Greetings iMedDo Congregation! I hope you are all having a wonderful summer! For this month’s sermon I’ve got a very special and exciting episode on the element Titanium which is named after the Titans of Greek Mythology because of its strength & durability. This article is the third and final part in a Microplastics Detox cycle, where after writing about plastic, I realized I also needed to write about both antimony and titanium detox to get a full understanding of the toxins leeching from PET plastic containers. I wrote about antimony detox last month, and so now it’s time to tackle titanium! Tackling a Titan is not so easy, but I’m up for the challenge! No I’m not talking about the Tennessee Titan’s football team, we are talking about detoxing the element Titanium! Titanium is also often found in medical implants for bone strength, and golfers are familiar with titanium driving irons. In this episode we will confirm that titanium is a toxic heavy metal, what effects it has on the body such as finger nail & memory problems, and how to detox it using the iMedDo detox system, skin detox protocols and enhanced vitamin regimin. In the appendix we will look at the Titans of Greek religion invoked by Titanium meditation where I will reveal the secrets of the Titanness Mnemosyne, the Goddess of Memory, for how titanium detox can restore brain function & defeat dementia, and Titaness connection to Ancient Egypt, Gold, & Christianity! Enjoy!
WHAT IS TITANIUM?

Titanium (Ti) is element #22 on the periodic table.

Titanium (Ti #22) is in the d-block of Period 4 [Row 4] in between Scandium (Sc) #21 and Vanadium (V) #23. Titanium is in Group 4 [Column 4] along with Zirconium (Zr #40), Hafnium (Hf #72), and Rutherfordium (Rf #104). Neither Scandium, Titanium nor any of Titanium’s group 4 buddies are considered nutrients nor have an biological roles. However many of the other d-block elements including Titanium’s neighbor Vanadium are considered trace element nutrients for human health. Vanadium and Chromium are trace elements involved with blood sugar that I haven’t written about yet, but you can find iMedDo articles available for Manganese, Iron, Cobalt, Nickel, Copperm and Zinc all of Titanium’s other d-block row buddies which are all important nutrients for humans except for Nickel which is a toxic heavy metal for humans but important for certain other lower life forms like certain plants, bacteria, fungi and archea. Titanium element #22 bucks the general trend that most elements <#34 are nutrients as titanium is not a nutrient is a toxic heavy metal as titanium has no known biological uses in nature.
Titanium is only found naturally as titanium oxide, most commonly as as titanium dioxide (TiO2), which looks like a white powder that can be used in pigments. Titanium oxides can be refined into a pure Ti metal which is silvery in color which looks similar to steel.

Titanium is a a transition metal. Titanium is known for its good corrosion resistance and strength to density ratio. Pure titanium metal oxidizes immediately on contact with air forming a passivization layer preventing further oxidation. Titanium is the 9th most abundant element in the earth’s crust (0.63% by mass), and is commonly found in minerals as titanium dioxide TiO2 (anatase, brookite, rutile), iron titanium oxide FeTiO3 (illmenite), and calcium titanium oxide CaTiO3 (perovskite) & calcium titanium silica oxide CaTiSiO5 (sphene).
Of these I’ve heard of rutile in rutilated quartz, didn’t realize that was titanium there, and I’ve also heard of sphene as make a pretty gemstone my wife likes. I also learned that star sapphires & rubies get their asterism (star-forming shine) from the presence of titanium dioxide impurities. My aunt Judy was a rockhound, an I remember getting a star ruby as a gift one Christmas which I now know contained some titanium!
Titanium is very abundant on the moon as rocks brought back from the Apollo 17 mission contained 12.1% titanium dioxide TiO2. Titanium has five stable isotopes: 46Ti, 47Ti, 48Ti, 49Ti, 50Ti where 48Ti is the most abundant.
Titanium in (IV) [Ti4+] oxidation state is known as titanate.
An important form of man-made titanate salt which has some high tech uses is barium titanate (BaTiO3) which exhibits piezoelectric properties and is used as a transducer in the interconversion of sound & electricity.
TITANIUM IS LIGHT METAL USED FOR AIRCRAFT
Titanium has a relatively low atomic number and low average atomic mass 47.87 amu, so it’s not such a heavy metal in the chemistry sense. The density of titanium (4.5 g/cm) is higher than that of aluminum (2.7 g/cm) but less than of steel (8 g/cm) making titanium useful as a tough but lightweight armor. Titanium is a “light” metal like aluminum useful for aircraft but is much tougher. But titanium is also a “heavy” i.e. toxic metal in the nutrition sense. Titanium is both a light metal in the chemistry sense and a heavy metal in the nutrition sense.

TITANIUM IS A TOXIC HEAVY METAL
Titanium is a “heavy metal” in the nutrition sense because it is a toxic metal. To confirm that titanium is toxic see the featured science article Kim 2019 which is a general review of titanium toxicity:
FEATURED SCIENCE ARTICLE
Kim et al. General review of titanium toxicity. Int J Implant Dent. 2019 Mar 11;5(1):10.
Fortunately, titanium heavy metal toxicity is much less toxic than many other heavy metals like mercury and lead. Because titanium metal such as used in implants can form a oxidized passivization layer making it corrosion resistant, titanium is often touted as “inert and biocompatible” by implant sellers a claim which is greatly exaggerated as over time titanium ions can leech, build up in tissues and cause toxicity.
According to the featured science review article Kim 2019, “Numerous studies reported the presence and toxicity of TiO2 nanoparticle in both animal models and cultured human cell.” So titanium is definitely toxic!
