For this episode I’m going to be talking about MEDUSA whom you may have heard of as a snake monster of Greek mythology, but whom I’m going to report in the ray light of being Medusa the MOTHER OF MEDICINE & MAGIC! Thinking about the anger and rage of mothers as their children are being poisoned by the jab in this ongoing Vaccine War, made me think of Medusa who is a symbol of anger, terror & protection. The name Medusa sounds like MedUSA i.e. Medicine for the United States which is something I think my country needs right now. I’m not alone in thinking that the state medicine religion cult has gone way off the rails and needs a hard reset. The globalists want a “Great Reset” and I’ve decided to give them one, let’s call it the “Great Mother Reset” as the head of the Gorgon is the image of protection, & we could all use some protection from the poisoners right now. MEDUSA MANDALA
The more I meditate on Medusa, the more I learn, and the more it blows up in my face with more to know. Whenever this happens, it’s a tell-tale sign that whatever you are looking at is a mandala. The word mandala means “must be loved” like the female name Amanda, and apparantly so is Medusa a mandala. (Also related is the Hindu snake goddess Manasa).
A mandalla is a single thing of beauty that is a spirit mirror into the infinite so you can either drive yourself nuts trying to grasp the infinite which is impossible for us to do in our mortal forms or you can just sit back acknowledge that you are looking at a mandala and marvel at its beauty. Such is the Medusa Mandala. Marvel at her Beauty or she will drive you insane.
According to the stories her herb is the poisonous yet medicinal Hellebore flower which was used to cure the insanity of Hercules so at least we know it’s a curable insanity lol.
Whenever you find something of perfect beauty it can be used as a mandala, a spirit mirror, where you can gaze upon the beauty, see your own beautiful inner divine reflection and send love to yourself.
So when you look upon Medusa do you see a beautiful healer or a scary monster killer? Either way, recognize yourself and send yourself love.

I’ll do my best to tell you everything I can about Medusa, but just know that no matter how much I say I can barely scratch the surface of how much more there is to know. MISSING MEDUSA
Perhaps the secret meaning of Medusa was common knowledge a few thousand years ago, but it seems no-one today at least not in the West has any inkling about what is really going on with the Medusa story. The secret has been revealed to me, and I want to share it with you now so that you will know how to see the big picture when looking at this Medusa creature.
Medusa has been found. In your head does Medusa abound. If you look at your own brain, it looks like a mass of snakes where the sulci visible on the outside of the brain look like snake bodies.

You can’t see their heads so all the snakes are imagined as biting towards the core of the brain as if they are eating something in the center (golden apple/pineal) or are all asleep. Now imaging if you can if all the snakes woke up at attention and assumed protective pose like a cobras around the head. Then what you would see would look something like an Egyptian or Hindu Snake God/Goddess with snakes surrounding your head that represent an intermediate step in a spiritual journey of an awakened mind.
Now imagine the Milky Way. It’s flat on its side but zooming out perpendicular looking down on it like a disk you see a giant spinning shield where the arms of the spiral galaxy look like snakes.

Now in Greco-Buddhist style you connect your snaky brain to the snakes in the sky of the Milky Way. This is the essence of Medusa. She’s a scary or beautiful snake chimera depending on how you look at it where a human and our galaxy are one. Medusa to the Greeks was symbol of this spiritual journey from mortal to immortal and Medusa is the majestic messenger who takes us from regular human to demi-god. A demi-god is a half-god which is what an enlightened human is like as we though still mortal and alive have the capability to connect our pineal third eye to the eye of of our galaxy.

How you choose to view the Milky Way is limited only by your own imagination. The Greco-Romans liked to imagine the Milky Way as the image of Medusa on a shield, a symbol of protection called the Gorgoneion.
GORGONEION
The image of the Gorgon’s head is an ancient evil averting (apotropaic) symbol of protection and royalty.
The word “Gorgon” is reminiscent of English words Gorgeous (beautiful) & Gorge (like a beautiful snake-like river gorge). I live near the Tennessee valley river gorge is very gorgeous indeed.
It came to me in meditation, after taking iMedDo Detox supplements, that the word “Me-Du-Sa” in Egyptian style phonetics Me-Djed-Sa sounds like English word “Majesty” & rearranged as Me-Sa-Djed sounds like “Message” & it appears to me that Medusa is depicted in Greco-Roman imagery as the “Majestic Messenger”.
Take note that Medusa is most often depicted with wings on her head like in the Roman mosaic (see cover art) which is reminiscent of Greco-Roman Hermes-Mercury the “Messenger”. Hermes the Messenger of the Gods is frequently depicted with winged hat and winged sandles and carrying a winged snakey caduceus the symbol of medicine. So is Medusa also a symbol of Medicine? Yes absolutely, in fact I think she is the “Mother of Medicine” which is what this article is about. That makes Hermes her son in the all too familiar viewing of the Milky Way as a Mother-Father-Son triad where all three are actually the same thing all milky way references. Hermes is said to be the son of Zeus & “Maia” the Pleiade. Maia like Ma or Me means “Mother” referring to the Milky Way Mother and also means “Me” as in “Yourself” connecting yourself to the MW in Greco-Buddhist fashion as I’ve already discussed is the underlying secret meaning of all the Greek mythology.
All three of the big three Greek Gods, Zeus, Poseidon, Hades are MW references where I best understand the first two as Zeus/Vous/You is connecting yourself to the Milky Way as viewed from the side imagined as a lightning bolt in the sky. Poseidon’s name always confused me but I’d call it “Pro Se Diana” i.e. “yourself as Dianna” another Greco-Buddhist Milky Way reference, and I better understand Poseidon as the Hindu God Vishnu with tri-partate trident and note Vishnu=Fishnu i.e. the Fish of Heaven (Nu) where Milky Way on its side is imagined as either a fish, a trident weapon or a giant leviathan serpent or even as a horse the symbol of Poseidon. Interesting to the Medusa story is that Medusa in horse form (as the Night-Mare) mates with Poseidon (in his sea-horse form i.e. a reference to the human brain anatomy i.e. hippocampus the horse-monster) and a resulting of that mating is the production of the the winged horse Pegasus. Hades is a bit more dark and murky of a character but if you imagine the MW as a black dog, a black three headed dog Cerberus then that is Hades. Originally the triple dog was related to Hecate the triple Goddess and is same as Egyptian Goddess Mut. Hades fall flat as a character because he’s an obvious male re-imagining of an older goddess which is ultimately the same as the Medusa as milky way reference. That Goddess is Ceres-Demeter who is the Scythian mother goddess who is a Milky Way reference viewing the MW on it’s side as a scythe and as a dual symbol for death as the goddess of death from whence Grim Reaper comes from. Whew! That was a lot to explain but I have to because the oldest reference to the Gorgon we have in the Greek literature, Homer’s Illiad, does not specifically mention Medusa by name but does mention the Gorgon’s head in relationship to Persephone.
The rape story of Hades stealing Persephone from Demeter to make her Queen of Hell is when viewed perceptively with your third eye, essentially the same story as the rape story of Poseidon taking Medusa in the Temple of Athena. [Also compare to the story of Zeus raping the Europa the golden cow]. These are all archetypal male MW references raping a young female MW reference much to the chagrin of the Mother Goddess MW reference.
In the Medusa story given to us by Roman Ovid, Poseidon takes Medusa in Athena’s Temple, but what is underappreciated is that both Poseidon & Medusa & Athena are all MW references to the same Galaxy!
MEDUSA THE MORTAL TRIPLE GODDESS
Now that you know the secret, the most confusing part of the Medusa story that has really baffled readers and thinkers on the subject is why is Medusa depicted as the only mortal sister of three where her two sisters are immortals. If you truly internalize the Greco-Buddhist message of the Medusa story then the answer should be obvious.
Medusa is symbol of the Greek style spiritual journey from human mortal to demigod to immortal where you the human, with your snakey looking brain, are Medusa the mortal. Medusa the demi-god is your brain connecting to the Milky Way, and the Milky Way itself is the immortal Goddess Medusa.
Medusa is depicted with golden wings because she connects your brain to the Milky Way. There is a lot to unpack in the wings, but basically wings mean protection, wings are a reference Medusa being in the sky, and are also anatomical references to the human brain where left and right temporal lobes look like wings as well as your thyroid anatomy looks like butterfly wings a reference to the soul.
Additional secret meaning which you can appreciated is that GOLD, actual food grade colloidal gold like NeuGold by iMedDo, actually makes your brain work better & connects it to the Milky Way.
According to Greek poet Aeschylus, the names of the three Gorgon sisters are: Medusa, Stheno & Euryale.
My personal interpretation of “Who are the two sisters of Medusa” since we know that she is the Milky Way is that they are the two nearest gorgon i.e. spiral galaxies to the MW namely what is know today as the Andromeda Galaxy (Gorgon Stheno) and the Triangulum Galaxy (Gorgon Euryale).

Stheno means strengths and the Andromeda Galaxy is larger than the Milky Way and heading right towards us so looks like a Stheno Gorgon to me. The Triangulum galaxy is smaller but hangs out near the Andromeda Galaxy and by process of elimination must be the sister Euryale. She’s one hot looking pinwheel galaxy that Euryale “Ariel” Mermaid Gorgon in the sky, looks like pink flowers in her hair. Stheno is rather scary as she’s got a “super-massive black hole” going on is on a collision course with our galaxy in only 4-8 billion years. The story of Poseidon raping Medusa is told by Roman author Ovid who prefers as a Roman to view the Milky Way as a spear or sword as Ares the God of War (Roman Mars) and does not like to portray the Goddess in a positive light as he prefers Roman to Athenian Greek Milky Way imagining it would seem. His story of Medusa smacks to me of mockery of the older snake wisdom cult where Medusa was a symbol of female attainment of what can be thought of as “Buddhahood” i.e. females becoming demi-gods by connecting to the Milky Way via Medusa with golden wings as the guide.
Medusa in his story is portrayed like Aphrodite but more innocent as a vestal virgin of Athena raped by Poseidon in the temple. Athena is portrayed as a real bitch because she blames Medusa for the rape on account of her too beautiful hair and curses her with snake hair. Then Athena after ganging up on Medusa with Hermes & Zeus & Hades to help Perseus slay the monster she created is not above taking Medusa’s head to put on her shield. The rape and bitchy Athena part of the story are best viewed as Roman propagand and ignored. The most interesting part of the story to me is that part that is typically left out because no one has any idea how to interpret it which is 1) Decapitation of Medusa by Perseus 2) Crysaor the Giant with Golden sword popping out of her head along with Pegasus. Note that in the brief animated summary of the Medusa story it mentioned Pegasus but not Crysaor Pegasus’s brother. There are few surviving Greek myths about Crysaor and Medusa story so misunderstood by modern audiences that part is typically left out but is very important.
PERSEUS THE DEMIGOD CONSTELLATION & MILKY WAY REFERENCE
Perseus = Per-Se-Us i.e. Through Yourself Us. He’s a Greco-Buddhist reference to spiritual journey of a mortal becoming a demi-god and then becoming immortal by connecting to the divine. So you can see Perseus has exactly the same underlying meaning as Medusa except the Greeks are imagining a male instead of a female hero. Ovid is using Perseus as a way to replace Medusa the mother goddess as the guide to connect your brain to the milky way and instead the greeks prefer to use Pegasus and Gold.
PEGASUS & CRYSAOR
The weird way the Greeks encoded this secret message about gold and Medusa’s golden wings and combined MW and brain and thyroid anatomy connection is in how when Perseus cut off Medusa’s head it bled red blood (colloidal gold reference) and out sprang Pegasus and Crysaor. Who is this brother of Pegasus? Crysaor (Greek word for Gold is Chrysos [yes note similarity to “Christ” & “Crystal”]) is depicted as a Giant wielding a “golden sword.”
Perseus is given the sword of Zeus (MW reference) and when he cuts off Medusa’s head the Giant Crysaor as a giant is another MW reference and the Golden Sword is also a MW reference. So if you are perceptive to MW references you will note the Sword of Zeus, the Sword of Ares & the Golden Sword of Crysaor the Giant son of Medusa are all the same sword. However how you imagine the swords does differ. Whereas the sword of Zeus is for war (similar to the spear of Athena MW imagining), and the sword of Zeus is for demi-gods to slay monsters (typically monsters created by his brothers Poseidon or Hades or in this case monster created by Athena (Athena is Female version of Zeus as she sprang from head of Zeus a higher birth just like Pegasus and Crysaor Springing from Medusa’s head), the Golden Sword of Crysaor unlike the Sword of Ares is the sword of peace. This is a coded reference that drinkable gold like NeuGold colloidal gold brings calm & peace and wisdom to the brain. The golden sword is a symbol of power but is also a symbol of wisdom that the sword is used to maintain peace.
MEDUSA IS IN THE TEMPLE OF ARTEMIS NOT ATHENA
Archeology lends support to the idea that Ovid’s Roman story of Medusa being raped by Poseidon in the Temple of Athena is propaganda because Medusa protects the Goddess Artemis not Athena! Sure Medusa’s decapitated head is depicted on Athena’s breastplate and shield but since Athena & Medusa are both MW references, that’s an admission that Medusa is an elder Goddess supplanted by Athena where Athena like Zeus still wants to use her (rape her Athenian Greek style) to show their royal lineage to the elder Goddess.

Note that the Medusa on Artemis’s temple is not decapitated meaning most likely that 1) Medusa was already thought of as having snakes for hair (not because Athena made it so) 2) Artemis temple has more respect for Medusa as is using her in full form as protector not as decapitated form as an armor decoration. 3) No Perseus man around to mess with her, Temple of Artemis is all about the Ladies. 4) Notice the snake knot at her waist is a symbol of virginity, and I personally think means Artemis-Medusa is a protector of underage girls. Romans complain about women being celibate at festival of Ceres-Demeter, and I think the story of Persephone being abducted raped by Hades is a better model of Medusa than Poseidon-Athena Temple story which reads more like how Roman men as Poseidon can get away with rape and won’t be punished by Athena. Not so with Artemis. Artemis will punish men who violate her temple virgins. Artemis is the real Medusa.
Artemis parthenos as a huntress & goddess of animals fits much better with Medusa the snake Goddess as Medusa can be considered a snake form of Artemis. The Greeks despised non-human looking (anthropomorphic) representations of the Milky Way, so all in my opinion to compensate the Greeks filed all the more ancient and bestial depictions of the Milky Way in various animal forms under Artemis. Besides snake form, important forms of Artemis as a protectress goddess is in bear form and in lioness/tigress form. Also compare to the Hindu goddess Durga.
Medusa as a type of dragon-snake chimeric form of milky way imagining as the Mother Goddess, makes perfect sense to find her in Temple of Artemis and that’s what archeology shows.
ORIGINS OF MEDUSA
The parents of Medusa in mythology are said to be elder gods Porcys & Keto, of Titans also chimeric milky way references but they are sea gods & Goddesses making the snakes of medusa having a possibly “sea snake” vibe to them. Sea monsters of all varieties as creatures would be temple of Artemis but as sea creatures would be allied with Poseidon. Poseidon to me appears to be the fully anthropomorphized form of earlier chimeric man-sea creature forms like Porcys, and Medusa is another chimeric female sea creature form like her “mother” Keto. The mother godesss has no mother like Artemis and Athena (& Virgin Mary) is “Parthenos” a mother yet still a Virgin. The children are just all re-imaginings of the Milky Way. The husbands and fathers and sisters and brothers are all just MW re-imaginings. I think the Greek poets were trying to keep track of the order of the changes in the state MW imagining by saying which god was son of or daughter of which other God, but it was understood that all the Gods and Goddesses were the same as the Great Mother Goddess the Milky Way. The Greeks, called the “Hellas” people, viewed this Great Goddess as Hellen. Medusa is a Hellen figure as her beauty outrivals all others and is worth starting wars over (Poseidon followers vs Athena followers vying for control of Athens for example). We know Poseidon was god of Atlantis which predates Athena & Athens, but I’ve also figured out that there are a number of goddesses that Athena is modeled after (Anat, Neith) that also predate Athena as well. We know the mother goddess cult predates all other cults going back to the paleolithic. The oldest I can find is in Egypt and the second oldest is Minoan.
MEDUSA’S BOARDGAME
It’s hard to believe ancient people actually had the star data to extrapolate what the Milky Way looked like top down view as the head of the Gorgon because you can only see it from earth on it’s side, and it is not obvious that it is spiral shaped top down unless you have many years of star data and mathematics to calculate & extrapolate what it looks like. But believe it. It was common knowledge in old kingdom Egypt going back from 3000B.C.-2300 B.C. and the proof is in the game Mehen where Medusa was represented as the goddess “Mehenet” t is feminine ending so pronounced “Mehen” meaning “Mother Hen” or Mother Goose, a Milky Way reference. I know for a fact that this was a Milky Way reference because it was paired on the flip side of the board with the Egyptian game Senet which plays out a hero’s journey across the Milky Way across the back of Anubis (MW reference as golden/black dog/wolf). This is the milky way sideways. Then when you pieces die, you flip the board and play them out as the great serpent Mehet where they try to escape and not get eater by her. Mehen is reprented as the great spiral snake like Medusa or like a great big eye in center of a spiral snake board. This is the Milky Way, there is no doubt. Look for yourself.

What do you see? Some Egyptians saw a golden island, a golden egg, the Eye of Ra, the Eye of Hathor, the fire of Sehkmet and many other names. J.R.R. Tolkien was not doubt refereing to this as his “Eye of Sauron”. Saur “lizard/snake” of On “heliopolis” Egypt. The Egyptians saw a protector mother snake compare to Neith, Nepthys & Isis (Neith became Greek Athena). Sometime the Greeks called this a whirlpool with Scylla & Charybdis names for the Medusa & Stheno (Milky Way & Andromeda Galaxies). It’s the Eye of the Dragon & this year you can think of it as the “Eye of the Tiger” as you connect your third eye to the Milky Way.

Stop looking at her boobs and notice the cat ‘baby lion” on her head! Medusa like Artemis also associated Lioness is not a trivial point & Babylon “Baby Lion” Cults possibly related.
BRAIN FLOOD GOLD DETOX REFERENCE
The flood story in the Bible as well as flood & rape stories by Poseidon the Greek god of the sea sometimes have coded meaning to them regarding the blood flooding and polluting the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of the brain. A breaking down of the blood brain barrier results in the blood of Medusa and the waters of Poseidon mixing as they are not supposed to do as the blood brain barrier is supposed to keep the blood and the cerebrospinal fluid separate. It is possible that Ovid in his story of the rape of Medusa by Poseidon was referencing this, though is hard for me to be sure if he did it on purpose or was just repeating/re-adapting earlier stories that had that motif. Gold really does protect the blood brain barrier and allows the CSF to purify. Such coded message is in the Medusa, Pegasus, Crysaor myth though is likely lost to most people but not me as I meditate on gold all the time =). I made iMedDo Detox System well before learning these Greek myths but is fascinating that the gold medicine really has been around a long time likely as far back as the cult of Medusa. ATHENA PEGASUS & MEDUSA
Th Athenian Greeks really did love Medusa as they plastered her face all over their goddess Athena both on her breastplate and shield as well as Medusa’s child Pegasus on her her helm.
Medusa’s face on Athena’s chest is also surrounded by Athena’s golden locks indicating that Athena’s hair and Medusa’s hair are one and the same. (Both MW references).
A large snake is depicted crawling up the back of the shield which has Medusa’s face protective Gorgoneion face on the front and not the head of the snake has been chopped off. Perhaps the statue was not broken but was done on purpose methinks. If so the snake is the “body of Medusa” which is a depiction of Evil like Apep or Python the serpent as sideways MW reference, and the Greeks was implying that you had to “cut off the head of the serpent” to release the protective powers of Medusa which would jive with the Ovid story of Perseus chopping off Medusa’s head and then using it as a weapon to protect from teh Leviathan and for other things before giving to Athena.
Note two Pegasi on Athena’s head not just one Pegasus indicating Pegasus is an internal brain anatomy reference (hippocampi in temporal lobes most probably).
The biggest thing I get out of the Athena statue is note the sphinx on the top middle of her helm which is very Egyptian-like. But an actual eyptian statue would use a snake there instead (ureas) so it’s clear the sphinx and uraus are the same. But instead of protector cobra the greeks prefered the protector lion as the sphinx refers to the leo constellation. Or does it? I think it also refers to the “Eye of the Tiger-Lion i.e. the Eye of Medusa, the Gorgoneion of the MW from top down view”.
This depiction of Athena with a lion-sphinx on her head is very reminsicent of the Minoan representation of Medusa with lion on head. So Athena is being connected to being a lioness Goddess. Just like Artemis-Medusa. Also same as Egyptian lion Goddess Sehkmet (Seek Me/ Sick Me).
EGYPTIAN LION GODDESS
Medusa is the Egyptian lion goddess Sehkmet who is also like I said before is Mehenet and what you might not have realized is Sehkmet is depicted with snakes for hair (just like Medusa). Sehkmet is Athena is Medusa is Artermis. All Milky Way mother goddess references.
Sehkmet is a winged fire goddess, So now you see medusa is not just a snake goddess but is a fire breathing snake goddess. Milky Way looks look a big eye wreathed in flame. The Eygptians were loaded with mother goddess depictions also check out Nut, Mut, Neith, Hathor, Isis, Sehkmet, Bast, Bat and more for coded Medusa references. Snakes everywhere. Basically the snake is a sign of wisdom as it looks like the human brain and is stands for “using your brain”. Ureas snake is protective like medusa but is third eye which connects to eye of Ra MW reference.
MERITAMUN THE WHITE QUEEN
MeritAmun the “White Queen” identified by DrBenGo as a mortal MedusaVulture Snake hair modius crown with feathers of Ma’at on top. Modius mesures grain connecting Goddess with Demeter & Underworld i.e. the Milky Way
This Egyptian Medusa Meritamun is in my opinion a model for the Virgin Mary.
MEDUSA COMPLETE
Medusa and her children are holy having higher birth implying that Medusa is greater than Athena even as children spring from her head equating her with the female version of Zeus which makes complete sense as Medusa as the Complete Female Goddess in all aspects: Maiden, Mother, Crone with both warlike, peace-like, mortal, immortal, virginal & whore aspects all rolled into one powerful beautiful but scary package.
BACK TO THE GARDEN
Eve & the Serpent when taken together are Medusa. The Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil is a Milky Way reference (MW on side viewed as a tree) and the forbidden fruit is the Gorgoneion where the head of Medusa is viewed as the golden apple of immortality.
Because the Milky Way looks flat when viewed from Earth, only the ancient cultures with advanced star observational knowledge were aware of the true nature of the Milky Way being a spiral galaxy. The Romans from the Greeks who got it from the Egyptians were aware.
It is natural for humans when looking at the Milky Way to think of it as a “Mother Goddess” who births stars which in the case of the galactic Medusa’s head looks vaguely like a grotesque head with snakes for hair if you choose to see it that way as they did.
FATHER OF MEDICINE
According to the Romans who influenced Western medicine, the father of medicine is Hippocrates from whence is named the Hippocratic Oath (Orkos). However, like just about everything Roman I examine in more detail, it falls apart as propaganda and a sham but does have some very real and important underpinings. Hippocrates when you examine is more of a mythological figure or a demi-god than an actual person and many things of later dates that could not have been written by him were are attributed to being his works.
The most amazing thing I learned while meditating on Medusa is that Hippocrates is not and cannot be the the “Father of Medicine” because there was already a figure better satisfying that role two thousand years before him named Imotep of Egypt.
However, when you did deeper into Imotep, like Hippocrates he is more of a mythological figure as well as and the surviving papyri attributed to him are not actually thought to have been written to him merely dedicated to his deified self. Are both father’s of medicine fakes to cover up the Mother of Medicine? I think so.
PROVERBS OF WISDOM
What I’m about to tell you takes wisdom. To meditate on medicine takes wisdom. I want you my dear readers to known that as a small child I asked God for wisdom and finally in my older age I have achieved it and it keeps rolling in & like the torrent and I strive to capture as much as I can each month to write down in these newsletters.
The greatest disovery I made this month is that a large section of the book of Proverbs in the Bible has been found the original source in Egyptian papayrus wisdom document of Amenope.
WINGS OF MEDUSA
We most often think of Medusa as snakes for hair first but it appears her “golden wings” were as important if not a more important aspect of her image as a Gorgon. Wings in Egypt symbolized protection and Medusa’s head as the Gorgoneion is a symbol of protection and often put on breastplates or shields for protection so makes perfect sense to me that she would be depicted with wings. However, the wings as “golden wings” have additional meaning liking her image both with internal anatomy (left & right hemispheres of brain are like our “wings” as well as our thyroid anatomy “wings” looks like butterfly wings and protected by thyroid cartilage “shield” & word thyroid comes from Greek word for thureous for “shield”.

