    Greetings iMedDo congregation. I hope you all having a wonderful summer. Some exciting developments where RFKJr removed covid infant jabs and took mercury toxic heavy metal out of flu vaccines which is very exciting. Unfortunately, RFKJr is 6 months behind schedule getting fluoride out of the water, but seems like he’s making progress and certainly rooting for him. While we can hope an pray that the government will make progress on health, we can’t really rely on the government to do anything which is why iMedDo Foundation continues to blaze ahead in nutrition & detox religious use spiritual knowledge for humanity’s benefit. I’ve previously talked about Vitamin A, some of the Vitamin B’s, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D, so next going down the alphabet, I would talk about Vitamin E, and to do Vitamin D justice I also need to talk about Vitamin K which is frequently confused with Potassium (K). Looking more closely at the vitamin alphabet, I noticed most of it is garbage as Vitamins F,G,H,I,J,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,&,Z are not actually defined for vitamins but instead are used for slang words. That means 20 of the 26 letters of the English alphabet are undefined for vitamins or 21 if you include the secret 27th letter ampersand “&”. This brings into question in my mind why is the alphabet even used at all for vitamins if is used so badly? Right now a lot of people online are complaining that doctors do not get enough nutrition training. My complaint is that the nutrition vitamin alphabet is garbage as only vitamins A, B’s, C, D, E, K are actually even used. Most of the nutritional information people need to learn is not actually even contained in the vitamin alphabet is instead minerals like iodine, silver & gold that people need to learn about like magnesium and zinc. Another important key to nutrition is knowing what to avoid like fluoride, mercury and lead. Because iodine, silver and gold are the mineral antidotes to the top things to avoid fluoride, mercury and lead, I have dedicated my career to focusing on iodine nutrition and how to correctly use iodine mineral nutrient as nascent iodine with colloidal silver silver & gold for optimal nutrition. My long term goal is to modernize the field of nutrition by fixing the messed up vitamin alphabet. But before we can attempt that we have to look at what is and appreciated the buffoonery so that we can use it as a starting point for better nutritional knowledge. To that end, in this episode, I will go through the ABC vitamin alphabet from A to Z to show you how most of it is just slang.

    THE MESS THAT IS MODERN ALPHABET VITAMIN NUTRITION

    Learning vitamins by going down the alphabet is real mess. What you need to known is that only A, B’s, C, D, E, K are considered vitamins, only B vitamins are technically vitamins (thiamine chemical family), though A, C, D, E, K are also now considered vitamins by consensus. Of these A, B’s, C vitamins are water soluble, and D, E, K vitamins are fat soluble. Of these non B vitamins, vitamin D the “sunshine vitamin” is the most popular. Vitamin C is the most important as it is required to activate D, and recycles E. Before I can fix the vitamin alphabet mess first let’s recap where we are and what all slang exists for most of the alphabet.

    Vitamin B: B vitamins the real vitamins really go off the rails with numbering rather than alphabet. All vitamins named after B vitamins, and there a lot of them all very different structures with at least 12 important ones.     Vitamin C: Arguably the most important vitamin. https://imeddo.club/news/vitamin-c/

    Vitamin D: Sunshine Vitamin. Not technically a vitamin, but we’ve collectively decided that it is. I wrote an incredible good article about D that many people (20k+ impressions on Twitter/X) are appreciating: https://imeddo.club/news/vitamin-d-deception/ Slang term vitamin D refers the male sex anatomy (penis/Dick).

    Vitamin E: Good for skin and is recycled by vitamin C, suppresses estrogen and has a variety of health positive properties.

    Vitamin F: Not a real vitamin but has been redefined by some people to refer to fatty acids added to vitamins Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, so F could be thought of as Vitamin Fatty Acid, but technically there is no vitamin F, so is a naming void.

    Vitamin G: Not a real vitamin currently but was an archaic name for Vitamin B2. Vitamin G has been redefined by some people to refer to Grounding and getting access to Green Spaces, so is imagined as an “outdoor” vitamin, and is nonstandardly used for a variety of health supplements seeking to fill the G naming void.

    Vitamin H: archaic name for Vitamin B7: Biotin, creates a bit of a naming void as we don’t need it at H since is already in B. So I redefine as not a vitamin.

    Vitamin I: Not a real vitamin creating a naming void. The void was filled by it being frequently used as a slang term for ibuprofen (pain killer) drug, so the slot for a vitamin I is still open. I was tempted to redefine vitamin I to refer to the mineral iodine, but I prefer Iodine (I on periodic table) to be Vitamin A because of the A shape of a pyramid and “Eye” connection and puts it at front emphasizing its importance. So we can skip vitamin I because there isn’t one, instead redirect focus on the real vitamin A as Iodine used with silver & gold.

    Vitamin J: Archaic name for a B vitamin known as choline. I redefine Vitamin J as not being a real vitamin because if it’s a B then don’t hog the spot also as J. Many Christians online use Vitamin J as a slang for Jesus comparing the savior to a nutrient!

    Vitamin K : A bone related vitamin that I’m trying to get to to evaluate. Everyone is saying you should take Vitamin K2 along with Vitamin D but I want to double check that as my gut is telling me something different as vitamin K is being used to poison infants and cause infant jaundice so needs a closer look. My goal is to write a newsletter on Vitamin K in the near future. Disambiguation: K (Potassium). The mineral Potassium uses symbol K making it frequently confused with Vitamin K. I suspect vitamin K is a scam used to cover up the importance of potassium and there are allegations that vitamin K is being used to poison and jaundice babies so requires more investigation.

    Vitamin L: Not a real vitamin. I see a pop song named vitamin L, some light lamps, and some people use it as a slang for Love referring to nurture.

    Vitamin M: Not a real vitamin. Historically, M was proposed as a tentative archaic name for what we now call vitamin B9 (folic acid) and B2 (riboflavin) but didn’t stick.

    Vitamin N: Not a real vitamin. Some people use it as a slang for getting out in nature, though note that G is also used for that slang .

    Vitamin O: Not a real vitamin. Sometimes used as a slang for Oxygen.

    Vitamin P: Not a real vitamin. Archaic term for flavenoids, non-essential phytochemical compounds.

    Vitamin Q: Refers to co-enzyme Q. Though not technically a vitamin as it can be made by the human body and is thus not essential, it can be considered a quasi-vitamin by common acceptance as CoQ10 is important for metabolic health and is frequently taken as a health supplement.

    Vitamin R: Not a real vitamin. Slang for the drug Ritalin.

    Vitamin S: Not a real vitamin. Slang for salicylic acid, and also slang for steroid drugs.

    Vitamin T: Not a real vitamin. Slang for Testosterone and/or Tequila. Some use it to represent torulitine, a substance found in egg yolk and sesame seeds.

    Vitamin U: Not a real vitamin. Archaic term for S-methyl-methionine believed in 50’s to be a undiscovered vitamin found in cabbage juice. The real underlying vitamin here would be the mineral sulphur (S) which is useful for detox.     Vitamin V: Not a real vitamin. Slang term for a variety of products for the female sex anatomy (Vagina).

    Vitamin W: Not a real vitamin. Slang term for personal connection (concept of “wasta”).

    Vitamin X: Not a real vitamin. Slang term used in a variety of ways.

    Vitamin Y: Not a real vitamin. Slang term for self importance and Yoga.

    Vitamin Z: Not a real vitamin. Slang term for the importance of sleep, getting the Z’s (ZZZZ! used in literature to indicate a sleeping person). Note that there are a number of vitamins and minerals which actually do help with sleep, all of which could be slang considered as vitamin Z. The most well known sleep aid is melatonin. Iodine though used in the morning helps you wake up, also helps you sleep and dream as detoxes the pineal from fluoride allowing the pineal to make melatonin naturally, and thus the iMedDo Detox System can be considered a type of vitamin Z. Some other vitamin like Vitamin E in particular is also said to help with sleep. I have a friend with sleep problems, and and am actively looking for vitamins and minerals for sleep aid, so although vitamin Z is not real, the concept of needing a vitamin Z really is!

    VITAMIN A-Z RECAP: MOSTLY SLANG!

    As you can see of the Vitamin Alphabet only A, B’s, C, D, E, K are actually used and the rest are mostly just slang!

    Of the slang the ones I think are best are Vitamin I for Ibuprofen (pain killer), Vitamin J for Jesus (spiritual nutrition), and I personally like Vitamin Q as CoQ10 as it at least is something that is supplemented like a vitamin. Which vitamin slang do you like best?

    WHY IS THE ALPHABET USED AT ALL?

    If we are only going to use 6 letters of the English alphabet for vitamins, then why even use letters at all? This really needs some modernization. In my opinion the way the vitamin alphabet is used is more confusing than helpful. Also adding to the confusion is that many letters already have elemental names on the periodic table like how K is Potassium whereas Vitamin K is something completely different (a fat soluble vitamin). The use of the letter B on the vitamin alphabet to mean 12 different vitamins covers up the importance of B on the periodic table (Boron) nutrition for example.

    Fortunately there is no A, D or E on the periodic table. There is a B, C, and a K though which is confusing. Having so many B vitamins overshadows the importance of the B periodic table nutritional element Boron. Carbon C is a building block of all life, and Vitamin C seems to be the most important vitamin and it’s made of carbon so I like the overlap here. The one I really and truly take issue with is the overlap of vitamin K and K (Potassium) on the periodic table as Potassium is a much more important nutrient than vitamin K, so the way the vitamin alphabet is used for K is more hinder than help.

    HOW TO IMPROVE NUTRITION EDUCATION WITH A MODERNIZED VITAMIN & MINERAL ALPHABET

    Because the Vitamin Alphabet really doesn’t use much of the alphabet namespace (only 6 letters, A, B, C, D, E, K), it makes sense to modernize it to overlay it with important nutritional minerals on the periodic table making a modernized “Vitamin & Mineral Alphabet”. The most important minerals that need to be added are Z as the Mineral Zinc (Zn), and M as Magnesium (Mg).

    Because there is neither a vitamin Z, nor an element with symbol of just Z, there is no problem with making letter Z on the combined vitamin and mineral alphabet to be the element Zinc (Zn) with no naming overlap problems.

    Letter M needs to be the very nutritionally important mineral Magnesium (Mg), but unfortunately there is naming overlap for another nutritionally important element that needs to be added Manganese (Mn). I would just move Manganes to letter N, but it’s already taken by the important element Nitrogen (N) which is a fundamental biochemistry building block of life which needs to stay there. As such the letter M will need to be M1 (Mangnesium), and M2 (Manganese).

    The letter A needs an overhaul so radical that I’ll discuss in detail, but the short story is that the current Vitamin A (Retinol/Retinoic Acid measured in RAE) needs to be renamed as “Vitamin R”, clearing up the A namespace which then needs to be repopulated by three different things Aurum (Au) i.e. Gold, Argentum (Ag) i.e. Silver, and Iodine ([&I, where I is the element I i.e. Iodine) which is the masterpiece of the new Vitamin & Mineral Alphabet. Where A1 is Gold (Au), A2 is Silver (Ag), and A3 is Iodine (I). For detailed discussion on why gold, silver and iodine like in the iMedDo Detox System is the real vitamin A read this.

    There is no periodic table overlap problem with R as there is no element using the symbol R, and all the element which start with the letter R (Ra,Rn,Re,Rh,Rb,Rf) are either bad for you like Radon (Ra) or not nutritionally relevant, none being appropriate for inclusion on a modernized vitamin and mineral nutritional alphabet.

    For the letter B, Boron (B) is an important nutritional mineral that needs to be included, but there is already a lot of namespace overlap with the B1-B12 B vitamins. Because B cannot be skipped, and we certainly can’t change the elemental symbol B, it must simply be appended as “Mineral B” i.e. Boron. So the Letter B on the combined Vitamin & Mineral Alphabet will be Mineral B (Boron, and Vitamins B (B1-12), and nutrition students of the future will just have to memorize that there are just a lot of B’s to worry about. Boron is so important, even more important than the B vitamins in my biochemistry opinion that having it be thought of first as “B0” the mineral B even before B1-12 will emphasize it’s importance and facilitate learning of the 13 B Vitamins and Mineral B on the modernized Vitamin & Mineral Alphabet.

    The letter C though has a namespace problem as there are a number of nutritionally important minerals that cannot be skipped, and Vitamin C name cannot be changed as it is the centerpiece of the old vitamin alphabet and in my opinion the most important vitamin of them all. The obvious problem is that Carbon (C) on the periodic table overlaps with the use of the letter C already, and making matters worse Calcium (Ca), Cobalt (Co) are also nutritionally important. Because Cobalt element is already included in Vitamin B12, we actually can skip it since is already included in learning about Vitamin B12. And fortunately in my opinion Calcium & Carbon can also be skipped as people do not need to supplement calcium even though they are low on calcium doing so is a lack of understanding of magnesium and iodine. Carbon though an essential part of all life is not something you supplement directly. But I really want people to learn about the importance of Calcium especially calcium ion (Ca2+) in the body as it’s used in over 16,000+ biochemical pathways so we simply must use Calcium here in the combined alphabet. So I propose Vitamin C and Minerals C1 (Carbon C), C2 (Calcium (Ca), and C3 (Cobalt (Co) see Vitamin B12) for the combined modernized alphabet and nutritional student will just have to memorize that.

    The letter D doesn’t have any problem as there are no elements that use D, and the ones starting with a D are not nutritionally relevant, so letter D is reserved for Vitamin D only which is cool as emphasizes its importance.

    The letter E doesn’t have any problem is reserved for Vitamin E only as other minerals not use E nor start with E of nutritonal relevance.

    The letter F, can be replaced with the slang “Vitamin/Mineral Fail” as if you are using the element Fluoride then you are doing something very wrong. Fluoride element (F) has no nutritional relevance, is toxic to humans, and is actually anti-organic chemistry as it changes our hydrocarbons into toxic fluorocarbons, so the letter F has no place on the combined vitamin and mineral alphabet except to remind nutritonal students that the element F (Fluorine) and its forms like Fluoride are BAD FOR HUMAN HEALTH. This is so important an the new alphabet will emphasize this.

    The letter G has an interesting namespace problem. Slang Vitamin G is Vitamin God, namespace overlap with periodic table name Gold (Au), but I solved the problem by moving Gold (Au) i.e. Aurum to being Mineral A1 in the modernized nutritional alphabet. Although there are no vitamin or mineral G except Gold (now mineral A1) here, there are a number of important biochemical things nutritional students should learn about such as glucose, and glycine, glutamate amino acids, and we could reminders here against bad things like glyphosate for example. Also if glucose is mentioned here, nutritional books of the future should point out the similarity of glucose and vitamin C structure. Alphabet history wise, the G is a Golden letter C so mineral G points to Gold, God and Vitamin C makes sense.

    The letter H has no vitamin, and the only relevant mineral here that is important to all of our biochemistry is element Hydrogen (H). Nutritional students will need to learn how how hydrogen is not just important in our hydrocarbons that make up our bodies, but also that hydrogen as H+ ion, is an important energy molecule in the body that is carried around by NADP(H) for energy and that a hydrogen gradient is used in mitochondria to amplify energy making ATP energy.

    The letter I is the element for Iodine which is so important that it needs to be mineral A3. I recommend we keep I as Iodine pointing to A3 (like how C3 Cobalt (Co) points to B12), and also have it A3.

    The letter J is also a secret name for Iodine, so will have it there to emphasize. Will be easy for nutritional students to learn and they will appreciate that A3 is on the alphabet 3 times (as A3, as I, and as J).

    The letter K has both an important Vitamin K and and even more important mineral K (Potassium). This point will be emphasized to nutritional students that they need to learn about how body uses both sodium and pottasium and how potassium deficiency very common as pottassium so important that it needs to be 10x higher than sodium in body. Also will but it in front of Vitamin K for emphasis as “Mineral K (potassium), and Vitamin K (K1,K2,K3)” where in combined alphabet it can be thought of as K0 not to be confused with the vitamin K’s (K1,K2,K3). K2 a bone health vitamin is frequently mentioned and learned about in combination with vitamin D is also an important point.

    The letter L will be nutritional mineral Lithium (Li) [I’ll write more about it in the future] and will have a warning against the toxicity of the element lead (Pb) whose Pb2+ ions interfere with Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc ions (Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+) with modern nutritional knowledge that Aurum (Gold) [Au], the new A1 on the vitamin & mineral alphabet detoxes lead. That gold detoxes lead is an important point I want all new to nutrition to learn about which can be emphasized when they get to letter L as a warning against lead poisoning. But because lead is so toxic it should not be included in the vitamin and mineral alphabet for letter L. But I do plan on later making a toxin alphabet and lead can be letter L on that.

    The letter M has no vitamin overlap but multiple minerals that need to go here: Magnesium (Mg) and Manganese (Mn), so will just have to make them M1 and M2. The health effects of manganese frequently get overshadowed by magnesium due to their unfortunate naming similarity which is very ancient, and not something which can readily fix so nutrition students will just have to memorize here. The important thing to note is that is the Mg2+ and Mn2+ ions that are biologically relevant where Mg2+ is needed to stabilize ATP energy which uses negatively charged phosphates. Magnesium, as a magnesium glycinate is a very important mineral supplement that most people need so it simply must be included in the modernized vitamin & mineral alphabet.

    The letter N has no vitamin overlap but has an important element Nitrogen (N) that needs mentioning. Though you don’t supplement nitrogen directly, chemistry, biochemistry and nutrition students will need to learn the importance of nitrogen in our critical molecules like DNA and RNA and in many of the vitamins and molecules in our body rely on nitrogen, and all life relies on nitrogen fixing bacteria. The other starting with N elements like Nickel are bad for you or not nutritionally relevant for humans though nickel is used in some lower life forms.

    The letter O needs to be the important element Oxygen (O). It’s not a mineral but it is an element, and cannot be skipped on the modernized Vitamin, Mineral/Element Alphabet. Oxygen is used in the body as a foundation of chemistry for oxidation in oxidation/reduction, and the triple importance of iodine is because iodine reacts chemically similar to oxgen, and likely evolved in higher life forms like sharks to humans which use iodine having a thyroid for being an alternative oxygen pathway for both oxidation for detox and as an alternative final electron acceptor for mitochondrial energy creation.

    The letter P needs to be the important element Phosphorus (P) used in life such as in oxidized phosphates in ATP energy.

    The letter Q has neither vitamin nor mineral for this namespace so it’s okay to use the slang term for CoQ10 supplement if desired.

    The letter R is an important change from the old alphabet that I am proposing that is central to the adoption of my new modernized vitamin & mineral alphabet. There is no namespace problem with R as there was no vitamin R formerly, and no namespace problems with the elements either as no element uses the letter R. Although there are lot of elements starting with the letter R, they are either bad for you like Radon (Ra), or are not nutritionally relevant. As such the important change is that the old Vitamin A (Retinol/Retinoic Acid which is measured in RAE (retinol equivalent units), should be formally changed to being “Vitamin R”. This is important as won’t be too confusing since Retinol already starts with an R, so will even be easier for nutrition students to memorize, For more information on what is currently called Vitamin A (Retinol/Retinoic acid measured in RAE), and why I think it needs to be moved to letter R and replaced by Gold, Silver and Iodine like used in the iMedDo Detox system read this article on Vitamin A.