SOURCES OF TITANIUM EXPOSURE
The main sources of titanium toxicity that I’m currently aware of are titanium ions leaking from medical implants, titanium exposure from titanium dioxide containing sunscreens, exposure from titanium leaking from PET plastic containers, and golfers might also experience a small amount of titanium exposure from playing with titanium golf clubs.
TITANIUM TOXICITY
Titanium poisoning affects the lungs, skin, liver, kidney and brain. The most obvious effects are the skin and nails turning yellow, and the most obvious effects of long term titanium poisoning are memory deficit problems.
TITANIUM AFFECTS KERATIN IN THE SKIN
According to Kim 2019, Titanium can cause keratin cysts. Keratin is a protein found in hair, nails, hooves, horns, & outer layer of skin in vertebrates. Keratin dysfuntion caused by titanium in humans is readily seen as yellow fingernail syndrome.
YELLOW NAIL SYNDROME
Titanium leaking from the implants or other sources causes the finger nails to turn yellow from keratin cysts.

TITANIUM DISRUPTS MULTIPLE ORGANS: LIVER, KIDNEY, SPLEEN & LUNGS
The titanium toxicity review article Kim 2019 confirms that titanium toxicity can disrupt not only skin keratin, but also can disrupt both the liver & kidney and even other organs the lungs and spleen:
“Wang et al. [26] reported the injury in the liver (hydropic degeneration around the central vein in the liver and spotty necrosis of the hepatocyte) and kidneys (the BUN level was increased with pathologic renal changes) after oral administration with large dose (5 g/kg body) of different sizes of TiO2 particles (25, 80, and 155 nm). The biodistribution examinations also showed predominant accumulation in the liver, kidney, spleen, and lungs of TiO2, which indicated the ability of TiO2 be transported to other organs after oral intake.” [Excerpt from Kim 2019].
TITANIUM CAN CAUSE LEUKEMIA, ANEMIA & WEAKNESS
Titanium leaking from implants can also potentially cause leukemia, anemia and weakness:
“The potential risks of TiO2 accumulation in the body have been followed by reports of metal debris from titanium prosthesis wear. According to Engh et al.’s report [44], the accumulation of metal debris such as titanium, aluminum, and vanadium was found in the bone marrow of two patients who had implanted joints in the iliac. One of the two patients was diagnosed with leukocytopenia, anemia, and general weakness.” [Excerpt from Kim 2019].
TITANIUM ALLERGY WITH SYMPTOMS OF ECZEMA & BONE DISRUPTION
Titanium leakage can cause titanium allergy symptoms such as eczema & bone disruption:
“Allergic reactions to titanium materials have also been reported with orthopedic prostheses. Thomas et al. [71] reported eczema symptoms and improper bone formation in the case of a 35-year-old male patient with a titanium implant in the fracture of his hand. In this case, the patch test showed a negative reaction to titanium, nickel, chromium, cobalt, etc. However, the lymphocyte transformation test showed an increased pattern for titanium. Additionally, in 1991, Lalor et al. also reported hypersensitivity reactions to titanium and reported the proliferation of inflammatory cells in patients with failed orthopedic prostheses [72].” [Excerpt from Kim 2019].
TITANIUM AS BONE DISRUPTER IS A SUSPECTED CALCIUM VITAMIN D DISRUPTER
It’s interesting to me that one of the known symptoms of titanium poisoning is “bone disrupton” as mentioned above. I find it interesting because titanium which forms either Ti4+ or Ti3+ ions should not be a direct disrupter of Calcium Ca2+ based on charge like many heavy metals like lead and mercury for example where Pb2+ and Hg2+ which can directly disrupt Ca2+ ions from charge similarity. So the titanium bone disruption assuming it is disruption calcium must be doing it indirectly. The indirect cause of bone disruption from titanium in my opinion is most likely from an energy disruption of the calcium via the parathyroid/vitamin D pathway. As I discussed in recent vitamin D article, vitamin D activation requires skin, liver, and kidney to function. And the the featured science article Kim 2019 does indeed confirm titanium disrupts all three skin, liver and kidney, and so vitamin D disruption is certainly possible though more research is needed to confirm. For background see recent iMedDo articles on Calcium and on Vitamin D and relation to Vitamin C. Vitamin C whose structure is similar to glucose is needed as an anti-oxidant to keep iron functioning in vitamin D pathway. My best guess is that titanium can potentially interfere with other nutrients like vanadium and chromium interrupting glucose metabolism in a way that is interfering with vitamin C and D and thus is interrupting calcium causing bone disruption. It also seems likely to me that titanium is interfering with vanadium nutrient but I hesitate to comment further on this as I haven’t written a newsletter on vanadium yet.
TITANIUM CAUSES BONE LOSS (OSTEOPOROSIS)
I know quite a bit about bone loss as I wrote the article Calcium: Thyroid & Osteoporosis which if you missed is a much read when thinking about calcium and bone loss from titanium heavy metal. The overall theory is that the heavy metal will deplete the body of iodine and energy and the bone loss (osteoporosis) comes from the body using parathyroid calcium signals (increased PTH hormone) to dissolve bone to get more magenesium and phosphate used in ATP and GTP energy production.
TITANIUM IMPLANTS
The most common source of titanium poisoning is from medical implants. Titanium, because of its relatively light weight and high strength, has been frequently used in mainstream medicine for reinforcing bones for leg, arm, hip and other bone replacements, prostheses & orthopedic medical implants.
Anyone with a titanium implant has guaranteed titanium metal leakage into the body and requires iMedDo detox system to flush the titanium metal out faster than it is leeking out to avoid effects of titanium buildup heavy metal poisoning.