MILKY WAY INTUTION CHECK: MEDUSA CHARON RELATION
What I’m about to say comes straight from the Milky Way. The most hidden part of Medusa is that sometimes she is depicted with boars tusks.
As the female psychopomp figure with golden wings she ferries the living between earth and MtOlympus (MW ref) much like Hermes, Anubis Herm-Anubis or Charon the ferryman shuttles souls across the River Styx.
The River Styx is a Milky Way reference for sure. If Charon and Medusa have similar functions then they might have similar features. Indeed if you look deeply int o Charon the ferryman, sometimes he is depicted with boar tusks (like medusa) and with snakes on his arms (like Minoan “Medusa” snake lady priestesses). Charon is associate with gold as demands gold coin to cross the river.
Medusa is also associated with Gold in at least three ways (golden wings, offspring Crysaor with golden sword), and her blood is reminiscent of gold (red colloidal gold, compare to NeuGold which is pink at 50 ppm).
The difference I think is that whereas Anubis & Hermes as Hermanubis shuttle the dead across the river, the blood of Medusa and/or her offspring Pegasus can allow the the living to visit the undying land.
ORC KNOWLEDGE
My guts says Medusa is the Orc Queen who has tusks like a pig in some depictions because she is a chimera which is a reference to the zodiac. So basically she is Hera the wife of Zeus that all the gods are afraid of and that a mortal must cleave like Hera-Cles/Hercules by going on a spiritual journey and slaying all of the different parts. Once you go beyone the zodiac circle of animals which is representation of the stars from earth and zoom out you see the the milky way itself which looks like Medusa. The greek word for oath is “Orkos” and “Or” means gold. Orky = Gold key. The hippocratic oath (orkos) is an ork curse for those who harm children. Medusa is the protector of children specifically of the “royal” bloodline. Since the Milky Way itself is the Mother-Medusa-Protector then all life is under her protection both human and animal (Priestess of Artemis). Without protecting life there will be no hunt (game) an since the Milky Way is a giant board game to teach good from evil the game must go on.
LORDESS OF THE RINGS
You can’t help but notice if you are a nerd that the Milky Way from Medusa perspective is the inspiration for the “Eye of Sauron.” What I can’t figure out from Greek mythology, I see correlations for by chimeric fictional reality in the Tolkien Universe. Galadriel and Sauron are the Same Goddess worshiped very differently by different warring peoples. Saur-On is the Lizard of Helipoplis Egypt and Saruman is the Lizard Man of Scotland area. The Uruk Hai orks of Saruman are references to I think Orkney area which was ancient local of Carthagenian-Goddess Worship and allied with Egypt-Persians against the Romans. All the bad guys I recognize as my allies who have been smeared by propaganda to look evil. Such is Medusa. Once a beutiful goddess, smeared by Roman propaganda to look like a hideous monster.
SEXUAL POWER OF MEDUSA
Medusa’s abiity to turn men to stone is a sexual reference to her ability as a beauty to “Make men hard” lol.
Medusa is a milky way reference and the ancient men would prefere to imagine the Milky Way as a beautiful goddess on her side (Aphrodite-Medusa) than as scary gorgon.
The snake goddess cult priestesses thought of as prostitues predate male priests and they through sexual ritual helped men “see heaven” lol.

I asked my wife what your thoughts on Medusa and what she said was very interesting (parapharasing from memory):

You can’t help but notice her beauty but you can’t afford to not take notice of her other attributes & skills or she will kill you.”
Medusa is the ASSASSIN of men. “SS is snake sound” & symbol of Egyptian Goddess Isis and of money $$.

Images of Medusa have been used throughout history past Greek times most notable in French revolouton and recently in the Me Too feminist movement where name Medusa waswritten Me(Dusa)Too lol. Medusa as a rape shamed victim in Ovid story certainly qualifies & women who name their rapists gain their power back.
MEDUSA IN 2022 YEAR OF TIGER
In 2022, however the year of the tiger, I think Medusa takes a new form. The form I see Medusa in is in Lioness form similar to Egyptian Sehkmet or like the Hindu goddess Durga riding a tiger who if you’ve never heard of is worth meditating on:
Medusa represents the full powers of the sacred feminine energy combined.
MANASA THE GODDESS OF SERPENTS
Besides Durga the closest thing to Medusa I can find in Hindu religion is Manasa the Goddess of Serpents. Her story is fascinating. Instead of being raped she has the opposite problem. Her husband is an acetic and won’t sleep with her enough! Like Egyptian Isis, Manasa is worshiped for protection from snake bites which makes sense. Like seemingly all Hindu gods & goddesses depicted with mulitple snakes coming out of head in Medusa-like fashion as methinks common secret meaning of “using thine brain”. I personally think that the lotus flower popular in many Hindu & Buddhist motiffs is also a Milky Way reference where a flower is seen instead of the Gorgon’s face. Still a Milky Way reference but also connects nicely with the brain budding, opening to the heavens. Manasa-Medusa appears to be standing on a lotus flower and making a protective “stop” mudra with a bloodied hand indicating she’s not above killing you very Medusa like. The red and the white flower in her hands to me indicate a similar to Medusa quality of knowing how to use herbs (& snake venom) for both healing a killing just as she knows how to use her brain. LIke in Egypt, the reared cobra is a protective symbol. The swan-goose is insteresting as connects her to Mother Goose like Egyptian Mehen snake goddess an likely common origin in antiquity.
CONCLUSION:
I think meditating on Art last month led me to Artemis in Snake-Tiger form Medusa who is here to offer her life to protect the children from the vaccine poisoners. To connect with Medusa mediation on any of the things I’ve talked about in this episode and let me know what the Milky Way wished to communicate. I think there are hidden messages in what I’ve written and if you read it with your third eye then the holy spirit will descent upon you like tongues of flaming snakes as you receive the Medusa blessing of protection of the mother Goddess. In Christianity she is Mary the Mother Ray from Eyptian MeritAmun/MaryAmen who wears the crown of snakes.

Isis the Egyptian snake goddess most influential on western development. Along with Seraphis and Harpocrates triad of Greek-Ptolomy Egypt was used to syncretize the Greek and Egyptian religions after conquest of Alexander the Great. Alexander is directly connected to Medusa as is depicted with wearing the Gorgoneion on his breastplast in roman mosaic revoverd from Pompeii.
Note Medusa on Alex’s chest, he no doubt believed he under divine protection from the Milky Way. The look in his horse’s eyes is priceless, it’s like hope I’m under protection too!
The mythic Hippocrates “father of medicine” is from Harpocrates the son of Isis. Fort the Greeks, Mortals became demigods during life and were honored as gods after death so there very could have been a skilled physician named Hippocrates, but likely many of the things attributed to him later as a deity were created by others of less noteworthiness. It turns out that Ptahotep was an earlier “father of medicine” in ancient Egypt some 2000 years before Hippocrates. Like Hippocrates he was a bit of a mythic character once again a son in a triad of the mother goddess where she is the real goddess of medicine. While researching this article I stumbled bup on the writings of Amenope from New Kingdom Egypt which have been proven to be original source material for much of the book of Proverbs in the bible and deep within it I found a reference which I think pertains to Medusa:
BRAIN RAPE BY BLOOD POISON
The story of Medusa rings strong today because of the vaccine war where people are being raped by forced injection of experimental blood poison with the pfizer jab and other “vaccines”.
The secret meaning of the Medusa story is that she is the cup bearer of the gods which is the human brain that holds the cerebrospinal fluid that bathes the hippocampus and pineal.
Medusa is the blood brain barrier, the guardian to prevent a flood of blood from entering into and polluting the brain temple fluid.
The pineal is part of the blood brain barrier, the only hormone producing part of it which connects to the CSF on one side and the blood on the other.
The blood of medusa is colloidal gold which is red and which appears pink at 50 ppm concentrion in NeuGold food grade colloidal gold.
Gold protects the blood brain barrier, protecting the pineal.
Gold is Medusa. Gold is represented in the Medusa story as Medusa’s child Chrysaor the giant with golden sword.
When attacking Medusa is slain when the brain overcomes terror & fear and past trauma, then Pegasus emerges (you can use your hippocampus) and you become a giant (unlock Nephelim knowledge of the stars with golden sword which I interpret as having colloidal gold, iodine and silver to protect & activate your pineal to open your third eye.
MEDUSA IS THE THIRD EYE
Medusa in Egyptian depictions is Wadjet the Eye of Ra which is known to be a coded Brain & Pineal reference. Medusa is best well known besides her Athena wisdom aspect as Sophia the goddess of wisdom and as Aphrodite, the pineal is the “pearl of wisdom” as the halves of the brain look like a giant clam-shell from the top.
GREAT HEALER & PROTECTOR OF THE DEAD
Isis’s role in afterlife beliefs was based on that in the myth. She helped to restore the souls of deceased humans to wholeness as she had done for Osiris. Like other goddesses, such as Hathor, she also acted as a mother to the deceased, providing protection and nourishment.
CLEOPATRA IS MEDUSA
Alexander the Great in art is depicted with Medusa on his breastplate as a protective sign and the symbol of medusa was used as a sign of royalty. So no doubt the Thracian kings after Alexander circa 300 BC and the Greek Ptolemy dynasty of Egypt ending in Cleopatra VII were familiar with the cult of Medusa. Snakes very popular in Egypt and Cleopatra even ended her life with a snake bite ritual. The name cleopatra G-leo-patra (G is a golden C) means Triple (greek third letter gamma like english third letter C means the number 3), Lion (leo), Father/Rock (Patra/Petra) a milky way reference. Cleopatra was Medusa and she could turn any and to stone (make him rock hard by her beauty lol). Also the stone is a reference to the brain and pineal gland which looks like a rock when calcified.
HELLENISM
The Hellenic religion of the Greeks is what I would call Greco-Buddhist in that it seeks to use a poetic imagining of the Milky Way and to connect that with the internal anatomy of the human body. The goal of Hellenism is to become one with God with the secret that we are each individually God by opening our third eye, seeing the stars, recognizing them as a reflection of your own internal divine and then going from mortal to immortal as you become one with God.
Because the Greeks come from the Phoenicians and the Phoenicians were primarily sailors, Hellenism is the religion of the sailors & pirates. When they looked from their boats they saw and ocean of water, so when they looked up into the heavens they imagined an ocean of water in the sky as well. Typically they would imagine the MW as a goddess such as a mermaid or a dragon or a lady with serpent or fish legs & the imagining of the MW as a Protective Mother but as kinda a bitch one who won’t hesitate to wreck you in a storm and sink you to the bottom of the ocean as shark bait.
No doubt an ocean storm was viewed as the Goddess being angry. Medusa personifies the primal anger of the goddess.
MEDUSA & THE GOLDEN APPLE
The most influential poet who influenced the imaginings of the Greeks when they looked up at the stars was the poet Homer who wrote the Illiad & the Oddesey stories of the Gods messing with mortals which encompass many different vying imaginings of the Gods and Goddesses.
Medusa is conspicuously absent from the story, but is present as the triple goddess, who in the story is split into three different forms all vying for a golden apple which is “for the most fair” (Hera, Athena, Aphrodite). Medusa can also be thought of as Eris the goddess of discord not invited to the party who brought the golden apple. Men only want to connect to Milky Way in beautiful goddess form but the milky was has dark, terrifying and monstrous aspects to it as well which in Homer’s story were all in Eris the goddess left out of the part who brought to golden apple.
Additionally, women do not connect to the MW in Greco—Buddhist fashion as only being an beauty object for male affection so the triple beauty viewing of the MW by the Greeks as Helen also is missing something. The missing something is Medusa.
In the Homer Illiad story Eris brings the golden apple (a pineal reference) from the garden of the Hesperides. If you research the Hesperides you will find that they are associated with Medusa. These nymphs of the West (another triple beauty goddess reference) are like the female version of Set (Egyptian male god of the West). If you look closely at the Hesperides you will find Medusa as the nymphs are listed in varying in number and by varying names some of which sound very similar to Medusa (Hesperethusa, Arethusa) making me suspect these are Medusa references. Sure enough one poet Fulgentius who imagines the Hesperides as four gives them names: Aegle, Hesperie, Medusa, & Arethusa.
So Medusa is considered a sister aspect to the Hesperides concept of the garden of the golden apple (the human brain) and is the milky way reference of the evening (Hesper i.e. Vesper i.e. West at night).
All of these Hesperides are MW references no doubt and Aegle is imagining the MW as an eagle. Hesperia is imagining it as night. I suspect Arethusa means fire star and Medusa means either Middle Star or Medicine Star. So Medusa/Arethusa is an astrotheological reference to both the MW as a big spinning fire star which makes sense as well is identified as Algol a blinking star in the Perseus constellation.
The Perseus constellation is on the Milky Way and thus him holding up the head of Medusa (Algol star) at the milky way is a reference to the MW looking flat from the side like a decapitated head as you have to look at the spiral galaxy fro a different angle than we can see from earth perpendicular to see it’s Medusa head snake arms.
HELENES SUPPRESS MEDUSA
Medusa is the symbol of feminism because she represents all the aspects of the sacred feminine which are left out when only viewing the MW as a love object. The Greeks influenced by poet Homer’s imaginings chose to view the MW primarily as Helen the most beautiful woman in the whole world (whole galaxy even as is MW reference), and they suppress wanting to view the MW in bestial form such as snake or dragon especially.
This narrow viewpoint of Hellenism leaves at least 2/3 of the sacred feminine aspect unsatisfied as embodied by Hera and Athena not being with Aphrodite winning the apple.
Regardless Aphrodite as the Goddess Sophia is now the standard Goddess to represent the pineal anatomy.
Medusa is so powerful though because she represents the combined aspects of the Goddess which include terrible monstrous poisonous and angry forms (Represented as Eris the Goddess of Discord in Homer’s Illiad) and all the aspects of the sacred feminine combined in Hera (Mother Goddess & good housewife of Zeus), Athena (Wisdom & Warrior Goddess) though she is also Aphrodite (Goddess of Beauty) the part the Hellenes admire.
USA SUPPRESS MEDUSA
One of the names of the Hesperides beside Arethusa is Aerica and note the similarity to the world “America”. This goddess of discord same as Eris in Illiad is the suppressed medusa energy in America. The state cult religion of the masonic founding fathers depicts America as a goddess “lady liberty”, this is no doubt to me the same as Aerica who is sister aspect of Medusa. Like the Hellenes, the founding fathers of America preferred to view the MW in beautify goddess form or like Athena in battle goddess. The Flag of America with the 13 stars and stripes can be though of as 13 snakes of Med-USA’s hair. It’s all MW references of how you imagine yourself connected to the divine. When liberty is suppressed, i.e. when Lady Liberty is suppressed it brings out the repressed monstrous anger and terrifying aspect of the sacred feminine, it brings out the MedUSA energy.
Also when Athena energy is present Medusa energy is also present as Athen wears the head of Medusa on her breast and shield. Breast & Shield is a reference to Medusa’s head in Algol star form in Perseus constellation and as the Spiral Galaxy from perpendicular viewpoint.
So I get the MW part but how does it connect to the human anatomy?
When liberty is threatened the slumbering human brain snakes release the golden apple of immortality and spring to attention like protective cobras to defend the sacred temple (the pure human body and mind).
With monstrous anger they are poised ready to attack and kill whoever defiles their temple.
The temple is the brain and keeping the ambrosia of the gods pure i.e. the cerebrospinal fluid of the brain clean so that the hippocampus & pineal can function.
MEDUSA & THE VACCINE WAR
The covid19 experimental jabs such as the “vaccine” by Pfizer are blood poisons create spike proteins which attempt to breach the blood brain barrier of which the pineal is a part of (only hormone producing part of BBB). They create a breach of the sacred temple of Athena/Artemis/Aphrodite whatever you want to call it, basically you get blood fluid and contaminants (bacteria,virus,fungi etc) in the brain when the BBB is breached.
Additionally, liberty is breached (Lady Liberty Raped) when the people are forced to take experimental poison as is a violation of the Hippocratic oath which is a subset of the Golden Lae of Medicine i.e. the Golden Rule. Forced injection is a form of rape and is a violation of do unto others as you would have done unto you. Rather than sexual rape is a mental rape as it poisons the mind and prevents the brain from connecting to the divine.
The Mind rape of the vaccine war (both jab and propaganda and loss of liberties) directly summons the Medusa Energy springing to life like the slumbering brain snakes awakening to defend the temple and to keep the nectar of immortality bathing the golden apple (pineal) pure.
The temple of Athena the wise war goddess now becomes the Temple of Artemis with goddess in monstrous snake-dragon form.
MEDUSA TURNING MEN TO STONE
When Medusa energy awakens men perish. The turning to stone is a pineal reference related to how the pineal looks like a rock (calcium-fluoride) and deactivates when your third eye is not opened (needs iodine to detox fluoride & gold to also protect the BBB)
Mankind will quite literally perish if the vaccine war is lost and the genociders like Kill Bill get their wish of poisoning the bloodlines.
MEDUSA FROM RAPE VICTIM TO HUNTRESS
Although Medusa represents and aspect of the Mother Goddess energy, what Medusa instead represents the young female whose future is destroyed by the poison of anger from a real injustice such as rape or vaccine poisoning mind and body rape. Toxic metals in vaccines were poisoning young women even before the covid19 attack as the regular vaccines were causing aluminum poisoning causing ovarian cysts and making women infertile unless they knew to detox with iodine.
But prior to covid19, the women were victims. Now in the year of the Tiger women have become the like Medusa the enraged hunter. Next women must learn from the suppressed part of the female hero’s journey of the Medusa story that they must be the female equivalent of Perseus (think Persephone) and must wear their Medusa energy for the protection of the children like Athena wears the head of medusa on shield and breastplate.
Medusa energy protects the heart.
The heart is being attacked by covid19 jab which is causing myocarditis and pericarditis (heart inflammation in the myocytes and around the heart)
Athena the wise war goddess imagining moves aside for Artemis in Medusa form as enraged bestial killer.
Ripping the poisoners to pieces like a merciless lion, tiger, or bear for those who dare to poison the cubs. Egyptian lion goddess Sehkmet comes to mind & this year of tiger is not going to be kind to the poisoners.
MORAL OF THE MEDUSA PARABLE
For the poisoners & jab rapist: Fear the injured and enraged woman for she can & will destroy you. For the ladies: You can unleash the beast of Medusa for protection in times of war especially for protecting the children but have the wisdom ladies especially to remember that your Medusa energy of rage & terror is best wielded in wisdom in accordance with your mind (pegasus) and the golden rule (Crysaor/Christ) with the golden sword / golden law of medicine. For the men: As Medusa is a reference to the female aspects of our own brain, even us men have the wisdom goddess inside, and we can use the Medusa parable to also go on spiritual journey as Perseus we can conquer fear and wield the golden sword of Medusa and our minds (pegasus).
CHRISTIAN PARALLELS
The commandment of Jesus to the apostles to be as wise as serpents is a reference to Medusa energy. Also note a Christian temple is built on top of the temples of Artemis with Medusa/Gorgon depiction on it at Corfu and many instances of Christianity having to syncretize with Medusa can be found.

