VITAMIN D: Deception

Greetings iMedDo congregation, it’s the month of March in the Year of the Snake! I’ll be marching in the Saint Patrick’s Day parade in Atlanta, Georgia this weekend as a pirate leprechaun, and my battle is against the fluoride, vaccine and drug poisoners who injure the children. And so, I now reveal my greatest weapon, the wisdom & victory of God by fulfilling my holy mission to teach you all about vitamin D, and the deceptions around it, so that you can all become strong and as wise as serpents that you might share the Golden Knowledge of Eternal Life. Saint Patrick was known for chasing the snakes out of Ireland, and in similar fashion, I will now chase the snakes out of the field of nutrition concerning vitamin D.

THE VITAMIN D DECEPTION

The deception of vitamin D is that it is not a vitamin at all, but rather, a steroid hormone. Pretending that vitamin D is a vitamin is used by mainstream medicine to keep people confused about how the thyroid works, how calcium works, and ultimately is used nefariously to keep people from learning the truth about the importance of iodine nutrition while disrupting calcium energy homeostasis using fluoride, heavy metals, drugs and vaccines while hiding the importance of Vitamin C. Even worse, the vitamin D deception is potentially being used to poison baby children with too much vitamin D, and to trick the elderly into being afraid of cholesterol to take toxic statin drugs that interfere with vitamin D synthesis giving them dementia. In this episode we will see beyond the vitamin D deception, which is a hidden thyroid problem, and reveal the importance of vitamin C in activating vitamin D.

THE TRUTH ABOUT VITAMIN D

When you have a “vitamin D ” problem of your calcium being off, it’s actually an iodine nutrition problem (a low energy, thyroid problem), and a low vitamin C problem, not just a low sunshine problem.

VITAMIN D & CHOLESTEROL

Cholesterol is processed in the body where it is broken apart by UV rays of the sun to make a precursor to vitamin D. Cholesterol is used in fatty membranes for protection, and UV broken cholesterol which turns into vitamin D seems to me to be just part of the body’s way of protecting itself from UV damage. Modern medicine seems intent on making sure you get skin cancer by not getting enough cholesterol by trying to put you on toxic statin drugs which interfere with both cholesterol and your bodies ability to make vitamin D. Also pretty much all sunscreens are carcinogenic except for zinc oxide ones, so if you use sunscreen you are even more likely to get cancer, and it blocks your bodies ability to make vitamin D which also also a problem since vitamin D is known to have anti-cancer properties. Then when you are afraid of the sun, you get low vitamin D and osteoporosis in old age. You try to take vitamin D supplements, but find that they don’t work and even become toxic as they build up in your skin even if you get sunlight. The secret I found out is that if you want your vitamin D to work you need vitamin C. Additionally, vitamin D calcium problem, is a thyroid problem (high parathyroid hormone), and the solution is to give your body more energy with iodine. Silver and gold also protect the skin not to mention rest of body and brain, and the fat soluble vitamin E can be used for skin protection which works even better with vitamin C. Eating egg to get enough cholesterol will result in you getting enough vitamin D as long as you are also getting vitamin C. It turns out that egg has every nutrient your body needs except for vitamin C, so eating an egg and orange juice diet can be a legitimate part of any nutritional plan. If you are told not to eat egg because is bad for your cholesterol, then you are getting very bad nutritional advice. Egg is good for you. Cholesterol is good for you. You must have cholesterol to make vitamin D. You must have vitamin C to activate D.

WHAT IS VITAMIN D

Vitamin D is a class of structurally related hormones made from cholesterol that are involved with increased intestinal and kidney absorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphate. The structure of different vitamin D’s look a bit confusing. To figure out what is going on you have to figure out the structure of cholesterol and how one of its rings has been broken apart by UV-light. But what I really want you to pay attention to is the (-OH) i.e. hydroxyl groups. If they have only 1 or 2 hydroxyl groups it is still biologically inert, as the “real” vitamin which is the biologically active form has 3 hydroxyl groups on it. So when we talk about vitamin D, we are normally talking about Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), and notice that it only has one hydroxyl group on it on the bottom left which means this a biologically inert form that still requires two more hydroxyl groups to be added.

VITAMIN D IS MADE FROM CHOLESTEROL

Vitamin D looks very similar to Cholesterol except one of the middle rings (between carbon 9 and 10) of cholesterol has been is broken open by UV light from sunshine, so note that cholesterol has 4 rings but vitamin D forms only have 3 rings.

VITAMIN D IS MADE BY SUNSHINE

The most important thing about vitamin D that most people have heard about is that it can be made from sunshine.

7-dehydrocholesterol the “pre-sunshine” precursor to vitamin D3 called “proto-vitamin D3”

Sunshine UV-B (295-300 nm) light cracks the ring 4 ringed 7dehydrocholesterol (7-DHC) “proto-vitamin D3” into a 3 ringed “post sunshine” Vitamin D3 structure known as “pre-vitamin D”.