DENTISTS TRY TITANIUM
Dentists are desperate to use something less toxic than mercury amalgam and they are looking at titanium dental implants since titanium is already being used in orthopedic implants. Titanium implants are a big improvement over mercury implants as mercury is the most toxic of all heavy metals tied only with lead. Whereas mercury and lead are direct disrupters of calcium, titanium seems to be only an indirect disrupter of calcium which is an improvement but titanium can still cause inflammation and bone loss. Mainstream medicine articles like this (Kim 2019) imply that titanium is an inert bio-implant material but that’s a safety exaggeration as titanium will still leak in small amounts causing problems which are classified as “titanium implant allergy” where the review article admits bone loss due to inflammatory reactions being known side effects of titanium implants. Whether you have mercury or titanium dental implants please use the iMedDo detox system, and if you have mercury one please read article Mercury Detox for more information where additional silver protocol is used to suppress the mercury toxicity.
TITANIUM & HALOGENS
Chlorine, Bromine and Fluorine are all toxic halogens whereas Iodine halogen is a nutrient necessary for energy which can detox the other halogens. Of the salt forms of the halogens chloride, bromide, fluoride & iodide, the two bromide and fluoride are toxic whereas chloride is non-toxic (think sodium chloride table salt), and iodide is non-toxic (is the water soluble salt form of iodine though is not preferred form of iodine nutrient as body prefers nascent iodine instead. Titanium is corrosion resistant and is not affected by chlorine or bromine but can corrode in presence of iodine and fluorine. Iodine nutrient reacts chemically similar to oxygen, and because titanium forms an oxygen pacification layer, iodine nutrient won’t dissolve your titanium implant very much but will detox leeched titanium ions which come off the implant over time. Fluorine halogen is very toxic and can corrode titanium implant so avoid fluorine & fluoride in all forms. Iodine detoxes fluorine/fluoride forms of toxic fluorine halogen and so by taking iodine even if you have an implant it will help protect your implant as well as will protect the rest of your body.
TITANIUM DEPLETES IODINE
Thus the presence of a titanium implant will deplete the body of iodine as iodine will attempt to oxidize the titanium for detox. As such titanium is a lot less biocompatible than they would have you believe, and the only truly biocompatible metal that I known of which could be used for implants is gold and silver.
A BETTER IMPLANT
Gold & silver are the most biocompatible metals for implants, think about how gold and silver dental filling were originally used not mercury amalgam or titanium! Yes gold is too expensive for a large implant, but a silver one would still be better than titanium and is much more affordable. I would not get a copper implant as copper can interfere with copper/zinc balance in the body and can cause nerve problems. If I ever had to get an medical or dental implant I would want it to be made of electrum (gold & silver alloy).
WHAT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A TITANIUM IMPLANT
If you already have a titanium implant then don’t worry about trying to have it replaced, you should be able to use it just fine your whole life so long as you detox to protect your body and brain. Your goal when using the iMedDo detox system for titanium detox is to detox the free titanium faster than it is leaking off the implant. By detoxing with nascent iodine with dose ramping and by using anti-inflammatory colloidal silver & gold with the iodine, you can keep your energy levels up and your titanium toxicity and titanium inflammation levels down. By getting enough energy using iodine for primary energy system using thyroid you body shouldn’t result in bone loss for energy, and additionally you want to take magnesium health supplements to take stress off the backup calcium energy pathway as well & take vitamin B12 for increased GTP energy. You take iodine and magnesium NOT calcium health supplements.
NEUIODINE, NEUSILVER, & NEUGOLD FOR TITANIUM BONE LOSS
Taking calcium won’t fix bone loss from titanium poisoning, you need iodine. Read article Calcium: Thyroid & Osteoporosis for more information on how the iodine and calcium energy system work at the thyroid to regulate the body’s energy and how to prevent osteoporosis by getting more energy. Iodine should prevent the indirect disruption of calcium by titanium and is important to also take silver & gold which detox mercury and lead which are direct disrupters of calcium. Taking the iMedDo detox system to flush out fluorine halogen atoms is very important as fluoride can cause premature dissolving of any titanium implants and fluorine as fluoride is a double disrupter of energy and a direct disrupter of calcium as fluoride binds insoluble with calcium forming calcium fluoride crystals which get stuck all over the body if you don’t detox. You can get the iMedDo detox system at link iMedDo.club/store or on Et.sy at link iMedDo.club/buy. It’s very affordable with $299 donation and is a 6 months+ supply and very easy to use.
TITANIUM IN MICROPLASTICS
I recently wrote an excellent article on microplastics detox where I discovered that plastic #1 (PET/PETE) is significantly more toxic than plastic #2 HDPE. Besides leaking pthalates and antimony, the PETE made in Japan can actually leak titanium. Either antimony or titanium can be used as a catalyst in the PETE production and thus the PETE made using titanium catalyst absorbs and can leech titanium in to PETE plastic beverage containers resulting in titanium poisoning. Because only PETE made in Japan uses titanium, titanium poisoning from microplastic #1 is likely more of a problem from Japanese sourced PETE microplastics whereas other PETE contain antimony and can result in antimony poisoning instead, see last month’s article on antimony detox. Either way, I highly recommend everyone make an effort to avoid PETE plastic beverage containers (recycling symbol #1) [think clear plastic] and switch instead to HDPE plastic containers instead (recycling symbol #2) [think opaque milk jug containers for example] because they are much less toxic. The estrogen mimicing pthalates in plastic #1 which are benzene-like and require gold to detox are the most toxic and the either antimony or titanium is just a kicker toxin. Antimony isn’t nearly as toxic as many other heavy metals (arsenic, mercury, lead), and by the end of this article we will figure out where titanium stands. I believe that titanium is more toxic than antimony but like antimony is less toxic than the worst heavy metals arsenic, mercury and lead, so let’s dig in and see if I’m right.