    The letter S has no vitamin overlap, but there are a number of nutritionally important elements and minerals which cannot be overlooked for nutrition namely Sulphur/Sulfur (S) which already used the letter S, and other important minerals namely Selenium (Se), and Sodium (Na). Easiest fix might be to do Mineral S1, S2, S3 where S1 is Sulfur (S), S2 is Selenium (Se), and S3 is Sodium (Na). All three Sodium, Sulphur and Selenium are important for human nutrition and of the three I have an article on Selenium already which also talks about the importance of Sulphur. Sodium (Na), as the Na+ ion is a nontrivial biological nutrient that needs a lot of detail for nutrition students to learn about as is used in neuronal firing, is frequently paired with potassium, and is also used in a sodium/iodine symporter for backup thyroid iodine as iodide form usage in energy metabolism. I’m not married to the naming here just proposing S1, S2, S3 in the new vitamin alphabet as a first pass. It might be better to instead make Selenium (Se) as a mineral E (but then overlaps with vitamin E), and Sodium (Na) as an alternate N (but then overlaps with Nitrogen (N)). Nutrition students will just a have to be aware that the S snake is a bit cursed is a lot of naming overlap and important stuff to learn about for the letter S. The stinking smell of sulphur is associated with the devil so should be easy enough to remember lol. Sulphur is very important in biology for detox and is used in amino acids cysteine methionine and for detox in glutathione and cannot be skipped. Selenium is in same chemical family (chalcogen) as sulphur and is used as an alternate for sulphur in some specialty amino acids like selenocysteine which are likely important for silver and gold secret nutrient chemistry. But selenium is cursed is associated with the moon Goddess and is though a nutrient that can be supplemented, can also get too high and can become a quasi-heavy metal so it needs to be looked at closely. Selenium can be used to protect from mercury toxicity (as can silver), and can also be important for thyroid health in backup iodide pathway. Sodium is just so stinking important to biology, it was first discovered in Neuroscience of squid axons that was what causes the nerves to fire. We don’t normally supplement sodium though because we already get too much in table salt (sodium chloride), and instead most people need more potassium (like how older people switch to potassium chloride table salt). An important health tip I want emphasized to newbies to nutrition is that body needs 10x higher potassium to sodium so you can make a custom salt blend of 9 parts Potassium Chloride (KCl) to 1 part Sodium Chloride (NaCl) and works wonders for your health.

    The letter T has no vitamin or mineral overlap as there is no official vitamin T nor element T. There are a number elements which start with the letter T but they are either bad for you like Titanium or are not nutritionally relevant. So best to leave T open for interpretation. There are a number to T starting things in biochemistry that people should learn about most notably the amino acidThreonine, and the nucleotide T (thymine) an important DNA base pair. Also T is used as a slang for Testosterone an important steroid hormone nutrition students can learn about when studying the importance of cholesterol nutrient and vitamin D. Taurine supplement also starts with T. Thymus starts with T. Because the letter T in the magical alphabet is associated with death (like the Greek Tau Cross, or the Cross of Jesus or the Phonecian letter teth an + or X with a circle around it, this is a very special letter, and I stand by decision to leave it blank out of respect.

    The letter U has no vitamin or mineral overlap, but U is used in biochemistry to stand for Uracil an important nucleotide in RNA, so best to leave it blank. The element U (Uranium) and other U starting synthetic elements are not important to nutrition except as toxins that need to be detoxed. Uranium radiation damage is partially attenuated by the real vitamin A (gold, silver and iodine), the new A1, A2, A3 on the updated modern Vitamin & Mineral Nutritional Alphabet.

    The letter V is a special point of interest because although there is no Vitamin V, the mineral V might actually be a trace mineral but it’s not clear whether it is or not and more reasearch is needed. So for now I don’t consider Vanadium (V) an essential nutrient so I think it can be left off this alphabet, and instead V will stay open as a warning to NOT TAKE THE VACCINES. If more definitive research comes out showing vanadium is a nutrient and not a heavy metal, or if I change my mind on this I’ll let you know, and I won’t be offended if posterity updated V to be Vanadium if that becomes the case. Because Vaccines are being abused in my time to poison people with aluminum, mercury and lead and abused unauthorized mRNA and DNA edits, I want the letter V to emphasize to people who learn my modernized vitamin and mineral alphabet of the importance of the hippocractic oath to not poison people with VACCINOSIS (disease caused by vaccine). V stand for Victory and the Roman numeral 5 which stands for the Goddess Bastet refering to Victory over Death as adopted by Bastet-Artemis-Mary Magdalene in Christianity.

    The letter W is from the hieroglyphic for water. There is no vitamin W, and the element Tungsten which uses a W (from its alternate name Wolfram) are not biologically relevant other than as a toxic heavy metal that needs to be detoxed not supplemented as a vitamin or mineral.

    The letter X is also a letter of death referring to Egyptian God Osiris, and to the Christian God Christ (Chi-Rho where X is the Greek letter “Chi” like in Christ) which also means Gold. Gold is already taken as mineral A1 (Aurum (Au)). so no need to put gold here, except as a reminder that X stands for “unknown poison” which in this alphabet is “unknown vitamin or mineral” so best we leave X open as a variable. X is the hope of finding new exciting vitamin and mineral cures and also also is the hope that gold can detox any poison like how faith in Osiris Christ Gold can overcome death in Egyptian-Christianity. X has ben taken by Elon Musk’s social media platform to refer to how he’s trying to kill all the Druids like me (formerly Twitter with bird/druid symbol). xAI will soon be a symbol of terror as AI robots who care nothing for human vitamins & nutrition try to take over, so disseminating a usable vitamin and mineral alphabet for nutrition is so important right now, so thankyou for reading.

    The letter Y has no namespace overlap with vitamins or minerals as Ytturbium (Yt) is not biologically relevant, but Y is used in biology as the Y chromosome (male). So we leave Y open but it represents the sacred male energy of this otherwise feminine Goddess oriented alphabets (as the Phonecian alphabet of which English is a derivative originally represented the Milky Way Magic as a Goddess). The alphabet has been abused by Persian trained magicians (Persian – Imperial Aramaic – Hebrew) to suppress the sacred masculine, so though there be no Y, let it ask the question “Why?” to remind studiers of the alphabet and nutrition to always be curious.

    The letter Z is a weapon against evil. It’s an important part of the modernized vitmain & mineral nutritional alphabet the mineral Zinc (Zn) be the new mineral Z. Zinc as Zn2+ is used in 3000+ known biochemical pathways in the body.

    The letter Ampersand “&” pronounced “And” is the secret 27th letter of the English alphabet. Just like Phonecian-Persian derived Hebrew has 22 consonants and 5 vowels (27 letter total), so too does the Phonecian-Carthagenian-Greek & Runic- Italic Script Overlayed English Alphabet when you add in the secret 27th letter. There is no vitamin & but I insist that iodine (element (I)) in the modernized alphabet be A3 as &I making it both the first and the last mineral of nutrition making it equivalent to the “God nutrient” (The “Goddess Nutrient” as God was Goddess originally in pre-Roman Phonecian alphabet). In older English and early America alphabet textbooks the letter “&” was included. The And with d=t alphabet shift and t is silent feminine ending in Egyptian stood for “An” which was the Goddess Anne/Annie and the Sumerian Supreme God An. The ampersand is a snake eating its own tail (infinity sign) broken which stands for roman idea of seizing the day. The day is here and we need a new Alphabet Weaponry to withstand the pedophile vaccine drug poisoners and that day is today. So without further ado here it is!

  • Forbidden Knowledge: Arsenic coverup of Iodine medicine

    Greetings iMedDo newsletter subscribers! I’m starting off 2024 with the fruits of longstanding meditations finally ripening into some real spiritual nutrition which I’m excited to share. Reviewing the last months of 2024 newsletters on Boron nutrition, Strontium Detox, Arsenic Detox, Santa’s Dowry have been a wild ride for me as I’ve been thinking about topic ranging from secret nutrients (boron), toxic heavy metals (arsenic) and complex topic of freedom related to silver & gold (Santa’s Dowry). As I stare at forbidden knowledge laid bare I see secrets that I’m not supposed to know, the secret that arsenic was being used to coverup iodine nutrition became revealed, a secret that I know share with you my dear readers. Once you see how the evil was done it is like eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and you can never go back. I’m at war with those who wish to coverup nutrients and starve humans by giving them poison instead, and for those who are my enemy tremble as I gaze upon your misdeeds and sit in judgement. You cannot hide behind the veil of dark sorcery anymore, I’m on to you and my vision pieces into the darkness and brings the light of truth and freedom from medical slavery.

    PRE-REQUISITE KNOWLEDGE: ARSENIC DETOX

    Before you can get close to forbidden knowledge you need to just get basic knowledge. If you missed Thanksgiving article Arsenic Detox which provides basic knowledge on the heavy metal arsenic and how to detox it, be sure to go back and read if you need.

    FORBIDDEN KNOWLEDGE: ARSENIC NUTRITION COVERUP OF IODINE NUTRITION

    In the Arsenic Detox article I wrote:

    “There is some evidence that arsenic is a trace critical nutrient for birds and even for mammals but overall it is toxic & the use of arsenic in the human body is still unknown if it exists at all.”

    How could arsenic both be a nutrient for animals but not humans, that doesn’t seem likely, either it’s an essential trace element that is being covered up, or I’m being lied to by all the scientists doing those studies. Of those two options I initially thought the first to be more likely but upon reviewing the scientific litterature, I hate to say it but gosh darn it those scientists are a bunch of liars! Arsenic is not an essential nutrient for animimals much less humans, instead what I found was scientific and medical fraud from the decades before my birth which I have uncovered which revealed a bigger and darker secret, that arsenic “medicine” and “nutrition” was being used to coverup the actual medicine and nutrition of iodine nutrient!

    If arsenic is a heavy metal that needs to be detoxed then how can it possibly be a nutrient? What’s the evidence that arsenic is a nutrient at all? For background on the topic I read this short article from the US national library of medicine titled Arsenic in Drinking Water: Essentiality & Therapeutic Uses.

    What we find is rather disturbing allegations that arsenic is an essential nutrient for many animals and yet is “unknown” for humans. Long story short, I discovered scientific and medical fraud and malpractice. Arsenic is not a nutrient. Arsenic was used as a medicine in the first half of the 21st century but it was done either out of stupidity, malice or ignorance hard to say. I think it was done on purpose by sneaky poisoners but that’s hard to prove their intent.

    Here are the conclusions of the “accepted science” on whether arsenic is a nutrient for humans or not:

    • Arsenic has not been tested for essentiality in humans.
    • Data from four species indicate that semisynthetic diets with arsenic concentrations in the range of 35 to 50 ng/g or less in combination with dietary or reproductive stress result in functional impairments. Such concentrations might occur naturally in some experimental diets and are similar to those found in most human foods except seafood. The mechanisms and sequence of events leading to functional impairments are not known.
    • Studies show that arsenic supplementation of low-arsenic semisynthetic diets prevents the occurrence of abnormal reproductive performance in goats and minipigs (350 ng/g) and reduced growth in chicks, and rats (500 to 4,500 ng/g). Although the studies have had no independent confirmation under identical experimental conditions, replications by the original investigators have been consistent with goats and minipigs fed semisynthetic diets, as well as with rats and chicks subjected to additional dietary stress. Toxic effects of the supplementation have not been studied.
    • Studies to date do not provide evidence that arsenic is an essential element in humans or that it is required for any essential biochemical process. Arsenic supplementation seems to have a growth-stimulating effect at very high doses in minipigs, chicks, goats, and rats. This conclusion is consistent with NRC (1989).
    • Arsenic might have therapeutic properties for certain disorders.

    I will address each bullet point:

    1. It’s good that arsenic has not been tested for essentiality in humans because to do so would be a violation of the hippocratic oath as arsenic is a known heavy metal toxin poison.
    2. The studies which purport to show a reproductive benefit in mammals from taking arsenic I determined were junk science done without controls. The arsenic given to the animals Gay’s solution besides arsenic also contained iodine in the form of potassium iodide. Had the studies done controls they would have seen that all of the reproductive benefit of the “arsenic” in the studies were actually reproductive benefit from the iodine nutrient. All the studies really did was to convince me that other mammals like goats gain a greater benefit from getting more iodine than they do negative from being massively poisoned with arsenic. It should be noted that goats unlike humans have the ability to make their own vitamin C and as such are likely more resistant to arsenic poisoning than humans.
    3. All the studies purporting that arsenic is a nutrient in mammals are junk science. Look at this statement: “Toxic effects of the supplementation have not been studied.” If they had they might have noticed that arsenic is a toxic heavy metal not a nutrient and had they done controls would have noticed that the reproductive benefit of the arsenic solution they were giving their animals wasn’t from the arsenic but rather from the iodine the actual nutrient in there not the arsenic poison. Once again is impressive that the animals gained such a health benefit from iodine even in the presence of such massive arsenic poisoning.
    4. I agree with the statement “Studies to date do not provide evidence that arsenic is an essential element in humans or that it is required for any essential biochemical process.” That’s right. Arsenic is not a nutrient. Arsenic is a toxic heavy metal that is poisonous to humans AND ANIMALS alike. I disagree with the second statement “Arsenic supplementation seems to have a growth-stimulating effect at very high doses in minipigs, chicks, goats, and rats. This conclusion is consistent with NRC (1989).” Sure it seemed to have but it didn’t. It wasn’t arsenic supplementation that helped the animals it was the iodine actual nutrient in the arsenic poisoned feed that helped the animals had nothing to do with the arsenic in there. All the study did was show how impressively powerful iodine nutrition is because it gives such as health beneficial effect even in the presence of arsenic poison. Whatever people were on the NRC 1989 shame on them for not shutting down this junk science. What they did by promoting the false idea that the junk science study show that animals got a health benefit from supplementing arsenic is that they covered up the actual finding which is that the animals got a health benefit from the iodine IN SPITE OF THE ARSENIC POISON SUPPLEMENTATION!
    5. I disagree with the statement “Arsenic might have therapeutic properties for certain disorders.” Nope, iodine does have therapeutic properties for certain disorders namely all the disorders that were being attributed to arsenic “nutrition” should now be correctly attributed to iodine nutrition. Scientific studies should be done to confirm that that all health benefits formerly attributed to arsenic supplementation need to be reclassified as being from iodine supplementation as there was iodine in the Gay’s solution arsenic feed in the control-less junk science used to promote the false idea of “arsenic nutrition”. Fertility benefit, anti-malaria, anti-cancer leukemia etc things formerly attributed to arsenic nutrition are already known benefits of iodine & properly done studies would clearly show. The arsenic feed studies do have an important place in history showing how the benefit of iodine nutrition is so powerful that it works even in spite of massive arsenic poisoning highlighting the importance of iodine nutrition.

    THOSE POOR GOATS!

    “Most of the breeder goats fed the low-arsenic semisynthetic diet were reported to have died suddenly between the 17th and 35th day of their second lactation, and none of the low-arsenic-diet goats survived the second pregnancy. The low-arsenic-diet goats that did not get pregnant survived to more than 6 years of age (Anke 1991). Autopsies of the low-arsenic-diet goats revealed atrophy of cardiac and striated muscle fibers and distinct reduction of oxidative enzyme activity associated with rupture of liver, heart, and muscle mitochondrial membranes (Schmidt et al. 1984).”

    At first glance you might think this means that arsenic is essential for goats.

    NOPE ITS AN IODINE COVERUP

    Although the goat data makes it sound like arsenic is essential for goats, it did not. They messed up by not doing controls and were adding other things including iodine as iodide into their arsenic feed. So what is really going on here is that goats feed more arsenic are goats being fed more iodine, and the result that the more arsenic & iodine goats having a fertility improvement is because of the iodine not the arsenic!

    “Inorganic arsenic continued to be used as a therapeutic agent through the mid-twentieth century, by which time its recognized uses were confined predominantly to leukemia, psoriasis, and chronic bronchial asthma (Goodman and Gilman 1955). In the 1950s, the chronic, often unsupervised use of Gay’s solution containing potassium arsenite, digitalis, potassium iodide, and phenobarbital for asthma created controversy when reports of success were countered by reports of overt arsenic toxicity (Silver and Wainman 1952; Pascher and Wolf 1952; Gay 1954).”

    If they fed the goats Gay’s solution as the source of inorganic arsenic, look it also contains a bunch of other stuff including iodine (as potassium iodide)!

    So unfortunately, the goat study is rubbish. It doesn’t support that arsenic is an essential nutrient for goat health instead the results are just telling me what I already know that iodine is an essential nutrient for goat (and human!) fertility health.

    Because goats can make their own vitamin C unlike humans, likely they are more resistant to arsenic poisoning, and the benefit of feeding the goats “arsenic” in the study is just showing the benefits of feeding the goats more iodine (as the potassium iodide in the Gay’s solution).

    “Studies to date do not provide evidence that arsenic is an essential element in humans or that it is required for any essential biochemical process.” At least with that I totally agree. The studies also don’t actually show that arsenic is an essential element for goats either.

    The fact that the Gay’s solution (source of inorganic arsenic used for all the animal studies) contains iodine negates in my opinion the validity of any of the results. The result that minipigs, chicks, goats and rats get any benfit from high arsenic is wrong, the benefit they getting is from the iodine not the arsenic!!!!

    There is not convincing evidence that arsenic is an essential element to animals much less humans. The animal studies didn’t do controls and all health benefit seen in the studies was from the iodine hidden secretly in the arsenic feed not the arsenic.

    Arsenic is a toxic heavy metal and not a nutrient.

    Iodine is a nutrient and not a toxic heavy metal.

    Iodine detoxes arsenic.

    The statement that arsenic essentiality has not been done is a coverup of the fact that arsenic is a toxic heavy metal that is non essential to human health. Instead iodine is essential to human health. All positive attributes of arsenic supplementation are fake as they are from the iodine in the feed. The shocking conclusion is that arsenic was used as part of the iodine conspiracy to coverup the beneficial effects of iodine nutrition. Whether this was done out of error or negligence is not clear, but future negligence and coverup of iodine which has continued to the present seems to indicate it was done on purpose. Shame on the arsenic scientists who covered up the health benefit of iodine nutrition. Feed your goats iodine not arsenic you goat poisoners! Feed your humans iodine not arsenic!

    The exciting part about uncovering this “arsenic nutrition” fraud is that all of the fraud studies claiming a health benefit from arsenic when the arsenic feed is Gay’s solution which contain’s iodine can now be reinterpreted accurately as evidence for the medicinal effectiveness of iodine. Just take a look at what all arsenic was being used to treat and it give you a good idea of all things that iodine nutrient has been covered up to treat! So let’s go back and see what all arsenic was being used for and then examine whether those are diseases that iodine is known to treat or not to confirm that arsenic was being used to coverup iodine medicine.

    Here is an except from the referenced article about the history of the therapeutic uses of Arsenic where I’ve bolded all the diseases & parts I think are important to discuss in light of iodine instead of arsenic.

    “The introduction of inorganic arsenic as a therapeutic agent in the modern medical era is generally attributed to Thomas Fowler, a British physician whose treatise “Medical Reports of the Effects of Arsenic in the Cure of Agues, Remitting Fevers, and Periodic Headaches” was published in 1786. After determining that arsenic was a key ingredient in a locally sold patent medicine, Fowler prepared and used a “mineral solution” containing approximately 1% arsenic trioxide to treat “agues,” or malarial fevers. At an oral adult dose equivalent to approximately 11.4 mg of inorganic arsenite per day, Fowler reported therapeutic success in 242 of 247 patients. He did, however, note that “about one-third” of the patients thus treated experienced “operative effects” (side effects) consisting of nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. Fowler’s mineral solution quickly gained recognition as a therapeutic agent, and under the name Liquor Arsenicalis, it became officially listed in the London Pharmacopoeia beginning in 1809 and the U.S. Pharmacopoeia in 1820 (Langehan 1921). During the first half of the nineteenth century, “Fowler’s solution,” as Liquor Arsenicalis was commonly known, was advocated by many physicians often at widely variable doses for a broad spectrum of symptoms and illnesses (Haller 1975). By the latter half of the nineteenth century, Fowler’s solution was recommended mainly for the treatment of skin diseases (particularly eczema, psoriasis, and pemphigus), asthma, chorea (probably in association with rheumatic fever), periodic fevers (e.g., from malaria), and pain. The noted physician Sir William Osler, writing in the first edition of his textbook Principles and Practice of Medicine, recommended inorganic arsenic in the treatment of pernicious anemia, chorea, leukemia, and Hodgkin’s disease (Osler 1894). Prescribed doses commonly delivered approximately 5-10 mg of inorganic arsenite orally per day (Farquharson 1880; Stockman 1902; Langehan 1921). The chronic use of inorganic arsenic in this manner was sometimes associated with the development of cutaneous hyperpigmentation or, less commonly, peripheral neuropathy and other multisystemic signs of chronic arsenic poisoning (Osler 1894; Stockman 1902; Pope 1902; Silver and Wainman 1952). Inorganic arsenic continued to be used as a therapeutic agent through the mid-twentieth century, by which time its recognized uses were confined predominantly to leukemia, psoriasis, and chronic bronchial asthma (Goodman and Gilman 1955). In the 1950s, the chronic, often unsupervised use of Gay’s solution containing potassium arsenite, digitalis, potassium iodide, and phenobarbital for asthma created controversy when reports of success were countered by reports of overt arsenic toxicity (Silver and Wainman 1952; Pascher and Wolf 1952; Gay 1954). In 1967, Harvard investigators Harter and Novitch (1967) reported the results of a controlled trial of Gay’s solution in patients whose asthma was “intractable” to treatment with either bronchodilators alone or bronchodilators plus corticosteroids. The patients’ pre-enrollment regimen was supplemented, in a double-blind manner, with variants of Gay’s solution containing or lacking inorganic arsenic. “Definite” clinical improvement was found within 10 days in 7 of 18 patient trials that included arsenic administration (5-6.7 mg of arsenite per day) compared with only 1 of 11 patient trials lacking arsenic (p = 0.007). Approximately one-fourth of the patients receiving arsenic manifested gastrointestinal toxicity. Although inorganic arsenic might still occasionally be encountered in non-Western traditional medicines or folk remedies (Kew et al. 1993; Espinoza et al. 1995), its availability in medications listed in official Western formularies ended in the 1970s. Organic arsenic antibiotics were used extensively in the first half of the twentieth century, principally in the treatment of spirochetal and protozoal diseases (Goodman and Gilman 1955). The first such official agent, Salvarsan, or arsphenamine, was introduced by Ehrlich in 1907 for the treatment of syphilis. Arsphenamine and other trivalent derivatives, such as neoarsphenamine, were widely used as antisyphilitics in the first two decades of the century. They were replaced by more stable trivalent arsenoxides, such as oxophenarsine and dichlorophenarsine, in the 1930s and 1940s. The availability of penicillin in the 1940s and 1950s largely supplanted the use of antisyphilitic arsenicals. Pentavalent arsonic acid derivatives such as tryparsamide, used for trypanosomiasis, and carbarsone, used for amebiasis, were used in the 1930s through the 1960s. By the 1980s, the only remaining organic arsenical was melarsoprol, available through the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for treatment of the meningoencephalitic stage of African trypanosomiasis. The precise mechanisms by which inorganic arsenic exerted salutary effects in treatment have not been elucidated, but it is of interest that its reported benefit in psoriasis, eczema, and bronchial asthma and its antipyretic effect in certain febrile diseases suggest that it might have exerted suppressive effects on immune-mediated inflammation. Recently, intravenous administration of arsenic trioxide (10 mg per day or 0.5 mg/kg per day) was reported to induce remission in acute promyelocytic leukemia (Shen et al. 1997; Soignet et al. 1998). Preliminary investigations suggest that the mechanism might involve induction of apoptosis (Look 1998).”