Previtamin D3 then spontaneously forms into Vitamin D3 (Cholecaliferol).

Important point is even after sunshine activation this Vitamin D is still inactive as it still needs two more hydroxyl groups (3 total) before it is active. All this fat soluble molecule can do is go hang out in your fat cells. Too much there can build up and become toxic.

VITAMIN D DOES NOTHING UNTIL TWO MORE HYDROXYLATIONS

Once Vitamin D is made when you are out of the sun after sun exposure, it still doesn’t do anything yet because Vitamin D3 is biologically inert in the body. Vitamin D requires 2 more hydroxylations in the body for activation which occur in the liver and then in the kidneys.

VITAMIN C REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE VITAMIN D VIA HYDROXYLATIONS

Last month in Vitamin C newsletter, we talked about the hydroxylase enzyme which uses the energy of oxygen harnessed by iron to add -OH (hydroxyl groups) as it spits out carbon dioxide, and how to keep the iron working it requires vitamin C which provides electron energy to keep Fe3+ iron reduced to Fe2+ iron to keep the hydroxylase functioning smoothly. Unlike most of the iron in the body which is contained in heme groups, hydroxylase iron is believed to be freely diffusing where it temporarily enters the active site of the hydroxylase enzyme. This is a problem as free iron can feed bacteria and can be a hazard to cells causing unwanted oxidative damage which the body uses vitamin C to counter. Vitamin D, because it requires multiple hydroxylations even after sunshine, to become active, means that getting enough Vitamin C is critical for your Vitamin D to work.

VITAMIN D IN LIVER (AFTER FIRST HYDROXYLATION)

Vitamin in the skin fat cells is secreted in lipid vesicles (called chylomicrons) and transported to the liver. There another hydroxyl group is added, and then it is stored there or transported in the blood bound to a protein called vitamin D binding protein (VDP).

After first hydroxylation in liver, it now has two hydroxyl groups total.

The liver converts vitamin D3 to 2,5-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D], also known as calcidiol/calcifediol. Because this un-important compound has a slew of such stupid names (25(OH)D/calciciol/cacifediol), I find it useful to just rename it “liver vitamin D which has two hydroxyl groups”.

REAL VITAMIN D IN KIDNEYS (AFTER SECOND HYDROXYLATION)

Vitamin D is only made active in the kidney, as neither sunshine forms nor liver forms were actually active yet.

The liver vitamin D with two hydroxyl groups then goes via the blood bound to a binding protein to the kidneys where a decision is made whether to send it back to the blood, or to turn it to kidney activated vitamin D, the actually biologically functional form of vitamin D which has the silly name “calcitriol which I don’t use. Instead I call this is “real vitamin D” or “activate vitamin D” or “kidney activated vitamin D” or triple hydroxyl vitamin D to differentiate it from the double hydroxyl liver form or the single hydroxyl skin cholesterol form. The important thing to note is that you can easily tell the difference between forms of vitamin D by looking at how many hydroxyl groups are on it. If you see three total, then its the active form which is only made in the kidney.

Note that activated vitamin D has 3 hydroxyl groups total on it.

I first mentioned calcitriol all the way back in 2019 when I wrote the article Fluoride and Kidney Stones, were I was shocked to learn that even after you make vitamin D from sunlight in the skin, that it is still ultimately useless until its activation in the kidney. In the article I said “Calcitriol is a hormone produced by the kidney which completes the activation of vitamin D which signals calcium absorption.” What might not have been clear is that Calcitriol is the real vitamin D as it’s the post sunlight double activated form. Calcitriol IS Vitamin D though usually we when talk about Vitamin D we are talking about Vitamin D3 which only has one hydroxyl group, but the real vitamin D we have now learned is the Calcitriol which has three hydroxyl groups.

Note that after sunshine UV irradiation that vitamin D3 is still inactive as only has one hydroxyl group still.

CLARITY ON VITAMIN D ACTIVATION

It doesn’t matter if you get confused on how vitamin D gets activated because once active people are still confused on how it works. The active steroid hormone form of vitamin D has two more hydroxyl groups on it than the vitamin D made from sunshine. The vitamin D (vitamin D3 also the form used in supplements) made from sunshine after being made in the skin is stored in and released from fat cells (adipose tissue). It then still has to be transported via fat vesicles (ultra-low-density lipoproteins) called chylomicrons to the liver where it gets another hydroxylation, and is then either stored in the liver or is transported by a vitamin D binding protein (VDP) to the kidney where it is absorbed and will either be activated or secreted based on energy concerns which talk to the thyroid for guidance. Vitamin D activation is confusing as it uses multiple organs (skin, liver, kidney, thyroid). Once activated in kidney it become a steroid hormone that works on over 1000 receptor targets in the body some in the cell nucleus and some in the cell membrane doing things that aren’t well understood except that overall it’s telling the kidney cell to absorb more calcium, magnesium and phosphate which is under parathyroid hormone control as part of the thyroid energy system which balances energy from calcium with energy from iodine. Looking at how vitamin D activation works, it seems like the best thing you can do to help the system is to get more iodine for more energy for thyroid pathway which takes stress off the parathyroid hormone-vitaminD-calcium pathway, and to get more vitamin C which helps the hydroxylase enzyme run smoothly which activates vitamin D.