TITANIUM SUNSCREEN (GET ZINC INSTEAD)
Titanium as titanium dioxide is used in many sunscreen formulations. All I want you to known is to avoid titanium sunscreen and get zinc oxide sunscreen instead as is the only sunscreen that I’m aware of that is non-toxic.

Sure titanium can block UV rays. The problem is that titanium oxide sunscreen can leak titanium heavy metal into the body especially using the new nano-titanium sunscreen formulations. The problem with using any sunscreen is that it can block skin vitamin D precursor production. Be sure to see my old article on Zinc and my recent article on vitamin D for more information.
TITANIUM CAUSES MEMORY LOSS BRAIN DAMAGE AND DEMENTIA
From the featured science article (Kim 2019) it is clear that titanium is toxic in the skin, lungs, kidney and liver. But what the Kim article misses is that Titanium is also toxic to the brain:
FEATURED SCIENCE ARTICLE NUMBER TWO:
According to Shahar et al 2021, Titanium leeched near implants can cross the blood brain barrier and cause memory deficit problem. That means titanium can cause memory loss, and titanium can cause dementia and Alzheimer’s from brain inflammation just like most any heavy metal. This is old news to me, as I’ve long known that toxic heavy metals can cause dementia, see article Defeating Dementia which I wrote back in 2019.
THE IMEDDO TITANIUM DETOX SOLUTION
The solution is to make sure you body stays topped of on energy and anti-oxidants. The way to detox titanium faster than it leaks out is to use the iMedDo Detox System with NeuIodine, NeuSilver & NeuGold. NeuIodine nascent iodine keeps your primary energy system (thyroid using iodine in T3 &T4 hormones (ration of T4/T3 hormones lets body known your energy status a month in advance)) topped off, and NeuSilver & NeuGold (nano-colloidal silver & gold) anti-inflammatories protect the body and brain from titanium inflammation as its being flushed out by the iodine. Additionally, NeuSilver & NeuGold are coated in the master anti-oxidant glutathione, and also protect from mercury and lead. NeuIodine & NeuGold also flush out fluoride halogen which is important for protecting your titanium implant from fluoride oxidation. Titanium is impervious to chlorine and bromine oxidation but can be oxided by both iodine and fluorine. There is no way around iodine oxidation as your body must have iodine nutrient for energy, but by using iodine you can detox toxic fluorine & fluoride which cause additional unnecessary oxidation of the titanium implant. The good news is that Titanium forms an oxidation layer (passivization layer) of oxygen as TiO2 (titanium dioxide) which prevents it from rusting very fast. The goal is to detox the titanium which leeches off the implant as fast or faster than it leeches off so that you keep it from building up in your body and especially brain. If you have an implant, and are not taking active steps to detox like using the iMedDo detox system, then over time titanium buildup in your brain can cause early onset dementia. By using the iMedDo detox system you protect your brain and body and are able to enjoy the benefits of having a titanium implant (reinforced bone), without the negative side effect of titanium heavy metal poisoning.

ADDITIONAL SKIN DETOX PROTOCOL FOR TITANIUM
Because titanium toxicity appears readily manifest in the skin and finger nails (Kim 2019), in addition to doing the iMedDo detox system, you can do all the standard skin detox protocols for additional titanium detox effectiveness:
- Mud Detox: You can use bentonite or kaolinite or other clay on your skin, let it dry then scrape off to pull titanium out of the skin. If you need a large & readily available source of inexpensive clay for a big mud bath try unscented kitty litter. People usually use more expensive muds for face detoxes but if you are just trying to detox your legs like if you have a big titanium implant on your femur than less expensive mud is easier. Where I live I have access to red talbot clay from the ancient Tennessee River is pretty cool.
- Water/Salt Detox: You can soak in spring water in a natural spring, or you can soak in a salt bath where you can use a magnesium salt such as Epsom’s salt to pull titanium ions out of the skin. If you don’t have access to a full bath you can soak your feet in bucket of water with salt in it for a heavy metal pull. I’ve personally used the Silver Springs in Ocala, Florida are very nice, and Epsom salt is easiest to get access too though you can use fancier salts like Himalaya, Celtic Sea Salt etc if you have access to.
- Coconut/Oil Pull Detox: If you have a titanium dental implant, you can use an oil such as coconut oil in your mouth for several minutes to pull titanium out and then spit it out.
- Honey & Milk Detox (Archaic But Effective). Cleopatra VII in ancient Egypt would soak in milk or honey for a good skin detox. This will work though is rather expensive & extravagant but if you can afford it go for it! If not, is much less expensive just to do a mud detox instead.
ADDITIONAL VITAMINS FOR TITANIUM DETOX SUPPORT
In addition to doing the iMedDo detox system and doing an additional skin detox protocol, If you don’t have a great multivitamin already, I recommend the Power Source Once multivitamins also available at link iMedDo.club/store. I also recommend you get you a good stand alone magnesium supplement (magnesium glycinate) [not magnesium oxide].
TITANIUM DETOX SUMMARY
Titanium is touted as being inert and biocompatible in mainstream medicine where it is used for implants but it is neither. Titanium exhibits a slow buildup toxicity where over time the implant will leak and the titanium will build up damaging the keratin in your skin and causing you to have memory problems and dementia (and liver, kidney and lung damage). New sources of titanium such as from PET plastic #1 which was made with titanium catalyst are a new source of titanium poisoning that many are not aware of, and also you should avoid titanium dioxide sunscreen. Just playing with titanium golf clubs won’t hurt much at first, but over time you can absorb some titanium through your hands if you are not wearing gloves, and many golfers use iMedDo detox system for an edge to their golf game. The edge is being able to use titanium drivers without suffering from titanium brain poisoning as people without dementia play golf and every game better. I recommend that everyone avoid platic #1 containers to avoid pthalate, antimony and titanium poisoning, and that if you have a titanium implant that you need to get iMedDo detox system as soon as possible to protect your body and brain. If you have an question about titanium or other heavy metal detox like mercury or lead, just contact me at link iMedDo.club/book (book.iMedDo.club) for a free 60 min phone consultation. The most common heavy metal poisoning I see is actually mercury from dental amalgam fillings, but as dentists search for less toxic alternative to mercury they are now using more and more titanium dental implants, and thus I’m seeing titanium poisoning now more commonly. Whatever halogen or heavy metal or drug or vaccine poison you are dealing with, iMedDo can help.