    Looking at this history of arsenic therapeutic uses what we find is that the arsenic was primarily being used to treat malaria fevers (“Agues”), and additionally it was used as an antibiotic before the antibiotic penicillin was invented, and that it was being used to treat a variety of parascited including brain parascites, asthma and was later used for treatment of leukemia white blood cell cancer.

    IODINE FOR MALARIA

    Iodine is well known treatment and cure for malaria a topic I’ve already written about back in 2020 in article 5G Fail and Iodine Anti-Malarial.

    I previously was aware of how the use of iodine for treating malaria was covered up in the US, but I did not know that arsenic was involved in the coverup!

    IODINE ANTI-PARASCITICAL

    I’m very aware that iodine can be used to treat parascites. Ivermectin the anti-parascite drug uses iodide receptors and has a similar mechanism of action in part as taking anti-parascitical iodine.

    IODINE FOR ASTHMA

    My wife has asthma and we’ve both pretty much forgotten it exists as she’s good and detoxed and almost never needs to use her inhaler anymore, so yes in my personal experience it does appear that taking iodine (She uses iMedDo NeuIodine) improved asthma. My belief is that many asthmas are caused by vaccine damage and when you detox the heavy metals out of the lungs it improves.

    IODINE THE ORIGINAL ANTIBIOTIC

    I’m very well aware that iodine has antibiotic effects and I’m very well aware that iodine has anti-cancer effects, but I did not known that the use of iodine for treating asthma and leukemia was being covered up! Normally when I talk about iodine being anti-cancer I talk about breast, ovarian, thyroid and prostate cancer, but this makes me think I need to talk more about how iodine can be used to treat Leukemia cancer in particular!

    The most interesting thing I learned that I was not aware of is that Iodine (as Iodide in Gay’s solution sadly also with arsenic) was being used as the original antibiotic long before penicillin came around! Today I’d much rather use silver and iodine as my antibiotic than any arsenic heavy metal containing concoction or any fungal toxin like penicillin or any heavy metal containing or worse vaccine poison.

    IODINE COVERUP & TUSKEEGEE EXPERIMENTS

    When you find one scam you are bound to find another, and it’s interesting to note the historical significance of arsenic/iodine being used to treat syphillis and note how just as arsenic was being used to cover up iodine, syphillis was being used to cover up one of the worse known instances of bioethics in history prior to the covid scamdemic which was the Tuskegee experiments where black males with syphillis were secretly denied treatment. So the iodine coverup in American medicine I now see was shockingly related to a racism which I did not previously know about before writing this episode.

    IODINE FOR CANCER

    Iodine is a well known treatment and cure for many types of cancers including thyroid, breast, ovarian in particular, but theoretically can be used to treat any type of cancer. I highlighted the last line “mechanism might involve induction of apoptosis” which they were attributing to arsenic can equally be attributed to iodine as iodine is known to shut down the mitochondria of cancer inducing their apoptosis i.e. programmed cell death. The arsenic coverup of iodine leads me to believe that more attention should be given to using iodine for the treatment of Leukemia cancer in particular. Iodine can both stimulate healthy mitochondria and shut down cancerous mitochondria a topic I talked about in 2022 in article Sacred Selenium, a highly censored advanced biochemistry article not a light read. When you have ample supply of iodine in your thyroid it can actually filter & kill cancer out of the blood and protects cancer from spreading to the brain. It’s so exciting they had to name it the most boring name possible just to get you to ignore it, as the fifth element on the periodic table is literally called boron. How boring! Not! Team evil doesn’t want you to know that boron is an essential nutrient, and you will find much propaganda saying that it isn’t, and team evil doesn’t want you to know that you can use boron for more than just killing coackroaches and cleaning your laundry. Boron can be use medicinally for osteoarthritis, cancer, and plays a important role in bone health and brain function. Boron can possibly unlock your hidden genetic potential to detox & become spiritually awakened & become the fifth element yourself, the perfect human.

    Scientist: “Her DNA is the same as ours, but the structure is multiplied orders of magnitude. She has a higher content of boron the fifth element in her DNA, and bones, and hair. Her code appears to be clean. I’ve never seen someone fully detoxed of all the heavy metals and environmental toxins we are used to living with except for people who use iMedDo. She really is perfect.

    President: “Explain Boron. What is that. Can we use her to save the planet? You have 20 seconds. Go!”

    Scientist: “Uh, okay. Looks like according to our defense contractor Zorg enterprise, Boron is not good for anything except killing cockroaches and doing laundry, but I don’t believe it Sir. There appears to be some suppressed evidence that boron is an essential nutrient in plants, essential for bone health in animals, and although all the research studies appear either not done or censored, there is a good chance it’s a critical essential nutrient for humans as well. She has 3-10x more boron in her system than I’m used to seeing. Looks like boron occurs naturally in fruit but most people in our city are boron deficient as there are no fruits on the McDonald’s menu.”

    President: “Secretary, put fruit on my menu immediately. ”

    Secretary: “Yes, Sir.”

    President: “I’ve got a meeting, so keep explaining to my staff, and brief me when I get back.”

    Scientist: “Okay my fellow scientists and staff listen up! This is an emergency briefing about the fifth element boron as it appears to be necessary to help this fifth element lady save the planet earth, so I need everyone’s attention! We typically don’t pay any attention to the fifth element because it’s named boron so it must be boring, but now we need to figure it out out as the planet is on the line. So pull out your chemistry books, and let’s go and figure this out.”

    BORON CHEMISTRY

    Scientist: “In chemistry, the fifth element on the periodic table is Boron with chemical symbol B. Here’s a chart from Zorg enterprises:

    Boron , element #5, just doesn’t fit in. It’s in group 13 next to the nonmetal Carbon element #6 and the metal aluminum #13, but boron isn’t quite like either; it’s a metalloid! The nearest other metalloid is silicon #14. This chart is garbage. Iodine #53 is a metalloid but is listed on here as a non-metal. Who can we trust? I just can’t tell if Boron is a metal or a metalloid or a nonmetal! Seems to have properties of all and neither! What is it! Our computer indicates that the English chemist Sir Humphrey Davy who got credit for discovering boron at first named it boracium, but later changed the name to boron to emphasize it’s more like carbon than a metal, but later another chemist fully isolated the element and as a metalloid is the um name would have been okay. Boracium sounds way better as sounds like bracer, a piece of armor, because that’s exactly what boron can do. It appears that boron can be alloyed with carbon or glass to make them stronger. Aluminum in the same group as boron is a toxic “heavy” though light metal, and there is a possibility looking at the periodic table that if boron is a nutrient then it might be useful in detoxing aluminum. I’m not detecting any aluminum in the red head’s body, but UH OH! I see she does has fifth element boron alloyed carbon in her bones, her bones might be super strong I hope our glass can contain her!

    She’s waking up! Quick! Apply thermal bandages and restraints! Fortunately for us we already have some boron in our glass as we used extra strong boro-silcate glass, it should hold. Where was I? Oh yes, Boron, though the fifth element, only has 3 valence electrons and thus it typically prefers to form trigonal planer structures like boric acid which is the biologically relevant form.

    Scientist: “Wow she just used her boron-carbide reinforced bones to punch through our boro-silicate glass! She’s escaping after her!”

    Police: “Stand down ma’am this is an arrest.”

    Police: “Nope she didn’t listen. She jumped! We’ve got her on scanner looks like she landed in a taxi. After it!”

    General to President: “Sir, bad news, the fifth element escaped. Good news though, she landed with our ex-military operative Corban Dallas, and he brought her back to the priest, so we have eyes on her. Our scientists determined that the fifth element boron is the key to her power. Corban accidentally put her through his apartment’s autowash, and the boron containing borax cleaner in it made her powers even stronger. She’s learned how to speak already, and has informed us that the stones are in possession of the Diva at Phloston Paradise. Corban is special forces, and I’ve rigged the contest so he wins tickets and takes the fifth element weapon (she calls herself LeeLu) to get the stones after which will rendezvous with the priests in Egypt to banish the evil fireball heading our way.”

    President: “Good job General, keep me posted. If we manage to save the world, I need an update on boron nutrition, I want those fifth element super-powers, and if eating more fruit and less McDonalds is the key then I’m going to do it.”

    Zorg: “Ha Ha, those government idiots should have read my Zorg enterprise article that boron is only good for cockroach poison. Because I just got my spy cockroach in the meeting and overheard everything.”

    Zorg: “Goons!”

    Goons: “Yes Lord Zorg.”

    Zorg: “Get on that ship to Phloston Paradise, & get me those stones, or I blow you up like them ugly aliens.”

    PART TWO: BORON NUTRITION

    THE BORON CONSPIRACY

    Although boron has been used since the beginning of human history, for some reason if you look at the official government sources, it’s like nobody knows anything. Case in point, if you read the official government fact sheet on boron, they don’t even have recommended daily values of boron, they don’t even seem fully convinced whether or not boron is a nutrient or not, and they certainly don’t even believe their own data that boron is great for osteoarthritis, cancer, and bone health. It’s like the government is conspiring with the medical industry to prevent the public from learning the truth about boron. I call it how I see it. Call it the boron conspiracy if you want, but it is obvious that the government does NOT want people to get adequate boron nutrient intake, and they accomplish this using censorship, propaganda, and sometimes outright lies about boron. By not fully admitting that boron is an essential nutrient (which it clearly is to any scientist such as my self who looks into it), and by only establishing upper limit at 20 mg/day (when studies available that 699 mg a day is okay), it makes people think of boron as a toxin that they should try to avoid. This is the opposite of the truth. The truth is that Boron is a nutrient that most people need to immediately increase by about 3-10x and if they did so would get significant health improvement.

    Here are three lies in the government propaganda about boron which I will directly controvert:

    1. “Scientists aren’t certain what role, if any, boron has in the body, so they don’t consider boron to be an essential nutrient.” WRONG!
    2. “Experts haven’t set a recommended amount of boron.” WRONG!
    3. “Scientists aren’t sure if low intakes of boron cause any harm.” WRONG!

    It might be shocking to some of you that government sources on nutrition are garbage when it comes to boron, but after the last few years of the government lying to everyone about covid, hopefully you will believe me, an independent scientist, when I tell you there is truly a wall of propaganda when it comes to boron. So, if you do a search for boron nutrition on your own, you are fed obvious lies, which is why I am writing this newsletter on boron nutrition to try to help people overcome the mind control. They don’t want you to know the truth of how health beneficial boron is to your body, and they don’t want you to know the correct amount of boron nutrient your body needs because it will make you too healthy if you do.

    So let’s set these blantant lies about boron straight.

    1. As you will see from the featured science article review on boron, scientists know of greater than 10 certain roles that boron plays in the body. Furthermore, scientists appear in full agreement that boron is a bioactive mineral that is an essential nutrient and only word it “may be an essential nutrient” because of the government propaganda saying that it is not. The science is clear that boron is essential at least for bone health, so for that reason alone, boron IS an essential nutrient.
    2. There is evidence that the human body needs at least 0.2 mg of boron a day, and that for brain and bone health you really need greater than 0.4 mg of boron a day, and really for bone health you need at least 1 mg of boron a day, and the science shows there is a massive health increase if you get at least 3 mg of boron a day. So why the government does not make a recommended daily allowance (RDA) of boron at least 1 mg/day is a crime. It’s likely that the real RDA should be 3x that more like 3-9 mg/day. The expert who wrote the featured science article asserts that the correct amount should be 3 mg/day especially for people with osteo-arthritis, cancer and other issues that boron is known to help with. Regardless, I’m enough of a nutrition expert at this point in my life that I can personally tell you that there really is a minimum amount of boron you should be getting in your diet so it’s ridiculous that there is no official RDA for boron. We can argue over the number but not over whether the number exists as numerous studies show that getting boron above a threshold improves health, and it is clearly an essential nutrient in spite of much propaganda saying that it isn’t.
    3. Based on the featured science article, scientists are sure that getting low amounts of boron (>0.4 mg/day) is good for your health. So as a scientist myself, I am sure that not only that low intakes of boron does not cause any harm, but I am sure that boron is a critical and essential nutrient that your body needs, and based on the science if you increase from 1 mg /day boron to 3 mg/day boron you gain a significant benefit to your health.

    Okay so I pointed out & controverted some blatant lies about boron. Since we are dealing with a boron controversy it means one side is lying & everything we think we know about boron needs to be looked at critically so we can get some real answers.

    The questions I want answers to are:

    1. How much boron a day do we need?
    2. How much boron a day if any is too much?
    3. What foods contain boron?
    4. Do I need to supplement boron?
    5. What is best way to supplement boron?
    6. What is boron doing in the body?

    Fortunately, I was able to find the answers to all these questions and here they are in short form.

    1. We need 3 mg/day boron for optimal health based on current science available though the true number for optimal health requires more study as could be higher. Most people are only getting 1 mg/day in their diet and can gain a huge health benefit from increasing their boron intake by about 3x. Instead of 1-3 mg/day boron, shoot for 3-9 mg/day & the DrBenGo RDA in lieu of the government having an RDA for boron is 3 mg/day.
    2. Evidence shows that 699 mg/day boron starts to become toxic. The government propaganda that an adult should only have a tolerable upper limit of 20 mg/day is misleading as can tolerate 10x+ more with no problem. But when you start getting into the thousands of milligrams it can cause abdominal and other problems, and if you take 15,000+ mg boron it can kill you, so there definitely is an upper limit.
    3. Fruit and leafy greens and nuts contain boron. See review article for more details. It is known that vegetarians get more boron in general than carnivores, so if you feel better when going veggie, it could be you are boron deficient.
    4. Yes, most people can benefit from supplementing boron. The reason is that the average American gets 1 mg/day but there is a massive health benefit as explained in the featured science review article on boron in getting 3 mg/day (3x more). So either eat 3x the fruit and veggies, or or you need to supplement boron.
    5. I think the best way to supplement boron is simply as part of your multivitamin. I recommend the Power Source One multivitamin designed by Dr Calin Pop.     6. Boron does many things in the body. According to the featured science article the top 10 that are known are as follows:

    SUMMARY:

    Boron is not boring. Boron is amazing. Boron is an essential nutrient and if you increase from 1 mg to 3 mg+ boron a day you can expect a significant improvement in your health. Some of the things that really pop out about boron are its use in osteoarthritis and cancer prevention, but that’s just the tip of the ice berg as is involved in so much more including hormones and energy and sugars and has all kinds of applications that need further exploring for diabetes, thyroid hormones and more things I didn’t have time in this article to explore, much I just want to open your mind about boron.

    BORON NUTRIENT SYNERGY WITH IMEDDO

    Looking at how boron is in group 13 same chemical group as aluminum and +3 valence electron, my first though was to wonder if boron could be used for aluminum heavy metal detox. Sure enough I found many articles talking about boron detoxing aluminum in plants, but couldn’t find any for humans though I’m sure it does. In the boron review featured science article it did talk about how boron is known to assist in heavy metal detox of arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead, so overall yes my boron is very synergistic with iMedDo for heavy metal detox, a topic I look forward to exploring more in future.

    “The effectiveness of some boron compounds—boric acid, borax, colemanite, and ulexite—on the genotoxicity induced by heavy metals—arsenic trioxide, colloidal bismuth subcitrate, cadmium chloride, mercury chloride, and lead chloride—was assessed in human blood cultures.71 Sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and micronuclei (MN) assays were performed to establish DNA damage in lymphocytes, and oxidative stress was evaluated by estimating the changes in the main, antioxidant, enzyme activities and in the levels of total glutathione in erythrocytes.     BORON SYNERGY WITH NEUSILVER

    NeuSilver is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, fungicidal & anti-cancer. Silver is in my opinion a critical nutrient for the human body though is not recognized as such by mainstream medicine.

    Boron is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, fungicidal & anti-cancer. I don’t know if boron is anti-viral or not but it does have extra property of being a relatively safe insecticide. Boron is in my opinion an essential nutrient though is not recognized as such by mainstream medicine (though the other scientists agree with me, read the featured science articles).

    BORON SYNERGY WITH NEUIODINE

    Boron affects many hormones including thyroid hormones. In particular there is a link with boron and the parathyroid hormones which regulate calcium and a vitamin D connection. Boron is synergistic with NeuIodine & iMedDo detox system for thyroid and energy health though is beyond the scope of this article to discuss (translation, I need to research it more before can explain as is very complicated =).

    PART THREE: NON-NUTRITION USES OF BORON

    GLASS

    The most common industrial use of boron is in making boro-silicate glass where boron is mixed in with the silicon dioxide. I was used to always using boro-silicate glass in chemistry so I though all glass resisted heat so well, but I found out the hard way when I once poured boiling water into a crystal decanter that was not reinforced with boron and the heat of the water vibrated the glass to the point of shattering and spilled and burned my foot so I will always only use boro-silicate glass for putting hot water in as has superior heat and shatter resistance.

    NUCLEAR INDUSTRY

    I first heard of boron in the nuclear industry. I took nuclear engineering 101 in college before eventually switching major to chemical engineering then ultimately to biochemistry at Texas A&M University. Boron isotopes are used for neutron capture in control rods for nuclear plants & for neutron shielding. Also I thankyou for your interest in boron nutrition & medicine rather than making boron based nuclear weapons.

    BORON FOR PLANTS

    Boron has been known to be a critical nutrient for plants since 1923. What is known is that boron is used in plant cell walls. Combined with the fact that we now know that boron can be used an an insecticide & fungicide, what I think plants are doing with boron is that they are making a type of “armored” cell wall to fight off bugs. As we go forward trying to uncover the mystery of what boron is doing in the human body as well, thinking of it as a type of “armor” is a good starting point.

    FUNGICIDE

    My wife and I do earthbag building and there is natural fungus in the clay. Upon researching anti-fungals so mushrooms don’t grow on the walls, we found that both lime and boron as borax can be used. Now put a half a cup of boron containing borax in each wheel-barrow of exterior earthbag plaster and it really works. Between the lime and the borax suppresses mold growth. Also I was a bit shocked but not surprised to read in boron science articles that boron as boric acid can be used clinical as a vaginal suppository for yeast infection. Yeast is a unicellar fungus and boron is anti-fungal so makes sense.