Note the word Nurse to me looks like Nu-R-S i.e. the Fire (R) & Wisdom (S) of Heaven (Nu). So in support that Medusa is the mother of medicine, I’ll argue that the word Nurse itself is a Medusa Milky Way reference.

After last month’s episode “God is a Lion”, I received divine inspiration to elucidate the meaning of the Lion as savior figure in the ancient Egyptian Serpent Game Mehen which is archaeologically found with lion figurines whose meaning heretofore has been lost to time. In this article, I reference the most up to date modern archaeological breakthroughs regarding Mehen, & I reveal for the first time ever fully playable & theologically sound and consistent rules for Mehen which explain the significance of the Lion statues in the game. With the rules in hand, now Mehen becomes a powerful teaching tool on the hazards of pride like chaos and famine which allows the game and its successor game Senet to be tracked from the spiral loving druids of yore to the Biblical Joseph Cycle to King Tut, to medieval alchemy all the way to modern Christianity. This work is my proof that Christianity ultimately comes from Egypt which fully explains the Semitic connection of the Joseph cycle and how the Bible contains a covered up ouroboros with Jesus as the lion-cub “of Judah” at the center, just as there is a lion (even a lion cub in my reconstructed rules) in the center of the Mehen serpent board game.
MEHEN THE RELIGION & GAME
Firstly, you need to know, that in ancient Egypt, board games were not just games as we think of them today, but rather an expression of religion. In the most ancient period of Egypt the Old Kingdom, but not in later Middle Kingdom or New Kingdom Egypt, a board game was played that has been baffling board game players and Egyptologists alike. Typical archaeological finds include a spiral serpent shaped board, some marbles, and some lion figurines. As a boardgamer, I simply know how this game was played, and as a religious scholar, I simply had to research in depth the theology surrounding such as game and the history of why it was later replaced and abandoned as a game.

Mehen, as you can see from the board above, has something to do with a serpent religion which had some belief in a spiral shaped serpent. Piecing together the archeology we can discover that the worship of the spiral is very very ancient even predating Mehen by at least a millenia.

When I was at Gavrinis, I could tell the spiral stood for water in river serpent form, and when I exited the Cairn on the island and saw water all around (in megalithic times was the confluence of 3 “snake” rivers), it felt like exiting a tomb and returning to the light of the sun (resurrection). The Egyptian beliefs are strikingly similar where the water of the Milky Way can be considered a serpent. This serpent in its evil chaos form in ancient Egypt was called Apep/Apophis. Now like saying the name of Voldemort in Harry Potter is bad luck, it was probably bad luck as well to call Apophis by name, and thus even though the big snake on the board is Apophis, you would instead call the board by the name of the protective serpent Mehen instead.

The board of the game Mehen is not Mehen, it’s actually Apophis, but you don’t call the chaos serpent by name, instead the game is called Mehen after the protective serpent. The point of the game as you will see is about protecting against and overcoming/replacing the chaos serpent. A plausible theory as to why people in later times might have stopped playing Mehen, as they might have been so scared of Apophis that they didn’t want a board around with his image on it.
MULTIPLE SNAKES IN EGYPT
Mehen the board game is named after “the coiled one” who IS NOT THE SAME SNAKE as the snake depicted on the gameboard! The big snake on the gameboard is Apophis, the big chaos serpent. Mehen is impled in the marbles, as each marble is a piece of Ra’s soul, and thus each marble is protected by Mehen as they traverse the board on the coils of Apophis from Apophis. Mehen is a non-venomous healing protective black snake, and is different from the venomous uraus snake and is very importantly different from the big snake of the board Apophis.
MEHEN IS NOT JUST A GAME ABOUT SNAKES, IT’S A GAME ABOUT LIONS
The game Mehen in my reconstructed rules follows a three path course from outside of board to center, center back out, and then outside back to center where each player moves one of their marbles, and the rest of their marbles are used in their hand/bag/cup for movement. When you are going from the outside of the board toward the center, your marble represents the dead Pharoah Ra, and Mehen, who is implied in your marble coiled around and protecting the essence off Ra during the most perilous time of his journey through the underworld. But when Ra/Mehen i.e. your marble reaches the center of the board and overthrows Apophis, then Ra is reborn as the sun/son of God (where Mehen as God becomes the lioness Goddess Mehenit). So your marble on the second lap instead of dead Ra/Mehen is now Ra in living lion form (the lion king/Pharoah) protected by Mehenit (Lioness Goddess with venomous serpent on her brow the uraeus). Mehenit/Sehkmet the Lioness is the God of this Game on Ra’s second lap. The central former snake den instead becomes a lion’s den (a pride of lions). The lion figurine is placed in the center of the board to indicate that you are on the lion lap and faces outwards indicating the direction of your marble movement for the second lap, and points to your marble allowing you to keep track of which marble is yours in a multiplayer game even when all the marbles on the board are the same color.
PLAY SIGNIFICANCE OF THE LION FIGURINES IN MEHEN
Each player in Mehen is provided a uniquely colored lion figurine. The lion figurine is used as a non-moving marker in the middle of the board after the first lap with both important play and religious significance. The play significance of the lion figurine is threefold 1) it indicates what lap you are on 2) what direction your marble is moving, and 3) keeps track of which marble is yours. For the first lap you leave the lion off the board pointing at your marble to help your remember which marble is yours, everyone’s marble is moving inward so no marker for direction is necessary yet. Once your marble reaches the center your lion figurine is played in the center of the board to indicate that you have completed the first lap, and points outwards indicating direction of marble movement as second lap your now “lionized” marble move outward direction, and lion points at marbles with its front to indicate which marble is yours. For lap three you simple about face the direction of your central lion facing inwards to indicate your marble direction change now moving inwards, and tail of the lion points towards your marble to keep track of which marble is yours.
RELIGIOUS SIGNIFICANCE OF LIONS IN MEHEN
Once your marble completes the first lap and takes the center away from the chaos serpent, Ra’s soul guarded by Mehen is able to resurrect/reincarnate as the sun God represented by a lion. So you put your lion figurine in the middle to indicate that the Lion King (or Queen for female player) now rules. For the second lap the Pharoah goes forth in lion marble form under the watchful gaze of his lion figurine to go hunting. Female lion figurines represent Menhit/Sehkmet (lion headed goddesses that protect the Pharoah with their venomous serpent uraus eye, and male lion figurines represent the lion savior god Mahes or represent the ascended lion nature of the pharoah himself. Sex of lion figurines does not affect gameplay, as they do not move only indicate information about your marbles direction, position and lap number.
THE LESSON OF PRIDE
Once you understand how the cycle of Mehen fully plays and what it represents after reading the full rules below you will see that the game teaches a lesson about the dangers of pride. The lion Pharoah in the second lap moving towards the outside of the board as he gets farther and farther away from Egypt and the watchful gaze of the eye of Ra in lion figurine form, eventually is betrayed by his enemies and has to make a third return lap again through the underworld before regaining center again as the Eye o Ra having learned his lesson becoming the ascended good Pharoah a Good Dragon instead of a Chaos Serpent.
For almost the entirety of the game, the Pharoah is away from Egypt either on lap 1 and 3 in the underworld trying to return, or in lap 2 in his pride out there hunting and killing his enemies. Only when the pharoah in his first turn in the center as the baby lion cub and on his very last turn when he ruturns in all his glory not as a prideful lion but as and enlightened dragon does Egypt prosper the most.
THE GREAT SPHINX & PYRAMIDS AS STAR POINTERS
When the pharoah is the lion cub (compare to Jesus as the lion cub of Judah) it is the Best time in Egypt as he is like the dwarf lion “Egyptian god Bes and does a great job protecting the people. But for most of the time during the chaos of lap 1, the scary hunting lions of lap 2, and the returned chaos possibly in sorcerer form of lap 3 the Pharoah is away. The Lion figurine reminds the people that God is always watching and protecting their land and the Pharoah. Such is likely the meaning of the greatest lion “figurine” known the Great Sphinx of Giza which Gazes of over Egypt protectively.
Note that even though there is only one great sphinx in Egypt, behind it are 6 big pyramids, the 3 male and 3 smaller female pyramids and this correlates to the 6 lion figurines found with Mehen as 6 player mode with 3 male and 3 female lions.
The Great Pyramid, and 5 surrounding pyramids corresponding to both 6 players allowed in Mehen, and the two teams of three (3 king pyramids and 3 Queen pyramids).
With the Great Sphinx for directionality, and the pyramids as pointers you can both keep track of the marbles in the sky (planets/stars) and the our big earth marble we live on as well as the flow of the great Milky Way Serpent in the sky.
FINDING THE LOST MEHEN RULES FROM NOTHING TO PLAYABLE FULL RULES EXPLAINED BY DRBENGO
People have long speculated on how to play Mehen but were rather lost because of variation of board shape and size, no idea how the marble movement worked, and lack of understanding of the lion figurines in the game. Then in 2024 AD there was a major breakthrough in the Mehen rules where James Masters significantly narrowed down the game-play options which allowed me through my lion and Senet knowledge to pinpoint the missing rules.
Significantly, in 2024 AD, I made my own independent discoveries regarding the lost rules of a related Egyptian game know as Senet:

MEHEN VICTORY IN 2026 AD
8 is the number of the serpent ouroboros infinity and sounds like English word “Ate” for good reason but is spelled as Eight with and “E” the number of the letter of the Trinity. 5 is both the number of death and the number V in Roman numerals for “Victory” indicating its changing meaning over the course of history. Same with the number 10 (X in roman numerals), originally meant death, and now X for Greek Chi i.e. Christ represents “Victory” over death. Meditating on both numbers, and letters and lions, using my knowledge of Egyptian boardgame Senet, and using most up to date Mehen archeology from the 2024 James Masters paper with much prayer and mediation and divine guidance, I was able to reconstruct a fully religiously thematic and playable modern adaptation of Mehen for use by iMedDo Foundation for religious use teaching! Enjoy!

Theme
Mehen is the protective coiled serpent (Eye of Ra / Menhit in serpent form). While the goddess and Pharaoh are away, Apophis rules the center. Players race inward to defeat Apophis, transform into the Lion King, race outward in pride, then return humbly in a third lap. The game teaches the cyclical danger of pride and the path to wisdom.
Game Mode
Team-based (White vs Black marbles). Play until all complete the three-lap cycle. Final return order to center determines ranking. Last player receives the “lot”.
Components (per player)
6 Marbles: 1 active Hero Marble on the board + 5 Hand Marbles (ideally 4 of your team color + potential captured opponent marbles).
Place Hero Marbles clockwise on outer tail (first player farthest out = “last shall be first”).
Core Mechanic: Sack Pulling
On your turn:
Announce & Pull: Declare a number 1–4. Draw that many marbles from your sack.
Result:
If all pulled are your color: Move your Hero Marble that many spaces.
If you successfully pull all 4 of your color: Move 6 spaces instead (the Senet bonus — powerful move).
Marble Capture (Chinese Checkers jumping):
Jump over an opponent’s marble → steal one random marble from their sack and add it to yours.
Same-color marbles help you. Opponent-color marbles act as dangerous Blackballs.
Sorcerer Traitor Mechanic:
If your sack contains only opponent-color marbles, you become a Sorcerer Traitor (your marble changes color and you play for the other side or as chaos agent).
Movement & Three Laps
Lap 1 (Inward – Protective Serpent Phase): Jump over any marbles. Goal: Reach center.
Center Epic Battle (End of Lap 1): To defeat Apophis and transform, you must land on the center with a 6-space move (pull all 4 of your color). Success: Defeat Apophis, create Lion’s Den, transform into Baby Lion. Failure (normal move or bust): Pushed back or Apophis remains strong.
Lap 2 (Outward – Proud Lion King Phase): After Baby Lion phase, become full Lion (double speed). Hunt unascended serpents (land exactly to transform them).
Pride Fall: First Lion to reach outer edge falls in pride, turns into humble snake, begins Lap 3.
Lap 3 (Inward Return – Humility Snake Phase): Race back to center. First to return in humility after the fall becomes the enlightened Dragon (ultimate victor).
Venomous Foreign Bride (If Sorcerers Appear)
Spawns at outer edge on first pride fall.
Can jump other serpents.
Must land exactly on Lions to slay them (Lions respawn at outer edge).
Respawns at outer edge if killed.
Winning & Ranking
Continue until all complete Lap 3 and return to center.
Ranking = final return order.
True Victor: The player who becomes the enlightened Dragon has mastered the strength of God used in humility.
Loser (loSer the lowly serpent of Re), last player accepts their role with humility having to swallow their pride like the Ouroboros
If the game is being used for divination, the last player i.e. Loser receives the Lot (like drawing the shortest straw for unpopular selection).
Sacred Number Five & Senet Connection
5 Hand Marbles create push-your-luck tension.
The number 5 is forbidden to be cast in Mehen like in Senet as the number 5 is reserved for the Goddess Bastet/death and yet the number 5 as the Roman numeral V is also the key to Victory! By playing your 5 hand marbles wisely you can become the True Victor.
Mehen is the earlier coiled ritual game. Senet later replaced it for simpler lot-casting.
Optional 21+ Drinking Rules
Everyone drinks on any Bust (opponent color pulled). *Note must be 21+ years of age in USA to drink alcohol in most states.
Active player may drink on successful 6-space moves, center victory, successful hunts, pride falls, becoming a Sorcerer Traitor, etc.
It’s good luck especially to drink on the second lap as beer pacifies the raging lion in Egyptian Menhit/Sehkmet theology. But be careful, if you drink too much though it will cause you to feel good when lightly buzzed, if you drink too much in your pride it might impair your ability to be true victor.
Print Tips: Two colors of marbles (White & Black). Large spiral board. Small lion figures. Sack or cup recommended.
APPENDIX: COMMENTS FOR EGYPTOLOGISTS
It is my hope that many Egyptologists will enjoy this modern reconstruction of Mehen allowing them to critically re-examine known archaeology to verify aspects of this new ruleset created for iMedDo Foundation. I embrace the core concepts proposed in James Master’s 2024 article on Mehen in these rule including the hidden marble movement mechanic which I polished, and the idea that the lion figurines do not move and are sometimes at the center of the board pointing at your marble.
The lion breakthrough is that you do not need a different color marble for each of the up to 6 players, because you can use just use your unique lion figurine either off or in center of board to point to your marble to keep track of it. The male vs female lions serves to show whose marble is on which of the two teams. Instead of marbles color to keep track of player, each lion must be uniquely colored instead. *Egyptologists can better analyze paint residue on lion and lioness figurines to attempt to confirm that each lion was uniquely painted.
In these rules created for iMedDo, the purpose of the lion figures is very elegant as they not only keep track of by their pointing to which marble belongs to which player, but they are also used as counters to keep track of which of the three laps i.e. the direction your marble is heading. Lion is placed in center of board facing outward indicating you are on your second lap heading out, and can be turned facing inward to show you are on the final third lap.
Note that in these rules reconstruction I opted for the Senet inspired 3 laps S shape (in-out-in) inspired by the 10 squares in 10 squares out 10 squares in serpentine pattern of the Senet board movement, which is very reasonable considering Senet is believe to have evolved from Mehen and thus likely the same serpent directional movement pattern was preserved.
Note also that I opted for Senet inspiration for the refinement of the marble movement mechanism. In Senet you can only move 1,2,3,4 or 6 spaces not 5 as the movement is from four dual sided sticks (lots). This tracks perfectly with the Mehen idea of with 6 marbles, since you playing with 1 of them on the board you have 5 marbles left to play with in your hands, but there is something (bad/wrong/disallowed) with the 5th one. From this came the concept of needed only two colors of marbles with 4 white and 1 black you could move number of space for marbles pulled from your hand/bag/cup up to the number of white marbles (1,2,3,4 or a bonus of 6 if you get all 4) but not 5 because if you draw the disallowed 5th black marble then something bad happens i.e. a “bust” mechanic. Note I made the bust mechanic being Apophis chomping off 5 spaces where I picked the number 5 for being the chaos/death/disallowed number but more play testing and archeology is required to confirm if that is correct, but at least it’s correct enough not to allow for play-testing simulations. I also added the idea of an enraged serpent who chomps off double i.e. 10 squares also a nod to the 10 square Senet lap length for inspiration. Overall, my understanding of Senet was heavily used for this Mehen rules reconstruction as you can see. My only worry and criticism of these rules is that more play testing is needed to verify game length especially since it is 3 laps, and you can lose marbles and the board can suck you backwards that the game is not too long, as I want the game to stay within suggested game length parameters but haven’t yet verified whether or not it does. Note however, that each lap does have a built in “catch up” mechanic to keep players in last place from getting too far behind. Lions on the second lap hunt snakes on first lap causing them to “catch up” by respawning in the lion’s den in the center. This is both a thematic nod to the Senet “House of Life” midway point spot #15, and also keeps players too far back on the first lap getting fast forwarded to the second lap. Another “catch up” technique in these rules is that when a lion gets to the end of the second lap that any lions still too far behind on the second lap still in the lion’s den become sacrficed/killed/respawn as evil sorcerers putting them on the third lap with a venomous snake marble. This was less inspired by archaeology but rather by need to have an end of second lap catch up mechanism and goes well with the “traitor mechanics” I built into the game. Not only can you become a traitor to your own team if you get down to a single marble not of your team color (you switch teams), you can become a traitor to both teams becoming Sauron the Lizard of On if your get too far behind on lap 2 (are still in the lion’s den when a lion makes it to outside of board). Hopefully, simulations will show that the catch up mechanics keep the game from getting too long or dragging. I would like to see more archaeology on Mehen to verify that the lions are uniquely colored (3 males uniquely colored, and 3 females lions uniquely colored by paint analysis). I would like to see more archaeology on Mehen to explore whether or not Mehen boards (stone and wood) can be used to bake spiral Mehen shaped bread i.e. cinnamon role spirals where the bread itself could be played upon and eaten during game-play. [when active player busts representing chaos serpent as famine, all players get to chomp a bite off the tail end of the bread except player who busted who does not get to eat as famine].
My final comment for mainstream Egyptologists is that there is clearly a link between the lions in Mehen and the Egyptian lioness Goddess Menhit. The connection is to imagine a mirror image of Menhit who instead of a scary slaughterer venomous uraeus serpent is Mehen a good protective non-venomous black healing serpent essentially Isis in Nepthys form as a black jaguar or black cat Bastet. Also note the connection of Sehkmet/Sachmis with pulling marbles out of a “sack”. Sehkmet is See Me, Seek Me, Sick Me, all valid concepts with pulling marbles in this Mehen reconstruction. See Rather than just being a snake game, this is very much a snake & lion game where the prideful Sehkmet as lion figurine. Seek Sehkmet as you seek your movement marbles. Try not be get sick (draw the bad marble). Lion is both the savior and the devil who falls from pride issuing forth from its pride of lions and its lion den. The Egyptian theology myths of the wandering eye of Menhit & Sehkmet fit well with this reconstruction in my opinion. The game also allows for the teaching of wisdom that on the third lap the central space becomes the eye (see archeology board in british museum with an eye instead of snake in center), allowing for the concept of either a very bad sorcerer win like the all seeing eye of Sauron, or for the enlightened dragon win where the eye is the human thalamus & pineal reference. APPENDIX: COMMENTS FOR GAME PLAYERS & GAME TESTERS
I hope you enjoy these Mehen rules, I plan to produce cell phone app, and physical board game in the future through my church iMedDo Foundation and donations and play testers are greatly needed. I suspect the Quacks game might have been made by Mehen enthusiasts, and I hope Quacks players will like this modern Mehen reconstruction as well.
APPENDIX: COMMENTS FOR BIBLICAL SCHOLARS
To give you an idea of how old this game Mehen is, it had stopped being played at least 500 years before the Joseph in the Bible went to Egypt who then mastered its successor game Senet. The reigning Pharoah during the time of Joseph who became vizier second in command of Egypt was not mentioned in the Bible (for good reason) because it was Apophis the serpent king of the Hyskos (Hiss i.e. Snake People) or possibly his predecessor name Kyan. Assuming the Pharoah in the time of Joseph was Apophis for clear snake connection simplicity, we see that there was reason to later redact the name of that Pharoah as later in history the Hyskos people were considered the enemies of Egypt. During time of famine mentioned in the Bible, would have been considered to be a time of great chaos which tracks with a Pharoah named Apophis, but Joseph was able to conquer the chaos with planning for the famine by chopping up the serpent into actionable planning days like the Senet board which has 30 squares one for each day but plays in serpentine flow left to right, right to left, left to right (see article Game of On for details on Senet). Even though Mehen is not mentioned directly in the Bible, there is an ouroboros snake pattern that can be found in the Israelite Joseph Cycle Story where there is a love-hate repeating flip flopping ouroboros snake eating its own tail relationship with the serpent of Egypt and the Israelite descendants of Jacob. Pharoah Apophis though bad allowed Joseph to thrive, Israelites leave Egypt with the power of snake religion (Snake staff Battle of Pharoah & Moses), the serpent is put up on a staff for salvation (Nehustan), is later torn down for idolotry, and later in the new testament Jesus is explicitly mentioned as the new Nehustan, a snake on a staff that brings salvation & Snakes of fire represent the Holy Spirit during Pentacost. All these serpentine concepts in both old and new testament are connected to the even older serpent game Mehen but in a way that has been lost to time … until now … the ancient Egyptians loved to encode their religion into games, and this serpent game is the mother game of both Senet & Christianity which broke the game Senet after it was used to spread Christianity westward via the Ethiopian Roman legions. The Bible via the Joseph cycle contains an ouroboros story of a villain that becomes a hero (Apophis Pharoah), to bring salvation through the Israelites (tribe of Jacob via Joseph’s elevation in Egypt), an absorption of Egyptian serpent beliefs and re-purposing for El/Yahweh Cannanite God (villain again via Baal connection) to becoming the savior Nehustan (salvation serpent on stick), to that being thrown down (serpent as villain again), to the serpent being raised back up (Jesus, as hero again) where the flaming serpent of pentecost, Holy Spirit (serpent as hero again), but in Revelations a flaming dragon serpent is the villain again. This flip flopping cyclical message of both a chaos serpent and a salvation serpent/lion is the Biblical fingerprint of Mehen the ouroboros game which has direct relevance to the ouroboros our medieval alchemy and to early Christianity from Egypt. Note that Jesus as the Lion cub of Judah fits perfectly into the Mehen game framework as the lion cub savior as the final 3rd lap ascended dragon who has conquered price like the prodigal son becoming savior instead of the villain. Study of Mehen as an ouroboros contained inside the Bible Joseph cycle, give incredible insight into the the savior Jesus and the direct connection of Christianity to ancient Egypt which the Romans tried to obfuscate when they destroyed all Senet games in 400 AD to cover up the origins of the Roman Christian religion which they adapted from their conquering and re-purposing of Hellenic (Greek) Egypt. Much of the message of Christianity has been lost to modern audiences as we no longer use the Greek texts which are Phonecian in origin pointing to the Cannanite God Yahway/Baal who though representative of evil like Apophis has son the savior Jesus who in Mehen reconstructed rules style “switches teams” to end the sacrifice with his own blood suffering the ultimate humility of death himself to conquer his own pride thus bringing salvation to all. Mehen reconstruction also elucidates the otherwise confusing connection between the Goddess as both the good serpent the Holy Spirit (Mehen serpent Isis on first lap protecting Pharoah’s soul/marble) as it returns to Egypt (center of board) to reincarnate as lion savior to slay the chaos serpent, and as a terrifying prideful lion eye of Ra slaughterer (Menhit Sehkmet) as it protects the Pharoah in his pride as he hunts/conquers on his second lap connecting the Female Goddess with the Devil in modern post Roman accounts. Mary Magdalene was the most humble and thus was the 13th apostle as she represented the Mehen which is why Jesus liked her so much and said that she best understood his message. I went out of my way in this Mehen rules reconstruction to figure out where the “whore of Babylon” i.e. bad female idea fits into the Mehen theology, and I placed her as a venomous serpent who is coming from afar to wed the chaos sorcerer in the center. Babylon means “Baby Lion” but when the Pharoah is away, a usurper chaos serpent takes the throne and tries to make a marriage alliance with the “whore of Babylon” to solidify his pretender rule where he is Sauron i.e. the Lizard of On (Heliopolis, Egypt). The city of On/Heliopolis plays prominently in the Biblical Joseph cycle as Potifer’s name. I did a linguistic analysis of the names Benjamin, Potifer and Asenath in Joseph cycle to confirm Pharoah in Josephs’s time was Hyskos was an important part of my Bible study relating to my reconstruction of Mehen. Asenath means the Snake of Neith i.e. later in Hellenic times Athena and connects to Menhit/Sehkmet Lionesses of Mehen for example. Joseph did not play Mehen, he played Senet but it has a snake board with implied overcoming of Apophis built in. Mehen is a very kinda more violent game with snake and lions where Senet is more the “Path of Peace” where you just do certain things like building and praying to conquer Apophis. Egypt name is related to Ptah/Hotep i.e. Peace and I can see why Senet replaced Mehen and why Jesus is the “Prince of Peace” also is the Prince of Egypt since he is the Lion cub Pharoah/Savior.
MEHEN FINAL ANALYSIS
I really like how Mehen modern rules turns out to be a board game allegory for conquering pride. This message resonates with modern Christianity, see books by C.S. Lewis Mere Christianity that blames pride as the ultimate evil. The lion cub conquering his pride to become the ascended dragon savior resonates with both my reading of the Bible and makes my dragon loving Bretonnic ancestors happy as well. The three laps on the Mehen board resonates with the Triskelion.