Namaste,

Thankyou for reading. All readers should stop here and meditate on the article. For those interested in doing a second meditation later come back and read the Appendix which talks about the Titans of Greek mythology and ends with my notes on the Titans which is not a proper writing but rather just a collection of notes which readers may or may not find interesting but may be of interest to Titan scholars of Greek mythology.
APPENDIX: TITAN MNEMOSYNE THE GODDESS OF MEMORY
Titanium was discovered by a British chemist (William Gregor) in 1791 and was named after the Titans of Greek mythology by a German chemist (Martin Klaproth). As such meditation on Titanium invokes the power of the Titans of Yore. Because Titanium is known to cause memory loss, when I meditated on Titanium, the Titan who answered me was the Titanness Mnemosyne, the Goddess of Memory. I tried to get the Twitter AI Grok 3 to make an image of Mnemosyne, but if flat out refused with the exception of this one image where it mysteriously put a big X over her heart!

I was mad a first until after doing some deeper meditation I realize that this image is a perfect depiction of Mnemosyne. She is the Titan (Titanness) who predates Osiris who is also depicted with a big X.

Also the X means death, or stop, and X marks the spot over the heart, the sacred heart, x marks the spot for pirate gold, the heart of gold. The Christ. Mnemosyne is telling me that she is the Virgin Mary & that there is a limit to what memories she is willing to share with me because many of the old memories are about old sin which has been forgiven and forgotten and it is improper to remember as the remembrance of the sin would undo the forgiveness afforded it. As humans each time we incarnate we lose all memories allowing past sins to be forgiven which are dug back up as we restore our memories and study history. (Cleo is the Muse of History who is the daughter of Mnemosyne in ancient Greek Religion). The message Mnemosyne-Mary has for us for this newsletter is that Titanium can cause memory loss i.e. dementia and that we need to detox titanium with anti-inflammatory colloidal gold to defeat dementia to restore our memories but that as we restore our memories we need to be careful to guard our hearts against the remembrance of past sins which have been forgiven if it will cause us to unforgive. Some memories are best forgiven and forgotten. As such her Titan name Menosyne means Name of Sin or Name of the Sign, the Memory of Sin, the Memory of the Sign which encodes both the memories of sin as well as their purposeful forgiveness under the Sign of Christ the Golden divine child by the power of the Chi X the Sacred Heart which is the protection of the heart of mankind when we forget revenge and focus on the memory of love.
The memories that are better forgotten are some of the ancient origins of humankind where in the Titan story is the memory of an evil God Uranus and then Cronus and then Zeus who all are best forgotten as the first two were into child eating and Zeus was a total horn dog. The memories best remembered are the love of Gaia, Rhea and titan mothers in protecting their children and how that love still protects us today from evil God Titans from ruling.
Upon deep prayer and meditation I was given some memories concerning ancient Greece are of Delphi where originally was called Crissa (Compared to Christ) before cult of Apollo then Saint Michael before being integrated into Christianity. The double dragons of Python and Pythia and ancient wars and wrongs now forgiven in the memories that are best forgotten. Here are the memories Mnemosyne allowed me to share:
APPENDIX: TITANIC VISION
As I meditated on the Titans, Mnemosyne showed me a vision of the oracle of Delphi and I got a bit of a history lesson from the Muse Cleo. Apparently around 600 B.C. the oracle of Delphi was the oracle of the Titan Rhea the mother Goddess and then it was conquered by the cult of Apollo where the two dragons were separated into Pythia (depicted as a good dragon) and Python (depicted as an evil dragon). The oracle of Delphi became depicted as Apollo conquering a dragon (Python) and yet was the protector of the sacred dragon (Pythia), the human priestess oracle. This seems to correspond to the Titanomachy where the legend is that Uranus was overthrown by Cronus who was overthrown by Zeus with the help of Rhea. The town of Delphi was originally called Crissa (Sounds like Christ!) and the image of Apollo conquering a dragon can be seen echoed in early Christianity with Saint Michael being depicted conquering a serpent on the top of Mont Saint Michelle fortress in Britanny, France. Marseilles, France in the South was originally a Greek settlement, and the Warlike Virgin Mary can be traced to Artemis the sister of Apollo, and many early Christian temples were originally either temples of Artemis or Aphrodite when the Greek religion was shifted into the Christian religion by the Romans. In Armenia the first country in the world to convert to Christianity is 301 A.D. it can be seen the temple of Artemis was transferred directly into being Christian temple.