VITAMIN C MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN VITAMIN D

Last month in Vitamin C newsletter, we talked about how the hydroxylase enzyme works where in order to add hydroxyl groups (-OH), it has to use iron to split oxygen to harness its energy, and uses vitamin C to keep the iron reduced and functional to do that. Vitamin C is an electron shuttle that keeps the Fe3+ iron reduced to Fe2+ which is required for proper hydroxylase functioning. Since vitamin D, when made from sunshine in the skin requires two additional hydroxylations in two different organs (liver and then kidney) to function, then it goes to show that in order for your vitamin D to work you need vitamin C. Because of this, I think people might be getting scammed into thinking they need more vitamin D when in reality they need more Vitamin C. Also for skin health, we learned that vitamin C (water soluble) can be used to recycle vitamin E (fat soluble) which can protect the skin from sun UV damage. The exact mechanism of how vitamin D causes the kidney to readsorp more calcium is not clear to me. However, for vitamin C, when it breaks down it can form oxalate which can bind calcium. So it’s more obvious to me how the kidney could use vitamin C to control calcium readsorption, coupled with how vitamin C is needed for vitamin D activation anyway convinces me that vitamin C is more important for health than vitamin D.

LOW VITAMIN D IS A THYROID PROBLEM

What we call vitamin D is just a cog in the calcium branch of a much larger energy pathway that is controlled by the thyroid which uses 1) iodine and 2) calcium to control total body energy metabolism. The iodine branch of the thyroid function uses two iodine containing hormones T4 and T3 which contain 4 and 3 molecules of iodine each. The ratio of T4/T3 is used by the body to assess total body energy needs several weeks to a month in advance where when you start getting low energy T4 will drop, and T3 will activate (T3 is activated thyroid hormone which stimulates more energy production). If both T4 and T3 get low as not enough iodine, you get really low energy and will have hypothyroidism and mild psychiatric problems like depression, and become more at risk for infection, toxins, and cancer, as body doesn’t have enough energy to cope. The calcium branch of the thyroid function uses two peptide hormones: 1) parathyroid hormone (PTH), and 2) calcitonin where low energy corresponds to overall low calcium in the blood, and plenty of energy corresponds to higher calcium levels in the blood. Most people, because of iodine nutrient deficiency, and high level of toxins (halogens, heavy metals, drugs, vaccines, chemtrails, food additives etc), are low in iodine because, iodine is not only used for energy, but is also used up for detoxing, and such people also have hypothyroidism where their T4 levels are too low (i.e. low energy), and their T3 levels too high [hyperthyroidism] (body trying to make more energy), and their parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels are too high [hyperthyroidism PTH] (body trying to make more energy using calcium branch of thyroid function). So an important point is that both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism can be caused by low iodine nutrient where hypothyroid will be low T4 (with high then low T3), and high PTH where low T4 & T3 are hypothyroidism, and high T3 &/or high PTH is called hyperthyroidism. Either way, its just low energy. When the body gets low energy from low iodine, the PTH levels always increase as the thyroid is trying to leverage the secondary energy system using calcium of which vitamin D is a part of as a cog in the system. Both PTH and vitamin D will increase calcium levels and vitamin D levels are ultimately regulated and controlled by PTH with thyroid control where parathyroid hormone (PTH) increases calcium (and increased vitamin D function), and calcitonin thyroid hormone decreases calcium (and decreases vitamin D function).

VITAMIN E

Vitamin E is another fat soluble vitamin that can help protect your skin from UV damage which can support your body making vitamin D from UV from cholesterol. Vitamin C can not only support your body activating vitamin D, but it can also be used to recycle vitamin E where vitamin C is water soluble and vitamin E is fat soluble as is vitamin D. So if you follow my advice to get more vitamin C, it will also help your body make both vitamin D and E. I’ll likely write a whole article on vitamin E in the near future possibly next month.

VITAMIN D & IRON

Because the hydroxylase enzyme that activates vitamin D uses iron, anything that messes up your iron can also interfere with vitamin D activation, and vitamins like B12 & B9 which help with anemia, and minerals like iodine that help your iron get back into balance are helpful. However, it seems to me that vitamin C which keeps the iron reduced in hydroxylase enzyme is the most critical, so be sure to take vitamin C first before you try to take iron supplements. VITAMIN D & ZINC

The transcriptional activation of the 1000 target genes of activated vitamin D use what is called a “zinc finger” motiff which means zinc helps with your vitamin D function as well. There are about 3000 known zinc pathways in the body, see newsletter Think about Zinc. If you use sunscreen, be sure to use zinc oxide sunscreen only as the others are toxic and carcinogenic.

