PFAS which is a class of fluorine containing persistent chemicals of major health concern.
BIOACCUMULATION & BIOMAGNIFICATION
Because of their high halogenation with the most toxic halogen fluorine, the PFAS are highly bioaccumlative and can biomagnify in the environment resulting in damage to higher trophic levels. PVC microplastic because of its high chlorine is also highly bioaccumulative. For bioaccumulation think about a fish, like if a fish is swimming in waters contaminated with PFAS it will absorb into the fatty tissues of the fish, this is called bioaccumulation. For biomagnification, think about an eagle eating the fish. The concentration of the PFAS in the eagle can be much higher than the PFAS level in the individual fish or the water the fish swims because the eagle eats a lot of fish and the PFAS magnify in the fatty tissues of the eagle. This is called biomagnification. Biomagnification is the amplification of toxins at higher trophic levels, or the way I like to say it is that biomagnification is the increased concentrations of toxins up the food chain. PFAS because of their high halogenation have high lipophillicity and thus high bioaccumulation, which results in high biomagnification. PFAS are a major concern for human health as fluorine and fluoride is being found even in mother’s breast milk now where its not supposed to be (breastmilk is supposed to contain iodine not fluorine).
SUMMARY OF TYPES OF MICROPLASTICS TOXICITY
In this episode we have looked in detail at 8 different types of plastics, the 7 that have recycling symbols (PET, HDPE, PVC, LDPE, PP, PS, PC), and the PFAS plastic PTFE as well. From what we have seen we can summarize all the plastics into two different groups the safe plastics (HDPE, LDPE, PP), and the toxic plastics (PET, PVC, PS, PC, PTFE).
RING VERSUS HALOGEN TOXICITY
And of the toxic plastics we can split them into two groups for why they are toxic, the ones that are toxic because they have benzene-like carbon ring structures (PET, PS, PC), and the ones that are toxic because they are halogenated (PVC, PTFE).
MICROPLASTICS CAN HARBOR BACTERIAL BIOFILMS
All microplastics, even the safe ones, can serve as surfaces upon which bacterial biofilms can grow. Microplastics are now thought to be of of the primary reasons for the spread of so many antibiotic resistant bacteria like E.coli. The counter to drug resistant bacteria is food grade colloidal silver. NeuSilver in iMedDo detox system breaks down bacteria cell walls, disrupting bacteria biofilms making it easier for the body to detox microplastics, and keeps microplastics aggregation from sheltering infection from our body’s immune system.
MOST TOXIC PLASTIC AWARD GOES TO PET
Of the toxic microplastics, they are all bad, but one stands above the rest as being the most hazardous to human health for the most number of humans is PET plastic #1. Although listed as a “use with caution” yellow, I would reclassify it as a red “avoid” plastic, and also rank it higher in danger even than PTFE even though PTFE is more toxic on a absolute basis because of the fluoride. The reason is that 90% of the microplastics in humans comes from the bottled water and beverages we drink. And of the plastics used to bottle things, the two most prevalent are plastic #1 and plastic #2 where plastic #1 is SIGNIFICANTLY more toxic than plastic #2, so of all the plastics we discussed if a plastic is wrecking your health it is most likely to be PET plastic. So stop drinking beverages in plastic #1 containers. Join me in boycotting PET plastic for beverages. I know it’s not easy as PET containers are so common, but now that we know its a double xenoestrogen which is giving us both benzene-like ring & antimony or titanium heavy metal poisoning when we could be using safe plastic #2 instead, can we really afford not to stop using it?
HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PET & HDPE CONTAINERS
Learn to quickly identify the difference between toxic PET plastic beverage containers and safe HDPE plastic containers. Can you tell the difference? Typically the clear containers are the toxic PET though they can be colorized , and typically the more opaque containers like the standard 1 gallon milk or water jug is made of the safe HDPE plastic.

But the only sure way to tell the difference is to look at the recycling symbols on the bottom of the plastic containers and if it says #1 is PET, if #2 is HDPE.

IS SAFE REALLY SAFE?
Keep in mind that even the safe HDPE plastic can leech microplastics but at least they are not toxic microplastics. Even non-toxic microplastics can still have some toxicity in the sense that they can clog up arteries and serve as scaffolds for bacterial biofilms. But still it’s much more safe to drink your beverages from HDPE than it is to drink for PET beverage containers, so heed my advice and try to cut out your PET containers. I’d much rather drink from an HDPE container than a PET container now that I known PET is a xenoestrogen and a double xenoestrogen with the antimony heavy metal leeching from it.