Greetings iMedDo Congregation, Happy Spring. After writing 87 newsletters without fail every month for the last 7.25 years, you might have noticed that something unprecedented happened, I didn’t write a newsletter in February, or March for the last two months, and so now for this April 88th newsletter, I am breaking my silence with hope that by speaking less everyone will hear me better.
What happened? In Dec 2025, I got a message that God won’t destroy the world in fire (Bismuth Blessing), and then in January, 2026, I got a message from God that the Vaccine War of 2020-2026 AD is over (The Third Element: Lithium) after writing the seminal newsletter Thyroid Whisperer which contains the essence of my divine mission here on earth.
I just had to take these messages on faith, as it seemed like the world was spiraling towards being destroyed with fire with nuclear war, and it was hard for me to see how the Vaccine War could be over when Bill Gates and Fauci still roam around free. And then sure enough, in February a new war broke out, what is now called Operation Epic Fury (mockingly called Operation Epstein Fury), as the war appears to be USA President Trump’s way of trying to distract us all from his crimes against the children as revealed in the Epstein files. The Zionist state of Israel appears to have performed a coup in America and has been using us as a pawn while they attack Lebanon. As I’m wanting to write about all these things I got a message from God that I talk to much and to stay silent, so I did at least for February and March. During that time I continued to meditate on the Lithium newsletter and discovered I had made a huge error, for which I need to repent and explain which might be why God put me in a two month “newsletter timeout” to reflect and correct my error.
HOLY LITHIUM
The error was failing to do a good enough job in the Lithium newsletter to understand and communicate the message from God and I missed the point when I incorrectly said that “Lithium is an unholy element”. I stand corrected.
Lithium is a holy element. It really is a the element of God as we might expect being the third element and it really is associated with the Trinity. I have clarity now that lithium really is an essential nutrient, and is not a heavy metal that needs to be detoxed. God made it clear that I’m not a lithium expert so get other help if you want to try lithium nutrition. Instead I’m just the Healthwarrior who has become the Thyroid Whisperer. By only speaking 1 out of the last 3 months, I am “whispering” this message and complying with God’s will that I “not talk too much”.
The important part of the message from God that I mostly missed was at the beginning and the end, the alpha and the omega of the article. The silver ouroboros surrounding a horse at the beginning, and the song Lithium by Nirvana at the end.
OMEGA: THE NIRVANA EPSTEIN CONNECTION
The message at the end that God wanted me and my readers to grasp is that the singer Nirvana was murdered by the Epstein class for exposing their operation. Courtney Love, his girlfriend was under Epstein’s influence, a cannibal, and effectively the murderer of Nirvana who objected to the evil when he found out. By meditation on Lithium, you think of Nirvana’s song which is a reminder from God that evil exists and must be “stoppped” (will be stopped with a triple p stoppped i.e. stomped out by God) indicating that the Epstein class is the great evil of our time that we must oppose (we all have free will but it is God’s will that it be opposed, so if join God’s side you become an angel, if oppose a demon). The Epstein class is synonymous with the Rothschild Jews and the Zionist state of Israel currently blackmailing our politicians using the attack vector of their perversions for the little children.
ALPHA: SILVER OUROBOROS & FIRE HORSE IS THE LION
The message at the beginning is so an important download from God that I couldn’t understand it until I silently meditated for two more months. The message that I got loud and clear back in January was the symbol of a silver ouroboros snake eating its tail surrounding the chemical symbol for Lithium “Li” with a horse nearby something to do with the new year of 2026 AD the year of the fire horse.
The part I missed and apologize for my error is that this symbol is the symbol of the Lion. “Li” – “O”-N where Li from lithium forms the first two letters, the oroboros forms the O, and Horse whose symbol is N (from the Norse/Horse People). N sideways is a Z, the weapon letter.

Where God is a lion ( a hunting lioness) with a flaming sword (named Epstein Fury) representing the Righteous Vengeance of God against the Epstein class for harming the children and prophesying the destruction of the Zionist state of Israel that harbors them under the sign of the King (The Lion, Jesus, the Messiah).
CLARITY OF THE LORD
If any of you reading this receiving important messages from God that you are struggling to interpret, simply pray for clarity. God’s been speaking to me in confusing hieroglyphs for the last decade or so, and I struggle all the time to figure out what the message is. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the secrets of the messages like when you read the Bible or even when reading anything on the internet or even to interpret sounds and signs. Now is a time of extreme clarity, following the vaccine war of 2020-2026 AD which was a mass awakening and opening of the third eye for those of us who rejected the vaccine poison, we now have an unprecedented opportunity to communicate directly with God. On top of the confusion of just trying to download the divine into our human brains, we also have to contend with blatant lies from evil people who don’t want us to know the truth.
LITHIUM LIES TO LION CLARITY
When I first meditated on LIthium back in January the first word that came to my mind was Lithium Lies, and I saw a lot of evil lies burning away before my eyes which made me incorrectly think at first that lithium was unholy. I was wrong and repent. Lithium is the holy element of the Lion.

Greetings iMedDo congregation. This month’s sermon is a horse laugh as the universe make fun of me for trying to talk about the third element lithium but instead talking about silver, snakes and to spread the good news, the end of the vaccine war.
WHAT IS LITHIUM
Lithium is the third element on the periodic table of the elements. My interest in lithium is that there are new allegations that lithium is helping with aluminum detox, autism and alzheimer’s, and it was my intention to get to the bottom of that for this newsletter. Unfortunately, I was not able to. I couldn’t get past it being the third element, where the number three is associated with the Trinity and was paralyzed with the cognitive dissonance of lithium being such an unholy metal. Lithium is the lightest metal and is best know for lithium batteries which like to catch fire.
LITHIUM LIE
Because the periodic table of the elements contains all known physical creation, we might expect that the third element would be very Holy indeed associated with the number three and thus the Trinity God. We might expect the third element to be named something like Trinitarium or the “God” element and that it might have some very special God-like properties.
But it doesn’t.
The actual “God-element” is Gold (Au) element #79 which makes the human nervous system and brain more electrically conductive where you can better communicate with the Divine.
The Trinity of elements of nutrition minerals in my opinion are minerals A1, A2, A3: Aurum , Argentum & Iodine (elements 79, 47 & 53). [Gold, silver and iodine used as food grade nano-colloidal gold, silver & nascent iodine in the iMedDo detox system NOT lithium element #3.
Instead we get Lithium (Li) which sounds like a “Lie”. Naming the “God-element” after a lie sounds more like what you might name a “Devil” element.
It’s not the lightest of metals the third element that is the “God” element, it is the heaviest element that is still good for you gold that is the “God” element.
Yes, when I try to meditate on lithium the third element, it doesn’t bring me close to God, instead I saw hellfire, world war 3. Lithium batteries catching fire and lithium used in fusion weaponry to end the world. Trump wanting to buy or conquer Greenland for their lithium. Weather manipulation in Appalachia for their lithium. Evil stuff. But instead of sensing any evil I only felt a profound since of peace. Instead of WW3, I saw the end of the vaccine war. Instead of fighting over lithium, I saw the restoration of silver. I received the symbol of victory in the form of a silver oroboros (snake eating its own tail) surrounding lithium:
I saw the lie contained. Evil wrapped around itself eating itself and turning to silver protection. Lithium batteries catching on fire giving way to silver batteries. Lithium fusion weaponry giving way to silver law restoration of the golden law. Alien angel peace keepers here wielding silver as a weapon against the demon invasion and the end of the war.
VACCINE WAR VICTORY
I’m here to spread the good news is that the vaccine war of 2020-2026 A.D is over. As I’m writing this the price of silver is at $100 per ounce which is a metaphysical indicator of 100% victory over evil. The signs of victory are all around. The spell of mind control has been broken. I have a message from God which is a promise not to destroy the earth with fire which I received for Christmas. I have new message from God declaring Victory in the Vaccine War, and the message came to me in the form of a silver ouroboros. The message though rather strange I interpret as follows:
“Be it known that the vaccine war was decided in the Year of the Serpent! The Proud Serpent demands credit for the victory! While the Year of the Horse Laughs at the serpent eating its own tail.” Message delivered by the Archangel Gabriel revealed to DrBenGo Healthwarrior
I’m personally still in shock from the news. I’ve been fighting so hard for long, it was hard at first for me to believe at first it’s over even when the message was delivered by the messenger of God. The Archangel Gabriel is a shifty angel sometimes appearing in feminine form as Gabrielle, Galadriel even Alita Battle-Angel in the past to me.
A bit like a doubting Thomas, I wasn’t sure who to believe at first because the message was delivered in the form of a silver ouroboros snake eatings its own tail surrounding the element lithium. And Lithium (Li) which sounds like Lie had a message of its own which was about fire and the start of world war 3.
I struggled with the angel and said “The vaccine war can’t be over until Bill Gates is locked up then it’s over.”
The angel said “The planet earth is a prison planet and Bill Gates is already locked up here, it’s over”.
I struggled with the angel and said “The vaccine war can’t be over there is still fluoride in the water.”

I struggled with the angel and said “Surely, even if the vaccine war is over as you say, then aren’t we just now entering into a new AI war on the precipice of World War 3 as countries fight over lithium?

The rat of 2020 was set to bite the serpent’s tail, and now the mouth of the serpent has taken the bait swallowing both the rat and its own tail. The ouroboros of 2020-2026 is complete. There will be no fight over energy or lithium, instead these commodities will be traded for with silver & gold. With all my questions and concerns answered, I said “Praise God! The Vaccine War is Over!
WHAT DOES A HEALTHWARRIOR DO WHEN THE WAR IS OVER?
Now that the vaccine war is over, I feel like I have accomplished my purpose for being on this planet at this time. I came here to fight in this war to ensure victory and God has assured me that my mission was accomplished, so I now feel a profound feeling of peace.
I think I’m going to just keep focusing on silver the symbol of the victory by spreading awareness of how to not just use silver bullion, but silver for medicinal and spiritual purposes. The angel of the Lord left me with the symbol of victory, the mark of honor for those of us who are the vaccine war veterans, which is the silver ouroboros. I’m still in shock that the war is over, but I’ll explain it as best I can. It has to do with the third element, lithium, the Trinity of God, silver, snakes, ouroboros and horses, I’ll do my best to put it all together in a way you all can appreciate. The silver ouroboros is now a symbol of the protectors of this world, and the rat was redeemed.
REDEMPTION OF THE YEAR OF THE RAT
There was a demon who turned out to be an angel who wielded the power of the moon who seemingly betrayed humanity on one timescale to save humanity on a larger timescale. She taught me of the 6 year hex attack and how to break it with the ouroboros defense. Gabriel as Gabrielle/Galadriel. The Angel of Death whose final form for victory was Michael and for overcoming death is Jesus. The Koreans call here the Zi:Sin Rattus.
The Egyptians call her Neith. The Greeks Athena. The Romans Minerva. Her name is bourne by my great great great Grandmother on maternal side Minerva Cook and on my father’s side Winnie Goins, for she is the Winner. G is a golden C. SNAKE SECRETS OF LITHIUM
In the context of my last two newsletters, Thyroid Whisperer and Bismuth blessing, Lithium is a female secret of Eve which was released by Athena the Goddess of War after a truce in order to save humanity. Lithium is a “Bismuth i.e. Bi-mouth i.e forked tongue i.e. serpent blessing”. The Bismuth blessing of Lithium is that it can not only be used for evil and wars to be fought over, but that it can also be used for good an essential trace mineral nutrient to help with vaccine induced autism and Alzheimer’s.
Last month’s Christmas newsletter revealed that the Bismuth rainbow is God’s promise not to destroy the world with fire.
Lithium is that fire.
Lithium is the fire as it is the lightest metal in the universe which is used in nuclear fusion & space-time warping weaponry.
Lithium has the potential to destroy the world with fire as we are dangerously on the precipice of World War 3 to fight over the 3rd element Lithium.
Lithium really does appear to represent the concept of the Devil, the punitive Hell-fire of God against humans. BUT as I found last month the Bismuth rainbow is God as Goddess’s promise not to destroy humans with fire.
Both appear to be true. A Bismuth, Bi-mouth, forked tongue blessing, a serpent blessing where the curse of lithium hellfire is negated by a promise not to destroy with fire. The enforcer of the promise is the snake itself as the ouroboros where the silver snake is the enforcer of the golden law.
Greetings iMedDo congregation & Merry Christmas! This month’s sermon is about Bismuth Detox. Bismuth is a toxic heavy metal same chemical family as arsenic, but is much less toxic than expected for its size which is a real blessing. The more I learned about bismuth, the more blessed I got as I learned many ways in which bismuth can be used as a less toxic substitute to reduce toxic heavy metal exposure from lead, arsenic and cadmium which is very exciting. Additionally, by researching the origin of the word bismuth, which relates to the silver mines of Saxony, Germany, I made a truly exciting Christmas breakthrough rediscovering the forgotten origins of the Christmas Tree from something amazing I had never heard of before called the “Christmas Pyramid”.
WHAT IS BISMUTH?
Bismuth is element #83 on the periodic table, a metal, that is in group (column) 15, the same chemical family as Nitrogen (N #7) , Phosphorus (P #15), Arsenic (As #15), Antimony (Sb #51), Bismuth (Bi #83), and Moscovium (Mc #115), where it has Lead (Pb #82), and Polonium (Po #84) as its neighbors to the left and right.