VITAMIN D & IMEDDO DETOX SYSTEM

SKETCHY PEDIATRIC USES OF VITAMIN D: RICKETS & BREASTMILK

Because mainstream pediatrics has been poisoning children so badly with vaccines, it calls into question what they’ve been doing with vitamin D, and makes me wonder if they have been secretly poisoning the children in other ways such as with vitamin D overdosing. Because too much unactivated vitamin D can become toxic, and because babies need less vitamin D than adults, it is certainly possible. The reason vitamin D is the fourth vitamin (but it turns out is not actually a vitamin so seems sketchy), is because it supposedly cures the children’s disease of Rickets which seems to me possibly to be a fake disease that was manufactured by cadmium poisoning. I can’t prove it though, and some new articles about the history of rickets have come out which attempt to defend Ricket’s being a real disease that wasn’t manufactured, that supposedly did exist in ancient times as well, but I’m still unconvinced. There’s too much sketchy stuff concerning the timing of vitamin D related to WWI and WWII and the interim with too many ties of vitamin D to Nazi Germany, and theories on skin color racism, to definitely think the entire pediatric usage of vitamin D needs reinvestigation.

The issue I have with Pediatrics theatrics is that they have proven that they are willing to poison babies with vaccinosis which is a violation of the hippocratic oath which makes them all fake doctors in my professional opinion. So no, I’m not going to give them the benefit of the doubt that their recommendation to give children vitamin D on top of breastfeeding is valid without a lot more investigation to confirm. To me the breastmilk is holy, and any nutrient that a baby should get should already be in the breastmilk, and if not getting enough is the mother not the baby that should be supplemented.

BABIES ARE UNDER ATTACK FROM FLUORIDE & VACCINES

Recent studies show that fluoride decreases the intelligence of children, and children are under massive toxin attack from vaccine damage, and so we must wake up and put an end to the baby poisoning of which I have reason to believe that the vitamin D deception is a part of, fluoride marketed as “baby water” is a large part of, and the promotion of formula over breastmilk and idea that babies need vitamin D on top of breastmilk is ridiculous to me. Babies do not need to be jabbed with vaccine toxins (aluminum, mercury, lead, graphene, cancer cells, preservatives etc) and loaded with vitamin K and vitamin D when they are born. They just need breastmilk (see article on Breastmilk nutrition), and the mother can be fortified with vitamins which can be screen by the mother’s body and passed safely to the baby no problem. The breast tissue is very similar to thyroid tissue will screen out any toxins using iodine stores to protect and nourish the baby. Women need more iodine all the way from before pregnancy through the first two full years of breastfeeding. Many women get so iodine depleted from breastfeeding that they can only do it for one year or less (some women don’t even breast feed for a full 6 months) as they feel their energy being drained each time they feed which is just their body giving iodine to the baby at the expense of the mother if she is not supplementing enough iodine. Note that the iMedDo detox system NeuIodine where women typically use 4 drops of iodine a day (men only use 2) is increased to 6 drops (600% RDA) a day for pregnant and breastfeeding women. NeuIodine, NeuSilver and NeuGold are used the correct way, where not given to the baby directly, but rather to the mother who passes it to the baby in the breast milk. For vitamin D, mother should be sure to get enough vitamin C, so that the vitamin D can be activated. A growing baby’s calcium needs are adaptive, and you want to let the it happen naturally not overdose the baby with “vitamin D” steroid hormone.

FLUORIDE IS A MAJOR DISRUPTOR OF VITAMIN D

Fluoride is a major disruptor of vitamin D pathway as it disrupts calcium homeostasis, and it’s a double disruptor as it also disrupts iodine energy, so fluoride disrupts both sides the thyroid energy balance both iodine and calcium branches. Fluoride not only interferes with iodine, but it also binds insolubly with calcium which will result in lowered calcium level where body will try to increase parathyroid hormone and activate more vitamin D to compensate which can result in osteoporosis. Always avoid fluoride, no fluoride water or fluoride toothpaste for example. If your calcium is low it might not be that you are low vitamin D so much as you could have fluoride toxicity. Fluoride is known to bind to calcium creating insoluble calcium fluoride crystals (kidney stones) which will definitely disrupt your kidney’s ability to reabsorb calcium with activated vitamin D. Calcium fluoride crystals get stuck all over the body including in the brain, in the pineal, disrupting connection to God, in the blood causing atherosclerosis and many more problems. Fluoride also imitates iodine and disrupts your thyroid and energy and manifests with decreased intelligence, lack of dreaming, suppressed creativity and intuition, and makes people into “fluoride zombies” who are easy to manipulate and control which is why they still put it in the water in many places. Fortunately, when you are taking the iMedDo detox system, you don’t have to worry about fluoride disrupting your vitamin D calcium homeostasis and energy anymore.