BPA FREE PLASTIC BOTTLE SCAM
It’s great that many food and beverage bottlers have gone away from using toxic BPA. Unfortunately, unless they are instead using HDPE, LDPE, or PP, one of the safe plastics then the the “BPA free” plastic if it is PVC or PC can be even more toxic than the BPA.
WHY IMEDDO DETOX SYSTEM IS CRITICAL FOR MICROPLASTICS DETOX

I now realize that I’ve accidentally been poisoning myself a lot with PET microplastics, but I didn’t notice because I’m using the iMedDo detox system which uses iodine which breaks apart carbon polymers, gold which breaks apart benzene ring structures, and silver which protects me from microplastic bacterial biofilms, so the plastic poisoning hasn’t been noticeable. Fortunately, now that I known more about plastic types and their toxicity, I can take the steps to get rid of PET plastic out of my life and can expect even greater health as my body has more energy from not having expend iodine energy to detox antimony heavy metal & PET benzene ring structures. If I hadn’t been using iMedDo I would have experienced a drop in my T levels (testosterone) from the xenoestrogen effects of the PET microplastics in my system including having antimony heavy metal poisoning. If I hadn’t been using NeuGold, I would likely have much more brain fog and lower IQ too low to write this article, and without NeuSilver, I would never be able to survive as super-bugs living on the microplastics would have wrecked my health. The key to detoxing microplastic is to give your body plenty of energy and anti-oxidants, and taking the iMedDo detox system with NeuIodine nascent iodine is the ultimate key.
NEUIODINE
NeuIodine is nascent iodine which is energized molecular iodine. The iMedDo detox system revolves around NeuIodine which is the heavy lifter when it comes to detoxing anything be it halogen, heavy metal or microplastic. Iodine is critical for detoxing halogens, and is a must have for detoxing any halogenated microplastics like PVC or PTFE or any sort of PFAS, the hardest to detox microplastics which contain fluoride can get stuck in tissues and never detox without iodine. The body is designed to use iodine for carbon ring structures, and iodine can readily detox both halogenated microplastics, carbon ring structure microplastics, and regular carbon chain microplastics with ease. The only problem with doing iodine alone is that iodine is not anti-inflammatory. In fact as you detox poisons like microplastics with iodine they can cause damage on the way out and you have to use dose ramping like is done with iMedDo detox system. By using NeuIodine with NeuGold & NeuSilver, you protect your brain and body from microplastics as they come out. NeuIodine detoxes calcium fluoride crystals in the brain and blood and all the tissues which is particularly important for microplastics detox as it clears up the blood vessels and capillaries from plaques which helps keep the microplastic particles from getting stuck. Without iodine, halogenated microplastics have amplified toxicity, and with iodine, they can be detoxed readily provided you protect your body with anti-inflammatory silver and gold as well. General uses of iodine are for thyroid, breast cancer, halogen and heavy metal detox and vaccine detox. Iodine is also full body germicidal and anti-parasite, and iodine is used for detoxing the third eye and spiritual connection with God/Goddess. Considered the female nutrient, it’s also critically important for men as well though women use double. Iodine stimulates intelligence, and has too many uses beyond the scope of this article.
NEUGOLD
The microplastics with benzene-like six carbon rings (PET, PS, PC) can break down into benzene and benzoate toxins that hurt your brain unless you are using gold. NeuGold is food grade nano-colloidal gold ~10 nm in size 50 ppm concentration. You use 1 drop a day normally, but if you known you’ve been exposed to something like if you get a microplastic or sodium benzoate headache do 3 drops under the tongue. Normally you just combine your NeuGold and NeuSilver in water and drink. You can largely negate the toxicity of drinking out of PET plastic if you add a drop of NeuGold but avoid PET when you can. Gold like iodine can also aid in fluoride detox and assists in detoxing halogenated microplastics. Colloidal gold releases monoatomic gold and each atom of gold can detox 3 molecules of fluoride. However, when dealing with a super fluoridated microplastic like a PFAS, because it has so many fluorides, you also need the NeuIodine. By taking NeuIodine and NeuGold together in iMedDo detox system you get the maximum detox for halogenated microplastics, and for ring toxic microplastics as well. Gold is critical to have when dealing with any of the toxic microplastics. Also gold is the direct antidote to lead poisoning which can occur from PC microplastics, and gold is a general anti-inflammatory in the brain which helps protect against all microplastics. Gold is also important for liver detox of microplastics. Gold assists body to get energy by unblocking calcium, magnesium and zinc pathways from heavy metal suppression. Gold has anti-viral and ant-cancer properties. General uses of gold are for anxiety, mood, depression, rheumatoid arthritis, high copper toxicity, and Parkinson’s and dementia, alcohol and drug detox and spiritual amplification. Gold is the God nutrient which has many uses beyond the scope of this article.