Members of group 15 have very different chemical properties. Whereas Nitrogen and Phosphorus are non-metals (yellow in above table), and Arsenic and Antimony are metalloids (purple in above table), Bismuth is a metal (green in above table the “post-transition metals”).
BISMUTH RAINBOW STAIRCASE
Bismuth metal has a relatively low melting point and has a special property that it expands when it cools and is known to form into an amazingly cool looking “rainbow staircase” form where you might have seen specimens of this at your local gem and mineral show before. The rainbow in the Bible is a symbol of God’s promise to mankind not to destroy us ever again with flood where the rainbow is interpreted as a blessing. The flood is a secret medicinal reference to the flooding of the brain when toxins cross the blood brain barrier and also relates to the Orion constellation where the Milky Way is seen as the golden rainbow visible at night.
BISMUTH RAINBOW & GOLDEN PROTECTION FROM LEAD
The blessing of bismuth is, that even though it’s very similar to lead, it has much less toxicity than lead, giving it useful applications for replacing lead in many metal alloy applications resulting in overall less lead poisoning for people working with metals. The bismuth rainbow staircase which led me to the bismuth pyramid which led me to the Christmas pyramid appears to me to be God’s promise not to destroy mankind with lead poisoning. By replacing lead with bismuth, we can keep lead in the blood from crossing the blood brain barrier polluting our cerebrospinal fluid. The rainbow is associated with gold (think Leprechaun and rainbow and pot of gold at the end of the rainbow), where it is actually gold, which we now know is food grade nano-colloidal gold i.e. NeuGold which flushes lead out of the brain. Chances are that if you have bismuth toxicity you may also have some hidden lead toxicity as well as bismuth is frequently found in lead alloys. WHY BISMUTH IS LESS TOXIC THAN LEAD
Lead heavy metal is so toxic because it forms +2 charged (Pb2+) ions which interfere with +2 charged mineral ions in the body most notably: calcium, magnesium and zinc (Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+). That’s a real problem as there are 16,000+ known calcium signaling pathways in the body including brain and heart and bone and more, 3000ish known zinc signaling pathways in the body including the zinc zipper on DNA, and there are about 300 known magnesium pathways in the body which although fewer are more evolutionarily ancient and are mission critical to energy stabilization. The reason that Bismuth is so much less toxic than lead is because Bismuth prefers to form +3 valent ions (Bi3+), so it doesn’t have all the +2 valent toxicity problems of lead (Pb2+). But just because bismuth is much less toxic than lead doesn’t mean that it’s non-toxic. At first pass as a chemist, I might expect bismuth to have a similar toxicity to aluminum poisoning, antimony poisoning or arsenic poisoning as they can all also form +3 valent ions, but fortunately bismuth is less toxic than all three.
WHY BISMUTH IS LESS TOXIC THAN ALUMINUM
Aluminum (Al), element #13 on the periodic table, like bismuth likes to form +3 valent ions, and we might expect bismuth (Bi3+) and aluminum Al(3+) to have a similar toxicity. Aluminum is not usually toxic when ingested, as our gut is supposed to keep 99% out of our body, but increasingly people are absorbing too much aluminum from gut disrupters like glyphosate. Aluminum becomes toxic when injected by vaccine bypassing the gut, and aluminum is particuarly toxic in the brain if it gets past the blood brain barrier and has an amplified toxicity with fluoride poison. Bismuth is much larger than aluminum, and is easier for the body to keep bismuth out of the brain than aluminum.
WHY BISMUTH IS LESS TOXIC THAN ANTIMONY & ARSENIC
My other worry with bismuth is that since it can form +3 ions, it might have a similar toxicity as its Group 15 [Column 15 on Periodic Table] members Antimony (Sb3+), Arsenic (As3+). Fortunately, bismuth is known to be much less toxic than either arsenic and antimony.
The reason is likely because bismuth is a metal, not a mettalloid, as the metalloids antimony and arsenic can likely interfere with nitrogen and possibly phosphorus non-metal chemistry in the body whereas bismuth being a metal, not a metalloid like its group members, is more readily differentiated by the body, but I’ll have to do more digging to confirm this hypothesis. Regardless of why, it is a blessing that bismuth is known to be much less toxic than both antimony and arsenic.
DETOX BISMUTH WITH GOLD, IODINE & SILVER
Just as gold can detox lead based on size, gold can detox bismuth even better based on both size and charge. Normally gold is non-charged but in the presence of natural oxidizers iodine (iodine is special it can serve as both an oxidant for detox, but an anti-oxidant for health) or non-biological oxidizer fluoride, gold becomes the gold salt Au3+ which can flush out bismuth as Bi3+ ions. Each atom of gold can also detox three atoms of fluoride (F–) as AuF3. Hence gold and iodine are synergistic for detoxing bismuth. Silver is important for protecting the kidneys from bismuth as it flushes out.
BISMUTH IS THE NICEST HEAVY METAL
In nutrition, the description of “heavy metal” is synonymous with “toxic metal”, whereas in chemistry the description of “heavy metal” usually refers to metals of high density or high atomic mass typically elements of higher number on the periodic table as the trend for higher mass and size goes left to right. Bismuth has a high density 9.78 g/cm³ compared to lead’s 11.34 g/cm³ making it a heavy metal in the chemistry sense, whereas lead is very toxic making it also a heavy metal i.e. a toxic metal in the nutritional sense, bismuth is much less toxic than lead making it the “nicest heavy metal” i.e. the not all that toxic heavy metal. In the nutritional sense Bismuth is the nicest heavy metal I’ve ever seen and in the chemistry sense the nicest metal of high density like lead is actually gold. Gold has the record for the highest atomic mass element that is good for you, lead and bismuth or similar size are bad for you where lead is very bad for you whereas bismuth is only a little bit bad for you.
WHERE DOES BISMUTH COME FROM?
Most of the bismuth currently mined in the world comes from China. Bismuth is normally found with minerals copper, silver, and gold mining where the bismuth is frequently mixed in with copper, tin and lead. Because copper and gold mining goes back to the origins of known human civilizations, it is likely that early civilization knew about bismuth since bismuth is easy to melt off and remove, but the records of early civilization use of bismuth has been lost or more likely purposefully destroyed where our current knowledge of bismuth is from 15th century alchemists onwards. Our current knowledge of bismuth in Western Civilization come from the silver mines of Germany where bismuth and lead were byproduct so silver mining operations in Saxony. The name Bismuth is believed to be related to the german word wismuth and mining terms related to making silver where bismuth was somtimes referred to as tectum argentum “making silver” since it was a byproduct that had to be removed, smelted off along with lead for silver purification from the silver mines. Throughout history it seems that bismuth is mostly found mixed with lead in metal alloys because naturally occurring bismuth-lead deposits have a lower melting point and were easier to smelter than pure lead.
“The melting point of pure bismuth is 271 °C (520.7 °F). Pure lead has a higher melting point of 327 °C (621.43 °F). However, when bismuth and lead are alloyed, the melting point of the resulting mixture is significantly lower. For example, the lead-bismuth eutectic alloy, which contains 44.5 at% lead and 55.5 at% bismuth, has a a melting point of 123.5 °C (254.3 °F).” Brave browser AI generated information on bismuth and lead melting points.
BISMUTH SECRETS REVEALED
The word Bismuth means Bis “Two” Muth “Mouths”. It is the same as the “divided tongue” sometimes translated as the “serpent tongues of fire” in the Bible which is a description of the Holy Spirit. Last month talking about the thyroid, we talked about how the thyroid anatomy is a “divided tongue of fire” as it splits off from the bottom of the tongue forming the thyroid gland which controls energy in the body. The secrets of Bismuth are controlled by EVE who only gave them up after a rather impressive mock battle. Bismuth metal is sacred to the Goddess, and it’s no wonder seeing as how it forms rainbow staircases reminiscent of the Milky Way rainbow “stairway to heaven”. [I hear the song stairway to heaven playing right now in my mind telling me I need to learn the guitar =)]. The secrets of Bismuth trace back to ancient Egypt which is confirmed by the AI denying it. Bismuth can be used to make opalescent cosmetics which were sacred to my ancestor Cleopatra VII. Bismuth use in Egypt predated the Hellenic Greeks, and was also associated with Osiris (Os “Mouth” Iris “Rainbow”) and is associated with death and resurrection from death by the Goddess Nut as the spirit/soul (ka) of the deceased traveled to meet the Milky Way Goddess (Nu(t)). Just as the word crystal and Christ are related, so is the bismuth rainbow and the two mouths (divided flaming tongue) of the thyroid armored dove angel related where the thyroid to the ancient greeks was a butterfly or psycopomp Hermes-Anubis who shuttled the soul to the afterlife. I associate the word Bismuth “Two Mouths” with “Doublespeak” which has a negative connotation but if fits perfectly. It’s like how the brain and body seperately make energy requests from the thyroid its like our bodies are contolled by two different angels who view each other when not in alignment as an angel and a demon when their energy needs are at odds. Doublespeak is attributed negatively to someone who is lying like a person who is “two-faced” would also have “two mouths” where you might imagine one being good and one being bad in an overlysimplified paradigm. I don’t see either as good or bad, but both are part of a greater truth.
The double speak of bismuth is
Bismuth is a toxic heavy metal that is “bad for you”.
Bismuth isn’t very toxic at all compared to other heavy metals and appears to be a blessing that is “good for you”.
DOUBLESPEAK ALPHABET MAGIC THROUGH HARRY POTTER CHRISTIAN LENS OF CHRISTMAS MAGIC
When I meditated on Bismuth, it leads me to gold. Gold meditation always leads to good. Meditation on good leads one to Christ as the ultimate “good” was to sacrifice onself to save everyone else out of a greater love.
The doublespeak is that the alphabet can be used for both healing and killing. As a healer I know how to do both but with hippocratic oath only use it for healing except in defense of the children.
Forwards ABC is healing. Backwards CBA is killing. The dual nature of the alphabet for both healing and killing is expressed ABCDCBA as a palindrome that can be read from left to right or right to left.
Palindromes are rather magically dangerous as they can be read either way and whether are being used for healing or killing depends on the intent of the user’s mind.
LIfe meaning: “I create as I speak” Chaldean Aramaic (avra kedhabra)
Death meaning: “Perish like the word” or “let the thing be destroyed” Chaldean Aramaic (abbada ke dabra)
In popular Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling, the word “Avada Kedava” is used as the killing curse for her death eater villains which she claims to have derived from ABRACADABRA clearly from the death meaning in functionality.
It’s interesting that Aramaic is known to be the language of Jesus Christ, where in New Testament of the Bible, though written in Greek, one single phrase of Aramaic was preserved “Talitha Cum” the magic spell Jesus used when resurrecting a child (Mark 5:41). To early Christians, Jesus was seen as a Chaldean sorcerer who had mastered death.

Christians believe in the “Word” of God (John 1:1) echoing the older Egyptian religion where God spoke creation into existence.
I can’t find where the above cross was found at, but it appears to be Roman as is using roman italic script.
The cross is an ancient Egyptian symbol of destruction, breaking the “x”, think how x’s over eyes are symbol of death which was repurposed in Christianity to mean God’s promise not to destroy which with Jesus became the Son of God conquering death, where people who believe in Jesus are now immune to death.
The above cross in my opinion is a magical amulet which confers “protection from death magic”. All protective jewelry is made of silver, and by putting alphabet script on there it means the “Word” and the “Protection from Destruction of the Word”.
Christianity magic is sometimes hard for the uninitiated to comprehend as it uses all the symbols of death in reverse as symbols of life and is frequently confused with death. A cross on a grave for example is used in the death ritual (burial) and yet it means the opposite (resurrection from death).
The above cross with “abracadabra-like” inscriptions on it was intended to be worn by a living person and protects them from death magic.
For Christians the cross is not a symbol of destruction but now rather a symbol of protection from destruction.
The oldest known description of Abracadabra was actually from a 2nd century Roman medicinal book where it was used as a cure for malaria fever which was preserved in a 13th century British manuscript:

How on earth you can cure malaria with a magical inscription I can only speculate, but if you put that on silver and wore it around your neck it likely would amplify your heart chakra and actually give you protection from fever an malaria, but I think it would be the silver more than the words. Regardless, the words and the “Word” of God were/are thought to be inviolable, and rather than being used for good or evil (truncating words left to right versus right to left) it’s interesting that the word ABRACADABRA is truncated from both sides simultaneously. This is an example of “Neither” magic. Neither good nor bad.
The similarity to Bismuth magic is that is is also “Neither” magic. I.e. druid magic, milky way magic, is not the good vs evil paradigm magic of the Harry Potter world.
It’s also not exactly Christian either as God/Good/Gold is Christ as good as a good God in a good vs evil paradigm whereas this is more like Mother Goddess Magic of EVE which is Neither. [I use the English word Neither on purpose as I note its relationship to the Egyptian Goddess Neith and the Greek Goddess Athena, the Egyptian goddess Hathor, Semitic Goddess Asherah, and the proto-goddess Lily and EVE the proto woman magic].
I really like how the bandrui J.K. Rowling incorporated Neither magic into Harry Potter where it was Harry’s Mother’s love that protected him from the death magic. This was the earlier view of the Goddess as the savior which was later replaced by masculine savior with Christ. This shift from Goddess to son of God as the savior is the best well documented in history from the Minoan mother Goddess who fell out of favor after calamity to the worship of Egyptian Horus.
The cross of Horus (villified as the Horcrux in Harry Potter) was an ancient symbol of life. But the secret that took me a lot of meditation to figure out is that the Christian cross as “x or t” actually far outdates the tau cross of the Hellennic Greeks, and the underpinnings of the idea of the “x” symbol for destruction being repurposed to salvation.
The way it was originally done was for semitic slaves who worshiped the mother goddess Baalat working in Egyptian mines who were “circumcised” instead of being made eunuchs to “save” them allowing them to continue t reproduce by making them slaves/servants of the Pharoah.
But I find circumcision evil now as I’m against male genital mutilation, and in Christianity rather than Judaism it’s the “circumcision of the heart” not physical circumcision of the penis that marks the covenant with God. The covenent is still similar it’s the promise of God not too destroy, and it still uses the ancient symbol of destruction/death the cross, but where in Christianity the reversed meaning is preserved where the cross means “victory over death” oh when used an an amulet as above means “protection from death, protection from death magic”.
The older symbol for the covenant with God not to destroy humanity is the rainbow. And the older sign for protection from death is the night-time rainbow of the milk way. I like the Norse description of it as the rainbow bridge. The most popular telling is the rainbow as the promise of God not to destroy humanity ever again by water found in the Bible (Genesis 9:12-17).

But instead of a promise of God not to destroy humanity from water, Bismuth encodes a promise of the Goddess not to destroy humanity by fire.

WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?
There was a promise with God not to destroy humanity by water.
There was a promise with the Goddess not to destroy humanity by fire.
The Romans killed the Goddess, and her promise not to kill humanity by fire became revoked.
Humanity is currently under threat of destruction by fire, be it nuclear holocaust, or the fire of fever from malaria-like covid bioweapon vaccinosis.
By reconnecting with the ghost of the dead Goddess, the Holy Ghost, the Holy Spirit, the missing 1/3 of the Trinity and communing with God in full 3/3 form Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, I have unlocked the fuller Freedom meaning of the Christian Christmas blessing.
BLESSING OF THE CHRISTMAS PYRAMID
By meditating on bismuth metal and how it’s frequently found in lead alloy scrap metal left over from silver mining, it lead me to the silver mines of Saxony, Germany where I learned about their local tradition of the CHRISTMAS PYRAMID:
The Christmas Pyramid is amazing! It’s made of wood and is a fire machine where the exhaust from the candles powers a spinning wheel motor above. The pyramid is most commonly decorated with Christian manger scene at bottom, and with many angels. When I look a this amazing German contraption I’ve never seen or heard of before (likely since the USA fought with Germany in WW2, such german things as this were suppressed in our culture?) it appears to me that the candles are representative of the Holy Spirit, and the fire all around but not burning the wooden contraption where wood is very flammable is a reminiscent of the Bismuth Blessing promise of the Goddess not to destroy humanity by fire. As the child Jesus was Mary’s blessing where Mary is the Goddess then Jesus also marks the covenant not to destroy humanity by fire. Comparing Jesus Christ with gold, as both the gold (child of) Mary, and as the gold in the more literal sense (wise men with gift of gold), I see the multifaceted medicinal meaning where gold is the antidote to lead poisoning, just as bismuth is a rainbow substitute for lead poisoning just as Jesus was the substitute sacrifice for the sins of the world.
It is believed by many that the German Christmas Pyramid was the origin of the Christmas tree.
CHRISTMAS PYRAMID SATOR-ROTAS
Besides the candles, the angels, the manger scene, and the levels of the pyramid itself, the most interesting and impressive thing about the christmas pyramid is the candle wind powered spinning star fan above which connects the pineal of the brain to the whirling of the heavens. While researching ABRACABRA thinking about medicinal word pyramids, I came across another Latin script pallindrome which tied it all together for me called Sator-Rotas or the Templar Square.
I have reason to believe that this ancient Latin and Christian adopted if not Christian invented Latin script pallindrome is related to the wind power and the stator of the Christmas pyramid. Much research has been done on it, and the latest theory is that it was used to determine wind direction. it means something like “The Sower (SATOR), Arepo (God. Representing Alpha and Omega), holds (tenet) the works of the wheels (rotas i.e. spinning wheels).
The oldest sator was found in ruins of Pompei in Italy and was dated to 62 A.D, but by medieval times, sator squares were found all over Europe used by Christians for protection. The words in the square could be arranged many ways where the most overtly Christian way was as a cross where the A’s and O’s (representing Alpha’s and Omega’s) positioned as four dots around the central cross which read Pater Noster i.e Our Father.
If you think of this as looking at a Christmas pyramid top down, the cross becomes the spinning wheel’s and the A’s and O’s become the candles below powering the spinning wheel.
The cross represents the father. The candles the divine power of the holy spirit (the Goddess) powering the spinning wheel, and in the center is the N.
Sideways is a Z where Jesus the Christ is a “Weapon Against Evil”.
This view of Christianity is the older way which incorporates the understanding that the Alpha Omega is the FIRE Goddess (the omega is the sign of Hathor representing the knife the cuts the baby’s umibilical cord), and that She is a Mother Lioness, and thus baby Jesus is the lion cub of Judah, and it the view of Jesus being a weapon reconciles the connection of Jesus with Ares both in the Bible (Matthew 10:34) and in the Nag Hammadi documents found in Egypt.

Silver is the sword against disease.
Gold is the sword against death.
Iodine is the flame of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus is not just any sword by a flaming sword.

There is undeniable Christmas magic, the time when all life on earth seems to resurrect from the death of winter. The belief in the “Word” of God and its relation to Jesus as the “sWord” of God is fascinating topic but ultimately this sword can only be wielded in defense of children.
The sword came out of the sheathe in 2020 and is still out until we win the vaccine war. Christian warriors must band together to defend the children from the vaccine poisoners, and we have faith that even if we have to set the world on fire to do it that we have the promise that humanity will not be destroyed by fire.
Selenium, named after Selene the Greek Moon Goddess, is far more than a trace mineral—it is a critical defense system within your body, essential for energy production, immunity, and particularly, thyroid health.

The thyroid is the master regulator of metabolism, using Iodine to produce the energy hormones T4 & T3. Selenium is indispensable to this process, acting in two distinct pathways:

1. Stress Reduction (GPO Pathway)
When the thyroid uses the unenergized form of iodine, known as iodide (I-), it requires a high-energy conversion step involving the enzyme TPO. This step generates a large amount of Hydrogen Peroxide.
If the body is selenium deficient, the thyroid cannot make enough GPO to neutralize this H2O2.
This leads to oxidative damage within the thyroid, forcing the gland to “shut down” or slow hormone production to protect itself. This is a common mechanism for thyroid strain and damage (Physiology, Thyroid Hormone).
2. Hormone Activation (Deiodinase Pathway)
Once thyroid hormones are produced, Selenium is needed a second time for activation:
The selenium-containing enzyme Thyroxine Deiodinase (DI) removes one iodine molecule from the storage hormone T4 (Thyroxine) to create the highly active hormone T3 (Triiodothyronine). This process is critical for signaling energy demands throughout the body.

Greetings iMedDo congregation! I’ve written a lot about the thyroid in the past, but it’s never enough because so many people, women in particular, are still suffering from easily curable thyroid diseases from lack of knowledge. PART ONE: DRBENGO HEALTHWARRIOR EXPLAINS THE THYROID
WHAT IS THE THYROID

In the past I’ve thought of the thyroid as a “butterfly” because that’s how the Greeks viewed it as Psyche/Soul:
But now in 2025, I think of my thyroid as an armored dove descending like a tongue of fire:
“Armored Dove” where dove wings are thyroid lobes, and shield helmet is thyroid cartilage.
Imagine the Thyroid cartilage neck armor like a golden helmet protecting your head like a shield helmet (Aegis Helm / Aegisjalmur), and imagine the thyroid as a pair of dove wings associated with the Holy Spirit like a “Tongue of Fire”.
“They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.” Bible verse Acts 2:3.
The word thyroid comes from the Greek word “thyreoeidēs” meaning “shield-shaped” referring to the thyroid cartilage. The thyroid gland itself is not shield shaped, but rather is shaped as a pair of wings (most commonly imagined as butterfly, dove, or protective angel wings).
WHAT DOES THE THYROID DO?
The thyroid is responsible for controlling all the energy in the body i.e. metabolism. The thyroid gland balances the energy needs of the brain above the neck with the energy needs of the rest of the body below the neck.

FOUR THYROID HORMONES & A BRAIN HORMONE
“The thyroid uses four hormones, two that modulate iodine energy, and two that modulate calcium for magnesium energy stabilization which overall modulate energy needs of the entire body.” DrBenGo Healthwarrior
The four hormones are T4, T3, PTH & calcitonin. T4, T3, and calcitonin are made by the thyroid proper, and PTH is made by the parathyroid as part of the greater thyroid anatomy. The thyroid also responds to a fifth hormone from the brain which stimulates the thyroid into action called appropriately thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).
A common point of confusion concerning the thyroid is that people refer to TSH as thyroid hormone when really it is a brain hormone. The mistake is easy to make since typically when people test their thyroid, they test TSH level which is really an indicator of whether the brain is asking for energy or not.
MULTIPLE FORMS OF IODINE USED BY THE THYROID FOR ENERGY
For me to become the thyroid expert I am today, it took me approximately two decades of education where I spend the first decade learning science (biochemistry , biophysics, neurosciences), and the second decade learning about iodine. There are many forms of iodine, and to really understand the thyroid you have to learn about the different forms of iodine and how they are used in the thyroid. There is a progression of learning about iodine from learning about iodide (iodine salt), to learning about Lugol’s solution (molecular iodine and iodide in water solvent), to learning about Nascent Iodine to learning about how energized nascent iodine is used in the thyroid as organified iodine (iodine attached to carbon) in the thyroid hormones as T4 and T3. T4 contains four molecules of energized iodine and T3 contains three molecules of energy iodine. The breakthrough I made in thyroid physiology is realizing that it is the iodine itself which is the energy molecule.
One you realize that iodine itself is the energy molecule, and understand that like a battery iodine can be “energized” or “dead” then the mysteries of how the thyroid work start to become revealed.
Nascent iodine is the energized form of iodine and iodide salt form is the unenergized form of iodine.
The iodine in thyroid hormones T4 and T3 are energized iodine (made from nascent iodine into organified iodine).
T4 (thyroxine) with four energized iodines on it is a super energy molecule, and is the main energy molecule that the thyroid makes and sends out into the blood for the body and brain to use.
When a tissue wants energy it gets it from one of the four energized iodine molecules on T4 resulting in the still triple energized T3 the active thyroid hormone which now not still contains a lot of energy in its three iodines but also is now used as a signaling molecule which tells the tissue to ramp up energy production via mitochondrial biogenesis.
By monitoring T4 and T3 levels and the ratio of T4/T3 the thyroid “tongue of fire” can taste how much energy reserve is in the blood (T4), and can tell how hungry the body and brain is for more energy. T3 levels elevated indicate tissues are mobilizing energy by tapping into T4 energy reserves. T3 sends the signal for tissues to ramp up energy production in the form of ATP energy from mitochondrial biogenesis.
Iodine does much more than just be an energy molecule because it’s also used in energy storage (T4), in energy mobilization (T3) and has additional germicidal, detox, and anti-cancer and even anti-oxidant functions.
Iodine paralyzes worm parasites using iodide receptors, germicidal and anti-cancer features of iodine when it is in energized molecular form (which has potential to become two atoms of nascent iodine) are believed to be from iodine’s chemical reactivity similar to oxygen. Energized iodine, like oxygen, can oxidize an element on the periodic table allowing the body to use it to detox any toxin making it particularly useful for heavy metal detox. Chemical similarity of iodine as a halogen allows it to detox other toxic halogens fluorine and bromine.
Iodine not only stimulates more mitochondria, iodine is used in the body to sense and destroy dysfunctional mitochondria. The thyroid’s use of iodine for energy doesn’t just make and store energy, it ramps up energy, and detects cells with an energy problem (cancer) and destroys.
Iodine is used in the body as both an oxidant for detox and an anti-oxidant for protection.