CANCER SUPPRESSION WITH ENERGY

All three iodine, silver & gold in the iMedDo detox system as well as vitamin C & D suppress cancer. The similarity is that they all are all involved in increasing energy or suppressing toxicity. Cancer suppression by activated vitamin D is either because its helping to increase energy via increased calcium (& magnesium & phosphate for ATP production and stabilization), or because the activated D is doing some fancy not well understood gene expression in the nucleus of cells. Low energy results in high toxicity which results in cancer. Detoxing, and increasing energy results in no cancer.

SHOULD YOU SUPPLEMENT VITAMIN D?

Yes, you can supplement vitamin D, but only a small amount is recommended as you should rely on the sun to make it instead where your body won’t make too much for toxic levels, and you can always eat some fish like fatty salmon or tuna when you crave it for more vitamin D as well. If you are already taking fish oil supplements and still craving salmon, it could be your body wants more vitamin D. I only supplement vitamin D as the standard amount added in Power Source One multivitamin which is Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 12.5 mcg 63% RDA. You don’t want to overdo vitamin D supplementation, you don’t even want to supplement 100% RDA, as it can build up in your fat in unactivated form, so let your body make it naturally. I get the rest of my vitamin D from sunshine and egg where I eat an egg every morning, and occasionally from sushi where I get salmon about once a month.

VITAMIN D & OSTEOPOROSIS

Toxins and heavy metals can cause low energy, and low calcium is a result of low energy. To compensate the body will try to get more calcium by dissolving the bones which can cause osteoporosis. The way it does it is with parathyroid hormone which also controls vitamin D in an attempt to get calcium (and energy) levels back up. The way energy is related to calcium is via parathyroid hormone to tell bones to dissolve to release more magnesium and phosphates (and also releases and raises calcium levels) which are used in making ATP (adenosine triphosphate) energy molecules. The main energy system uses iodine in T4 hormone and activated T3 hormone to greatly amplify ATP production via increased metabolism via mitochondrial genesis (making more mitochondria). The secondary energy system is using calcium. The iodine and calcium energy pathways are balanced under thyroid control, and by taking more iodine it relieves stress on the calcium pathway making you less reliant on parathyroid hormone & vitamin D for energy. Also take magnesium to stabilize energy, and take vitamin C to facilitate iron activation of vitamin D.

HEART PROTECTION FROM VACCINOSIS

Vaccinosis is disease caused by vaccine, and people are complaining of heart damage (myocarditis) i.e. heart disease vaccinosis after the covid jab.

There is a new paper out that Vitamin D is believed to able to modulate the immune system by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines & is hypothesized to be able to suppress unfavorable NK cell activation. This hypothesis was proposed in new study showing that Vitamin D offers protection against Covid mRNA-Injection-Induced Myocarditis. Amost 75% (73.3%) of myocarditis (inflamed heart) cases had low vitamin D (hypovitaminosis D) defined as <=50nmol/L (50 nano-moles vitamin D per liter of blood) linked to higher inflammation, heart damage, and ICU admissions (hospital intensive care unit admissions).

Even with this study, I’m skeptical just taking vitamin D is actually going to help much for vaccine induced heart damage. Because if your vitamin D levels are low, then it also typically corresponds to your vitamin C being low, your iodine being low (low energy and compromised thyroid function), and high parathyroid (PTH) as thyroid in low energy state is trying to use PTH to activate vitamin D pathway to get more energy. So, in my opinion you will get just as much benefit if not more taking vitamin C, be it in multivitamin or from orange, and taking the iMedDo detox system (NeuIodine, NeuSilver, and NeuGold), as you will get from taking vitamin D for vaccine induced heart damage. Also note that colloidal gold is known to make the heart regenerate well known for Heart Protection, and I trust colloidal silver & gold to heal vaccinosis of the heart over vitamin D, but I keep an open mind. It’s not clear to me whether vitamin D is really a miracle vitamin for heart recovery, or whether it is still just being used to cover up the more important underlying iodine, silver, gold & vitamin C nutrition. If you do have vaccine induced heart damage, careful on overdoing vitamin D, as it can become toxic if not activated, so be sure to get your sunshine, vitamin C, and much more importantly get the iMedDo detox system for vaccinosis of all types. COMPARISON OF VITAMIN D TO IODINE NUTRITION

Whereas the amount of vitamin D needed for men, women, pregnant or breastfeeding women is the same, the amount of iodine needed by women is double men and amount needed by pregnant or breastfeeding women is triple men! [Note NeuIodine dosage where men dose ramp up to 2 drops (200% RDA), women dose ramp up to 4 drops (400% RDA) and pregnant or breastfeeding women work up to 6 drops (600% RDA)]. When women are depressed (post partum depression) and you might think you are vitamin D deficient, it’s more likely you are actually iodine deficient. To make sure you are not vitamin D deficient, you want to supplement extra D, instead you need to get sunshine and more vitamin C. Also the iMedDo way is to get some colloidal gold which is like “liquid sunshine” which helps with depression.