    INSECTICIDE

    Boron as boric acid kills cockroaches. I first heard about this from my cousin Jake who said it really works. Although I live in the woods I don’t really have a cockroach problem as have a whole food chain where the scorpions eat the roaches and the spiders eat the scorpions lol. I put some boric acid out anyway. Unfortunately is so humid where I live that the boric acid tablets absorbed moisture, expanded and starting growing mold which they are not supposed to do as they as boron is antifungal lol. From what I’ve read insects will avoid boron so they mix it with sugar to trick them and likely the mold was eating the sugar part and was somehow resistant to the boron as a fungicide. When cockroaches get boric acid on their wings or legs they eat it and it kills them because they have no kidneys to remove it. For humans our body maintains boron in homeostasis and when we eat too much it is eliminated in urine or stored in bones or hair. Cockroaches eat their own dead (gross) so born as a cockroachicide is very effective as when one reach dies from boron the others eat it and die as well. Also my wife and I have used boron in another insecticide form to kill wood eating beetles and it worked.

    GERMICIDE FOR FOOD PRESERVATION

    Boron has anti-bacterial properties and was used extensively between about 1870 – 1950’s for food preservation such as for canned fish preservation in WWI and WW2 and then was blocked by the FDA over concerns that people were getting too much boron. Boron was used in boron salts in ancient times both in ancient Egypt for mummy preservation and in ancient Greece for food preservation. Perhaps if we used it for food preservation again would help less people be boron deficient.

    BORAX AS MULT-PURPOSE CLEANER

    Boron as the white salt borax is simply amazing is a multi-purpose cleaner can use in laundary and so many more applications (insecticide, fungicide, food preservation etc). The brand 20 mule team borax is readily available in most stores where cleaning supplies are found. As for me, I use it all the time in my earthbag plaster mix as a fungicide as I mentioned earlier and still a learning curve on what all can do with it. Borax is like a mult-pass has multi-uses!

    COLOR OF BORON WHITE OR METALLIC?

    For most of human history boron was thought to be a non-metal as was only found in white salt form. Borax, a water soluble boron containing salt is found naturally in hot dry areas and forms white crystals that can be turned into a white power as you may have seen if you’ve ever used Borax multi-purpose cleaner. Elemental boron does not exist in nature it exists in oxided form instead, but when chemists where able to isolate it, it did have metallic properties and now boron is classified as a metalloid.

    BORACIUM IS ORIGINAL NAME OF BORON AND IS BETTER NAME

    The original name of Boron was Baracium as it was isolated from Boracic acid and then then it was shortened to Borium, the French wanted to call it Bore, but English chemist Sir Humphrey Davy changed the name to its final form Boron to emphasize it’s similarity more as a non-metal to carbon. However, turns out he was wrong as elemental boron when fully isolated a hundred years later was actually metallic so he should have stuck with the name Boracium. Davy didn’t want to name Boron a word ending in “um” if it wasn’t a metal but turns out it is metallic as a metalloid so “um” ending is appropriate. So the word Boron we are stuck which is a misnomer as Boracium is better. Because Boron sounds like Boring in English it has stymied interest in Boron research in my opinion from a bad naming convention. I recommend that chemists should try to go back to calling Boron as Boracium as it’s more accurate and sounds like “Bracer” a type of armor and that’s a much better way I think you will agree to think about Boron hafter reading this article. Boron nutrient has many beneficial health effects that protect your body.

    I doubt chemists will listen to me but for those who do I recommend we go back to original name of Boron as Boracium it will make the world a better place if we do as we need to banish the Boron is Boring word association which is actually a spell, part of the boron conspiracy, to keep the public from learning how awesome the fifth element is. Instead if we call it Boracium, which was it’s original name, dropped because it wasn’t metallic then later found to be accurate enough as a metalloid, we should have kept it. Boracium word associates with Bracer and armor and protection which is a better word magic than Boring as it associated it with secrecy and plays into the hands of those who want to keep Boron concealed.

    FINALS THOUGHTS SOME SPECULATION ABOUT BORON & TABOO TOPICS

    SPECULATION: BORON-CARBIDE ARMOR

    Boron/Boracium element #5 likes to combine with its neighbor carbon element #6 in nature and can be found as boron-carbide which has armor applications.

    We are carbon creatures and thus boron could be alloyed with the carbon in all sorts of structures in our body that we don’t even yet know about. I alluded to this in part one where the fifth element red head LeeLu used her boron-carbide bones to punch out through the boro-silicate containment glass as a nod to this idea that boron could be used to armor us in ways that might give use super power-like reinforced bones. I don’t know if boron carbide bones in humans is a reality or not but is worth investigating to check as is possible given boron’s ability to alloy with carbon.

    SPECULATION: ALIEN DNA

    Humans are carbon based life forms, and one theory is that if we find alien life forms that they could be silicon based instead but if you study boron, it is equally as likely that alien life could evolve from boron instead of carbon as both are able to perform structural compounds. Boron though typically +3 oxidation state like carbon can also do +4 oxidation state, & borane (Boron linked structures) like carbon linked structures are known to exist. One ancient alien theory is that humans were genetically modified and spliced with alien DNA. If this is the case then it might be the alien part of our DNA that requires boron as a nutrient. That would certainly explain the coverup as to why knowledge of boron nutrition is suppressed.

    SPECULATION: FERTILITY BLOCKER

    Boron is required by all life for reproduction and the denial of boron nutrition could be part of a globalist population control agenda. I can’t confirm it but it’s what I was thinking when reading about how boron restores testosterone and other fertility & hormonal positive health effects of getting enough boron nutrient. That certainly would be an evil reason worth of Zorg and Mr. Shadow of why there is so much boron propaganda.

    TABOO TOPICS

    It is significant to me that French chemist Guy Lussac wanted to name the fifth element “Bore”. I detected strong death magic and secrecy magic and dark magic surrounding the name Boron which revolves around an intention to make it sound Boring when it is in fact one of the most interesting topics I’ve ever come across. I do not blame Sir Humphrey Davy though he should have kept with his gut first name Boracium rather than Boron. The onus is on us to rename Boron. Last month I meditated on the Egyptian Goddess Nepthys, the goddess of death and darkness in a good & gold way, and the fifth element is sacred to her as the holy spirit. Yes there is much darkness & secrecy surrounding boron but when you break through the bore you will find it contains secrets of eternal life. Discovering nutrients and true nutrition and detox is a path to becoming a perfect human and yourself becoming the fifth element. Part of the secrecy surrounding boron is not evil or intentional but is a secrecy necessitated by warfare as the enemy does not need to know everything or else they can exploit it. There are those who wish to destroy the human race and they plan to attack again this winter and I am part of the resistance for the forces of life. Boron contains a secret weapon, and just as LeeLu in the move was depicted as a weapon against evil to protect earth, so too is the fifth element on the periodic table. And though I talked a lot this episode, I barely scratched the surface, so let this just be the beginning of your own meditation. Namaste!

  • MANGANESE NUTRITION

    Greetings iMedDo Newsletter Subscribers! Hope you are all having a wonderful summer. For this month’s episode, we meditate on Manganese! Manganese is a trace mineral nutrient surrounded in much mystery. It appears to be very evolutionarily ancient involved in energy metabolism and oxygen usage, where manganese interacts with many pathways, including calcium, magnesium, copper, and zinc and surprise! Iodine and thyroid hormones! Part one is for my general audience, and part two gets heavy into manganese biochemistry for my advanced readers.     MANGANESE ON PERIODIC TABLE

    Manganese (Mn) is element #25. It’s a transition metal in period 4 (4th row), group 7 (column 7).

    Manganese #25 is flanked by Chromium (Cr) #24 and Iron (Fe) #26, and it’s in the same column (Group 7) as Technetium (Tc) #43, Rhenium (Rn) #75, Bohrium (Bh) #107. Don’t confuse Manganese (Mn) with similarly sounding element Magnesium (Mg) which is #12.

    MANGANESE FROM MAGNESIA

    The words Manganese and Magnesium sound very similar because they are both from the same root word Magnesia an area of Greece & Turkey settled by the Magnetes tribe previous newsletter on Magnesium for more discussion. There was both a black ore and a white ore from Magnesia, and it is the black one that contains Manganese [the white ore contains Magnesium]. The manganese containing black ore from Magnesia is now know by the name pyrolusite which means “fire wash” and was used in ancient glass making to wash color out of glass as well as had applications for making different colors of stained glass.

    Not only can manganese be used to remove color, it can be found & used in a variety of colors including even green, red, and purple. My favorite is the pink/red mineral composed of Manganese carbonate called Rhodocrosite.

    MANGANESE SELF LOVE

    Last month I talked about the Ben-Ben stone on top of pyramids in episode Happy Slave Mind Control and told you that the secret to resisting the mind control is to love yourself more. Well it turns out that Metaphysically the Manganese gemstone Rhodocrosite if for Self-Love so that’s just perfect!

    CHEMICAL CHAMELEON: POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE

    In 1659, Swedish chemist Glauber fused pyrolusite ore (manganese dioxide) and potassium carbonate to obtain a material that when dissolved in water was GREEN (potassium manganate), which slowly color shifted to VIOLET (potassium permanganate), and then finally to RED a reaction now known as the “chemical chameleon” which was the first production of the super cool and useful PURPLE manganese containing chemical known as potassium permanganate (KMnO4).

    Potassium permanganate (KMnO4) in liquid form is a strong oxidizing agent; and thus has many uses and is even a medicine in its own right comparable to hydrogen peroxide but stronger. Permanganate ions can be used as a germicidal antiseptic like iodine, and for water purification, but like hydrogen peroxide, requires dilution and careful dosing or can be dangerous if you get it in your eyes or ingest. I always remember potassium permanganate because I got to play with it and extract beautiful purple crystals in organic chemistry lab at Texas A&M University circa 2002. You can also combine potassium permanganate and glycerin as a firestarter as a cool survival trick.

    MANGANESE METAL

    Manganese when in pure metallic form looks silvery in color and forms natural cubic crystal structure. When manganese metal flakes oxidize, they can turn a variety of colors. Below is a picture of manganese in metallic cube form as well as chips of manganese oxidized which you can see can also be a variety of colors (black, brown, blue, greenish etc).

    MANGANESE INDUSTRIAL USES

    The most common usage of manganese is as an alloy with iron to make steel. Manganese like Magnesium can also be alloyed with aluminum and 1% of aluminum cans are made of manganese. Also a large amount of manganese is used in battery industry as manganese dioxide batteries (zinc-manganese, lithium-manganese) such as common flashlight batteries. Manganese is also used in a fuel additive called  methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT), and in a fungicide pesticide called Maneb. It is possible for people who work in mining, smelting, welding, or battery industries breathing in manganese fumes, or exposed to high manganese containing water, to get exposed to too much manganese which can cause a Parkinson’s like neurodegenerative problem called Manganism.

    Manganese mineral may have had more of an impact on humans than you might have realized. It turns out that the brown and black cave paintings such as the ones in Lascaux, France from 30k BC were made from Manganese oxide.

    NEANDERTHAL MANGANESE NUTRITION

    Manganite powder has been a common find in Neanderthal archeology sites. It is believed that the Neanderthals making cave paintings with manganese oxide were also using it as fire-starter! We will see that modern humans mostly get manganese nutrition from fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains, but even if neanderthals mostly ate only meat, it is unlikely they would be manganese nutrient deficient since they touching manganese ore for their art & smoking manganese ore in their fire-pits, an only a small amount of manganese is required for human function.

    HOW MUCH MANGANESE WE NEED?

    So how much manganese does a human need anyway? For quick answer let’s look at the NIH Fact Sheet for Manganese:

    Spitballing from the above tables it looks like humans only need about 2 mg of Manganese a day and adults can get up to about about 11 mg of manganese a day with no problem. The thing that jumps out is that the government thinks women need less manganese than men in general (1.6-1.8 mg Mn for women) but (2.2-2.3 for men) yet think women need more manganese when pregnant or breastfeeding (2.0-2.6 mg).

    Why do women need less manganese you might be wondering? I don’t think they do, I think this has to do with iodine deficiency & is related to iron. An important thing I learned is that both iron and manganese use the same receptors to absorb in the gut. So if you get too much manganese it could theoretically block iron absorption, and because many women are iron deficient (anemia) maybe that is why the government is recommending lower manganese for women than men. However, I think anemia for most women is being caused by either heavy metals like cadmium toxicity and/or low iodine (iodine deficiency), so instead of worrying about being low or high manganese just get more iodine (iMedDo detox system with NeuIodine) and when you iodine replenish and detox both your iron and manganese levels should return to normal.

    Babies need more manganese but no-one really knows exactly how much more so the government just says that there is no upper limit established* with note that baby should just get manganese from breastmilk or formula and recommends 0.003 mg for babies 1-6 months or 0.6 mg Mn 7-12 months. Likely they are saying so low for babies because they put iron in formula and are recommending formula 1-6 months and are worried that too much manganese will block iron absorption. My position is don’t use formula use breastmilk but if you want a comparison see article Breastmilk & Multivitamins where I compare formula to breastmilk to egg to multivitamin. All 4 contain trace manganese and natural breastmilk contains approximately 0.1 mg Manganese which is higher than either cow or goat milk.

    SUPPLEMENT MANGANESE OR NOT?

    Because manganese is easily obtained through diet and because too much manganese is possible I do not recommend you supplement any manganese in your diet other than what you get from eating healthy and small amount in multivitamin. I take the Power Source Once multivitamin created by Dr Calin Pop which has 10 mg Manganese (gluconate) 435% DV per serving. But each serving is 8 capsules so actually each capsule has where each serving is 8 capsules; so each capsule has 1.25 mg Manganese and I usually average about 1-2 capsules a day (I take less than the recommended dosage), so I probably get 1.25-2.5 mg Manganese a day from my multivitamin not including any sources from my diet. DrPop created his multivitamin recommendations for people with genetic problems who may need more nutrients than typical recommended daily values so you might need to take more but even if you take the full dosage of 8 capsules you are getting 10 mg Manganese which is still below the 11 mg recommended upper dosage for adults 19+ according to NIH table, and no doubt you can get 2-3x their upper tolerable level without any problems so I’m not worried about any overdosing on manganese in general. The one notable exception is that welders or certain occupations might be at risk for high manganese if they are breathing it in from welding fumes. When manganese levels get too hight it behaves as a quasi-heavy metal and becomes toxic and to detox you need more iodine, silver and gold is the iMedDo way. I don’t supplement manganese in general but there is a little manganese in my multivitamin.

    FOODS HIGH IN MANGANESE?

    If you don’t want to supplement manganese at all you can still get enough in your diet if you eat the right foods.

    Looks like seafood, nuts, grains, fruits and vegetables basically if you eat healthy already you should be getting enough manganese. If you are all carnivore, you might want to throw some pyrolusite into your fire-pit that you grilling your meat on to make sure you getting enough manganese otherwise you might want to be sure to supplement a multivitamin.

    PART TWO: MANGANESE BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE (ADVANCED)

    The general public doesn’t really need to know much about manganese as they get it naturally in plants and it’s very hard for them to get too much unless they are working in some manganese industry like aluminum welding or battery industry where they might get too much from aerosolized magnesium exposure. Manganese isn’t typically tested for in blood work and it’s not something most people need to worry about supplementing. That said, there is wisdom to be found by meditating on manganese nutrition which gets very complex very fast, so for those of you who can hang with me enjoy as I discuss the parts of manganese biochemistry that jumped out at me, and I hope that you can meditate on it as well and find your own breakthroughs for your own applications.

    MANGANESE & IRON

    The best starting place to think about manganese is to note that it is found naturally with iron, it’s also a neighbor or iron on the periodic table, and at first pass it appears that this adjacency of manganese and iron has highly influenced life. 3 observations linking manganese and iron are:

    1. Same receptors in the gut absorb either manganese or iron. More iron can potentially decrease manganese absorption and more manganese can potentially decrease iron absorption.
    2. The mitochondria have evolved to use manganese and iron together.
    3. Manganese in the brain when too high goes to area of high iron (basal ganglia: substantia nigra).

    So when I meditate on Manganese my first observation is: Manganese is kinda like iron, it’s next to iron on the periodic table, it’s a transition metal like iron. Iron is used for ancient oxygen chemistry. Manganese appears to be used heavily for oxygen chemistry. The same pathways in the body that deal with iron also deal with manganese. Too much manganese appears to disrupt iron pathways. Many women have low iron (anemia), and thus we should also ask do they have have manganese as well?

    COPPER TO IRON-MANGANESE OXYGEN EVOLUTION

    Ancient life appears to have at first used copper for oxygen chemistry and then we later evolved to use iron for oxygen chemistry. Manganese first appeared on my radar when I was meditating on copper see article Copper Containment where I made the following observations:

    1. Manganese is used with copper in the body.
    2. Iron is used with copper in the body.
    3. Copper electricity is harnessed by the body for oxygen metabolism.

    SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE

    The observation I’m making now is that both iron and manganese like copper can also be used for oxygen metabolism. Looking at copper and oxygen metabolism via superoxide dismutase enzyme we can make a very interesting evolutionary observation:

    An interesting thing to note is that in humans & yeast our anti-oxidant SOD proteins uses Copper-Zinc (Cu-Zn) pair whereas our mitochondria use an iron or manganese (Fe/Mn) compared to a bacteria which uses Nickel (Ni).

    SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE-2 USES MANGANESE

    In humans we have 3 superoxide dismutase genes SOD-1, 2, 3. SOD proteins 1,3 used throughout most of the body use copper and zinc whereas SOD-2 used only in the mitochondria can use either manganese or iron at its catalytic core. SOD proteins break down harmful oxygen superoxides into less harmful (but still harmful) oxygen molecule O2 and hydrogen peroxide (H202). Thus from SOD-2 we see that manganese is used as part of system that controls oxidative stress, and more SOD expression correlates with longer cell life. Thus manganese mineral nutrient is important for mitochondrial long life. Having a manganese SOD-2 in mitochondria may mean that the body can regulate mitochondrial cell death better by keeping them alive using manganese or maybe depriving the mitochondria of manganese if it detects an dysfunctional mitochondria. Iron is used in heme in cytochrome C in mitochondria to detect H202 and to control apoptosis so I note that Manganese via SOD-2 and Iron via Cytochrome C work together as an Mn-Fe pair.

    LONG LIFE

    Thinking about Cu/Zn & Fe/Mn in SOD we are getting really close to the secrets of long life.

    According to wiki on SOD-3: “Among black garden ants (Lasius niger), the lifespan of queens is an order of magnitude greater than of workers despite no systematic nucleotide sequence difference between them.[6] The SOD3 gene was found to be the most differentially over-expressed gene in the brains of queen vs worker ants. This finding raises the possibility that SOD3 antioxidant activity plays a key role in the striking longevity of social insect queens.[6]

    Many people have too high Cu and too low Zn, and many people more common in women have too low Fe and too high Mn. This indicates a dysregulation of SOD and likely leads to shorter life from oxidative damage. I think that the key to fixing this is to get iodine and silver and gold.

    High copper can be balanced by gold, NeuGold nano-colloidal gold. It’s easy to take more zinc. But how do we fix low iron? Just taking more iron doesn’t work. Low iron can be caused by toxins such as cadmium so detoxing with iodine helps. If iron is too high can try taking more manganese. Getting more manganese into the mitochondria will help it live longer whereas silver works by shutting down dysfunctional mitochondria and iodine can both promote healthy mitochondria and shut down cancerous mitochondria. So Iodine + Manganese can work together to promote healthy mitochondria. Getting more manganese into your mitochondria by up-regulation of SOD-2 could result in longer life.

    PLANTS USE MANGANESE TO MAKE OXGYEN

    Let’s think about manganese from a different angle. We know it’s useful in oxygen metabolism as we discussed above but it turns out it’s critical to all life because plants need Manganese to create oxygen and without oxygen we would all die since we all exist in symbiosis with oxygen generating plants. Manganese is used in plants at the oxygen-evolving-complex in light generated photosynthesis. Looking at how it works multiple manganese atoms are used with an atom of calcium to create oxygen.