The thyroid is named after the shield shape of the thyroid cartilage, but it’s actually the winged shaped thyroid gland itself that are we are interested in.
So why is the thyroid shaped like a pair of wings? So that it can monitor the blood. Each lobe (wing) of the thyroid sits on top of the carotid artery.

The energized iodine energy system is the primary energy system of the thyroid, and I view the calcium system as a backup energy system of the thyroid. It is my belief that the thyroid prioritizes iodine energy and then taps into the calcium system for additional energy as needed. The thyroid also has another backup iodine system where it can recycle iodide into energized iodine but it has to work hard to do that as will be explained by iodine recycling system.
The thyroid also listens to the brain’s requests for energy and takes them under advisement. The thyroid attempts to meet the brain and body’s energy needs using primarily an iodine energy system, a backup calcium energy system and a backup iodine energy recycling system.
IODINE FOR ENERGY
Iodine: The thyroid monitors and controls energy in the blood by monitoring the T4, T3 and T4/T3 ratio of energized iodine containing thyroid hormones in the blood. T4 is the energy storage molecule, T3 is activated thyroid hormone that signals to mobilize more energy by mitochondrial biogenesis. Ratio of T4/T3 is supposed to be 20:1 when your body has full energy supply which it monitors two weeks out. Calcium: The thyroid monitors and calcium levels in the blood which are also indicative of body energy level indirectly via phosphate and magnesium levels. The thyroid monitors and modulates calcium levels in the blood using the two non-iodine containing peptide hormones calcitonin and parathyroid hormone (PTH). Parathyroid hormone is the more important of the two as its how the thyroid tells the rest of the body (bones, kidneys etc) to get more magnesium and phosphate for ATP energy production. Parathyroid hormone (PTH) is produced by four small glands near the tips of each of the thyroid wings (lobes) on the back side of the thyroid.
Location of the parathyroid glands make it easy for the thyroid to send PTH calcium elevating hormone into the bloodstream. When calcium gets too high, the thyroid uses calcitonin to bring the calcium levels back down. High calcium is indicative of high energy, but too high calcium can signal cell death. Low calcium is indicative of low energy. There are over 16,000+ calcium signaling pathways in the body and the thyroid is the master modulator of calcium as the Ca2+ ion. IODINE RECYCLING FOR BACKUP ENERGY
The thyroid needs a constant supply of energized iodine to keep making T4 & T3 and outputting them as energy molecules into the bloodstream. If energized iodine stores get low, the thyroid will attempt to re-energize iodine i.e. tap into an iodine recycling system. The iodine recycling system is very well understood as it involves the import of iodide salt with sodium into the thyroid and the use of the enzyme TPO (thyroid peroxidase) to re-energize the iodine into nascent iodine so that it can be used as organified iodine (iodine attached to carbon) in the thyroid hormones T4 & T3 which contain four and three molecules of energized iodine respectively.
The problem with iodine recycling from undergized iodide is that TPO creates oxidative damage which if not controlled can actually damage the thyroid. IMPORTANCE OF VITAMIN D & C
Vitamin D works with PTH to elevated calcium levels by helping the kidney retain more calcium (and thus magnesium).
Vitamin D helps the they thyroid backup calcium energy system via the PTH pathway, however unless you are also taking enough Vitamin C , getting enough cholesterol in your diet and also getting enough sunshine, your Vitamin D may not work. Without your vitamin D working your PTH backup calcium energy system of the thyroid may be severely compromised and low energy low calcium symptoms are expected.
I recommend you get 100% RDA Vitamin D from supplements like a multi-vitamin and then focus on making more naturally through skin exposure to sunshine. Selenium is an important nutrient which is similar to sulphur which is used in detox and in the energy pathways of the thyroid. Iodine used as an oxidant can loosen up toxic heavy metals which can be bound and eliminated by sulphur and selenium. The body uses both inorganic and organic forms of selenium. SEX SPECIFIC DIFFERENCES IN THYROID ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY
Men have larger thyroid cartilage than women (Adam’s apple), but the thyroid gland itself looks the same in men and women. But the physiology of the thyroid gland is very different in women.
If you think of energized iodine as gas, It should be obvious that women can store more iodine than men. Men need iodine for thyroid and detox, whereas women need iodine for thyroid, breast, ovaries and detox.
WHY DO WOMEN HAVE 7X MORE THYROID PROBLEMS THEN MEN?
I’m pretty sure it’s because women need approximately 7x more iodine than men.
My hypothesis is that the difference is that the body of a woman is different than the body of a man and can require up to 6-8x higher energy needs during pregnancy, and 2-4x more energy in general. I see the higher incidence of thyroid problems in women as a reflection of higher energy and thus iodine nutritional requirements of women as compared to men.
Women give their iodine to their baby during birth, and continue to give iodine to the baby via breast milk. If you pay attention you will notice that many women get thyroid, breast or ovarian cancer right after having a baby now from iodine deficiency where the solution is iodine replenishment.

The thyroid and breast tissue form from the same embryological tissue and both have function of absorbing and storing iodine. Whereas the thyroid put iodine into T4/T3 hormones, the breast packages iodine and sends to the breastmilk. It’s not the thyroid that’s different but that the bodies are different between men and women. The thyroid related brain hormone that requests energy from the thyroid is called thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). TSH works in a negative feedback loop between the brain pituitary gland and the thyroid to get more iodine energy (T4, T3) containing thyroid hormones up to the brain. To facilitate getting more energy up to the brain against gravity through the neck, the thyroid can use its calcium modulating to elevate blood pressure in a complex pathway involving bones and kidneys, vitamin D and magnesium using PTH.
Because the thyroid develops anatomically from splitting off from the tongue, it’s helpful to think of the thyroid blood monitoring of energy functions as the thyroid “tasting the blood”.

The thyroid controls metabolism in the entire body by regulating energy. The thyroid produces both T4 and T3 in a ratio of 80% T4 (high energy storage molecules) and 20% T3 (active thyroid hormone) i.e. T4/T3 at an approximately 4x ratio.
What the thyroid does is package energized nascent iodine as organified iodine (iodine attached to carbons in the iodine containing thyroid hormones) and then sends the T4 & T3 energy storage molecules out into the blood to be used by whichever tissues in either head or body that needs them.
The brain gets energy priority using its own energy requesting brain hormone TSH.
When the brain is hungry for more energy it elevates TSH levels which the thyroid decodes to mean that the brain is requesting more energy.
The thyroid will then check energy levels (looking at T4 & T3 levels and their ratio T4/T3) to make sure it has enough energy to send to the brain or not.
Chronically high TSH levels mean that your are chronically low energy which is typically because your body is low iodine nutrient. Not enough iodine, not enough energy. The solution is just to take more energized nascent iodine.
Low TSH levels is a good thing as means that your brain is not requesting energy because it has enough energy, so its not sending the signal to the thyroid to request more energy.
IODINE RECYCLING
When you are healthy your body can actually recycle iodine by energizing and re-energizing iodide into nascent iodine.
The thyroid has a way to attempt to recycle iodine by using the enzyme TPO (thyroid peroxidase) to create oxidative damage to re-energize iodide (unergized form of iodine) into nascent iodine that can be stored as organified iodine in thyroid hormones T4 or T3. To get iodide (I– [which has one additional electron than nascent iodine I0]) into the thyroid it uses a sodium-iodide symporter which requires your blood to have some sodium in it to allow the iodide inside the thyroid. The blood normally has a higher potassium to sodium ratio and elevated sodium levels which many Americans have from too much sodium salt (sodium chloride) in their diet, and not enough potassium salt (potassium chloride) will cause the thyroid to attempt to use its iodine recycling mechanism to much and potentially damage itself from too much oxidative damage from TPO. This is not a problem under normal circumstances when you have plenty of anti-oxidants like vitamin C and glutathione, but in an energy starved situation and high toxin environment anti-oxidant stores are depleted, and the iodine recycling system can start pumping out oxidative damage and the thyroid can actually damage itself.
The thyroid has a way to attempt to recycle iodine but the pathway is easily disrupted by toxins and exacerbated by high sodium.
IODINE BURN
Iodine like vitamin C is a daily nutrient. The body burns through iodine daily because every cell in the human body uses iodine for energy. In addition to being used for energy, iodine is used by the body as an alternative to oxygen that is burned for detox. Iodine flushes out halogens like fluoride by chemical similarity, and energized iodine loosens up heavy metals by stripping them of electrons so that they can be solubilized and eliminated. Iodine like oxygen can oxidize any element on the periodic table and is thus used by the body to eliminate any toxin. Iodine energy is used up not only to stimulated mitochondrial biogenesis to make massive amounts more ATP energy, but iodine is used to detox & monitor the integrity of mitochondrial membranes to keep energy flowing, or to destroy mitochondrial that are dysfunctional which is why iodine is also natively anti-cancer. Unenergized iodine, or energy depleted iodine after usage (iodide) is lost every day in the urine. Taking unenergized salt form of iodine (iodide) is much less effective than taking energized nascent iodine. Many people get their daily iodine from synthetic thyroid hormone drug, from natural desiccated thyroid hormone from animal, or from a health supplement like Lugol’s iodine which contains both molecular iodine and iodide. The most effective iodine is energized nascent iodine, and the best nascent iodine is NeuIodine which contains not iodide, and where nascent iodine is as effective in microgram doses to molecular and iodide forms in milligram doses, making dose ramping much more safe and effective with nascent iodine.
CALCIUM IS THE SECONDARY ENERGY SYSTEM OF THE THYROID
The secondary energy system of the thyroid uses calcium mineral nutrient for energy control.
The secret of the thyroid’s secondary energy system using calcium is that high calcium corresponds to high energy and low calcium corresponds to low energy.

Low calcium corresponds to low energy which corresponds to low magnesium. The secret was noticing that each molecule of ATP energy produced in the body requires 1 molecule of magnesium ion to stabilize. The thyroid controls calcium in the blood to assess and predict and control the bone stores of phosphates and magnesium necessary for ATP energy production.
The thyroid uses both primary and secondary energy systems using iodine and calcium in tandem to control energy.
Many scientists have been confused for many years trying to figure out the connection between iodine and calcium energy, and I think I’m the first to figure it out making me possibly the world expert on thyroid physiology. The connection is that iodine energy is stored as T4. This is not commonly known as most doctors and scientists do not realize that iodine itself can be a storage molecule, and I only know because I’ve spent a decade studying iodine. The thyroid outputs 80% T4 and 20% T3 into the blood which circulate where the T4 energy molecule is available as an energy source for any tissue receiving blood supply. When tissues in the body need more energy, they get some immediately by converting T4 into T3 which sets off an energy amplification cascade as T3 itself signals for mitochondrial biogenesis to greatly amplify production of more ATP energy. The connection between iodine energy and calcium energy system is because the thyroid also modulates calcium levels where it interprets high calcium as high energy and low calcium as low energy. When energy levels are low (thyroid sees low T4 in blood) or when a lot of tissues at once are requesting iodine energy amplification cascade (thyroid sees elevated T3 levels in blood) then thyroid knows it’s going to need a lot of magnesium to stabilize all that ATP production. To facilitate the thyroid at parathyroid uses PTH (parathyroid hormone) to elevate calcium levels where PTH is the signal to the bones to release more calcium (and thus release more magnesium and phosphates for ATP production and stabilization). Each molecule of ATP produced requires an atom of magnesium to stabilize. So ultimately, the iodine energy system and the calcium system overlap at ATP energy. Whereas iodine can be used by the thyroid to store energy or to mobilize more ATP energy production, calcium levels are used by the thyroid make sure there are adequate magnesium and phosphates released from the bones to make and stabilize all that ATP energy.
Calcium is not an energy storage molecule, but it’s used by the thyroid to modulate energy anyway.
Calcium levels in the blood are “tasted” by the thyroid “tongue” to see if they are high or low. Ultimately calcium levels are indicative of bone stores of phosphates and magnesium which are used to make ATP. Each molecule of ATP requires one magnesium ion (Mg2+) to stabilize the phosphate bond energy of the ATP.
What the thyroid is really doing is using calcium as a secondary sensor to keep an eye on magnesium and phosphate levels in the bones and blood which can be used to make ATP energy molecule.
Calcium, though not an energy molecule itself, is used by the thyroid to control the ATP (phosphate bond) energy levels of the body.
High calcium levels are interpreted as the body has enough energy.
The thyroid can control calcium levels using the non-iodine thyroid hormone the peptide hormone called calcitonin. High calcium levels let the thyroid know that the body has plenty of energy. But if calcium levels get too high it signals cell death, so the thyroid uses calcitonin to keep keep calcium levels even in high energy situations from getting too high.
Low calcium levels are interpreted as the body is low energy, and is the signal to the thyroid to request more energy.
The thyroid is shaped like a butterfly where the “wings” of the thyroid are situated on top of arteries and veins in the neck to allow the part of it called the parathyroid to sense calcium levels in the blood. When the thyroid senses low calcium in the blood it interprets that to mean that the body is low energy. The thyroid will make more T4 and T3 to send energy out into the blood if it can, but if it’s low iodine (which will reflect in low T4, and low T3, and low T4/T3 ratio), then the thyroid will try to make more energy using the backup energy system which uses calcium.
The way the thyroid tries to make more energy using the calcium system is by using the non-iodine thyroid hormone called parathyroid hormone PTH.
The way PTH works is that it sends the signal to the bones to start dissolving which can cause osteoporosis so that the body can get more magnesium and phosphates stored in the bones to be used to make more ATP energy.
PTH ultimately elevates calcium levels, but what it’s really doing is dissolving bones to try to get more magnesium to solve an energy crisis. For more information read article Calcium: Thyroid & Osteoporosis.
Vitamin D is also important downstream in the PTH thyroid energy pathway as Vitamin D is involved in letting the kidney know to retain more calcium (magnesium is what it really wants) so that the magnesium can be used for energy stabilization of ATP. Writing the definitive article on Vitamin D nutrition was my crowning achievement in 2025 as calcium and vitamin D and how they related to iodine and thyroid function is not an easy topic.
What you need to know in a nutshell is that just make sure you are getting your 100% vitamin D in your multivitamin, and then try to make more vitamin D from sunshine on your skin. The most important thing about vitamin D I discovered is that you need your daily vitamin C to make your Vitamin D work. Vitamin C keeps free iron in the body reduced for a hydroxylase enzyme that is required to activate Vitamin D which uses three different activations in the skin, the liver and the kidney where it then assists the kidney mitochondria in making more energy and retaining more calcium (and thus magnesium) needed for energy stabilization.
The thyroid uses, energizes, and recycles iodine energy in the form of iodine containing thyroid hormones which is it sends out into the blood as energy reserves and signals to mobilize more energy. The thyroid listens to and responds to energy requests from the brain, and monitors and controls energy in the body by monitoring and modulating calcium levels. The brain requests more energy from the thyroid using a negative feedback loop using the brain hormone TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone). The thyroid puts more energy into the blood using iodine containing thyroid hormones T4 and T3 which contain energized iodine where T4 (thyroxine) is the energy storage molecule that contains 4 molecules of iodine, and T3 (tri-iodothreonine) is the activated thyroid hormone which is a signal to cells to mobilize and amplify more ATP (adenosine-tri-phosphate) energy via mitochondrial biogenesis. The thyroid and parathyroid also use two non-iodine containing hormones to regulate calcium levels in the blood which allow the thyroid to monitor and control body energy. Calcium levels are used by the thyroid to assess and control the body’s energy reserve supply of phosphates and magnesium in the bones which are needed to make and stabilize ATP energy. The two calcium regulating peptide hormones are PTH (parathyroid hormone) which makes calcium go up, and calcitonin which makes calcium go down.
The thyroid uses four hormones, two iodine containing ones (T4 & T3), and two which regulated calcium (PTH & calcitonin). When people first test their “thyroid hormone” they actually test the brain hormone TSH which is the signal from the brain to the thyroid requesting more energy. High TSH means low brain energy and if you then also test T4 and T3 you will note that T4 levels will be low (low energy), and ratio of T4/T3 will be low (low energy), T3 might also be low (low energy or high i.e. low energy but body is trying to elevate T3 to make more energy), and if you test PTH (not typically tested) you will see it’s high (meaning low energy, as PTH is the signal from the thyroid to body to dissolve bones to elevate calcium (to get more phosphates and magnesium for ATP energy).
SUMMARY OF THYROID HORMONES
Thyroid uses four different hormones, two of which use iodine (T4 & T3) and two of which modulate calcium (PTH & calcitonin). But when people test their thyroid, they initially test for the brain hormone thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH).
T4, T3, PTH & calcitonin are the hormones the thyroid actually uses to modulate energy.
TSH is the hormone that the brain uses to request more energy from the thyroid.
SUMMARY OF HOW THE THYROID WORKS
The way the thyroid works is to balance energy needs of the head above the neck with energy needs of the body below the neck. The way it does that is by using primarily the iodine containing thyroid hormones to communicate with the brain for its energy needs versus using the calcium modulating thyroid hormones to communicate with the body for its energy needs.
THYROID PROBLEMS AND HOW TO FIX THEM
GOITER
In the old days, the main thyroid problem was goiter (swollen thyroid) which was easily fixed in most cases by just adding iodine as iodide into the salt (iodized salt). Iodide is the unenergized form of iodine that the thyroid has to import using sodium and re-energize/recycle using TPO (thyroid peroxidase). Under normal circumstances getting iodine from iodide was not a problem, but when your thyroid is stressed out from toxins, the iodine recycling mechanism breaks down when your get low in anti-oxidants and you might need energized nascent iodine like NeuIodine (used in a system iMedDo detox system) to jumpstart your thyroid and then it will be able to process iodide again. As long as you are getting plenty of anti-oxidants like your daily vitamin C so that your iron and vitamin D will work, then your thyroid will be able to process iodide form again. Goiter is pretty rare these days but its incidence is increasing because of toxins. In most all cases fixing goiter is easy just get more energized nascent iodine. By using nascent iodine, the thyroid works less hard as doesn’t have to create oxidative damage from using TPO from iodide recycling giving it a chance to heal with inflammation and swelling going down and goiter going away.
HYPOTHYROIDISM VERSUS HYPERTHYROIDISM
There are two thyroid problems “hypo” (low) versus “hyper” (high) thyroid known as hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. In part two I will explain how they are classified based on testing. There are also two special subtypes Hashimoto’s and Grave’s disease.
Hashimoto’s is a subtype of hypothyroidism, and Graves disease is a subtype of Hyperthyroidism. So really we have four different things to talk about:
Hypothyroidism (basic).
Hypothyroidism (fancy) Hashimoto’s
Hyperthyroidism (basic).
Hyperthyroidism (fancy) Grave’s Disease
All four types of hypo versus hyperthyroidism result in low energy.
Fancy thyroid problems Hashimoto’s and Graves on top of energy problems may have other things going on like toxicity, genetic and auto-immune problems and can be a little more tricky.
Hypothyroidism is typically associated with low iodine energy system of the thyroid whereas Hyperthyroidism is typically associated with dysfunction in the calcium energy system of the thyroid.
Many genetic and auto-immune problems are actually toxicity problems. Many people with fancy thyroid problems (Hashimoto’s and Graves) have other toxins (most commonly mercury heavy metal from dental amalgam) and need special attention.
HYPOTHYROIDISM
Basic hypothyroidism is low energy from low iodine nutrition and is very easy to fix, just take more energized iodine.
There are four ways to get energized iodine:
Synthetic thyroid hormone levothyroxine contains energized organified iodine. Synthetic thyroid hormone is a synthetic T4 and contains four molecules of iodine. When your thyroid is outputting low amounts of T4 into the blood, you can compensate by taking synthetic T4 daily.
Natural Desiccated Thyroid (NDT) is premade thyroid hormone (T4 and T3) from pig thyroid. This is the most popular way for Christians Hamites of Germanic Carthagenian Egyptian ancestry. Some religious like Judaism and Islam won’t do NDT because of their religious restrictions on eating pork.
Iodine from diet. Sea vegetables, high fat milk, liver.
Iodine supplementation. There is a spectrum of iodine supplementation from iodide to Lugol’s to nascent iodine to the best which is nascent iodine used in a system.
Because of fluoride and other toxins in the food, air and water, it’s almost impossible to get enough iodine in the diet, and it’s estimate that 96% of Americans are iodine deficient. The result is a preponderance of basic hypothyroidism. Many people have subclinical hypothyroidism from low iodine and don’t even realize it. Mainstream medicine promotes #1 taking synthetic thyroid hormones whereas alternative medicine promotes getting iodine from natural sources (#2 or #3) or from iodine supplementation #4. People are so iodine deficient that now synthetic thyroid hormone is the second most commonly prescribed drug in the country. If you are a member of a religion without food restrictions like Christianity then NDT and liverwurst is an option for you. Mammals concentrate iodine in milk, and you will note that pregnant women craving ice cream (high fat milk) is an iodine nutrient craving. To avoid religious issues most people promote getting iodine in diet naturally from sea vegetables like seaweed. My favorite way to make sure I get enough iodine daily is from iodine supplementation. Note that iodide is not energized iodine, but if you take iodide and your iodine recycling system works where your thyroid is working normally and you have plenty of anti-oxidants, then your body can naturually re-energize iodide from diet or supplementation for making energized iodine. This can work for people with only subclinal or mild hypothyroidism, but for more advance or fancy hypothyroidism taking iodide is not a good idea as it can exacerbate thyroid inflammation from iodine recycling from iodide. Lugol’s solution is a popular way to supplement iodine which has been around since the mid-1800’s. Lugol’s is a combination of molecular iodine and iodide in water solvent. Lugol’s solution was improved over in the early 20th century with the invention of nascent iodine, and nascent iodine was improved upon in 2015 with the invention of the iMedDo Detox System which uses NeuIodine, NeuSilver & NeuGold in a system.
“I’m a nascent iodine expert, and my preference is to supplement energized nascent iodine directly in a system using NeuIodine, NeuSilver, and NeuGold.“
If you don’t have thyroid disease, you can likely just supplement iodide, but by the time you already have hypothyroidism you increasingly cannot use the iodine recycling system, and need to get supplements without iodide. Lugol’s solution contains iodide, and Nascent iodine like NeuIodine does not. Nascent iodine is better than Lugol’s which is better than iodide for iodine supplementation.
NEUIODINE NASCENT IODINE IS GENERATIONS BEYOND LUGOL’S SOLUTION
NeuIodine nascent iodine used in the iMedDo detox system is many generations ahead of Lugol’s solution for the following seven reasons:
Correct Form. Nascent iodine is energized molecular iodine in equilibrium with nascent iodine. Nascent iodine is effective in microgram doses that take milligram doses of Lugol’s to achieve.
No Iodide. Unlike Lugol’s which contains iodide (molecular iodine and iodide in water solvent), Nascent iodine contains no iodide (energized molecular iodine no iodide in alcohol solvent).
Correct Solvent: Molecular iodine is fat soluble not water soluble. In Lugol’s the iodide is used to force the solubility of the molecular iodine into water where it doesn’t want to be. In nascent iodine, energized molecular iodine in equilibrium with nascent iodine chemical species is fat soluble and stored in food grade alcohol solvent instead of water.
Correct Usage Instructions: Because of the fat solubility of nascent iodine it can be absorbed on the skin bypassing old iodine usage instructions requiring it to be taken with food or on an empty stomach. Even people with religious restrictions against alcohol can still use NeuIodine as when put on skin the iodine absorbs and the alcohol evaporates away.
Correct Dosing: Sex specific dosing for men and women. Men work up to 2 drops a day, women 4 and preganant and breastfeeding women 6 drops of NeuIodine with dose ramping staring at one drop (100% RDA) and increasing by 1 drop a week.
Safety Features Built in for protection against Mercury. NeuIodine as a health supplement is intended for internal ingestion but because of its fat solubility it can be absorbed through the skin. Use by skin absorption is a critical safety feature for people with mercury dental amalgam fillings as putting iodine in the mouth is a bad idea as iodine detoxes mercury on contact and can detox mercury too fast causing herx reactions. By using NeuIodine it come with many additional safety features against heavy metal poisoning (correct usage, correct dosing) and most importantly used in a system.
Use in a System with Silver & Gold. The most important difference between the iMedDo detox system which uses NeuIodine and other nascent iodine’s is that NeuIodine is used in a system with colloidal silver NeuSilver and colloidal gold NeuGold. Low energy from hypothyroidism typically equates to high TSH, and low T4, T3 and T4/T3 ratio and high PTH.
Just talking energized iodine will fix basic hypothyroidism (iodine deficiency) as will restore T4, T3, and T4/T3 ratio, and high TSH levels will go back down as brain no longer needs to request energy from the thyroid. PTH levels should go down too as the thyroid no longer needs to rely on the back up calcium energy pathway so much since the main iodine energy pathway is restored. If PTH levels don’t go down, also try taking magnesium so that your body can stabilize the ATP energy it is making now that you have more iodine for thyroid energy. Iodine like vitamin C is a daily nutrient. By taking NeuIodine, NeuSilver & NeuGold daily you can be in a constant state of topped off energy and in a constant state of detox.
HASHIMOTO’S HYPOTHYROIDISM
Fancy hypothyroidism where there is also an auto-immune or genetic component to the low energy is called Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism.
If you have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis it’s likely that you are already taking iodine in drug form using synthetic thyroid hormone like levothyroixine, but you still feel low energy and are trying to find something that will help.
What will not help with Hashimoto’s is taking iodide form of iodine.
What will help is if there is an underlying toxicity component to the Hashimoto’s then detox will help.
The way to detox is to supplement energized nascent iodine to bypass the inflammation generating iodine recycling pathway and to detox mercury and lead and other heavy metals which might be damaging the thyroid and exacerbating its low functioning.
Sometime auto-immune thyroid problems are caused by halogens like fluorine and bromine which can imitate iodine in thyroid hormones. The body will recognize the defective thyroid hormones where fluorine or bromine halogen is substituted for an iodine in T4 or T3 which contain 4 and 3 molecules of iodine respectively.
Low energy from hypothyroidism typically equates to high TSH, and low T4, T3 and T4/T3 ratio and high PTH
But with Hashimoto’s disease, it is said by mainstream medicine to be caused by autoimmune disease or genetic factors. If that is truly the case then there is no cure and you might have to accept a lifetime of managed treatment.
But oftentimes, the underlying cause is actually a toxin (like fluoride or mercury) or some type of infection (parasite, infection, mold, virus etc) in which case a cure is very possible once you detox.
In the case of fluoride or bromine halogen poisoning, it can mimic iodine where thyroid makes autoimmune response against faultily made T4 and T3 (were one of the four or three iodines might be replaced with a fluorine atom instead for example). Once you detox the halogens by getting more iodine, then the autoimmune response might go away and a cure possible.
The other most common cause of fancy hypothyroidism hashimoto’s is from mercury heavy metal poisoning.