APPENDIX: TITANIC INFLUENCE ON CHRISTIANITY
My belief is that Christianity was transferred to the West via the Romans using the board game Senet which they learned in Egypt and which converted the Roman soldiers as they played it as it contained the essence of the Egyptian religion. Most of the Greco-Roman depicitions of the Titans seems like a later fabrication to me, instead I have traced the Titans to the Egyptians Gods and Goddessess most notably to Hecate from Egyptian Hequet was a Titaness. The Egyptian religion influenced the Minoans (Tawaret most provably) who influenced the Greeks who influenced the Romans, and the Greco-Roman and Egyptian religions were unified under the Ptolomies in the time of Caesar and Cleopatra VII when the Romans conquered Alexandria. What is new to me though is that there was a connection to Christ at Delphi where it was originally called Crissa before being conquered by the cult of Apollo. By associating Crissa with the serpent Python and subjugating to Apollo, we can see it as the Devil conquering proto-Christianity or we can see it as Christ conquering the devil depending on how you connect Apollo to Christ either as the anti-Christ or as the Christ. Apollo is the sun God and Christ of the Roman Christianity is also the sun God who is the son of God. I see things in Egyptian vision, but looking through Eyes of the Greco-Romans who influenced western culture, Apollo is Christ & Apollo conquering the serpent became Christ conquering the devil depicted as a red dragon in book of revelations. But this red dragon which can be associated with the red nebula behind the Orion constellation is not only the evil devil demon is also the holy spirit the tongue of fire, the good dragon of the Pythia, and likely even the good male dragon the Crissa. As such the Greco-Romans and their Titanomachy were very confused. Religion only makes sense to me from Egyptian origins. The idea is the sun during the day is God and at night the Orion constellation with red nebula behind it carries the indestructible essence of the dead God at night. In this paradigm to make a villain it has to be the milky way depicted as an evil serpent. But they can’t do it for the female serpent as Nut the sky Goddess is supreme so it become Apep (compare to Norse Jormandr) who become the villain. In this paradigm the Orion constellation is the defender of the solar barque (all the gods inside the Orion constellation who are protecting the immortal essense of the soul). And variously throughout history the OC has been depicted as either evil (Set) or at the protector or humankind (also Set) resulting in the dichotomy of the evil villian as also being a protector. Apollo of the Greeks had this same dichotomy as he was the villain for attacking the oracle of Rhea at Delphi and subjugating Crissa, but then reportrayed as the hero who protected the Pythia (good dragoness) while defeating evil dragon (Python) where all the good dragon aspects of Crissa now transferred into the Good dragoness Pythia. We see these same snake issues in Christianity where Mary Magdalene though depicted as an evil dragoness is redeemed through marriage to Christ thus becoming the holy spirit as Pythia. And where the devil Lucifer is just a protecter of 1/3 of the angels (dowry enforcement) for the son of God, making him the guardian of Jesus Christ while he growing up just as Apollo with Pythia at Delphi replaced Rhea at Delphi and Crissa where the Crissa good dragon aspects that Apollo protected are in female dragon aspects. When this strange Greco-Roman Titanic influence on Christianity is understood then the all the allusions of Christ referring to himself as the bride start to make sense. Christ is after the Titanomachy he becomes the female Pythia. Apollo after Christianity become the devil and the origianal pre-Titanomachy Crissa as the Christ is restored. Christianity is a reversal of the Titanomachy where the Titans are released and thus Mary the mother of God can be compared to the original Titanness of Delphi, the mother Goddess Titan Rhea or Gaia, lady with many names.
APPENDIX CURETES & TITAN NOTES (INCLUDED FOR TITAN SCHOLARS ONLY NOT PART OF MAIN ARTICLE)
According to Oppian, the Curetes, who had been tasked with guarding the young Zeus, were turned into lions by Cronus. Zeus then made them into the kings of the animals, while his mother Rhea yoked them to her chariot.[10]
The dance in armor (the “Pyrrhic dance” or pyrrhichios [Πυρρίχη]) was a male coming-of-age initiation ritual linked to a warrior victory celebration. Both Jane Ellen Harrison and the French classicist Henri Jeanmaire[11] have shown that both the Kouretes (Κουρῆτες) and Cretan Zeus, who was called “the greatest kouros (κοῦρος)”,[12] were intimately connected with the transition of boys into manhood in Cretan cities.
This myth is Greek interpretation of mystifying Minoan ritual in an attempt to reconcile their Father Zeus with the Divine Child of Crete; the ritual itself we may never recover with clarity, but it is not impossible that a connection exists between the Kouretes’ weapons at the cave and the dedicated weapons at Arkalochori“.[14]
Among the offerings recovered from the cave, the most spectacular are decorated bronze shields with patterns that draw upon north Syrian originals and a bronze gong on which a god and his attendants are shown in a distinctly Near Eastern style.[15]
Korybantes also presided over the infancy of Dionysus, another god who was born as a babe, and of Zagreus, a Cretan child of Zeus, or child-doublet of Zeus. The wild ecstasy of their cult can be compared to the female Maenads who followed Dionysus.
The scholar Jane Ellen Harrison writes that besides being guardians, nurturers, and initiators of the infant Zeus, the Kouretes were primitive magicians and seers. She also writes that they were metal workers and that metallurgy was considered an almost magical art.[16] There were several “tribes” of Korybantes, including the Cabeiri, the Korybantes Euboioi, the Korybantes Samothrakioi. Hoplodamos and his Gigantes were counted among Korybantes, and the Titan Anytos was considered a Kourete.
In ancient Greek religion and mythology, Zagreus (Ancient Greek: Ζαγρεύς, romanized: Zagreus) was a god sometimes identified with an Orphic Dionysus who was dismembered by the Titans and reborn.[1]
Mistress Earth [Gaia], and Zagreus highest of all the gods.[14]
(Possible Zagreus and Uranus connection hidden here).