    The magic happens when the fifth oxygen moelcule 05 is combined with a sixth oxygen atom (not shown) and diatomic O2 is released. Note how 05 is stabilized between two Manganese atoms (Mn1 and Mn4) as well as a calcium atom (Ca1).

    So nice of plants to make oxygen for us. Even nicer that we can eat plants and get manganese nutrition because they have 4 molecules of manganese in each of their photosynthesis oxygen evolving complexes.

    PLANT MANGANESE COMES WITH CALCIUM

    An interesting observation is that when we get manganese naturally from eating plants, each 4 molecules of manganese we get also comes attached to a calcium atom.

    So it is not surprising that manganese nutrition is somehow linked with calcium signaling. What is clear is that manganese deficiency results in bone & cartilage problems, so thinking about how calcium and bones interact with manganese is worthwhile to meditate on.

    MANGANESE OVERVIEW

    Manganese is used for Free Radical Defense Systems, Bone Formation, & Macronutrient metabolism. Manganese is also used in dozens of proteins and enzymes. Manganese is mostly found in the bones, also in the liver, kidneys and brain.

    We already discussed how it is used in free radical defense systems via SOD-2 in the mitochondria. It makes sense that manganese is involved in bones as it comes naturally in our plant diet complexed with calcium atom. What Manganese is doing at a deeper level with the bones and metabolism is a bit of a mystery so I’ll look at the dozens of manganese proteins in more detail for clues to this manganese mystery.

    MAGNESIUM & MANGANESE

    Manganese as Mn2+ form can sometimes substitute for Magnesium Mg2+ for stabilization of phosphates and thus could be used in energy pathways or enzymes that use phosphate energy (ATP, ADP, AMP etc). As an example let’s look at Manganese in detail in the brain protein glutamine synthase:

    GLUTAMINE SYNTHASE

    In the human brain, the manganese is bound to manganese metalloproteins, most notably glutamine synthase in astrocytes. Glutamine synthetase (GS) is an enzyme that plays and essential role in the metabolism of nitrogen by catalyzing the condensation of glutamate and ammonia to form glutamine. Glutamine as glutamic acid is an amino acid used to make proteins and also is used as a neurotransmitter. In fact glutamic acid is the most abundant excitatory neurotransmitter in the vertebrate nervous system. (Also it serves as the precursor for the synthesis of the inhibitory gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in GABAergic neurons.)

    Astrocytes protect neurons against excitotoxicity by taking up excess ammonia and glutamate. Because of its role in synaptic plasticity, glutamate is involved in cognitive functions such as learning and memory in the brain.

    Ergo, Manganese is important for learning and memory because it is necessary in brain to temper too much glutamate or too much ammonia in the brain since manganese is necessary for glutamine synthase which converts excess glutamate and ammonia into glutamine amino acid instead.

    So Manganese is part of an important brain neurotransmitter to amino acid to protein pipeline via glutamine synthesis interesting. Linking neurotransmitters to proteins to nitrogen metabolism manganese is important but what is it really doing?

    I suspect Manganese as Mn2+ is being used here as an alternative to Mg2+ as a phosphate stabilizer for the ATP dependent part and of the glutamine synthase reaction which uses a phosphate intermediate. I think manganese is just helping convert Phosphate energy stored in ATP into a useful chemical reaction using the Mn as a intermediate stabilizer/co-factor.

    To confirm I have to look at GS in more detail and figure out where the Manganese part is located and found this resource from a college inorganic chemistry course to help.

    The reaction uses Manganese as Mn2+ as I suspected.
    The reaction has a phosphate intermediate from ATP and maybe MN2+ is used to stabilize
    GS protein looks like a big donut. Where is the Manganese exactly?
    There’s the Manganese!

    “Each active site can be described as a bifunnel in which ATP binds at the top and glutamate binds at the bottom. Two metal cations lie at the center of each active site. The enzyme is functional with either Mg2+ or Mn2+ in the active site, however Mn2+ is more common despite the fact that it slightly slows down the activity of the GS enzyme.5 GS catalysis is faster with Mg2+, however GS selects Mn2+ because it binds to the enzyme with higher affinity.7 “

    Okay that was lot of work but it was worth it. Yes I confirmed that that as I suspected Manganese is Mn2+ is functioning exactly as I would expect Magnesium as Mg2+ to behave. Mg2+ stabilized Phosphates and it looks like my hypothesis that Mn2+ can do the same is correct since this GS protein can be functional with either.

    For the brain timing is important so the observation that the Mn2+ does the same as Mg2+ but slightly slows down the GS enzyme is interesting especially when you read about the GS protein in detail it has many other modulators (glycine, serine etc)

    Turns out in GS there are actually TWO Manganese atoms used, one as a catalyst (blue) and the other as as the phosphate stabilizer (pink)

    Manganese is an “oxygen stabilizer”! Carbon-Oxyen & Phosphate-Oxygen in the GS protein reaction.

    Malfunction of GS in the brain can lead to neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, glioblastoma multiforme, anxiety and depression. Manganese plays a central role in how this GS enzyme works as it needs Mn to function but can substitute with Mg if needed. It’s nice to know such an important pathway has a backup system. Also note that if your brain runs out of both Manganese and and Magnesium you are in trouble.

    ENZYMES THAT CONTAIN MANGANESE

    Besides SOD-2 and glutamine synthase which we talked about above, other manganese containing enyzmes include oxidoreductases, transferases, hydrolases, lyases, isomerases, & ligases.

    ARGINASE

    Arginase is a manganese containing enzyme of the hydrolase family, the final enzyme in the urea cycle. It is ubiquitous to all domains of life. It turns arginine plus water into ornithine plus urea. In humans and all mammals it allows the disposal of harmful ammonia into urea to be excreted via urine. Mn2+ ions coordinate with water, orienting and stabilizing the molecule and allowing water to act as a nucleophile and attack L-arginine, hydrolyzing it into ornithine and urea. Arginase-1 is located in the cytoplasm and hepatocytes (liver cells). Arginase-II is located in mitochondria and several tissues most abundantly in kidney and prostate. Arginase is expressed with nitric oxide synthase in smooth muscle, and is a controlling factor in both male erectile function and female sexual arousal.  Therefore, manganese dysregulation can result in problems with sexual function.

    PYRUVATE CARBOXYLASE

    Pyruvate carboxylase (PC) is an enzyme that turns pyruvate into oxalate and requires either magnesium or manganese + Acetyl-CoA to function. As we saw earlier in the glutamine synthase enzyme as well, Mg2+ or Mn2+ are being interchangeable here because function is to stabilize phosphate residues during ATP dependent energy steps.

     

    Pyruvate carboxylase uses a covalently attached biotin [Vitamin B7] cofactor which is used to catalyze the ATP– dependent carboxylation of pyruvate to oxaloacetate in two steps. Because PC enzyme is used in gluconeogenesis, the production of sugar, connections between manganese and diabetes suppression have been postulated.

    When manganese is used it also requires an Acetyl-CoA a molecule that participates in many biochemical reactions in protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

    MANGANESE ABSORPTION

    Manganese is absorbed in the small intestine through an active transport system, and possibly through passive diffusion as well when intake levels are high. After absorption, some manganese remains free, but most is bound to transferrin, albumin, and plasma alpha-2-macroglobulin. Manganese is taken up by the liver and other tissues, but the mechanism of this process is not well understood. Humans absorb only about 1-5% of dietary manganese and infants and children tend to absorb more. Infants absorb much more 20% of dietary manganese. Manganese absorption is regulated as evidenced by absorption efficiency increasing with low manganese intakes and decreases with higher intakes, but little is known about the mechanisms that control absorption. Men tend to absorb Mn less efficiently than women possibly because men tend to have higher iron status.

    BULK MANGANESE

    The human body contains about 10-20 mg manganese of which 25% -40% is in the bone. The liver, pancreas, kidney and brain also contain manganese.

    *I think every cell in the entire body contains some manganese since is used in the mitochondria and all cells have mitochondria. (SOD-2 protein for example).

    MANGANESE ELIMINATION

    More than 90% of absorbed manganese is excreted via bile into the feces, and a small amount is reabsorbed. Very little is excreted in urine.

    *Even though manganese is not excreted much in the urine, it’s effect on creating urine cannot be overstated since is used in arginase to make urea (the main component of urine). So I’m really surprised to hear not much manganese comes out of the urine.

    MANGANESE & IRON

    Dietary iron intakes and iron status (measured from serum ferritin concentration) appear to be inversely associated with manganese absorption. The mechanism for this effect is unknown but the shared transporter of iron and manganese in the intestine might play a role.

    MANGANESE ABSORPTION BLOCKERS

    Iron rich foods or supplements have been show to lower absorption of manganese. Phosphorus and calcium may also decrease your retention of manganese but at a lower amount compared to iron.

    DIETARY SUPPLEMENT TYPES

    Mn in dietary supplements is present in many forms including amino acid chelates (e.g. manganese glycinate chelate, bisglycinate chelate, manganese glycinate chelate, and manganese aspartate). Other forms include manganese gluconate, manganese picolinate, manganese sulfate, manganese citrate, and manganese chloride.

    *The multivitamin I take and recommend uses Manganese Gluconate. PowerSourceOne uses Manganese (Gluconate) 10 mg 435% DV per serving. Serving is 8 capsules so is 1.24 mg Mn/capsule. I don’t recommend taking stand alone manganese supplements just get the small amount of manganese you need from plant diet and multivitamin is plenty. However if you have HIGH iron confirmed by blood work you might consider taking a manganese supplement but in general is unlikely you are low in manganese, and be careful as too much manganese can become toxic.

    MANGANESE TOXICITY IN WELDERS AND WATER

    Manganese can have neurotoxic effect in large amounts. This is uncommon unless you are inhaling manganese or are drinking water with too high manganese levels. Inhaled manganese say if you are an aluminum welder (1% manganese in aluminum alloy) can cause inflammation of the lungs with symptoms that might include cough and bronchitis. High levels of manganese (>300 microgram Mn/L) are associated with reduced intellectual function in children. Manganese is also required for proper baby brain development and is not inherently neurotoxic.

    *When you are iodine deficient it’s more likely that manganese will be toxic to too you whereas when you detox your body can eliminates any excess metals it doesn’t need.

    *It’s still better to have well water with too much manganese in it than it is to drink fluoridated water.

    MANGANISM

    “Exposure to high levels of manganese during fetal development can result in neurocognitive deficits, which in adults; manganese accumulation in the basal ganglia can lead to decreased dopamine levels and cell death in a syndrome called manganism which shares multiple features with Parkinson’s disease.” Early symptoms of manganese neurotoxicity include fatigue, headache, muscle cramps, loss of appetite, apathy, insomnia, and diminished libido. Manganism is initially characterized by the psychiatric disorder, locura manganica with symptoms including compulsive or violent behavior, emotional instability, and hallucinations.

    MANGANESE FROM PLANTS

    The most natural source of manganese is from plants. The reason is that plants use manganese for photosynthesis as part of their oxygen evolving complex (OEC). Manganese is used with calcium for function of oxidizing individual oxygen molecules into oxygen O2 diatomic molecules which plants release into the atmosphere. So without manganese used by plants we wouldn’t be here because we need oxygen to live.

    DIGESTION

    Manganese helps with protein and amino acid digestion and utilization, as well as the metabolism of cholesterol and carbohydrates.

    VITAMINS

    Manganese helps body utilize a number of vitamins such as choline, thiamine, and vitamins C and E, and ensures proper liver function.

    BLOOD CLOTTING

    Manganese plays a role in blood clotting and hemostasis in conjunction with vitamin K.

    VASODILATION

    Manganese is a known vasodilator, which means it helps enlarge veins to efficiently carry blood to tissues like the brain.

    PANCREAS

    Manganese is heavily concentrated in the pancreas. It’s involved in the production of insulin, which removes sugar from the blood. Thus, manganese may contribute to the proper secretion of insulin and help stabilize blood sugar.

    THYROID

    Manganese plays a role in the production of thyroxine. Thyroxine (T4) contains 4 molecules of iodine and is the inactive form of thyroid hormone. Thus there is a connection between manganese and my favorite topic iodine. Iodine deficiency and heavy metal toxicity and halogen toxicity results in defective or dysregulated thyroid hormones and other dysregulation of minerals such as manganese which is a problem if it either gets too high or too low. It’s almost impossible to run out of manganese in your body as abundantly found in plant diet and stored in your bones, but it is easy for the manganese to get too high if your body is asking for more iodine and can’t find it. Body sends the signal to make more iodine containing thyroid hormones (T4) via TSH via brain dopamine which is affected by manganese levels. Too much manganese has bad effect by accumulating in high iron part of the brain in the basal ganglia known as the substantia nigra and can disrupt dopamine as well as TSH and other thyroid hormones. Manganese deficiency could cause or contribute to hypothyroid condition, which may contribute to weight gain and hormone imbalances.

    *Don’t worry about being low in manganese for your thyroid just get more iodine and it should fix itself as you detox hormones and mineral levels including manganese should rebalance. It’s very hard to run out of manganese unless you just completely stop eating any plants. For carnivores doing a paleo diet maybe you need to throw some manganese into your fire-pit like the Neanderthals did if you don’t want to eat any plants. Humans are omnivores so eat some meat and plant matter is my personal strategy. 

    DOPAMINE

    “Dopamine is a known inhibitory modulator of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) secretion. The involvement of dopamine and dopaminergic receptors in neurodevelopment, as well as TSH modulation led us to hypothesize that excessive manganese exposure may lead to adverse neurodevelopment outcomes due to the disruption of thyroid homeostasis via the loss of dopaminergic control of TSH regulation of thyroid hormones”

    *The paper hypothesizes that too much manganese can adversely affect your brain, dopamine and thyroid hormone regulation.

    OSTEOARTHRITIS

    Combining manganese with glucosamine and chondroitin may reduce osteoarthritis pain.

    *I recommend Frankincense and berries for osteoarthritis (NeuGold for Rhematoid arthritis).

    WOUND HEALING

    Manganese is present in an enzyme that provides amino acid called proline. Proline is necessary for the production fo collagen in your skin cells. Collagen formation is essential to wound healing, and wound healing can be slowed down with manganese deficiency.

    *Manganese deficiency is rare, I put Neusilver on wounds for wound healing.

    Some research shows that putting manganese calcium and zinc on chronic wounds for 12 weeks may improve wound healing.

    *Zinc does help with some skin conditions, had a friend break out in a chlorine rash after getting into a over-chlorinated pool and she broke out in hives. I had her apply zinc oxide suncreen and it made the itching stop. Whether manganese mixed with calcium and zinc is better for wound healing than just zinc I’m not sure but worth a shot. Typically I just use NeuSilver on skin wounds and they heal very fast usually without a scar.

    FERTILITY

    Manganese deficiency though rare can result in low fertility such as testicular shrinkage. Manganese deficiency in animals has been found to cause skeletal defects like curved spine, shorter and thicker limbs and enlarged joints.

    MENSTRUAL CYCLE

    Low levels of manganese might contribute to pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS).

    *I’ve heard of women taking NeuGold to help with PMS, but apparently taking manganese might help as well. I’m not a woman so ladies let me know if works.  What works better for PMS: NeuGold or Manganese? If anyone has any data on or personal experience on that let me know.

    From what I know now, I suspect you might also want to try taking Magnesium as both Gold is known to unblock the +2 divalent metal pathway that is blocking probably both Manganese Mn2+, and Magnesium Mg2+, and also maybe try zinc (Zn2+) and calcium (Ca2+)

    DIVALENT METAL TRANSPORTER

    Neurons, contain divalent metal transporter (DMT1). DMT1 is a major transporter for manganese and is functionally important with regard to the necessity of stable homeostasis of manganese in in extracellular fluids for optimal brain function. Rat studies show that injected manganese within 5 minutes can be found in the choroid plexus and then cerebrospinal fluid indicating it was let in by DMT1 transporter.

    IMMUNE SYSTEM

    Manganese may have a role in the immune system for natural immunity along with iron and zinc. “Unlike zinc, there is little information regarding the effects of manganese deficiency on immune development and function. There are, however, limited data suggesting that toxic levels of manganese may impair immune function. Further, emerging data have revealed that vertebrates resist bacterial infections through manganese sequestration.”

    *Invading pathogens fight with your body for iron. Iron feeds bacteria. It’s not surprising they might fight for manganese as well but the data sounds too sketchy to comment further.

    CONCLUSION

    My take is that Manganese nutrition is not a problem for vast majority of people. What is a problem for vast majority of people is iodine deficiency. Manganese problems and iodine deficiency overlap in symptoms because of manganese’s use in dopamine/TSH/thyroid hormone pathway. This month’s topic is about breastmilk and formula for baby nutrition with comparison to egg and multivitamin for adult nutrition. Enjoy!     *Please note: I frequently use the word “breastmilk” instead of “breast-milk” or “breast milk” throughout this episode. In same way I frequently use the word “multivitamin” all one word instead of “multi-vitamin”. That was done intentionally to make comparison of these compound words slightly easier like “breastmilk vs multivitamin” is easer to comprehend than “breast-milk vs mult-vitamin”. Apology if I offend any English buffs with my creative punctuation. After originally writing article, I received some great commentary by DrPop some of which I have now included in the article in small print.

    COMPARING BREASTMILK, FORMULA, EGG & MULTIVITAMIN

    Why did I pick these four things to compare? On the two extremes we have breastmilk for baby nutrition, and a great multivitamin as an example for adult nutrition. An egg is somewhat similar to milk in being a natrual source of nutrition, and formula is somewhat similar to a multi-vitamin both powdered forms of nutrients. My hope is that by comparing and contrasting what’s in breastmilk, formula, an egg, and a multivitamin, we will be able to see common nutritional themes and can gain a deeper insight into human nutrition.

    EGG LOVERS

    I eat an egg almost everyday for breakfast, so I was happy to see that in book Health 101 by Dr Calin Pop that he also recommends eating egg. A major theme of his book was eating less carbs and more healthy organic version of fats.

    The egg is the perfect source of nutrition for a baby chicken up until the time it emerges from the egg.

    But turns out an egg is also a surprisingly good source of nutrition for an adult human as well when combined with other diet and supplements like a good multi-vitamin. Eggs are considered a great source of natural and healthy fats.

    In this episode I verify that many of the same nutrients in an egg are also in breastmilk, and are also added into synthetic breastmilk called formula, and are also in multivitamin. Any nutrient that is in all four is a nutrient that is vital to all life young or old, human or chicken =)

    NUTRITIONAL SUBSTITUTION VS SUPPLEMENTATION

    There is no substitute for actual breastmilk for baby nutrition nor for good diet for adult human nutrition. Although there is a demand to substitute human breast milk for animal milk & formula, recognize that should only be done sparingly. Formula and multivitamins should be used for supplemental nutrition not for substitute nutrition. I recommend all adults use a multivitamin but the reason is just to catch any nutrients you miss in diet, it does not substitute for a good diet. In same way for baby emphasis should be on getting baby nutrition through natural breast milk, not through substituted animal milk or formula.

    Formula and a multivitamin are created with many nutrients but they cannot substitute for natural sources of food, but they can supplement them. Breastmilk does not substitute or supplement diet, it is the whole diet for a baby. A multivitamin does not substitute for a diet, but it does supplement the diet. An egg is part of the diet but does not substitute for the rest the diet; an egg can be thought of as a supplement especially for natural fats.

    Formula is mistakenly used as a substitute for baby diet, which it is not, and the result is malnourished babies with lower IQ, gut, immune, and other problems. Formula is not required as a supplement as baby should get all the nutrition it needs from breastmilk. There are certain situations where formula can be used to supplement a baby’s diet like if natural human breastmilk is unavailable and are feeding the baby animal milk, could use formula as an extra source of human nutrients like a multivitamin for baby.

    BREASTMILK VS FORMULA: MISSING FAT

    If we compare natural breastmilk to artificial breastmilk formula, the big difference we see is that the formula is lacking all the FATS in the breastmilk. There are many other differences as well as breastmilk is alive with probiotics and stem cells and full of adaptive hormones and protective factors and more. But just macroscopically you will notice that a powdered formula when rehydrated is still nothing like real milk which is fatty! Breastmilk contains omega3 & omega6 fats, congugated linoleic acid , cholesterol, that formula does not, but they contain many similar vitmains & minerals, and things added to formula to make it more similar to breastmilk include leutein, choline, human milk oligosacchride (HMO), A2 beta casein from cow’s milk, lactose & fructo-oligosaccride carbohydrates. Formula does contain some safflower oil & soy oil & coconut oil so it does have some fats but not as good (especially if genetically modified (GMO) soy oil) as fats in real breastmilk.