Both hypo and hyperthyroidism can cause symptoms of low energy, but when it’s hyperthyroidism it’s a little less straight forward as it might involve the calcium system rather than the iodine energy system.
Low energy from hyperthyroidism typically equates to low TSH(your brain is not requesting more energywith basic interpretation is that you have enough T4 energy storage molecule meaning you have enough iodine energy).
So if you have enough iodine energy why do you still feel so tired?
It’s most likely that there is a problem with the calcium side of the thyroid function where perhaps you have an energy stabilization problem, or it could be a nutritional deficiency (selenium, vitamin D, magnesium), or a toxicity issue (mercury, fluoride, vaccines), or could be something else (other auto-immune or genetic or pituitary tumor).
Assuming your brain is working correctly, low TSH means your brain is not requesting energy i.e. it’s getting enough energy. But clearly it isn’t as you still feel tired! It could be your body feels tired because your secondary calcium based energy system is not working correctly. You might have elevated PTH (parathyroid hormone) with the thyroid trying to elevate calcium levels to get more energy from the calcium system which is most likely that you are either magnesium deficient or vitamin D deficient. Magnesium is needed to stabilize ATP energy. You iodine energy system might be working fine (low TSH, high T4 (lots of iodine energy reserves), good T4/T3 ratio), but your calcium system might be showing signs of stress (high PTH i.e. hyperthyroid in PTH (parathyroid hormone). Vitamin D works with PTH to help your body absorb more calcium and magnesium in the kidneys (your thyroid is trying to use the calcium system to get more magnesium). Thyroid tries to get it from the bones (might start causing osteoporosis as bones dissolve trying to get more magnesium) using elevated PTH. And body tries to use Vitamin D to help absorb more calcium and magnesium (it’s the magnesium it really wants) from the urine in the kidneys.
The solution is easy, your body just needs more magnesium. The key is to get chelated magnesium (magnesium glycinate or magnesium citrate), not magnesium oxide.

2. It could be a selenium deficiency. Selenium is used in an enzyme the converts T4 to T3. So even though it seems like you have enough iodine (high T4 iodine storage molecule), your tissues might still actually be starving for energy as they are unable to convert T4 to T3 to mobilize more energy as it requires a selenoprotein.
Selenium deficiency is exacerbated by Mercury heavy metal toxicity, so whether you have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism be sure to check your mouth for mercury amalgam.
3. Your brain could be lying to you. If your TSH levels are low (indicating your brain doesn’t want more energy), but you still feel tired, it could be a brain problem like a pituitary tumor. Maybe your brain does want energy but is failing to send the signal to your thyroid to ask for more energy. In this case you might not have a thyroid problem but rather a brain problem so seek further medical assistance. 4. It could be an auto-immune or genetic thing not related to iodine or detox in which case seek mainstream medical assistance. Hyperthyroidism is treated in mainstream medicine by killing your thyroid via drugs or radiation or surgically removing it to give you Hypothyroidism instead where without a thyroid you will need to constantly take iodine in some form such as synthetic thyroid hormone (levothyroxine for pre-energized iodine) or as NDT (natural desiccated thyroid) for pre-energized iodine from animal (pig). At that point you can benefit from taking the iMedDo detox system for additional natural source of iodine but without a thyroid you use lower dose its for other tissues. For women especially, the breast tissue is similar to thyroid tissue and can benefit from getting energized nascent iodine even without a thyroid after thyroidectomy from hyperthyroidism.
5. Fluoride Toxicity. If you have fluoride in your system it can shut down both sides of the thyroid energy system interfering with both iodine (iodine system) and with calcium (fluoride binds insolubly with calcium). The calcium disruption might explain the low energy in spite of low TSH levels commonly found with hyperthyroidism. Fluoride can also disrupt the kidneys resulting in low energy and a variety of other hormones as well.
6. It could be vaccinosis (disease caused by vaccine). If you got a vaccine you likely have aluminum or mercury poisoning, and if you got covid vaccines or especially multiple covid vaccines, it could be much worse.
Unlike Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism is a bit more tricky to figure out what is going on and you will like need assistance.
Detox might work especially if the underlying problem is a blockage in the calcium energy system from fluoride or aluminum or lead or other toxins. But oftentimes for hyperthyroidism you do not need more iodine and detox and instead need magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin C to make your vitamin D work. I was at my local grocery store, and as I was checking out I saw this magazine about the thyroid. It’s a 96 page long compilation of 23 different articles which is a pretty good summary of the mainstream medicine position on the thyroid.

Because of the large number of articles in the magazine, with a wide variety of authors and different mainstream medical professionals (predominantlly MD type doctors) reviewing each article, I think we can all agree i.e. understand, that this magazine presents a pretty good idea of what mainstream medicine is saying to the public about the thyroid.
REVIEW OF VERY WELL UNDERSTANDING YOUR THYROID MAGAZINE
After reading the magazine, I give it 3.2/5 stars overall but only 2.5/5 stars for content/accuracy.
I think this magazine did a great job on marketing. I love the cover art enough that I bought it so it was definitely effective at catching my attention. Opening the cover I was pleasantly surprised by a very beautiful picture of the thyroid depicted as a jigg-saw puzzle. I really like this image as it’s exactly how I’ve been thinking about the thyroid & as the thyroid whisperer I’ve even figured out over half of those missing pieces.
As the Thyroid Whisperer, I find the missing puzzle pieces.
The magazine does a very good job identifying and marketing to its target audience women, as it gets across in the articles very well the reality of women having 4-10x more thyroid problems than men, and all the photos in the magazine are of women so I’m likely the only man who bought the magazine.
I like the style of the magazine how it attempts to present a large amount of different articles on a variety of topics with an attempt to provide medical reviewers for each article in hopes that the articles will be informative, diverse and accurate.
Unfortunately, the magazine failed as the content could have been better, and the accuracy on thyroid important topics of detox, modalities and nutrition fell flat ending in puff pieces on yoga and eating fiber by the end. The magazine started strong, turned into propaganda by the middle and by the end was just flat wrong. Also it was not just wrong but some of the stuff in the magazine was stealthily demonic, and for that I gave them low rating for some secret death contracts, death subliminal messaging and promotion of Luciferian radioactive iodine.
Overall though, the magazine was a combination of good and bad, and I was able to take the good and leave the bad and overall enjoyed the magazine so 3.2/5 stars is my final rating though for content accuracy I only give it a 2.5/5 stars.
MAINSTREAM TESTING LEVELS VERY INFORMATIVE
The most informative and interesting thing in the magazine to me was a confirmation on how mainstream medicine uses tests to diagnose hypo versus hyperthyroidism.
The first article says that:
Hypothyroidism is associated with TSH > 4.0 mIU/L and T4 < 5.0 mIU/L
Hyperthyroidism is associated with TSH <0.4 mIU/L and T4 >11.0 mIU/L and blood levels of T3 may also be tested to confirm a diagnosis of hyperthyroidism if T3 >200 ng/dL,
and the fourth article Testing, Testing, Testing says:
TSH levels 4.5 to 10 mU/L = subclinical low thyroid function
TSH 10 mU/L or higher = symptomatic low thyroid function
TSH 0.1 to 0.4 mU/L = subclinical overactive thyroid function
TSH 0.1 to mU/L and lower = symptomatic overactive thyroid function.
and also says:
Normal TSH + normal T4 = normal thyroid function
High TSH + normal T4 = you may have higher risk of developing an underactive thyroid
Low TSH + high T4 = overactive thyroid
High TSH + low T4 = underactive thyroid
Low TSH + low T4 = low thyroid function due to another problem, such as pituitary gland dysfunction Looking at TSH alongside T3 test results can also help with diagnosis:
Low T3 + high TSH = low thyroid
High T3 + low TSH = overactive thyroid
TPOAb tests [thyroid peroxidase antibody tests] can help confirm Hashimoto’s disease [special hyopthyroidism] if TSH is high and T4 is low.
TRAb tests [TSH receptor antibody] help diagnose Grave’s disease, confirm a diagnosis of toxic multinodular goiter, or, in late pregnancy, check a baby’ls risk of Grave’s disease or an overactive thyroid.
The missing puzzle piece is when people test their “thyroid hormone” they are usually first testing TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) which is actually a brain hormone. Once you realize that TSH is how the brain requests energy from the thyroid then it makes sense that high TSH means low energy (brain is requesting more energy), and low TSH means abundant energy (brain is not requesting more energy).
With that in mind, looking at these thyroid test levels gets a lot easier where you just have to identify where is high TSH, where is low TSH and where is normal TSH. The magazine first article is saying that high TSH/low energy/hypothyroidism is at TSH>4 miU/L and that low TSH/too much energy/hyperthyroidism is at TSH<0.4 miU/L. This implies that the normal range of TSH is somewhere between 0.4 to 4 miU/L. But the testing article which uses units mU/L (which is same I assume as miU/L) clarifies that they consider
TSH 10 mU/L or higher = symptomatic low thyroid function
TSH 0.1 to mU/L and lower = symptomatic overactive thyroid function.
i.e. TSH<0.1 = hyperthyroidism
Which implies that TSH normal range is somewhere between 0.1 to 10 mU/L which is a much wider range than the first article 0.4 to 4 mIU/L (assuming mIU/L[milli-international units per Liter] = mU/L [milliunits per Liter])
What I like is that the testing testing testing article establishes a range for subclinical hypothyroidism as these people even though they don’t even technically have a thyroid problem can all still benefit from iodine supplementation and detox.
TSH levels 4.5 to 10 mU/L = subclinical low thyroid function
People are being told conflicting information. On one hand that when your TSH is 0.1 to 10 mU/L you are in the normal range, or more narrow 0.4-4 is normal range, but on the other hand when you are 4.5 to 10 you are in the subclinical low thyroid function. Putting together this conflicting information TSH 0.1-10 is normal, but within that normal 0.4 to 4 is normal normal, and TSH 4.5 to 10 is subclinical hypothyroidism.
Mainstream medicine is saying in a very squirrelly way that when your TSH is 4-10 or at least 4.5-10 that even though you are normal that you might be at higher risk of hypothyroidsim. This slightly elevated TSH level just means your brain is within its normal parameters of asking the thyroid for more energy.
Translating what I learned about testing from the magazine here’s my recommendations on nascent iodine supplementation:
People with TSH <0.1 mU/L (hyperthyroidism) should not supplement nascent iodine.
People with TSH 0.1-0.4 mU/L (less severe hyperthyroidism) should not supplement nascent iodine without supervision especially if is Grave’s disease.
People with TSH 0.4 to 4 (normal range) can supplement nascent iodine no problem if they want.
People with TSH 4-10 mU/L “Subclinical low thyroid function” can all benefit from nascent iodine supplementation with the iMedDo detox system.
People with TSH >10 (hypothyroidism) can very likely benefit from nascent iodine supplementation but should do so with supervision especially if is Hashimoto’s.
WHAT MAINSTREAM DOCTORS ARE FAILING TO SAY (THE MISSING PUZZLE PIECES)
Having read all the articles, what was the most interesting to me was what not just what they are saying, but what they are NOT saying. The three most important things about the thyroid that were not mentioned even a single time in ANY of the above articles are;
MERCURY: The importance of Detox in particular the importance of Mercury heavy metal detox from amalgam fillings. Mercury leaks from fillings into the thyroid in the neck and causes a large amount of thyroid disease.
PTH: The importance of Parathyroid Hormone (PTH) and how it ties in to calcium, magnesium, osteoporosis, and energy and cancer via thyroid function.
VITAMIN C: Vitamin C was not mentioned in the entire magazine in spite of having articles on diet. Vitamin C is critical to keep iron reduced to keep vitamin D activated. The importance of Vitamin D was mentioned begrudgingly toward the end of the magazine. Where vitamin D is known to make many thyroid problems just go away.
VACCINOSIS: Thyroid disease caused by vaccines was not mentioned even once in the entire magazine in spite of many people suffering from thyroid disease caused by vaccine damage.

WHAT MAINSTREAM DOCTORS ARE SAYING VERY POORLY (HIDING KNOWN PUZZLE PIECES)
The most relevant part of the magazine in my opinion was buried deep in the back on page 71 of 96 in the article 18: (What Are the Treatments for Thyroid Disease by Mary Shomon medically reviewed by Danielle Weiss MD) which said:
“Some holistic healthcare providers recommend iodine supplementation, other nutritional supplements, dietary changes, and particular yoga poses. “
That’s correct information. I recommend iodine supplementation done correctly to fix thyroid problems. Iodine done right is nascent iodine used with colloidal silver & colloidal gold i.e. NeuIodine, NeuSilver, NeuGold the health Trinity of the iMedDo detox system. These three minerals are now minerals A1, A2, A3 (Aurum, Argentum & Iodine) in the new combined Vitamin & Mineral Alphabet.
That’s correct information . There are other nutritional supplements that help with thyroid health a lot. Most notably magnesium and daily vitamin C with vitamin D done right. Vitamin D done right uses daily vitamin C to activate where you don’t supplement more than 100% D with vitamins but rather get the rest with sunlight.
It’s was very interesting to me to see the shady way the magazine treated Vitamin C, where the importance of Vitamin C for thyroid health was not mentioned even once in the entire magazine.
TOUCHING THE MAGAZINE CAN ACTUALY CAUSE THYROID DISEASE
As I finally got to the part of the magazine all the way in on page 71 finally recommending some good advice to get some iodine supplementation, I could actually feel my fingers tingling from the chemicals in the magazine paper. And I thought to myself, what an evil magazine. The people who need this information the most, by the time they actually find it over 70 pages in will have absorbed enough toxins from touching this magazine to potentially give themselves thyroid disease. How much you want to bet that this magazine paper is coated in brominated flame retardants where the bromine halogen is absorbing into my skin, and is actually known to cause thyroid problems by disrupting iodine. I’m not scared of bromine because I detox halogens daily with NeuIodine, but for everyone else I recommend you wear gloves while reading magazines as you don’t realize what sort of endocrine disrupters you are touching. (This magazine feels like bromine, and PET plastic possibly with BPA). To confirm I placed a drop of NeuIodine on the paper to confirm it was coating in some sort of plastic. Nascent iodine turns uncoated paper purple, but the iodine just sat on top with no color change confirming that the magazine has a plastic coating. Then I burned the last page of the magazine to see if it burned slow and green to confirm the presence of brominated flame retardants on the pages which it did.
The magazine was coating in plastic possibly PET and brominated flame retardant.