DEPRESSION

Getting more sunshine, taking iodine or taking gold will help with depression. Getting more sunshine presumably helps with depression because it helps you make more vitamin D which helps your body with energy via the thyroid calcium energy pathway. Taking iodine helps with depression because it give you more energy via thyroid iodine energy pathway. Low energy results in mild psychiatric problems including depression which taking iodine fixes. Taking gold helps with depression because it detoxes heavy metals from the brain which cause inflammation which can cause depression. VITAMIN D & VITAMIN K

There are some people on twitter claiming that vitamin K (K2) is synergistic with vitamin D for bone health. Since Vitamin K is involved with bone health with calcium homeostasis, it does seems plausible that there could be some overlap with vitamin D, but I didn’t have time to investigate. I have heard that babies are being poisoned using vitamin K shots at birth, which is a big red flag, so I’ll be coming back to do a deeper investigation of vitamin K in the future. For now just want to throw it out there that it might be a synergistic effect of vitamin K with D, but I wasn’t able to confirm in time for this episode, apologies, but I promise I’ll get to it in the future when I write about vitamin K in a few months.

SUMMARY

Vitamin D is a Deep vitamin. It’s not not easy to understand unless you learn about how fats and cholesterol works in the body, and requires you to learn at the systems level of the thyroid, skin, liver and kidney to figure out how it is functioning and then at the kidney cellular, and calcium molecular level to figure out what is going on. It seems to me that vitamin D is just a cog in a much larger thyroid controlled energy pathway where iodine energy system is balanced with calcium energy system. Although sunshine plays a role, it appears to be iron using hydroxylase proteins that confer hydroxyl groups to vitamin D that make its active steroid hormone form, and my major finding is that vitamin C is necessary for your body to make active Vitamin D via keeping the hydroxylase protein working by keeping the iron in it reduced as vitamin C is an anti-oxidant. And so in summary, if you are worried about vitamin D like low vitamin D related problems of low calcium, low energy and osteoporosis in elderly or rickets in children, that you should take the iMedDo Detox System (NeuIodine, NeuSilver, NeuGold) for increased & restored thyroid function, calcium system detox, and kidney protection; and that you should also make sure you are getting enough vitamin C, so that your body can activate vitamin D naturally. APPENDIX: VITAMIN D PARABLE OF ETERNAL LIFE

Letter D on its side with a snake is hieroglyph for eternal life, and on its other side means basket/casket death.

While meditating on vitamin D, I met two snakes, one claiming to be offering eternal life, and the other claiming to be offering relief from eternal life with its venom for death. I recognized the two snakes one as the Devil, and the other as the Holy Spirit where strangely the Devil was offering life, and the Holy Spirit was offering death. But I could tell the devil was lying, and was not offering eternal life but rather just temporary life that leads to death, and the Holy Spirit was telling the truth offering death, but not permanent death, a temporary death that leads to life again. Neither snake knew the full meaning of eternal life, but combining their knowledge of life and death in an unending cycle of time, on a path of seeking knowledge and wisdom, I could see a path in the middle between the two snakes in the form of a golden fish, the Christ. Both snakes wanted to eat the golden fish and asked the fish to decide who gets the first bite. The fish asks for the hand of the second snake in marriage, and says “I’ll nourish you that your children will be wise, for I have fallen from the sun being a golden fish, and I previously swam in the wise waters of the Milky Way.” In spite of not having any hand to offer, the second snake agrees, and devours the snake for nourishment and turns into a Golden Snake. The first snake seeing the beauty of the golden snake who ate the Christ fish, lusts after her greatly, for though offering death, she now is more beautiful than life. “I shall now offer death, that I like you, may now have life”, says the first snake, and devours the golden snake, turning into a golden dragon, who flew into the sky turning into the sun and shining down rays of life with the power to overcome death. And so it is with vitamin D. Sunshine Serpent Knowledge of death and eternal life.