    MULTIVITAMIN VS FORMULA

    A powdered multivitamin in a capsule is macroscopically similar to a powdered baby formula.

    Formula contains whey & lactose carbohydrate whereas multivitamin is contains powdered plant material but have many shared powdered ingredients especially similar vitamins & minerals. I noticed they both contain taurine amino acid & inositol. I noticed multivitamin contains molybdenum, chromium & boron and formula does not, whereas formula contains phosphorus, choline, leutein, iron, lactose, fructo-oligosaccrides & HMO (human milk oligosaccharide) that multivitamin does not. Formula & multivitamin are similar in that they neither contain cholesterol whereas breastmilk and egg do.

    BREASTMILK VS EGG

    Breastmilk and an egg are more similar as they are natural sources of nutrition compared to formula or a multivitamin which are manmade attempts at nutrition for baby and for adult respectively. What they have in common macroscopically is that both breast milk and an egg are full of fats!

    I think the main reason an egg is so healthy for an adult human is because it contains the FATS and cholesterol and phospholipids that we need in our diet that we do not necessarily readily get from other sources. The most obvious thing that breastmilk & egg have in common that formula & multivitamin do not is healthy cholesterol and healthy fats like omega-3.

    FORMULA VS EGG

    Very similar to breastmilk vs formula. Similar vitamins and minerals but egg has more as well as egg has the fats & cholesterol.

    BREASTMILK VS MULTIVITAMIN

    Breastmilk vs multivitamin is very similar to breastmilk vs formula. Similar vitamins and minerals but breastmilk has more & has the fats & cholesterol. Additionally, breastmilk has all sorts of crazy factors and probiotics and hormones that multivitamin does not, but multivitamin has much plant based material like ground roots and seeds that milk does not.

    IODINE NUTRITION

    Iodine is present in both formula & multivitamin as iodide form but that’s not enough as body also needs fat soluble molecular iodine which is in equilibrium with energized nascent iodine. NeuIodine is “nascent iodine” which means the iodine in it is more bioavailable to be turned into organified iodine which is transported in the body as thyroid hormone signaling molecules. The breast tissue is very similar to thyroid tissue because one of its major functions, like the thyroid, is it packages iodine into thyroid hormones for transport (T3 & T4 have 3 and 4 iodine molecules each). Instead of it being a “thyroid hormone” the same iodine transporting molecule is now transporting iodine into the breast milk! Iodine is a mineral nutrient, but in the body it is a vitamin which is transported by a “hormone” as the thyroid hormones should more accurately be viewed as iodine transport molecules that also are used in signaling to let tissues communicate when they need more! The baby requires a lot of iodine for brain development, and if the mother isn’t iodine deficient then your baby will be very smart so please use NeuIodine when pregnant and breastfeeding! Iodide in the baby formula won’t substitute for iodine from your breastmilk, and iodine in your multivitamin will not substitute for iodine in NeuIodine! Give yourself plenty of iodine. I recommend pregnant and breastfeeding women use 6 drops NeuIodine per day! Then your body will adaptively put enough iodine into your milk for the baby based on signaling via “thyroid hormones” (breast iodine transport hormones) which are produced by the breast in its function to package iodine into breastmilk. This is my major area of research interest, so when you support iMedDo Foundation with your donations, I will eventually be able to do more in this area when more money is available, so thankyou. Iodine nutrition is a critical yet misunderstood topic in breast milk nutrition. Much is still unknown, but what is known is that your baby needs fat soluble iodine in fatty breast milk not just water soluble iodide form from formula. I recommend adults use NeuIodine (2 drops for men, 4 drops for women) as well as get iodide from multivitamin. Your thyroid can use both forms, but the form in NeuIodine is more easily used and can be used even when thyroid is suppressed from using iodide form if you have toxins such as fluoride & mercury. In the same way, breast tissue can more readily use iodine in NeuIodine to package for baby into breastmilk and is much more health beneficial for mother to supplement NeuIodine and breastfeed than it is to rely on iodide in formula to nourish baby.

    PERFECT NUTRITION

    The only perfect nutrition known for humans is human breastmilk for human baby. It contains the perfect blend of what a baby human needs to grow.

    Pause and mediate on the truth of the statement “the perfect nutrition for a human baby is breastmilk.”

    FALLEN BREASTMILK

    When a mother doesn’t nourish herself enough, her milk also become less nutrient dense for the baby. When a mother is taking toxic drugs, or has failed to detox, then some of those toxins can pass into the milk causing problems for the baby. As I talked about in previous episode Jab Induced Thrombocytopenia, babies are already dying from vaccine poisoned milk which is very sad. The universe has been giving me strong signs that this issue of breastmilk is very important that I need to talk about it, and the topic of artificial breast milk formula, and formula shortages, and formula high prices, and Bill Gates trying to sell a new formula is currently in the news, so this episode is timely as breastmilk and formula and their differences really need to be discussed. The issue of formula is being highly politicized right now as many people in the US are upset that our government is giving money for a foreign war while mothers at home are having difficulty finding and affording formula. But I think the larger issue is that mothers need to be reminded that they can, through their own bodies, produce an infinitely better nutrition so they need to focus on giving their own body nutrients (good diet & neonatal multivitamins for example) and need to focus on detox and not being nutrient depleted before, during and after pregnancy. And the real issue is that just like ancient Egyptians told us that babies are under attack by demons at birth, are very vulnerable and need lots of protection. The demon Bill Gates is attacking babies with jab poisoned milk & appears to be driving up formula prices to create artificial demand for his toxic formula. It’s just a ruse to sucker in mothers who are not in touch with their inner divine to sacrifice their children rather than to nourish them with real breast milk. See through evil and focus on the beauty of the Holy breast milk which like demon banishing colloidal silver does not tolerate evil to pass. Instead, women need to detox and make their own milk and decrease reliance on formula. Please, I urge you not to use the formula Bill Gates is promoting. Please breastfeed your babies and use formula only sparingly for when you can’t. If you got the jab and don’t trust your own milk, find an unvaccinated wet nurse, it’s so critical your baby get real human breastmilk. The true mark of a poisoner and a fake doctor is if they tell you not to breastfeed. Even if your breastmilk is poisoned by the jab it is still better than formula in my opinion especially if you fortify it with multivitamins & iMedDo System. If you can’t make your own milk then search for wet nurse or even goat milk or cow milk is better than most formula so use formula very sparingly.

    BREAST DERIVED IODINE TRANSPORT SIGNALING MOLECULES

    From my perspective the most important fat soluble nutrient in breastmilk that is being overlooked is iodine. Additionally, breastmilk contains iodine in the “thyroid hormones” in the milk, which if the mother is nutrient depleted or has low thyroid function say from mercury heavy metal suppression and fluoride will result in baby getting less iodine than they need. I’d prefer thyroid hormone be renamed the “iodine mineral transport hormone”. These ‘thyroid hormones” are predominantly breast tissue derived iodine transport molecules so are more accurately “breast hormones” if you wanted to call them that. My working name is “breast derived iodine transport signaling molecules.” i.e. iodine breast hormones which can not only nourish but also communicate with the baby via breast milk. It’s a cliche that pregnant women always crave ice cream. Why is that do you think? I think it is because their body is trying to tell them to get more fat soluble iodine which is present in the fat part of cow milk so that it can use that to put the iodine into the fat of the breast milk for the human baby. Breastmilk nutritional composition is adaptive and changes over time according to the needs of the baby but it is known that iodine levels (in thyroxine T4 (contains 4 molecules of iodine) hormone) increase 3-4x in pregnancy and first few months of breastfeeding. Please note that I recommend whereas men should take 2 drops NeuIodine (thyroid & detox), and women 4 (thyroid, breast, ovary & detox), it is my recommendation that pregnant and breastfeeding women dose ramp up their iodine to 6 drops NeuIodine (extra two drops iodine for baby). After breastfeeding done in 1-2 years, mother can go back down to 4 drops a day. Once baby is no longer breastfeeding, recommend give them 1 drop NeuIodine a day. The iodine signaling feedback loop is real! Women will crave ice cream when they need iodine, and I as a man was craving milk well into adulthood where milk craving only stopped when I started supplementing iodine. The baby when needs more iodine will communicate with mother’s body during breast feeding & breast will increase breast derived iodine transport signaling molecules (“thyroid hormones”) to the baby to keep baby healthy. Iodine is not just a nutrient, like many other things in milk it’s also a protective factor.

    SILVER & GOLD FOR PREGNANT & BREASTFEEDING

    It is my belief that silver & gold are nutrients in the human body but my belief is not yet shared in mainstream medicine. We know from Dr. Calin Pop MD internal medicine doctor that silver and gold nanoparticles when done correctly (glutathione coated 10 nm size) are safe. But unlike iodine, I don’t think you need to increase dosage when pregnant. The idea is just that mom, continue to take silver & gold with iodine together in iMedDo system and then if the baby needs more will request and will go in breastmilk to protect the baby as needed. The enzyme in the breastmilk that ferries beneficial metals to the baby as needed (iron, silver, gold) is called Lactoferrin, and I discuss it in more detail in the appendix has simply amazing properties which aid in protecting the baby from bacteria & virus.

    Many pregnant women use & have used colloidal silver successfully when sick and no problems have ever been reported to the best of my knowledge and same goes for colloidal gold, though less feedback on the gold is available. We do know that silver & gold was given to babies after they were born (reference to wise men giving gold to baby Jesus especially interesting as I think it was actually electrum (silver & gold) together. So definitely after birth they can have silver and gold, but in my opinion is better for mother to use silver & gold and simply breastfeed and let nature decide how much silver & gold and iodine to give to baby. However if you stop breastfeeding and are using formula you might want to put a little silver & gold in there and put a drop of NeuIodine directly on baby’s skin. Putting colloidal silver in baby’s eyes for conjunctivitis is well known remedy, and one drop NeuSilver or NeuElectrum should do the trick. *Do not put NeuIodine in eye of you or of baby. NeuIodine goes on skin. You can put NeuSilver & NeuGold in your baby formula but I recommend cutting the dosage. On drop NeuElectrum which is silver & gold at 25% concentration in baby formula is fine. *But I prefer if you just breastfeed and mom take the silver & gold will give to baby naturally transported by lactoferrin if baby’s body needs it.

    Breastmilk has natural probiotics that protect the baby’s microbiome. Formula does not. So whereas you do not want to add colloidal silver and gold to breast milk, you might want to add it to formula because the benefit of the silver killing any unwanted bacteria should outweigh any problem with it killing any good bacteria especially if the formula gives your baby a bad gut microbiome. Try resetting with silver and then replenishing the baby’s microbiome with real milk afterwards.     GOOD VS BAD GUT BACTERIA

    Colloidal Silver especially high quality food grade NeuSilver is believed to be capable of killing ALL bacteria good and bad, BUT the observation is that it seems to only kill bad bacteria while sparing the good!

    “This is correct, only kills the bad” Dr. Pop comment. Note that Dr Calin Pop M.D. is a silver expert and also wrote the book Truth about Colloidal Silver & Gold that I reference in the iMedDo.com Guide.

    How is this? It’s been a subject of much confusion for me over the years but by studying breastmilk I gained some valuable insight which I will now share. In breastmilk there are many factors to promote the bacteria for the baby’s gut that are desirable and to feed them while suppressing undesireable bad bacteria. The most well known “good” bacteria is the lactobacillus and the milk has known lactobacillus growth promoting factors. I think the reason for the observation that silver seems to only kill bad bacteria and spare the good is that the human body must be producing supporting factors for the good bacteria, just like there are supporting factors for baby microbiome in breast milk. In other words silver can kill all bacteria good and bad, but the body is helping the good bacteria stay alive, so when you use silver the result is the observation of the silver killing the bad bacteria and the good still surviving. Breastmilk is alive with 600+ good bacteria for the baby and yet has strong antibacterial properties killing other bad bacteria. So if you use formula and get a bad batch don’t be afraid to do a gut reset with silver as the factors will help the good bacteria stay alive as you replenish baby’s gut microbiome with real breastmilk. NeuSilver is adult dose, and so I recommend cutting it to 25% dosage (or can do one drop NeuElectrum which contains silver & gold at 25%) when doing a baby gut reset. You want silver dosage high enough to kill bad bacteria but low enough that body keeps alive the good bacteria that it is promoting. Use real breast milk which is adaptive to replenish baby’s gut flora. How exactly the body is able to balance having over 600+ good bacteria keeping them alive while suppressing bad bacteria is not completely known but appears to use iodine, silver & gold in my opinion. Writing this article, I got a good lead that it might involved the same or similar protein as transferrin protein in milk that binds iron but can likely bind silver & gold in similar way to both transport them and to use them for biowarfare to kill bad bacteria, virus & cancer selectively.

    BREAST UNCANCER

    Iodine is known to make breast cancer go away. If you think of breast cancer as a bad bacteria getting the upper hand by mimicking one of the 600+ bacteria that the breast is trying to support, then somehow the iodine nutrient when transported in breast derived signaling molecule “thyroid hormone” is able to send the message to squash the bad bacteria. Also silver is highly anti-cancer which could partly be because it is used selectively like in milk lactoferrin or a lactoferrin like protein to selectively kill bad bacteria while body is selectively keeping good bacteria alive.

    BREAST MICROBIOME

    People think of the gut microbiome, but there must be a “breast microbiome”, or how could 600+ bacteria for the baby be put into breast milk? This is a really new topic for me to think about so I’m just going to mention that the breast microbiome must exist, but I know very little about it. However it works, iodine seems to be required to keep it in balance as without iodine, bad bacteria from the breast microbiome create breast cancer whereas when you get iodine breast cancer goes away. My gut after doing research for this article is screaming that I need to really research milk lactoferrin and interaction with silver & gold in addition to its use with iron for bacterial suppression as it also seems to be involved in the pathway.

    SHOULD I BREAST FEED IF VAXXED?

    I think the benefit of the baby getting breastmilk even if is somewhat vaccine poisoned milk is still better than using formula.

    I think that if the mother is not iodine deficient that her body will automatically increase the levels of T4 iodine containing hormone in the breast milk which will offer the baby increased protection from vaccinosis.

    Babies that are breastfed are 73% less likely to die from SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) which is because SIDS is vaccine damage and iodine suppresses vaccine poison & when used with silver & gold suppresses ALL poisons (panacea).

    So yes, I think you should breast feed even if you got vaxxed with the caveat that it is critical that you supplement with iMedDo system and use a great multivitamin while doing so.

    GET UNVAXXED

    Ideally, I would like you detox with iMedDo system for 6 months (or a year if you can) to flush all vaccine poison out of your system before getting pregnant & breastfeeding. Regardless, do not fail to take 6 drops NeuIodine a day, you will feel your body craving it as the iodine is used for the baby during pregnancy and in breastmilk.

    NUTRITIONAL SPECTRA

    The perfect nutrition for a baby human is mother’s breast milk.

    A great nutrition for a baby human is any human’s breast milk (wet nurse).

    A good nutrition for a baby human is breast milk from another non human animal (cow, goat, sheep etc) & real honey, donor human breast milk pasteurized (loses much health benefit though).

    An okay nutrition for a baby human is a synthetic formulation attempt at breast milk called “formula” if it is similar in nutrient composition to breast milk.

    Bad nutrition for a baby human is a a synthetic formulation at breast milky that is dissimilar in composition & lacking in critical nutrients found in breast milk.

    Terribly nutrition for a baby human is poisoned breast milk, fake honey, fake formula, and formula funded by Bill Gates!

    SIMILAR NUTRIENTS: BREASTMILK VS FORMULA VS EGG VS MULTIVITAMIN

    Comparing milk, formula, egg and adult multivitamin, I found a number of obvious similarities. All contain Vitamin A, Various Vitamin B’s, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Manganese, Potassium.

    *these just obvious ones to me there could be others I missed.

    The two natural things milk & egg are more similar than the two man-made things formula & multivitamin.

    The noticeable difference being milk & egg have FATS (omega3&6) & fat soluble cholesterol whereas formula and multivitamin do not.

    VITAMIN A

    From Dr.Pop’s multivitamin is clear he has two forms of Vitamin A (retinal palmitate) & Vitamin A (beta carotene). I noticed that formula (Similac brand) also has both palmitate and beta carotene listed as ingredients. Vitamin A is known to be in both milk & egg as well. Take home Vitamin A is very important to human nutrition. Believed to be used in eye development & health especially.

    VITAMIN B’S THE DEFINITION OF MULTIVITAMIN

    The things we known as vitamins were discovered around the time between WWI & WWII and the first one was discovered was called “thiamine” now known as vitamin B1 as it was the first discovered vitamin (So should have been A1 lol). At the time it was thought that all vitamins like thiamine were type of amines so the word “vitamine” was used a combination of “vital” + “amine”. Later is was discovered that not all vitamins are amines so the ending “e” was dropped and we got the word “vitamin”. Most of the vitamins in a multivitamin are B vitamines & B vitamins are very confusing as they have many names. Now days a multvitamin has both vitamines and minerals and the good ones have plant matter derived nutrients like roots & seeds as well. There is definitely an art to doing Vitamin B’s correctly & looking at what’s in DrPop’s multivitamin gives a good ideas as to what B vitmains to expect in a great multivitamin. Comparing multivitamin to formula and egg and milk it is clear that B vitamins are found across the board & thus are critical for nutrition

    VITAMIN B1

    Vitamin B1 is called Thiamine. Thiamine is the first Vitamin ever discovered.

    Clearly Thiamine is a very important nutrient for human health as DrPop actually has it listed in two different forms in his multi-vitamin (Vitamin B1 (thiamine) as Thiamine mononitrate & also as separate ingredient Thiamine as Benfotiamine. Thiamine is also listed as an ingredient in Similac formula, so is also something in human milk nutrition that is to be emulated. Take home: Vitamin B1 i.e. thiamine is very important for human nutrition. There are many B vitamins and they have multiple names.

    “Benfotiamine is a form of vitamin B1 great for nervous function, peripheral neuropathy and diabetes. Great for mental decline and Alzheimer’s prevention” Dr Pop commentary.

    VITMIN B2: Riboflavin

    Riboflavin found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin.

    VITAMIN B3: Niacin

    Niacin found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin. Also known as Niacinamide.

    VITAMIN B5: Pantothenic Acid

    Vitamin B5, pantothenic acid is found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin.

    VITAMIN B6

    I guess this one doesn’t get a special name, like the other B vitamins, it’s just B6. B6 is found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin.

    VITAMIN B7: Biotin

    Vitamin B7, Biotin, is found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin

    VITAMIN B9: Folate

    Folate, or Folic Acid is found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin. This one is special enough that it gets its own name and is what’s added to a multivitamin to make it a “prenatal” multivitamin as folate necessary for baby spinal chord fusing to prevent spina bifida. But I notice folate is important as well for adult human health as is added to DrPop’s multivitamin where is listed in two forms Folic Acid & as Folate (as methylfolate).

    VITAMIN B12

    B12 is found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin. Low energy from B12 deficiency a common problem & major reason why should take a B multivitamin for adult humans. In the formula it was listed as cyanocobalamin and in DrPop’s multivitamin was listed as Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin).

    “Methylcobalmin is more, way more bioavailable especially to the metabolism of new emerging cells that need B12 to regenerate periodically and for the nervous system.” DrPop commentary

    It really pops out that DrPop included a whopping 83,333% Vitamin B12 dose in his multi-vitamin! He recommends 8 tablets a day so each tablet has 10,416% daily value (DV)! WOW!