THE VERY BEST OF MAINSTREAM MEDICINE IS SUBPAR ESPECIALLY ON FLUORIDE
The very best article in the entire magazine was almost at the very end, article 19 (Keeping Your Thyroid Healthy by Mary Shomon medically reviewed by Kelly Wood MD). The reason I say it was the best was because it was the only article in the entire magazine to mention fluoride. Even if what it said about fluoride was incorrect at least it made a mention.
On page 76, Consider Fluoride’s Role “Some research suggests that peole living in areas with fluoridated drinking water are at a higher risk of developing hypothyroidism. Other research has not shown this. Until this link has been established, health officials do not recommend avoiding fluoride, as its health benefits outweigh its risks.”
The first sentence is correct. “Some research suggests that peole living in areas with fluoridated drinking water are at a higher risk of developing hypothyroidism.”
You are darn right people getting fluoride are at higher risk for hypothyroidism! That’s because fluoride disrupts both sides of thyroid function shutting down both iodine mineral by halogen mimicry, and also shutting down the calcium/vitaminD side of thyroid function since fluoride binds insolubly with calcium. The health problems with fluoride go far beyond just disrupting your thyroid, it disrupts your entire body as we rely on over 16,000+ calcium ion pathways all of which get disrupted with fluoride poisoning. Fluoride is bad news. Fluoride is anti-organic chemistry which turns your hydrocarbons into fluorocarbons.
But then the magazine puts on its mainstream medicine clown hat to say the following:
“Other research has not shown this. Until this link has been established, health officials do not recommend avoiding fluoride, as its health benefits outweigh its risks.”
What a joke and a lie. What health officials? I voted for RFKJr the new head of the US Department of Health and Human Services, the top “health official” on his platform that he was supposed to remove all fluoride from the drinking water by January 2025. It’s November 2025 now, and though he’s still working to get it done, fluoride is on the way out. I’m willing to tell you point blank with 100% certainty that in my scientific opinion as a biochemist in the American Chemical Society Fluorine Division, an expert on fluoride detox and iodine nutrition, that the link between fluoride and thyroid disease especially hypothyoidism will be firmly established in the near future. It already has been, it’s just being covered up. The cover up is goes hand in hand with the mercury heavy metal coverup, as both fluoride and mercury were used by the dentists for many years, and there is still a widespread silent epidemic of people with thyroid problems solely because they have mercury heavy metal poisoning in their neck leaked from their teeth that needs to be detoxed.
Even with this un-enlighted statement on fluoride the article is still pretty good because it’s the only article in the magazine to make any attempt to talk about the most important topic which is different forms of iodine, and has a nice little section talking about how potassium iodide was used to prevent radiation damage. The issue of understanding different forms of iodine and which form to use when is the most critical and important information to understand about thyroid health, and I’ll be discussing that in much more detail later in this article. Most people are several generations behind still talking about potassium iodide and lugols instead of talking about nascent iodine used in a system with silver and gold.
The article gets kudos for mentioning perchlorates another important halogen toxin that contains chlorine which can interfere with iodine.
The article also gets kudos for mentioning the importance of vitamin D even if it doesn’t really explain the significance as related to calcium and parathyroid hormone, osteoporosis and magnesium with vitamin C. (Neither PTH parathyroid hormone, nor Vitamin C was mentioned in the entire magazine). Come to think of if the magazine never once mentioned magnesium either! The nutrition article was very lacking. It’s clear they either don’t understand or are purposefully covering up the most important issues relevant to thyroid health. Even with an almost 100 page magazine about the thyroid, having read it, mainstream medicine approach to thyroid health is subpar.
THE WORST OF THE MAGAZINE: SHAMELESSLY PROMOTING RADIOACTIVE IODINE
The worst part of the magazine, which I take as the worst part of mainstream medicine when it comes to thyroid health, is how the magazine was shamelessly promoting the use of radioactive iodine to treat thyroid cancer which I adamantly disagree with. The key to thyroid health is giving your thyroid regular iodine which is natively and naturally anti-cancer, not killing your thyroid with radioactive iodine. The articles which were found to be promoting radio-iodine nonsense were:

WHERE MAINSTREAM DOCTORS ARE OUTRIGHT LYING TO YOU VIA CONTRACT
A lie is not a lie if you agree to it. If we both agree that the sky is purple, then for the purpose of a contract the sky is purple even though it is obviously a lie as the sky is blue. Not everyone realizes (real eyes) it, but the word “understanding” is used in contract law including demonic contracts to mean “agreement”. So note that the title of the mainstream medicine propaganda magazine “Understanding Your Thyroid” implies that they want YOUR AGREEMENT to some CONTRACT concerning the THYROID. The thyroid looks like a butterfly which Greek word Psyche also means Soul which I discussed in depth in my very first article the thyroid way back in 2018: Thyroid Quickening. They want a demonic soul contract with you. Don’t understand/agree to it!
LOCATING THE DEMONIC SOUL CONTRACT
The agreement lie can be found on page 23 of the magazine in the article number five: (Autoimmune Disease in Women and Men by MIchelle Pugle medically reviewed by Do-Eun Lee, MD) where it is highlighted and reads as:
“While treatment cannot cure an autoimmune disease, it can help reduce the risk of symptom flare-ups. The exact treatment plan depends on the condition.”
The contract that mainstream medicine wants you to agree to is that “there is no cure for your thyroid”.
The nested lie they want to sell you is to think that most all thyroid disease is from either some un-curable auto-immune issue or some un-curable genetic issue.
The most important thing they don’t want you to know about is that many supposed auto-immune and genetic problems are just underlying toxicity problems, and when you detox the underlying problem (typically halogen like fluoride or heavy metal like mercury or lead poisoning) that it is possibly to find a cure. You don’t have to agree that no cure exists. Take Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism for example, promoted as an uncurable autoimmune by mainstream medicine, oftentimes is a simple curable toxicity detox & nutrient replenishment problem.
They want you to agree to the lie to make it not a lie for the purpose of contract, by getting your agreement that you won’t even try to look for a cure, and you accept that they are not even trying to look for a cure.
Instead of seek a cure, they want you to agree to accept a lifetime of suffering to go down a dark journey which will end with your thyroid removed, and you on a lifetime of synthetic thyroid hormone drug treatment becoming their lifetime cash cow.
DRBENGO’S SUMMARY OF THE MAINSTREAM MEDICINE APPROACH TO THE THYROID
Don’t even try to cure the thyroid. Instead focus on scaring you into spending your money on testing.
Diagnose you with something (it doesn’t matter what as the final treatment ends up being ultimately the same i.e. synthetic drugs).
Destroy your thyroid by any means necessary (drugs, surgery, a particularly evil option of radioactive iodine was promoted extensively in this magazine).
Give you lifetime synthetic thyroid hormone.
It’s not hard for me to “understand” what mainstream medicine is doing for thyroid as it can be summarized into only two options:
A) If you are hypothyroid you get the synthethic drugs.
B) If you are hyperthyroid, destroy the thyroid to make you hypothyroid to get you on synthetic drugs.
Which really as you can see is only one option which is to get you on synthetic thyroid drugs.
Mainstream medicine is a money funnel that results in lots of cash for them, and no cure for you, your money spent on testing, your money spent on surgery or radiation with thyroid removed, and locked into a lifetime of thyroid hormone drugs.
CURSE RELIGION
The difference between curSe and cure is the snake of wisdom.
Mainstream medicine no longer seeks to find cures, and has no interest whatsoever of ever curing you of any thyroid disease. In fact, they are incentivised to destroy your thyroid on purpose as it generates much business for them selling synthetic thyroid hormones. Their religion has become a curse upon women where the snake venom of vaccines, fluoride and mercury poisoning are being used for evil.
CURE RELIGION

Even when a cure is not known to humans, we know that God knows the cure. I will never give up trying to cure thyroid diseases, and I do not accept or agree to the idea that there is no cure. And when the Great Serpent attempted to attack my thyroid using snake venom, I felt my thyroid transform into a dog of war, the Battle Angel Michael in Jesus form as the lamb of God who hunts wolves and spears dragons with a flaming sword:

NASCENT “BORN AGAIN” IODINE
The word nascent is from the Latin verb (nascor nascare nasci natum) which means to be born. The religious meaning of nascent iodine means “born again” iodine where the concept of being born again comes from ancient egypt where the sun was continually reborn after each night and the human soul was believed to be reborn in similar fashion. In chemistry the word nascent also means “newly born” and refers to the equilibrium of how energized molecular iodine (diatomic iodine) I2 breaks apart forming two “newly born” atoms of atomic iodine I (i.e. two atoms of nascent iodine). Although molecular iodine does this naturally to a small extent, energized molecular iodine does it to a larger extent with equilibrium shifted towards the nascent iodine enough that it can be detected. Originally, the process of how to energize molecular iodine to make nascent iodine was dreamed up by the psychic Edgar Cayce which is why even today nascent iodine is considered “Psychic Iodine”. NeuIodine health supplement in the iMedDo detox system is nascent iodine. Nascent iodine in a health supplement refers to energized molecular iodine in equilibrium with nascent iodine in alcohol solvent. APPENDIX: APPEARANCE OF THE ARCHANGEL MICHAEL
There was something demonic about the verywell magazine. From the way it tried to trick you into a soul contract, to the way it was promoting Luciferian radioactive iodine for thyroid destruction, even to the way it sinisterly and subliminally was using death magic by promoting a yoga “corpse”pose, to the way it actually poisoned your thyroid in real time as you touched its pages. The author’s name that stood out for the most evil article with the soul contract was “Michelle Pugle” which sounds like a pen name for Pugilist against Michael (Fighter agains Michael) i.e. Lucifer. The evil aura of this magazine drew my attention, and I felt compelled to fight against it and while writing this article I received the blessing of the Archangel Michael who showed up to meet the devil’s challenge:

As I imagine my thyroid not just as my guardian angel but as the Archangel Michael, the commander of God’s armies, I note that the serpent the angel is spearing is a reference to the male penis. The idea is the thyroid using TSH is prioritizing energy to the brain above the neck rather than to a man’s nether regions.
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God” 1 Corinthians 6:19-2
The thyroid itself like an angel is neither masculine nor feminine but when you attach a body it becomes one or the other. Because I’m a male writing this article the angel appeared to me in masculine form as Michael not Michelle.
MOCK BATTLE OF THE SEXES
What happened next was very strange and celtic in nature, and I’ll explain it as best as I can. I got stuck for many days on the section “sex specific differences of the thyroid”.
I approached the thyroid as a man fighting for women to figure out why women have 7x more thyroid problems than men.
In doing so I accidentally stumbled upon some sacred dragon knowledge which stirred up some really strange ancient battle of the sexes.
The male form angel Michael showed up to fight on team Goddess in attack formation to obtain the secrets of EVE’s thyroid.
A female form of angel Michelle showed up to fight on team Dragon to protect both the male and female secrets of the thyroid (ADAM & EVE).
All the Angels and Demons joined team Dragon in defensive formation for a mock battle to protect the secrets of the thyroid except for one.
The Angel who didn’t was a crafty one who was wise as a serpent but was not a serpent, she was not on team Dragon, she was as innocent as a dove, and like a hunter in flying lamb as an attack ram had come to raid the secrets of EVE from the defensive team. Her masculine name is Gabriel, her female name is Gabrielle, and she has appeared to me in the past as the Elf Queen Galadriel, who I was able to identify as Vivianne (Live Anne) but she wears black like Morgue Anne (Morganna dead Anne), who fights like a man. I recognized her as Gamaliel the destroyer of Sodom. She likes to dress as Alita Battle-angel, and I recognized her last month in the coverart of vitamin K. She beat the game of On, is the sole victor against Athena and recovered the flaming sword and helmet of the angel Michael and was reborn as Michael. Fighting on team Goddess as in masculine form as the archangel Michael I couldn’t even recognize her as she looked like Jesus and was my very own thyroid guardian angel. Not in defensive formation but in attack formation. EVE asked me to share some of her secrets, but all the angels and demon guardians of Adam and Eve came to defend those secrets.
As the battle was going on I couldn’t really tell which team I was on. The tides of battle shifted and Angel/Demon Male/Female sides were very fluid as the battle raged. The masculine was attacking to protect the feminine. The feminine was defending to attack the masculine. What I can tell you is that Athena a female battle angel who is normally on my team for the purposes of the mock battle was on the other side. Athena against you becomes a rather terrifying spider. Athena of all the angels on the opposing side was the only one really capable of putting up a real defense.
Athena though in defensive formation performed a flawless pre-emptive strike. While Gabriel as Michael was in butterfly form Athena turned into a massive spider and caught Gabriel in a web. Gabriel then sacrificed Michael who dropped his shield and helmet in the center of the web psyching out Athena who thought she had caught Lucifer. Then Gabriel as Gamaliel snuck back into the center of the web as a dungeon crawler in complete darkness and recovered Michael’s flaming sword and golden helm. Athena once again trapped the archangel when tried to fly away in the web then Gabriel turned into a dove and ate the spider. With Athena vanquished, Gabriel put on the golden helm and raised the flaming sword in doing so becoming Michael resurrected and burnt away the web making the path clear. The path was the Game of Ra (Gammorah). The battle raged on all the way to Halloween culminating in a final showdown between a cat and a giant preying mantis. Michael in male cat form fighting for team female (Cat Bastet) fought to a stalemate with Athena who chose final form of a giant preying/praying mantis female. The result of the mock battle was a stalemate with both team male for female & team female for male fighting admirably and a truce.

ANGELIC TRUCE & DRAGON SECRETS OF ADAM & EVE
THE SACRED MASCULINE SECRETS OF ADAM: SERPENT IDENTITY
The dragon secrets of Adam were released. They were guarded by Michael who actually fell in battle with Athena and was resurrected by Gabrielle.
The Archangel Michael is the representation of the sacred masculine which is viewed as the brain using the thyroid to conquer body (serpent/snake/penis).
Thyroid imagined as the Angel Michael wielding a flaming tongue of fire the helmed dove of the Holy Spirit is the Brain getting priority over the nether regions. The snake is affirmatively identified as the man’s penis. The idea is that the thyroid allows a man to conquer their penis their sexual urges by diverting more energy to the brain (helm). The snake of a man’s penis is identified with Satan. Michael in Jesus form conquering the serpent is a reflection of man’s conquering their sexual urges. Michael represents the brute force approach to conquering the urges (brain sending signals to thyroid with TSH), whereas Jesus represents a different approach for conquering the serpent (sanctifying rather than killing the serpent by only releasing it inside Holy Matrimony).
Thus the concept of the sacred masculine is a man who conquers his “snake” between his legs and uses his brain, and the thyroid is the guardian angel that makes it happen. A man as thyroid guardian angel who conquers his own penis/snake and is using only his head/helmet rather than his body is a rather effeminate figure. Much like Odin of Germanic religion possible namesake of Iodine (Eye of Odin) with reference to the Aegisjalmur the Eye Shield Helmet (Eye Aegis/Shild Hjalmur/Helmet). The legends say Odin was somehow “unmanly” and able to touch saidar (the female magic). Saidin/Satan the masculine magic is penis magic but its not considered sacred, the sacred masculine is conquering Satan/body/penis/ i.e. which for a man is conquering the urges of the penis between your legs.
THE SACRED FEMININE SECRETS OF EVE: SERPENT IDENTITY
The dragon secrets of EVE were also released after quite a showdown. It wan’t a battle between good and evil so much as it was a mock battle of the sexes between myself as man wanting to reveal female secrets to help women, and women guardian angels wanting to protect the secrets out of formality to defend the sacred feminine from male intrusion. Since I’m approaching EVE as for healing as a doctor, I’m allowed inside to see the female secrets where normally it would be death for a man to tread.
Though the thyroid of a man and woman may look the same, one attached to a body it becomes very different. They thyroid may be a genderless Guardian Angel but because it defends your body which is either male or female it gets its own gender and male thyroids do not behave anything like female thyroids like how Michael does not fight like Michelle. I saw battle techniques from both male and female side which blew my mind in the mock battle where both sides showed their mastery of the battle techniques of the other.
The serpent (snake) to serpent with legs (lizard/croc/alligator) to serpent with legs and wings (Dragon) is an ancient representation of the spiritual journey of mankind. I first noticed this from ancient Egypt, but I now see it came from the ante-diluvian cult of Lily.
Lily, the original EVE is/was a beautiful flower goddess of fertility. Here entire body was the tree of life, and her entire body was the dragon.
Her thyroid was the wings of the dragon and her head was the dragon head, and body the dragon body.
The serpents are not the same for men and women. For men the serpent to conquer is their own penis. For women the serpent is their own entire body (head (dragon head), wings (thyroid), and body (dragon body).
Lily is both a tree and a dragon, and she (not Adam) has the apples of immortality.
Even though the cult of Lily is lost, and survives now only in demonized form, traces of it can be found in Mesopotamian, Abrahamic, Egyptian, Greek, Norse and Christian religions indicating its profound antiquity. After the mock battle of the sexes I was granted one single secret which is the Minoan way of seeing the thyroid as a golden axe the labrys.
Egyptian: The Dragon is a symbol of an enlightened human where serpent to serpent with legs and serpent with legs and wings (dragon) represents the spiritual progression of mankind. The wings of the dragon are the thyroid anatomy, and thus likely the dragon was originally a female dragon from the cult of Lily.
Mesopotamian: In the Epic of Gilgamesh Lili as Lilit is portrayed a female demon in a tree along with a serpent that cannot be charmed and an “Anzu” bird.
Abrahamic Judean: Lily as Lilith is portrayed as Adams first wife now demonized as a bird demon.
Greek: Lily is Medusa who originally very beautiful was cursed by Athena to now being ugly with snakes in hair. I think the most details of Lily are preserved in the Greek story of Medusa where she appears to have a very complex theology that also involves decapitation, blood, pegasus, and Chrysaor the giant with a golden sword.
Norse: Yggdrasil the world tree literally means “Egg Dragon” i.e Ygg=Egg Drasil =Dragon. I figured out that the “dragon eggs” are referring to the female ovary anatomy where the woman herself is the Dragon which points to origins in the cult of Lily.
Eve is the “Tree of Life”. Her Apples of Immortality are found in her Sacrum, the “Sacred Garden”.
What religion lost, you can still see in the female anatomy. The idea of a lady with dragon eggs is still popular even in modern culture like the tv show Game of Thrones.

The Woman herself is the Dragon in the more ancient religion the cult of Lily. This is the female way.
*If we accept that Eve’s sacrum is the garden of Eden, then the serpent in the garden is clearly the man’s penis trying to get up that vagina. Then the underpinning that the Biblical story was based on start to make more sense.
*There appears to be a an ancient morality lesson in the garden of Eden story which likely is about it’s only okay for a man to enter a woman’s garden in marriage with her consent as opposed to evil which is entering a woman’s garden without her consent (rape).
This explains why most religions like Christianity focus so much on no sex before marriage, as in ancient times the marriage contract was the “consent” required for entering the garden.
The woman as Dragon is not the same as the serpent of the Bible! The Dragon is the woman herself the sign of a mature and spiritually advanced woman, whereas the serpent in the garden associated with the devil is referring to the man’s male anatomy.
When Jesus says to be “as wise as a serpent” he is referring to be as wise as a woman! Not be as wise as a penis! Women as “wise women” have always been renowned for their wisdom whereas the men thinking with their penis is pretty much the opposite of wisdom.
To the Greeks the Goddess of Wisdom was Athena.
Athena is interesting because she might be a thyroid guardian angel but she’s also rather masculine and protects the serpent (male anatomy) as defender of the king as a serpent.
Athena might be a backlash against the cult of Zeus where in one story Athena shows up and chops Zeus’s head off. It’s clear Athena was created after the cult of Lily and this axe chopping story likely was related to or borrowed from earlier Minoan depictions of the Goddess. The idea of an armed Goddess like Athena or Inanna instead of an innocent tree nymph Lily later demonized as Lilith appears to be very ancient as Inanna was in Epic of Gilgamesh and the double bladed axe as a symbol for female power the labrys is quite possibly the oldest known symbol of woman.
The Greek story of Medusa and Pegasus and Chrysaor the Giant with Golden sword springing from her blood connects with Christianity.
What people today don’t recognize is that Jesus and early Christianity was so popular and spread so quickly in Hellenic Greco-Roman culture because it was actually a women’s liberation religion and had snake woman aspects. Jesus by exorcising Mary Magdalene and marrying her was purifying the ancient Goddess religion of EVE and thus was viewed as liberating all women.

EVE is the Lady of Byblos, the Lady of the Bible. In Byblos, Lebanon in the levant the cults of the Egyptian Goddess Hathor from the old testament and a Syrian goddess (Arinna) merged. From about 600 BC to 400 AD the Goddess was stamped out by the Roman Empire. Jesus in the middle of that did not have a lasting effect on women’s liberation, with the fall of the Egyptian empire to the Greek and then the Romans women lost a lot of rights that have taken another two thousand years to recover. Accepting and honoring the sacrifice of Jesus to purify the Goddess, we can now look safely to the time before 600 BC to undo the curse put on EVE by God for her supposed sin of offering Adam her apple. In the Greek stories this was the same curse put on Medusa by Athena for being raped by Poseidon. This was the same curse put on Mary Magdalene.
The secret is the Jesus by today’s standard legally raped Mary Magdalene (who was too young for age of consent) taking her as forbidden fruit putting an ugly curse on her like Athena did to Medusa where she would be considered by society to now be a prostitute, but then by marrying Mary Magdalene he restored her honor & was sinless himself keeping her as Aphrodite averting the wrath of Artemis. Athena the goddess of wisdom has been wisely guarding this secret and was darn near willing to fight to the death to keep it but the cat’s out the bag. EVE wanted it known. Ladies, I risked my life brining you this forbidden knowledge, and I hope it was worth it that some of you can use it to heal that somehow by meditating on Adam and Eve story and the sacred feminine you find your thyroid victory.
PENTECOST THYROID VICTORY
In the Bible, the Tongues of Fire of the Holy Spirit land on the disciples on the day of Pentecost. Pente means the number 5., V in Roman numberals for Victory symbolized by the Goddess Nike in Athena’s hand whose wings are the thyroid guardian angel.