SUNSHINE VITAMIN OF ETERNAL LIFE

The ancient Egyptians believed that the sun handed out life, which could be absorbed by the Pharaoh, allowing his body to transcend death to eternal life. Because vitamin D is the only “life/health” vitamin that has been discovered in modern times that is made from the sun, we assume the ancient Egyptians knew some connection to vitamin D and life, and eternal life that is worth discussing when talking about vitamin D:

There is an ancient connection between the sun, the snake, life, eternal life, & snake oil, all of which you can see going on in the above image of King Tut where he appears to be making some vitamin D. He looks a bit sunburned! His wife, Anksenamun, is anointing him with something, possibly crocodile fat, “snake oil” for the sunburn. From this image we can surmise that King Tut is primarily getting his vitamin D from the sun, and he might even be getting some absorbed from the crocodile fat lotion because vitamin D is fat soluble. Because the ancient Egyptians worshiped the sun, you know they must have loved vitamin D the “sunshine vitamin”. It’s not clear whether they knew about vitamin D or not, but they clearly knew that there was “life” being delivered to them when they exposed their skin to sunshine which means there could be a connection between the ankh hieroglyphic symbol for life and vitamin D. King Tut really loved snakes, and I counted 64+ snakes in the image! The sun itself handing out life is depicted as a snake. In modern times we can think of waves of sunlight with alternating magnetic and electrical field as a “snake” if we want to try to equate with modern physics. The 30 cobras on the ceiling of the “house of life” correspond to the days of the month (and spaces on a Senat board) indicating that King Tut gets his sunshine and ointment treatment daily. If you look closely you will see that the sun is being depicted as a cobra holding an ankh the symbol of life.

The sun disk is giving eternal life to cartouche names of the King and Queen (Tutankhamen & Anksenamun).
Snake over sunrise, ankh, and pyramid hieroglyph means “eternal life given” which with the cartouches above means that King Tut and his Queen are being “given eternal life”.
Same hieroglyphs easier to read from the black pyramid of King Tut’s grandfather. The snake hieroglyph over the bread hieroglyph (looks like semicircle the letter D on its side) over the horizon means “eternal” which in combination with the pyramid and ankh mean “Given eternal life”, but on black pyramid had opposite meaning (given eternal death). The difference is whether the D underneath the snake stands for a sunrise or a sunset. When it gold it means sunrise, and when in black it means sunset. When letter D is 90 degree on its side to the right it makes the hieroglyph for basket which is associated with death. Temporary Death Leading to Life Again. The basket (looks like letter D on its other side) the sign of the “helper” death Goddess Nepthys/Bastet, the Holy Spirit, catches and carries the essence of the immortal soul of Ra through the night sky (Orion Constellation and Lepus Constellation underneath is the Basket) where the Beetle is Khepri (Keeper of Ra) who pushes the Sun across the night sky like a dung beetle that the Sun might rise again to its full glory the next day to its full glory after death in cycle of life again.

His life ((Ba/soul bird) with ankh hieroglyph and rising sun very small top left of the bird) is passing the waters (squiggly line hieroglyph) of death (feather hieroglyph) as per Senat (Mn/AMEN) hieroglyph where his cartouche enclosed name is connected and protected by lots of wings and cobras to the cartouche of immortal life, life again after death (basket, beetle full sun hieroglyph). The connection to Senat explains the 30 cobras on the ceiling and explains where King Tut is in the image below. He’s in the house of life (ankh spot #15 on Senate board), and the 30 ceiling cobras stand for the 30 days of the Egyptian month corresponding to the 30 spaces on the senat board.

The 30 cobras on the ceiling of the “House of Life” indicate that he is getting his sunshine/vitamin D/(Bread of Life) treatments daily (every day of the month which as 30 days corresponding to 30 spaces on a Senate board). When you learn Senat you realize you are only going to be in the House of Life if you landed on the “X”, the waters of chaos spot and have died, then you reincarnate at the house of life. King Tut would have believed that he was the reincarnation of his Grandfather Amen III. But this time instead of dying terribly being hated, he was going to do it right and this time pass the waters of chaos into immortality.