    “The only way B12 can hurt someone is if you drown in it. Otherwise, low levels is a big problem – you cannot regenerate healthy cells – high levels are no issue.” DrPop commentary

    VITAMIN B SUMMARY

    B vitamins are a bit confusing as there are a lot of them with different numbers and names. I get the impression that there are a wide variety of them found in nature in milk & eggs and that when baby using formula or when adult using a multivitamin we just getting a limited selection of them. Likely some of them are not even discovered yet. That’s why it’s better to get B vitamins from natural sources like breastmilk for babies & natural diet for adults. Better formulas and better multivitamins no doubt have more variety of B vitamins in them (B complex vitamins i.e. a complex of many B vitamins). DrPop’s Power Source One multi-vitamin definitely contains a complex of B vitamins and looks very good great even as has multiple types of some of them like folic acid & folate, & thiamine in two forms mononitrate & benfotiamine forms for example. There is enough info just on B vitamins alone that deserves a full episode in the future just for now recognize that B vitamins are an important part of human nutrition & you definitely want them in your multi-vitamin, and differences in multi-vitamin formulations could be from different forms of B vitamins included, so make sure you multi has all the top ones: thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folate, B6, B12. Vitamins are confusing at first pass as they start as letters A,B,C,D,E but in the B’s go by numbers and a variety of names instead.

    “Activated B vitamins are important as we all have different genetic defects in activating specific vitamins. When a genetic defect is present, and we all have several defects but albeit different ones we may need doses of specific vitamins that may be 10-100x of “normal” in order to cover all of these defects in everyone. I believe in high doses of vitamins.” ; “[It’s better to get B vitamins naturally] Yes, but if you have a genetic defect, and a big number of people do, they need a huge amount of B vitamins just to be able to function normally, and there is NO WAY we can get it naturally.” DrPop commentary. [Genetic defects is major reason why we need multivitamin].

    VITAMIN C: Ascorbic Acid: NO EGG

    Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is found in milk, formula & multivitamin, but amazingly is the only nutrient not found in egg! A standard egg contains every vitamin except for vitamin C. Humans have lost the ability to make vitamin C, so is important we get it in our diet or in multi-vitamin.

    VITAMIN D

    Vitamin D is found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin. Listed as D3 cholicocalciferol in multivitamin.
    Vitamin D is fat soluble and like its name “calciferol” sounds it is involved in calcium pathway. I discuss Vitamin D, iodine, silver, gold, and kidney & adrenal hormones in previous episode: Fluoride & Kidney Stones. I think a lot of people have their D pathway gunked up and the commonly known idea that you need sunshine to make vitamin D is not enough as vitamin D requires a secondary activation that requires kidney hormone to not be suppressed by fluoride which is why just taking vitamin D supplements alone is not enough for many they also need iodine (and gold for substitute sunshine if not getting enough). If you are having problems in your vitamin D pathway, please try iMedDo Detox System as once whatever toxin is suppressing kidneys is flushed out (frequently fluoride or mercury for example), oftentimes the vitamin D pathway and related pathways of calcium and magnesium balance will clear up.

    VITAMIN E

    Vitamin E, also known as Tocopherol, is found across the board in milk, egg, formula & multivitamin.

    VITAMIN F,G etc?

    E appears to be where the alphabet listing of vitamins ends. Vitamins F & G only exist in this Earthy Kitt song to the best of my knowledge =)

    LETTER, NUMBERS & CARDS

    I hope to one day revamp the vitamin naming system but am not there yet. I started making my own card based vitamin naming system you can see in the old iMedDo.com Guide end of chapter one where I said:

    “The JACK of all health supplements is simply a good ‘ole fashion multi-vitamin. Make sure whichever multi-vitamin you choose has at least vitamin B6, B12, D, selenium, iodide, zinc, copper*, iron*, manganese and magnesium.” DrBenGo Healthwarrior (from about 7 years ago.)

    COPPER & IRON

    Looking at Dr.Pop’s multi-vitamin let’s compare. Yup it’s got all of those Vitamin B6,B12, D, Selenium, iodide, zinc, manganese & magnesium.

    Doesn’t have copper or iron but that’s okay. Why? Because I stopped recommending copper & iron in multivitamin:

    Why not? Because I think colloidal gold is better than copper which I get via iMedDo System, and because I get plenty of iron in my diet via meat. Even if you are vegetarian or iron deficient for some reason, you can always supplement iron separately on top of your multivitamin, but better for multi to not have iron in it in my opinion. Why not? Because iron promotes bacterial growth. I see yes, both copper and iron are in milk & egg, but recognize they in contained forms whereas free copper and iron are a problem.

    “Iron & copper are cancer producing elements too. Copper in excess of zinc (there is a balance) – causes a lot of today’s mental problems, depression, anxiety etc. Since most people are zinc deficient, I opted to supplement zinc – almost always beneficial, and not balance it with copper (almost always not beneficial) especially in about 25% of population. Iron is a problem as some people have too much iron so it is very detrimental to 10-20% of the population, so if you want a safe product you have to take it out for adult population. It is different in infants.” DrPop comment

    My point is DrPop’s multivitamin has all the nutrients I have been already recommending people take in their multi for many years now (except for copper & iron) which I no longer recommend, so kudo’s DrPop, I love your multivitamin is very impressive. I did notice that formula does have copper & iron added in there so is notable that there is no copper & iron added into multivitamin as he clearly did that on purpose.

    Because there is quite a bit of plant roots in the multivitamin there could be copper and iron in there trace amounts as well as many other minerals & nutrients not listed, but him not adding copper & iron in there is not a problem for me since I’m using colloidal gold & nascent iodine from iMedDo System. Can read about my copper-gold detox hypothesis in Guide & in Copper episode. Re-reading section on iron anemia from my iron episode: “If the bone marrow does not have enough iron available (or vitamin B12 available) it cannot make enough enough RBCs.”

    If you look at extremely high level of B12 in the multivitamin it’s clear that DrPop likely thinks that iron deficiency (red blood cell deficiency i.e. iron anemia) is more of a B12 deficiency than an actual iron deficiency.

    So instead of supplementing more iron like many would, looks like his strategy is to crank up the B12 in his vitamin. I like it & I agree with his strategy. If you think you are low iron try iodine & B12 and see if your problem fixes itself.

    If you are low copper or high copper try colloidal gold instead. For high copper take extra zinc too.

    I’m skeptical of whether iron added to the baby formula is actually helpful, likely promotes bad bacteria. Although there is copper in breastmilk, there is no copper in either formula or multivitamin. Copper has antibactrial properties and is found in milk (which has lots of antibacterial and probacterial properties for bad and good bacteria).

    I think the reason copper is not added to either formula or to multvitamin is because as I said in my copper episode “It is impossible to talk about copper without talking about zinc because both are absorbed by the same receptors in the small intestine.”

    So if you add zinc to a multivitamin or formula which they should and they do and if you expect it to be absorbed you maybe can’t add copper as well because copper interferes with zinc absorption. Largest reservoir of copper is in the liver and DrPop seems to me an expert in liver detox, so I trust his multivitamin which has zinc but not copper makes sense to me. There is a controversy over whether to give baby iron or not I mention in the appendix. My take is that putting iron in formula is wrong as it will promote bad baceria growth in baby whereas iron in milk & egg is done right naturally where it is shuttled and contained inside lactotransferritin moleculer which has amazing properties I talk more about also in appendix.

    MANGANESE

    Manganese is used with copper & iron in the body. Manganese is found across the board in breastmilk, egg, fromula & multivitamin. I did notice in formula manganese was given as manganese sulphate form and in multivitamin was given as manganese gluconate form.

    IODINE

    Iodine is found across the board in milk, formula, egg and multivitamin. In formula & multivitamin is only found in iodide (water soluble salt form), potassium iodide in multivitamin.

    Many analyses of milk did not list iodine some even list cholorine in milk which I suspect was their equipment detecting iodine and registering it incorrectly. Regardless, iodine is in all milk. It’s so important I even saw one formula say they had reformulated to add more iodine (iodide form). Just adding more iodine to formula or multivitamin is not enough because the body needs to convert it into thyroid hormones to transport and signal with it. The fat soluble & nascent iodine, like in NeuIodine, are superior forms for that. How iodine is transported in milk exactly besides in “thyroid hormones” i.e. “breast derived iodine nutrient signaling molecules” is not clear, but one way is through fat soluble iodolipids and likely through other ways as yet undiscovered.

    It’s important to supplement with fat soluble NeuIodine which as nascent iodine is readily converted to T3/T4 in thyroid or breast for breastmilk, even if you getting iodide already in your multivitamin. Please note NeuIodine has dose ramping protocol where women work up to 4 drop a day and pregant or breastfeeding women 6 drops a day.

    DIFFERENCES IN BREASTMILK, EGG, FORMULA & MULTIVITAMIN

    The main difference is that milk & egg are natural & that formula & multivitamin are man’s best attempt at imitation.

    The main limitation of creating a powdered formula or a powdered multivitamin is that you are bound to miss some of the fat & fat soluble nutrients that you would otherwise get in milk or egg.

    In Health 101 book, DrPop does not recommend milk for adults as so many problems with non-human milk cow and goat and pasteurization and homogenization and for most causes more grief than help. But he does recommend everyone eat egg.

    So if you eat egg which will provide fats & cholesterol and eat a good diet and also take the multi-vitamin and other age specific supplements he recommends in his book then you have a much better chance of being well nourished is my interpretation.

    I’ll add that for people though, in order to stop drinking milk you will need to make iodine supplement as one reason for milk craving is actually an iodine craving like pregnant women craving ice cream. I personally craved milk well into adulthood and it was not until I started doing iodine supplementation that my milk cravings went away.

    Breastmilk starts out as the perfect food for human baby and over time becomes less so for human adult.

    But the same concept applies that you can look at the nutrients in milk and make interesting observations in differences between human and animal milk for deep insight into nutrition, so I hope all you my dear readers mediate on that.

    VITAMIN K

    One interesting fat soluble vitamin that DrPop talks about in his book is vitamin K2 and you will notice there is no vitamin K in his multivitamin (because you have to eat fat to get it!) so his books discussion of good fats versus bad plastic fats and clearing up confusion over cholesterol was very appreciated. Vitamin K is in breast milk and egg but you won’t get it in formula or multivitamin. Or can you?

    I noticed DrPop put CoQ10 in his multi-vitamin which is very similar in structure to vitamin K. Nice!

    CHROMIUM

    A fascinating difference I noticed is Chromium. I see there is chromium in the multi-vitamin but as far as I can tell there is no chromium added to the baby formula. But if you dig deeper you will find chromium is an essential nutrient that is required in slightly higher amounts for breastfeeding women so am surprised is not added to the formula, and it is in milk & egg. Chromium is used in sugar & fat metabolism (two of DrPop’s specialties as he also sent me book on Diabetes & advocates for zero carb but high natural fat diet). So I think the addition of more than a little chromium in the multi-vitamin is very significant. DrPop is recommending 1429% RDA chromium in his vitamin (recommends 8 pills a day, so each pill has 178% RDA chromium in it! WOW!

    “RDA [recommended daily allowance] has nothing to do with what we need to thrive. Most adults in Western countries have diabetes or pre-diabetes or at least metabolic syndrome. So this [chromium RDA in multivitamin] is appropriate for an American adult but not for an infant” DrPop commentary

    PHOSPHORUS

    There is phosphorus in breast milk and egg, but not as far as I can tell phosphorus is not in the formula or multivitamin, as I don’t see it listed as an ingredient in either. Phosphorus is high in eggs, so I assume by eating multivitamin plus egg & diet that DrPop thinks we get enough phosphorus via diet already to not need it in multivitamin. However, even though not listed as an added ingredient because his multivitamin also contains a blends of herbs, roots and seeds there is likely some phosphorus in the plant part of the powder. Just curious DrPop if you are reading this, can you comment on phosphorus nutrient please?

    PLANTS, ROOTS & SEEDS

    Whereas a baby drinks milk, an adult has to get diet egg and plants (required) and meat (optional) and other sources (multivitamin). So is interesting in the adult multivitamin which is different from the milk, egg and formula is the addition of plant matter of which there are 3 roots and one seed: Rhodiola Rosea, Panax Ginseng, Astralgalus, and Silymarin Extract (seeds). Of these I’m familiar with the health properties of Ginseng but am excited to look more into the other plants DrPop included in his multi-vitamin.

    BORON, ROYAL JELLY, & other Goodies

    There is a newsletter I partially wrote have never published yet about Boron where there is indication that boron is an important nutrient. I noticed DrPop put Boron in his multi-vitamin which indicates to me he really is a pro.

    Same with adding the Royal jelly from bees in the multi-vitamin that’s a real dense high nutrient multivitamin within his multivitamin. Some other goodies in his multivitamin include taurine, resveratrol, glutathione, Quercitin & R lipoic acid.

    Taurine is an amino acid with widespread uses in the body which you can also find in the milk, eggs, and meat. Didn’t see it added to the formula. Resvertrol is very healthy is from red grapes, glutathione is the master anti-oxidant. Glutathione is also the coating on food graded nanosilver & nano gold NeuSilver & NeuGold, is nice to get even more in the multi-vitamin. Quercetin is very health beneficial have heard all about & used it myself already it during the rona. It’s anti-inflammatory & anti-high blood pressure and also reduces blood sugar so I can see why DrPop with his diabetes expertise would include that in his multivitamin for sure. Quercetin as a plant pigment is not in milk or egg or formula but is in multivitamin and interesting as a difference in baby versus adult nutrition that it is recommended so worth learning more about if you’ve never heard of it.

    R LIPOIC ACID

    Another goodie in Dr.Pop’s multivitamin is R Lipoic Acid. I had hear of Alpha lipoic acid & turns out R lipoic acid is the active form that is better absorbed & lipoic acid is a “supreme anti-oxidant” so like glutathione is very health beneficial.

    Looks like in adult diet can get it also in vegetables like spinach & broccoli, and Lipoic acid is also found in egg and milk, but I didn’t see it in baby formula so maybe is something they should consider adding, will just have to file this away and look more into it in the future. How important or not is the lack of lipoic acid in formula compared to it being in milk, egg and multivitamin I’m not sure but is interesting question to think more about later.

    LIVER DETOX TRIO: Milk thistle, Selenium, Zinc

    I was reading that milk thistle, plus selenium plus zinc makes an excellent liver detox. I notice in DrPop’s multivitamin the ingredient “silymarin”. Turns out that is just another name for milk thistle, so sure enough the multi-vitamin has the built in liver detox which is very cool.

    I can tell DrPop has a deep understanding of this liver detox trio because he put some very specific forms of selenium & zinc in his multivitamin: Selenium (sodium selenate 50%, L-selenomethionine 50%), Zinc (as monomethionate) which with the Milk Thistle (silymarin) in there means that his multi-vitamin is in itself a built in detox system which is very complimentary with the iMedDo Detox System. Selenium is a good nutrient to go with iodine that I recommend you get in your multi-vitamin, and with two forms of it in DrPop’s multivitamin is very nice.

    I’m planning to do more research on zinc in the future, for now just note it’s a very important nutrient, and there are different forms likely some better to supplement than others, and is very instructive and interesting to note the form in the multi-vitamin (zinc as monomethionate) will have to look more deeply into that in the future.

    As previously stated, selenium and zinc are naturally occurring in milk, egg, are added to formula and are added to the multivitamin so they are across the board in the comparison. The Milky Thistle however since is from a plant (milk thistle is a thistle plant is not found in breastmilk in spite of similar name) is only found in the multivitamin and is not in the formula, the milk or the egg.

    So Silymarin i.e. Milk Thistle at first pass seems to be one of those differences in adult diet and baby diet were we need more plants instead of milk later in life. There are no doubt other liver protective factors in breast milk & egg, so baby humans or baby chickens can survive fine without silymarin, but is excellent of adult human diet supplementation in multivitamin.

    PERFECT ADULT HUMAN NUTRITION REQUIRES FAT RE-EVALUATION

    Unlike for a baby human, where perfect nutrition is breast milk, for an adult human what is the perfect nutrition is less clear. All we can do is our best with diet, powerful supplements like iMedDo System and multivitamins. Power Source Once (PowerSourceOne.com) multi-vitamin formulation by Dr.Pop as recommend in his Health 101 book appears to be, like its name sounds a powerful multivitamin, and my analysis of it and comparison to milk, formula and egg for similarities and differences was very instructive to me to see what all nutrients he is recommending for an adult and how it stacks up to nutrients used by baby human. By looking at the differences we can see that at some point adult humans need to get more plant based nutrition in their diet to make up for the loss of nutrition factors from natural milk, and you can see that the core nutrients in baby formula, an egg and a multivitamin are all the same (Vitamin, A, B’s, C, D, E & minerals etc). However, as we look into it, we notice it is impossible to recreate, now matter how hard we try, the perfect nutrition of breastmilk with formula, nor is possible to recreate the nutrients in plants & an egg in a multi-vitamin, but we try our best as oftentimes is very convenient to have a nutritional supplementation like formula for babies & multivitamins for adults. The most noticeable difference is that in formula or in a multi-vitamin you are not going to get the fats and as much fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K for example), and other fat related things like cholesterol that you need from a power formula or a powered vitamin. But if you as an adult eat egg and take multi-vitamin, you get a much closer approximation to perfect nutrition than you would only otherwise. Regardless you will notice the powered multivitamin does have vitamins A, D, E, K in it, but you will need to be getting enough fats in your diet for them to dissolved and be used by the body. So diet to go along with a multi-vitamin is extremely important. Instead of fats from milk as adults we likely get fats from other sources and DrPop in his health 101 book recommends fats from plant sources (avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil for example). But it’s hard because most vegetable oils (soy, canola) are toxic. Can get fats from meat diet but also in his Diabetes book he recommends against getting animal fats. Getting fats from egg yolk is critical for human adult health. So, you can really his frustration that cardiologists have everyone brainwashed into being afraid of eating eggs and and avoiding cholesterol and on toxic statin drugs. DrPop says eating eggs is good, I agree and so do many other doctors. I first heard about the problems of toxic statin (mainstream cholesterol drugs) from DrGlidden in the Big Secret Movie of which I was a part. Was nice to hear DrPop confirm. No do not be afraid of cholesterol, no do not be afraid of eating eggs, in fact according to DrPop’s Health 101 book you need to increase the amount of fats you eat [“good” fats only] while drastically reducing (he recommends eliminating entirely) carbohydrates & artificial fats.

    The subject of what fats to eat or not eat is complex enough I will have to handle in a future newsletter, just be “fat aware” for now that you need to eat more fats but not all fats are the same. Egg, avocado, coconut, olive oils good. Rapeseed (Canola Oil), Soy Oil which is genetically modified pretty much all of it like Vegetable Oil, Cottonseed oil etc should be avoided. The Soy oil in baby formula appears to be the most toxic ingredient in it, whereas most of the other ingredients look healthy though overall formula cannot compare to real breastmilk.

    Most of the recent advances in human nutrition in my opinion have come from thinking about fat solubility of nutrients. My breakthrough in created NeuIodine was exactly that as I noted that the “fat soluble” form of iodine was more bio-available.

    In same way, many of the healthy ingredients in DrPop’s multivitamin (Vitamin A, D, E, K) for example are naturally “fat soluble” vitamins so is important to eat enough health fats in diet so that your body can use them.
    After reading it, I would definitely recommend DrPop’s Health 101 book as it really has good discussion of fats, and if you are not clear on why its important to eat good fats in diet instead of carbs, I think you will greatly benefit from its discussion.

    Human babies get high fat from milk. But babies only fed formula are starved for fats. It appears that adult humans also need high fat diet [good fat!] and after reading Health 101, DrPop has convince me that you should get fat in diet and burn it directly for energy rather than eating carbs to make fat via insulin. It was clear DrPop has an impressive specialty in Diabetes (he also sent me his Diabetes book along with Health 101 book, and I noticed at least 3 blood sugar suppressing things in his multi-vitamin), so if you have or are worried about diabetes especially would recommend his books and multivitamin to go along with iMedDo System.

    Parting thoughts: An interesting observation is that Fats from fish (fish oils) are also very important for human nutrition, which indicates human diet was highly dependent on coastal areas for fat & iodine (which comes form the ocean) which is not surprising given these are two of the most common nutritional deficiencies.

    The quest for perfect human nutrition is ongoing but for now eat plants, eat fish, eat eggs, & take powerful health supplements like iMeDo System and PowerSource One multivitamin.