NEUSILVER
NeuSilver is food grade nano-colloidal silver ~10 nm size and 100 ppm concentration. It’s used in the iMedDo detox system as a full body anti-inflammatory that protects from poisons including microplastics and microplastic related heavy metals. Silver is the ultimate anti-germicidal which has antiviral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. All three iodine, silver and gold are anti-cancer which is important for dealing with toxic microplastics which are all carcinogenic. Silver is particularly good at killing bacteria even drug resistant superbugs, and this is its most valuable property when dealing with microplastics since bacteria can form biofilms on the microplastics. Silver is important for protecting the kidney from microplastic damage as microplastics are excreted in the urine. Silver has many uses beyond the scope of this article both scientific, spiritual, and dare I say downright magical as silver is an ancient symbol of medicine itself.
VITAMIN C & SUNSHINE
Besides getting daily iodine, silver and gold for microplastic detox, the best thing you can do is to get daily vitamin C and sunshine.
MULTIVITAMINS
Be sure to eat healthy and hydrate from non-fluoridated non-microplastic water. If you are worried you are not getting enough nutrients from your food and are looking for a good multivitamin I recommend the Power Source Once which is available along with iMedDo Detox System on the iMedDo webstore.
HOW I GOT MICROPLASTICS OUT OF MY LIFE WITH 4 EASY STEPS
1). Look at your water bottle. Mine was a toxic plastic #7 PC (polycarbonate) which was leeching xenoestrogens and possibly lead. I threw it away and got a glass water bottle. Yes glass is fragile, but it’s better than poisoning yourself. If you have to use a plastic water bottle make sure it is plastic #2 HDPE (or LDPE, or PP) not plastic #1 PET. If bottle is clear it’s likely #1 or #7 a toxic plastic as plastic #2 is typically opaque. When switching to glass make sure is non-leaded glass.
2). Look at your water storage. I use excellent natural spring water which I store in 5 gallon jugs and 1 gallon jugs. My 1 gallon milk jugs are safe plastic #2, but I found out my 5 gallon jugs are toxic PET and now I’m looking for non-toxic replacements.
3). Check for Acids. If you store any acidic liquids like soda, orange juice, lemon juice or vinegar, it’s critical that you check to make sure is not being stored in a PET container. Even if doesn’t get hot, acids leech toxins faster. Carbonated sodas contain carbonic acid, orange juice & lemon juice contains citric acid, and vinegar is acetic acid. Apple cider vinegar also has malic acid from the apples which can absorb and leech antimony heavy metal from PET container. Looking in my pantry. I was horrified to see that I did have some Apple cider vinegar being stored in PET plastic, so I quickly moved it to a glass container.

4) Check your cutting board. I have a rolling table top cutting board made of plastic. Which plastic type I don’t know, and the microplastic risk isn’t worth it using it for chopping as I now realize I was likely getting a lot of microplastics into my food by chopping on it. I’m now going back to a wooden cutting board.
CONCLUSION
If you focus on getting rid of the PET plastic in your drinking containers you can get rid of the majority of microplastics problem. When you use the iMedDo detox system you don’t really have to worry about micro-plastic toxicity of any sort as you are protected from halogens, heavy metals, and the microplastic benzene-like ring toxicity, and superbugs from microplastic biofilms. PET is so widely used that it’s hard to avoid it sometimes, so be sure to put a drop of NeuSilver and NeuGold in the water bottle before you drink to negate toxicity if you can’t avoid. Do your daily NeuIodine and focus also on getting daily vitamin C and sunshine, and your body will detox microplastics faster than you absorb them is the goal. I see now that I’ve been accidentally poisoning myself with PET microplastics for a long time now, and am so happy that I didn’t let the antimony heavy metal and xenoestrogens in PET wreck my health, and it’s all thanks to the iMedDo detox system. Now I’m excited to stop drinking from all PET containers because it will take stress off my body having to waste energy to detox so that I’ll have even more energy & be even more resistant to other poisons. It’s hard to avoid all the secret poisons in the food water and air, even when we do our best to avoid them, so join me in being in a constant state of detox and together we will make the world a more healthy place.