Evidently for Aeschylus, Zagreus was, in fact, an underworld god. In a fragment from one of Aeschylus’ lost Sisyphus plays (c. 5th century BC), Zagreus seems to be the son of Hades,[16] while in Aeschylus’ Egyptians (Aigyptioi), Zagreus was apparently identified with Hades himself.[17]
Night-ranging Zagreus, performing his feasts of raw flesh; and raising torches high to the mountain Mother among the Curetes,[18]
and were consecrated and received the title of “bacchus”.[19] This passage associates Zagreus with the cult of Zeus at Cretan Mount Ida, where the infant Zeus was guarded by the Cretan Curetes. According to West, Zagreus here is “a god of nocturnal mystery-rites, associated with a sacramental feast of raw flesh (and thus with the dismemberment of an animal victim)” and infers from this Euripidean passage that Zagreus “played a part in mysteries which claimed a Cretan origin.”[20]
This Dionysus Zagreus was a son of Zeus and Persephone who was, as an infant, attacked and dismembered by the Titans,[24] but later reborn as the son of Zeus and Semele.[25] This dismemberment of Dionysus Zagreus (the sparagmos), taken together with an assumed Orphic anthropogony, in which human beings arose from the ashes of the Titans (who had been struck by Zeus with his thunderbolt in punishment for the dismembering), is sometimes called the “Zagreus myth”.[26] This story has often been considered the most important myth of Orphism,[27] and has been described as “one of the most enigmatic and intriguing of all Greek myths”.[28]
Zeus had intercourse with Persephone in the form of a serpent, producing Dionysus.
Zeus intended Dionysus to be his successor as ruler of the cosmos, but a jealous Hera incited the Titans to kill the child.
Distracting the infant Dionysus with various toys, including a mirror, the Titans seized Dionysus and tore (or cut)[30] him to pieces. The pieces were then boiled, roasted and partially eaten, by the Titans. But Athena managed to save Dionysus’ heart, by which Zeus was able to contrive his rebirth from Semele.
The earliest certain identification of Zagreus with the dismembered Dionysus occurs in the writings of the late 1st century – early 2nd century AD biographer and essayist Plutarch, who mentions “Zagreus” as one of the names given to the figure by Delphic theologians.[34]
The 1st century BC historian Diodorus Siculus says that according to “some writers of myths” there were two gods named Dionysus, an older one, who was the son of Zeus and Persephone,[41] but that the “younger one [born to Zeus and Semele] also inherited the deeds of the older, and so the men of later times, being unaware of the truth and being deceived because of the identity of their names thought there had been but one Dionysus.”[42]
*Reminds me of Horus the elder and horus the younger in Egypt.
According to Diodorus, this older Dionysus, was represented in painting and sculpture with horns, because he “excelled in sagacity and was the first to attempt the yoking of oxen and by their aid to effect the sowing of the seed”,[43] and the younger was “called Dimetor (Of Two Mothers) … because the two Dionysoi were born of one father, but of two mothers”.[44] He also said that Dionysus “was thought to have two forms … the ancient one having a long beard, because all men in early times wore long beards, the younger one being youthful and effeminate and young.”[45]
Several accounts of the myth involved the Titans cooking and/or eating at least part of Dionysus.[46]
and the late 2nd century Christian writer Clement of Alexandria says that the pieces were “first boiled” in a cauldron, then pierced with spits and roasted.[49] Arnobius, an early 4th century Christian apologist, says that Dionysus’ severed parts were “thrown into pots that he might be cooked”.[50] None of these sources mention any actual eating, but other sources do. Plutarch says that the Titans “tasted his blood”,[51] the 6th century AD Neoplatonist Olympiodorus says that they ate “his flesh”,[52] and according to the 4th century euhemeristic account of the Latin astrologer and Christian apologist Firmicus Maternus, the Titans cooked the “members in various ways and devoured them” (membra consumunt), except for his heart.[53]
Resurrection / rebirth
In the version of the story apparently told by Callimachus and Euphorion, the cauldron containing the boiled pieces of Dionysus, is given to Apollo for burial, who placed it beside his tripod at Delphi.[54] And according to Philodemus, citing Euphorion, the pieces of Dionysus were “reassembled by Rhea, and brought back to life”,[55] while according to Diodorus Siculus, the reassembly and resurrection of Dionysus was accomplished by Demeter.[56] Later Orphic sources have Apollo receive Dionysus’ remains from Zeus, rather than the Titans, and it was Apollo who reassembled Dionysus, rather than Rhea or Demeter.[57]
In the accounts of Clement, and Firmicus Maternus cited above, as well as Proclus,[58] and a scholium on Lycophron 355,[59] Athena manages to save the heart of Dionysus, from which, according to Clement and the scholium, Athena received the name Pallas from the still beating (πάλλειν) heart.
*Insight check: The heart is the same as the penis OC triple ref.