SUNSHINE IS NOT ENOUGH

In the house of life, vitamin D “life” from the sun is not enough, you also need your wife to anoint you from the Holy Grail to activate the life from the sun.
The Holy Grail of King Tut was found within his tomb. Also check out my article on the Holy Grail. What exactly was inside this crystal chalice that his helper was anointing him with to activate his sunshine life is a matter of much speculation. But it is clear from the hieroglyphs that the intention was to give him eternal life. I personally believe that there were multiple applications, one with iodine, and another with silver and gold, and that that his wife is also giving him what we might call “Reiki” energy work where she is activating the contents of the crystal chalice energetically and then applying to his skin. Some people think she was giving him “snake oil” i.e. crocodile fat which would have been good for treating his sunburn. If my theory that he’s getting iodine is correct it could have been delivered in fat soluble form in the crocodile fat which could also have delivered many other fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E) also good for his skin. But I think the final component of the secret which I was missing is that King Tut needed vitamin C to activate his sunshine “life” vitamin D, and that his wife was getting the vitamin C from lotus flowers. Note the 6 lotus flowers (3 on each handle) on the Holy Grail handles underneath the Egyptian God of immortality Hey (HeyHey compare to Hebrew YahWeh). Hey is always depicted with two staffs which were marked with lines to represent time, and his total hieroglyph meant 1 million which was Egyptian for “forever/eternal”. Note that on the grail the “life” ankh hieroglyph is on top of the two sticks, and also the two stick are associated with snakes. Also think about the Moses snake staff battle in the Bible.
Hey represented with two sticks for measuring time, frogs also a symbol of immortality, and “shen rings” & he’s also on top of basket hieroglyph indicating his connection to a death ritual which we now see is connected to the Holy Grail sun ritual. Another image of Hey was found in King Tut’s tomb below which shows that the basket connection was with the cobras Isis and Nepthys wearing crowns (showing their connection to the brain anatomy see my article on Pineal for more info), and Hey here is depicted inside a cobra roofed house of life holding the Shen ring with a sun disk in it above his head indicating the connection of the Solar disk inside the shen ring to the sun, and connection to the sun for eternal life.
Hey’s staffs in Tut’s depiction are snakes instead of staffs. Also note the snakes are sitting on baskets representing death, and hey is clutching his immortal soul (sun) above his head indicating the immortal protection of his soul even in death while traversing the snake spots of the Senat board to navigate the afterlife.

APPENDIX: SECRET SNAKE KNOWLEDGE

I can see how the letter D on its side is hieroglyph for bread, and on its other side looks like a basket a reference to golden Bastet, the Goddess Nepthys, the twin to Isis Seraphim on the Ark of the Covenant. Vitamin D contains a secret and magically cloaked knowledge which is akin to the tree of knowledge to which you can only access through a snake. The snake is a twin snake which is widely misunderstood and simplified into being one snake the evil devil, and the other snake the savior, the flaming serpent tongue of the holy spirit. The most well disseminated story of the tree and the snake is the Biblical account in Genesis (the Genes of Isis) from the Torah (Book of Hathor) with brings you toward Ra (To-Ra). God or the Demiurge playing God curses the snake. And a snake as the devil or the savior as a snake either dooms mankind getting them kicked out of the garden, or saves mankind from the lies of demiurge depending on how the story is interpreted. The devil is depicted as the Father of lies, but in the story God is depicted as liar for telling the humans that if they ate of the tree they would surely die. The snake tells the humans to eat of the fruit, and they do and they don’t die making God look like a liar and the devil which is the Gnostic interpretation where the God is actually the Demiurge (false God playing God), and in that paradigm the snake who is depicted as the devil would be the savior. But traditional interpretation is that the snake is the devil, so God must not have been lying. The story only made sense reconciled to my brain when I realize there are actually two snakes in the story, and two Gods in the story one good and one evil. Eating of the fruit is to become aware of the Orion constellation gaining the knowledge of good an evil rather than existing with God as the Milky Way which the ancient Egyptians like to view as a Goddess named Nu (t) i.e. Nut where t is silent feminine ending. And so NeuSilver, NeuIodine, NeuGold with the Neu/Nu in front can be considered Milky Way fruits. Golden apples on the belt of the Orion constellation, where I’m now stuck in a good and evil paradigm where to me fluoride poisoning and baby poisoning is evil, and detox and nutrition is good. In the Garden of Eden you wouldn’t need to take the iMedDo Detox System because there would get silver and gold naturally in the river water flowing down from the mountain, and you would get enough iodine from fish, you would eat from a non-polluted ocean or lake in the garden, and you would get enough vitamin C from eating fruit. But alas, we live in a fallen state where people pollute the planet and poison the babies where the river and ocean water is toxic, and the fish in my local Tennessee river will give you cancer if you don’t actively detox.

SNAKE OIL

Humans have an ancient genetic memory that the crocodile fat “snake oil” was a scam likely from the priests of Sobek from Memphis which were used on King Tut’s grandfather in his second pyramid. But the other Priests of Aten, the Sun Priests focused on the healing life giving aspects of the sun brining the bread of life, whereas the priests of AMEN knew a different truth that you needed both the sun activation and also needed something else to activate it. This parallels how vitamin D requires vitamin C for activation. But even though vitamin C makes you healthy it doesn’t give longer life and definitely not eternal life.

ETERNAL LIFE

If you want eternal life it requires gold, and iodine to connect your pineal brain anatomy to the sun, and it requires you to walk the path of the Senate board in such a way that your wife doesn’t despise you (no baby poisoning) so that she will dutifully energize the crystal holy grail to anoint you with her magic. But this is only for spot 15 on the Senate board the house of life. To get eternal life you have to pass the waters of chaos and get off the board. There is a connection to the Christianity taught to the Roman soldiers from the Egyptian legions from the Game of Senat for eternal life that the other Christians don’t seem to believe me but I know I’m right. Senate is a racing game. So take your time to wake up spiritually but don’t be too slow or you might miss your shot this incarnation and have to do it again better in the next life =)