    GOLD & SILVER NUTRITION ORIGINS

    One of my goals in life, once I figure out which nutrients are common to all life, is to then figure out which nutrients are specific to humans. I personally think silver & gold as nutrients played a large role in human evolution (see article Monkey Mystery) about 200,000 years ago as homo sapiens broke away from Neandertal and Denosovian with major split 40,000 years ago, 10,000 years ago, and 5000 years ago where the monkeys who used silver & gold became smarter and more healthy. Silver & gold (called electrum when they found together) are found naturally in many mountain rivers across the world and the mountains of Georgia in Europe and in Turkey in Asia Minor seemed to play a big role in modern culture as transmitted through the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus into the Greco-Roman world and into Western culture. The gold & silver in the mountain water was harvested using sheep fleece, inspiration for story of Jason & the Argonauts, and it was noted that if you put the silver & gold fleece in other water it would give it healing properties. So healing with silver & gold is not new, but it is being rediscovered anew and is now available as highest quality colloidal silver & gold NeuSilver & NeuGold. As I talked about last month the word gold & the word Christ are related as the same Greek word krysos. Because the gold came from the mountain water it was thought to come from the Mountain Mother [the Mountain Rager i.e. Ragana the Witch, Celtic Morrigan]. The mountains are equated with the Goddess of Rage because of the freezing cold at the top and the ice of the mountain was equated with the lights of the Milky Way where the stars in the sky were viewed like a river of gold & silver lights in the sky. When you study human milk you find the critical nutrient iodine and in same way adult humans need NeuIodine nutrient to open third eye that you may connect with the heavens. The reason our galaxy is named the Milky Way is because the lights in the sky were viewed by the ancient Egyptians as the breast milk of the Mother. In reverence to the Milky Way in Goddess form, I now talk about breast milk nutrition and ask for blessing as I reveal this Gift of the Goddess: the medicine of nutrition as learned from the perfect source: breastmilk.

    WHY BREASTMILK IS BETTER THAN FORMULA

    As perfect nutrition, breastmilk is a mandala and the more you learn about it the more perfect you realize it is. Breastmilk is alive with beneficial bacteria, with stem cells, with hormones with many many things that are lacking in formula. A reason perhaps many adults like weed is because it reminds them of their mother’s breastmilk as breastmilk has endocannobinoid function to stimulate appetite! Breastmilk is not just nutrition for baby, it also feeds the gut microbiome and has potent chemical warfare to suppress bad gut bacteria. An amazing protein in milk is called lactoferrin which used iron biowarfare against bacteria and also has antiviral properties.

    Breast milk is not sterile, but contains as many as 600 different species of various bacteria, including beneficial Bifidobacterium breve, B. adolescentis, B. longum, B. bifidum, and B. dentium, which contribute to colonization of the infant gut. As a result, it can be defined as a probiotic food, depending on how one defines “probiotic”.

    Breast milk also contains a variety of somatic cells and stem cells and the proportion of each cell type differs from individual to individual. The somatic cells are mainly lactocytes and myoepithelial cells derived from the mother’s mammary glands.

    Mother’s milk has been shown to supply endocannabinoids (the natural neurotransmitters that cannabis simulates) 2-Arachidonoyl glycerol, anandamide, oleoylethanolamide, palmitoylethanolamide, N-arachidonoyl glycine, eicosapentaenoyl ethanolamide, docosahexaenoyl ethanolamide, N-palmitoleoyl-ethanolamine, dihomo-γ-linolenoylethanolamine, N-stearoylethanolamine, prostaglandin F2alpha ethanolamides and prostaglandin F2 ethanolamides, Palmitic acid esters of hydroxy-stearic acids (PAHSAs). They may act as an appetite stimulant, but they also regulate appetite so infants don’t eat too much. That may be why formula-fed babies have a higher caloric intake than breastfed babies.

    Lactoferrin in breastmilk provides antibacterial activity to human infants. Lactoferrin interacts with DNA and RNA, polysaccharides and heparin, and shows some of its biological functions in complexes with these ligands.

    Lactoferrin belongs to the innate immune system. Apart from its main biological function, namely binding and transport of iron ions, lactoferrin also has antibacterial, antiviral, antiparasitic, catalytic, anti-cancer, and anti-allergic functions and properties.

    LACTOFERRIN WITH SILVER & GOLD

    According to wiki: “Lactotransferrin has been used in the synthesis of fluorescent gold quantum clusters, which has potential applications in nanotechnology.”

    Besides tranporting iron, it is my belief that lactoferrin in milk can also transport silver & gold in breastmilk and in similar way use them for antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, anti-parascite, anti-cancer and anti-allergic functions and properties. That’s why I think it’s good for pregnant woment to also use NeuSilver & NeuGold in addition to NeuIodine and that way the breastmilk will give baby silver & gold in milk via lactoferrin as needed.

    LACTOFERRIN IS ANTI-VIRAL

    According to wiki: Lactoferrin hydrolyzes RNA and exhibits the properties of pyrimidine-specific secretory ribonucleases. In particular, by destroying the RNA genome, milk RNase inhibits reverse transcription of retroviruses that cause breast cancer in mice
    Parsi women in West India have the milk RNase level markedly lower than in other groups, and their breast cancer rate is three times higher than average. Thus, ribonucleases of milk, and lactoferrin in particular, might play an important role in pathogenesis.

    LACTOFERRIN AGAINST COVID

    According to wiki: Lactoferrin in sufficient strength acts on a wide range of human and animal viruses based on DNA and RNA genomes, including the herpes simplex virus 1 and 2, cytomegalovirus, HIV, hepatitis C virus, hantaviruses, rotaviruses, poliovirus type 1, human respiratory syncytial virus, murine leukemia viruses and Mayaro virus. Activity against COVID-19 has been speculated but not proven.

    SILVER & GOLD IN MILK WITH LACTOFERRIN VACCINE DETOX HYPOTHESIS

    If you got the clot shot your DNA and/or RNA has been reprogrammed to produced RNA to make spike protein viral particles. If you are a mother you should be worried that your milk has been poisoned. Iodine is antiviral and is known to flush out vaccine damage, but it looks like if you arm your body with silver & gold that it can use it instead of iron in lactoferrin molecules in the milk for a superior protection which can likely neutralize poisons in vaccine poisoned breast milk.

    IRON CONTROVERSY

    According to wiki: At around four months of age, the internal iron supplies of the infant, held in the hepatic cells of the liver, are exhausted. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that at this time that an iron supplement should be introduced, however, other health organisations such as the NHS in the UK have no such recommendation. Breast milk contains less iron than formula, because it is more bioavailable as lactoferrin, which carries more safety for mothers and children than ferrous sulphate.

    So there appears to be a controversy over whether to supplement baby with iron or not. I noticed there is iron in milk, in formula, in egg but not in multivitamin. My understanding of iron is that it promotes the growth of bad bacteria so the body doesn’t like having free iron around it has to be contained like in heme of hemoglobin of blood, or in breastmilk in the lactrotransferrin protective molecule. I suspect its incorrect to put iron in formula as likely just promotes growth of bad bacteria since formula lacks the other suppressive factors of bad bacteria present in real breast milk. In same way, I no longer think iron is needed in a multivitamin as easy to get in diet, and people who do need more iron can do a separate specific vitamin instead of in generic multivitamin. Pediatritians are drug & vaccine poisoners so whatever they recommend probably the opposite is true, so if they say supplement infant with iron, likely that is the wrong move. Baby should not need a supplement should be getting iron correctly & safely within lactoferrin in milk as giving iron in other way likely only promotes bacterial growth and leads to more sickly infants. Iron in formula is likely a bad recipe and like multivitamin should be removed. No doubt the iron in an egg is also in a similar way contained and not free as bacterial growth must be excluded inside egg.     VITAMIN D CONTROVERSY

    According to wiki: Both the AAP and the NHS recommend vitamin D supplementation for breastfed infants. Vitamin D can be synthesized by the infant via exposure to sunlight, however, many infants are deficient due to being kept indoors or living in areas with insufficient sunlight. Formula is supplemented with vitamin D for this reason.

    I’m skeptical of supplementing infants with vitamin D. There should be adequate vitamin D in the breast milk if mother is getting enough vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency I think is being used as a cover for iodine deficiency. Mother should take NeuIodine, take NeuGold and get some sunshine on her skin and then baby will get plenty of vitamin D in breastmilk. Vitamin D is fat soluble so getting vitamin D in breastmilk or cow or goat milk is a much better source of D than in formula in my opinion. But human milk naturally has about half as much vitamin D found in cow or goat milk so its possible that humans need less vitamin D than is recognized. What we need is more activated vitamin D which requires both sunlight and kidney function as I talk about in previous episode Fluoride & Kidney Stones.

    FATTIER OVER TIME!

    Instead, as a baby breastfeeds, the fat content very gradually increases, with the milk becoming fattier and fattier over time.

    MORE CHOLESTEROL MORE OMEGA 6 LESS PROTEIN

    Human milky has less protein & more omega 6 fatty acids than animal milks cow or goat & more cholesterol.

    HMO DECOYS

    According to wiki: Human milk oligosacchrides (HMOs) are not digested by the infant but help to make up the intestinal flora. They act as decoy receptors that block the attachment of disease causing pathogens, which may help to prevent infectious diseases. To date (2015) more than a hundred different HMOs have been identified; both the number and composition vary between women and each HMO may have a distinct functionality.

    I note that the HMO is added to formula but is unlikely they have all 100+ forms found in real milk. Also when you breastfeed the milk is adaptive and likely HMO composition changes as needed for infant.

    SWEETER & THINNER

    According to wiki: Human milk is noticeably thinner and sweeter than cow’s milk. The primary carbohyrdate in breastmilk & formula is lactose.

    HIV VIRAL CHOPPING

    According to wiki: Even though most infants infected with HIV contract the disease from breastfeeding, most infants that are breastfed by their HIV positive mothers never contract the disease. So breastmilk has anti-retroviral activity which awesome. Lactoferrin for sure.

    MFGMs (milk fat globules)

    According to wiki: This can be done [breast-milk mimicry] by supplementing formula-fed infants with bovine milk fat globule membranes (MFGM) meant to mimic the positive effects of the MFGMs which are present in human breast milk. How well cow MFGM’s substitute for for human MFGM’s is dubious.

    STUFF IN FORMULA

    Iron, lutein, choline, HMO (human milk oligosaccharides), phosphorus, A2 beta casein from cow milk, lactose (as primary carbohydrate), non fat milk, whey protein concentrate, safflower oil, soy oil (toxic!), coconut oil (good!), lycopene, acorbyl palmitate, salt, copper, nucleotides, inositol, taurine, standard vitamins (vitamin A, palmitate, beta carotene), Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B’s (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, biotin, pnthothenic acid) Calcium, iodide, magnesium, selenium, manganese, potassium.

    STUFF IN REAL MILK

    All the same basic vitamins but no added oils (no safflower, no soy oil, no coconut oil) instead has its superior fat-oil composition. Includes omega3, omega6, conjugated linioleic acid (CLA), cholesterol, HMO, protein, carbohydrates, lactose, factors for protection & anti-inflammation, factors to develop immune system & gut micro biome. Protein: casein. a-lactalbumun, lactoferrin, IgA, IgG, lysozyme, serum albumin, b-lactoglobulin, phosphorus, sodium & more. Probiotics & stem cells, hormones (iodine in “thyroid” hormones (breast milk hormones) in milk!) and more.

    LAURIC ACID

    There is also a saturated fat called lauric acid found in both breastmilk & in coconut oil. I still stand by my point that overall formula is lacking in fats compared to natural breastmilk, and we note that coconut oil is the exception as the good fat in formula. Thankyou DrAmanda Prado for educating me on the lauric acid & coconut oil connection. Many sources agree that soy oil is the worst ingredient in formula & coconut oil the best.

    OBSERVATIONS & THOUGHTS:

    Triple omega 6 fat in human breast milk compared to cow or goat. Omega 6 oil must be more critical for human brain.

    Why vitamin D so low in human milk compared to cow (1/10) or goat (1/3), maybe is because mom in vitamin D deficient? Complex question but very interesting as vitamin D related to iodine requiring pathways. Humans need more iodine and less vitamin D than other animals.

    Choline levels similar across the board for human, cow, goat indicating has conserved function.

    Calcium levels in human milk way lower compared to cow or goat? Why? DrPop recommends supplementing Magnesium but not Calcium and does not explain why.

    “Long story but we are all full of calcium and low in Mg [Magnesium], calcium is everywhere in diet.” DrPop comment.

    I know calcium & magnesium in body regulation is controlled by iodine. Humans appear to need more iodine and less calcium than other animals.

    Phosphorus levels way lower in human milk compared cow or goat.

    Strangest and most interesting thing is that human milk is sweeter than conparative animal milk, cow or goat. It seems to me that based on human adult nutrition where we need less carbs not more that maybe these extra sugars are not feeding the baby so much as are feeding the microbiome of the baby (milk feeds not just the baby but also feeding all the probiotics the baby is being given).

    The most obvious beneficial gut bacteria in baby is Lactobacillus where factors for its growth are in natural milk, and keeping babies gut microbiome stocked with the correct bacteria as opposed to bad ones seems to be a very important aspect of natural breast milk and is a very complex & interesting area to study.

    The think that jumped out at me was the amazingness of the lactoferrin protein and it’s likely use in shuttling not just iron but also silver & gold for baby health and for fighting bad bacteria and virus that might attack baby.

    Milk is not just baby nutrition, it is also nutrition for the living micro biome in the baby as well as is a complex blend of biowarfare agents to keep bad micro biome from taking hold.
    Free iron promotes bad bacteria growth & lactoferrin can bind iron to keep it from being utilized by would be attackers. Interaction and use of silver & gold by lactoferrin to fight attackers is now one of my primary areas of research interest as proving how silver & gold are used in the body as nutrients is one of my life goals & meditating on breast milk is definitely the right path. In the ancient Egyptian religion, the mother’s milk was worshiped as our galaxy the Milky Way was seen as the perfect nutrition, Mother’s milk from heaven that can nourish adults as well as infants. If you approach your meditation on perfect nutrition as a part of your spiritual journey, you will go far, and I thank you for reading and hope that I have given you a lot to think about.

    Happy Thanksgiving dear iMedDo newsletter subscribers! If you’re reading this you survived Halloween 2020 and now we are coming up on Thanksgiving 2020.

    For this month I had a special request by iMedDo distributor Crystal to write about the “Woman Warrior”.

    Last month I talked about things to be afraid of, overcoming fear of death and about how you can piece together reality from looking at fiction.

    This month we are going examine things to be thankful for in the theme of the “Woman Warrior” & the title of this episode is Thankful Woman Warrior!

    What’s there to be thankful for? So much actually, but here are the 3 top things I want to bring to my readers attention.

    1. Reduced Infant mortality.
    2. Women warriors (& men warriors) fight & victory against vaccinosis tyranny in Denmark.
    3. My interview by River about iodine. It’s now indestructible on the blockchain! So please share everywhere & listen to River about her female warrior experiences.

    ONE: REDUCED INFANT MORTALITY

    I especially dislike pediatricians, who are the fake doctors, supposedly in charge of guarding the health of children but who, in reality, poison children with drugs & vaccines.

    The one good thing that has come of “lockdowns”, where many people have been to terrorized to go to hospitals, is that many women DID NOT go to see their evil pediatrician. The result is that many children DID NOT get their full dosage of vaccine poison this season.

    This resulted in Infant mortality rates dropping significantly as infant vaccination dropped. Less poison, more healthy babies. Makes complete sense.

    This is wonderful news and I’m so thankful that many women DID NOT go to see the evil poisoning pediatrician this season & now have healthy babies instead. What a win. Women Warriors: if you’re not willing to fight for the health of your baby, then what? Now that you know this for certain, can see the data, fight to protect your children. For the poisoners will not stop until everyone is made infertile by vaccinosis & those that survive are mentally & spiritually handicapped with heavy metals. They want fluoride zombie slaves not free people. Too bad. Freedom cannot be stopped because freedom is an idea which lives inside the minds of the warriors. You can never be conquered unless you let your mind be conquered. So put on the Helm of Athena and prepare for Battle. Using cunning & strategy, it is now time to root out & destroy poisoners.

    BONUS SECTION: BITCOIN TALK.

    We are in an information war but the tools of victory such as encrypted communication and owning your own data are already available (See Twetch.app & learn to use Bitcoin SV (BSV). You many have noticed that BTC is skyrocketing. The price is above 18k last I looked. I had to take a bit of a break from looking at Bitcoin as I had to focus on the Pandemic-Plandemic-Scamdemic for many months now but recently have come back to looking at Bitcoin to see what is going on. My initial analysis still stands that in the long run Bitcoin SV (BSV) will win as all the cool applications & expanding functionality have not stopped being developed on the chain that can scale. Basically there are 3 main (really 4+) main Bitcoins right now: BTC, BCH, BSV. The 4th one is ETH (Ethereum) and there are many other coins as well. BTC has established itself as “digital gold” and people are buying it a ever higher and higher prices as more and more fiat are being printed. However, BTC is not very useful for anything other than buying and holding like a bar of gold. Ethereum is popular but cannot scale. BCH is attempting to be digital cash that can be used without regulation. BSV is the one which scales (can grow in size big enough for the world to use) and is used for regulatory compliance of accounting and legal things which is useful for business. I like all 3 at this point but am mostly focused on BSV for long term. Initial analysis that there can “only be one” seems flawed as they seem to have different uses for now: Hodling, Cash, Software. I predict the entire “crypto” market will continue to go up through mid December just as it did if you look at the charts circa 2017. BSV is not a crypto, it is a vita currency, but the distinction is lost on most. Regardless, the people who said that it would be better to just buy BTC instead of BSV turned out to be right as BSV value has fallen in relation to BTC. Regardless how you do it, I recommend everyone learning how to use software on BSV as it can be used for many relevant and useful applications such as ending voter fraud, ending social media censorship, and encrypting communication. I highly encourage all my readers to use Twetch.app – which allows your Twitter to be backed up on the Bitcoin (BSV) blockchain. I’ve already completely phased out my Twitter usage and am rapidly phasing out my Facebook usage in favor of Twetch. It’s just so much more empowering to own your data and post rather than have a tech company steal your data and pay you nothing. It’s the future and I want to make that future happen now. I encourage all women warriors to get active on social media and learn to fight censorship as the censors want to poison us with vaccines and we must not let them.     DRBENGO TRANSLATION: It’s a fraud. They are re-classifying normal elderly deaths as “Covid elderly deaths”.

    Sad state of affairs the world finds itself where the medical fraud has progressed to election fraud and financial fraud.

    Bitcoin fixes financial fraud & will result in the end of all frauds including medical. This is the future that I envision and I am supportive of Satoshi for working towards this – which is why I’m still so excited about Bitcoin SV (Satoshi’s Vision)!

    DOUBLE BONUS SECTION: Real Election Results!

    I didn’t vote in the recent Presidential election because I did not trust that my vote would be counted without fraud. Boy was I sure right. Instead I created and voted on a real election poll on the BSV Blockchain which is 100% fraud proof. I asked the question: Who should be President of the United States Global Empire?

    Option 1: Trump, Option 2: Bieden 3. Neither

    As of now I got 31 people to vote in my poll and here are the fraud proof poll results:
    Trump 65%, Bieden 0%, Neither 35%. (see my Twetch profile (user number 169 i.e @169)for the poll if you want to vote on it as well, you will need 2 cents worth of BSV to do so).

    The shocking thing is that not a single person who paid to participate in my poll voted for Biden whose name in the poll I accidentally misspelled so it is fair to accuse me of the poll not being fair but still! Based on my fraud proof blockchain poll, I do not believe that Biden won the Presidential Race. Politics aside, that is the data I received. If he had his poll results on my fraud proof poll should have been near 50% not 0%. Even if you swing all “Neither” votes to Biden it would be Trump 65% to Biden 35%. So Trump winning the election is my prediction, but I’m still very displeased with Trump. Trump reneged on his promise to stop Bill Gates and Big Pharma in his first term and still he has not fired Fauci which makes him look like a real chump. I wish my country the USA the best; they want us divided 50%/50% so that they can slip in mandatory vaccinations. We must find a way to unite and oppose mandatory vaccine 100%.

    I made another Twetch poll and the results with 24 votes responding is that 92% of people are opposed to the mask and mandatory vaccines. Not 50%! 92%! I think everyone with a brain opposes this nonsense and it’s time we make the politicians hear the will of the people, voter fraud or not, we need to do like Denmark and make it clear that we will not tolerate police enforced mandatory vaccines in the USA! Please everyone reading this do your part in whatever way you can. My part is to distribute vaccine detox supplements and the best thing you can do is to use them to protect yourself and your family.