In Proclus’ account Athena takes the heart to Zeus, and Dionysus is born again from Semele. According to the Fabulae of Hyginus, Jupiter (the Roman equivalent of Zeus) “ground up his heart, put it in a potion, and gave it to Semele to drink”, and she became pregnant with Dionysus.[60]
In the interpretatio graeca Dionysus is often identified with the Egyptian god Osiris,[61] and stories of the dismemberment and resurrection of Osiris parallel those of Dionysus Zagreus.[62] According to Diodorus Siculus,[63] Egyptian myths about Priapus said that the Titans conspired against Osiris, killed him, divided his body into equal parts, and “slipped them secretly out of the house”. All but Osiris’ penis, which since none of them “was willing to take it with him”, they threw into the river. Isis, Osiris’ wife, hunted down and killed the Titans, reassembled Osiris’ body parts “into the shape of a human figure”, and gave them “to the priests with orders that they pay Osiris the honours of a god”. But since she was unable to recover the penis she ordered the priests “to pay to it the honours of a god and to set it up in their temples in an erect position.”[64]
Once, a donkey that had been given human speech by Dionysus challenged Priapus to a contest about which between them had the better penis. Priapus won the contest, and then killed the donkey, which was put by Dionysus among the stars.[17][18][19]
Lucian (De saltatione) tells that in Bithynia Priapus was accounted as a warlike god, a rustic tutor to the infant Ares, “who taught him dancing first and war only afterwards,” Karl Kerenyi observed.[21]
In later antiquity, his worship meant little more than a cult of sophisticated pornography.[24]
Long after the fall of Rome and the rise of Christianity, Priapus continued to be invoked as a symbol of health and fertility. The 13th-century Lanercost Chronicle, a history of northern England and Scotland, records a “lay Cistercian brother” erecting a statue of Priapus (simulacrum Priapi statuere) in an attempt to end an outbreak of cattle disease.[26]
In the 1980s, D. F. Cassidy founded the St. Priapus Church as a modern church centred on worship of the phallus.[27][28]
Another attribute of Priapus was the sickle which he often carries in his right hand. This tool was used to threaten thieves, doubtless with castration;[32][33] Horace (Sat. 1.8.1–7) writes:[34]
Diodorus Siculus reports an allegorical interpretation of the myth of the dismemberment of Dionysus as representing the production of wine. Diodorus knew of a tradition whereby this Orphic Dionysus was the son of Zeus and Demeter, rather than Zeus and Persephone.[65] This parentage was explained allegorically by identifying Dionysus with the grape vine, Demeter with the earth, and Zeus with the rain, saying that “the vine gets its growth both from the earth and from rains and so bears as its fruit the wine which is pressed out from the clusters of grapes”. According to Diodorus, Dionysus’ dismemberment by the Titans represented the harvesting of the grapes, and the subsequent “boiling” of his dismembered parts “has been worked into a myth by reason of the fact that most men boil the wine and then mix it, thereby improving its natural aroma and quality.”
The Neronian-era Stoic Cornutus relates a similar allegorical interpretation, whereby the dismemberment represented the crushing of the grapes, and the rejoining of the dismembered pieces into a single body, represented the pouring of the juice into a single container.[66]
The Christian apologist Firmicus Maternus gives a rationalized euhemeristic account of the myth whereby Liber (Dionysus) was the bastard son of a Cretan king named Jupiter (Zeus).[68] When Jupiter left his kingdom in the boy’s charge, the king’s jealous wife Juno (Hera), conspired with her servants, the Titans, to murder the bastard child. Beguiling him with toys, the Titans ambushed and killed the boy. To dispose of the evidence of their crime, the Titans chopped the body into pieces, cooked, and ate them. However the boy’s sister Minerva (Athena), who had been part of the murder plot, kept the heart. When her father the king returned, the sister turned informer and gave the boy’s heart to the king.[69] In his fury, the king tortured and killed the Titans, and in his grief, he had a statue of the boy made, which contained the boy’s heart in its chest, and a temple erected in the boy’s honour.[70] The Cretans, in order to pacify their furious savage and despotic king, established the anniversary of the boy’s death as a holy day. Sacred rites were held, in which the celebrants howling and feigning insanity tore to pieces a live bull with their teeth, and the basket in which boy’s heart had been saved, was paraded to the blaring of flutes and the crashing of cymbals, thereby turning a mere boy into a god.[71]
APPENDIX: ALTERNATIVE TAKE ON ORIGINAL SIN
However, according to one source, from the fate of the Titans came a momentous event, the birth of humankind. Commonly presented as a part of the myth of the dismembered Dionysus Zagreus, is an Orphic anthropogony, that is, an Orphic account of the origin of human beings. According to this widely held view, as punishment for the crime of the sparagmos, Zeus struck the Titans with his thunderbolt, and from the remains of the destroyed Titans humankind was born, which resulted in a human inheritance of ancestral guilt, for this original sin of the Titans, and by some accounts “formed the basis for an Orphic doctrine of the divinity of man.”[75] However, when and to what extent there existed any Orphic tradition which included these elements is the subject of open debate.[76]
The only ancient source to explicitly connect the sparagmos and the anthropogony is the 6th century AD Neoplatonist Olympiodorus, who, as part of an argument against committing suicide, states that to take one’s life is “forbidden” because human bodies have a divine Dionysiac element within them. He explains that, in the Orphic tradition, after the Titans dismember and eat Dionysus, Zeus, out of anger, “strikes them with his thunderbolts, and the soot of the vapors that rise from them becomes the matter from which men are created”, meaning that, because the Titans ate the flesh of Dionysus, humans are a part of Dionysus, and so suicide is “forbidden because our bodies belong to Dionysus”.[77]
Passages from earlier sources have also been interpreted as referring to this idea: the 1st century AD writer Dio Chrysostom writes that humans are “of the blood of the Titans”,[86] while the Orphic Hymns call the Titans the “ancestors of our fathers”.[87]
Plato, in presenting a succession of stages whereby, because of excessive liberty, men degenerate from reverence for the law, to lawlessness, describes the last stage where “men display and reproduce the character of the Titans of story”.[89]
Melinoë (/mɪˈlɪnoʊiː/; Ancient Greek: Μηλινόη, romanized: Mēlinóē pronounced [mɛːlinóɛː]) is a chthonic goddess invoked in one of the Orphic Hymns (2nd or 3rd centuries AD?), and represented as a bringer of nightmares and madness. In the hymn, Melinoë has characteristics that seem similar to Hecate and the Erinyes,[1] and Melinoë’s name is sometimes thought to be an epithet of Hecate.[2] The name “Melinoë” also appears on a metal tablet in association with Persephone.[3]
Melinoë may derive from Greek mēlinos (μήλινος), “having the colour of quince“, from mēlon (μῆλον), “tree fruit”. The fruit’s yellowish-green colour evoked the pallor of illness or death for the Greeks.[4] *Insight check Melanie in Gone with the Wind
