• Calcium: Thyroid & Osteoporosis

    Greetings iMedDo newsletters subscribers!
In this episode I talk about the mineral nutrient calcium which is found in our bones, and teeth, and blood, and in every cell of the human body. Because calcium is used in sixteen thousand plus pathways in the body, it’s a topic too broad, so I will focus on the big picture of how calcium is used with iodine to control all energy metabolism in the body via the thyroid. The thyroid via the parathyroid is able to detect when energy in the body is low via low calcium and is able to compensate by releasing more calcium from the bones. Fluoride & heavy metals disrupt calcium and can artificially lower calcium levels signaling low energy which can lead to thyroid disfunction like too much parathyroid hormone which can cause bones to dissolve too much known as osteoporosis. Fluoride & heavy metals can also cause hypothyroidism as thyroid is unable to keep up with the brain and body’s energy demands. Iodine nutrient, used correctly with silver & gold in iMedDo detox system, can be used to detox fluoride & heavy metals & to restore calcium homeostasis which restores proper thyroid function, energy, and can allow the bones to heal. CALCIUM

Calcium (Ca) is the 20th element on the periodic table.

Calcium element #20 is similar to its group II family member Magnesium (Mg) nutrient element #12 which is also important for bone and energy health which I have written about already in previous episode Magnesium Might. Calcium is also next to element #19 Potassium (K) nutrient which is also critically important for health, and Scandium (Sc) which is not. Below Calcium is Strontium (Sr) element #38 which is a toxic heavy metal.

    HEAVY METALS INTERFERE WITH CALCIUM

Calcium in the zero oxidation state (Ca(0)) is highly reactive but rarely found in nature. Most calcium in our body is found in bones and teeth as predominantly calcium phosphate. Calcium is made to be very mobile in the body and can be freely dissolved and used by organs, tissues, and cells in fluid form as the positively charged divalent calcium ion (Ca2+). Calcium, as the Calcium ion Ca(2+), is the biologically relevant form of calcium for signaling. Because of the importance of Ca2+, any toxic heavy metal that can form a divalent 2+ ion can potentially disrupt calcium. Calcium disrupting heavy metals that I have previously written how to detox include: Strontium (Sr2+), Barium (Ba2+), Cadmium (Cd2+), Lead (Pb2+), and Mercury (Hg2+) of which lead and mercury are the most toxic.

    FLUORIDE DISRUPTS CALCIUM

The element fluorine is found in rocks as Calcium fluoride (CaF2).  Calcium fluoride makes for a pretty crystal outside of the human but inside the human body it’s not a good thing.  Because fluorine as fluoride (F-) can bind to calcium forming the insoluble CaF2 “rock”, it is responsible for calcified pineal and calcified other tissues where hard calcium buildup is not supposed to be.   Although we have calcium in our bones and teeth, it is supposed to be as calcium phosphate not calcium fluoride.  Instead, the bones are designed to interact with the thyroid to be able to readily release calcium ion Ca2+ in the fluids of our body.   Ca2+ ion is used in thousands upon thousands of chemical pathways in the body; and decoding calcium signals is still a major focus of mainstream scientific research.  I studied calcium signals in the brain as part of my Neuroscience training, and calcium signals in the heart tissues & blood as part of my graduate tutorials for example.   Anything that is able to grab calcium out of the fluid turning it into an insoluble rock which fluoride can do is highly disruptive to our biology  & it should be obvious!  But it’s not because I usually get distracted by how toxic fluoride is because it imitates iodine that I forget to explain why fluoride is so toxic because it also disrupts calcium which is why I’m writing this article.   I want everyone to  be able to understand that fluoride is doubly toxic because it disrupts both iodine and calcium and that the two are related via the thyroid and bone health.  The thyroid regulates calcium levels and communicates with the bones via parathyroid hormone and calcitonin to increase or decrease calcium which will talk about more in this episode.

    CALCIUM & MAGNESIUM

Calcium signaling with Ca2+ is also frequently related to other nutrients in the body which can also form divalent 2+ ions most notably magnesium Mg2+ and zinc Zn2+ whose signaling pathways like calcium can also be disrupted by heavy metals. I’ve written about importance of Magnesium nutrient and Zinc nutrient supplementation in previous newsletters, so if you missed can go back and read.  For the purpose of this episode, I want you to know that the bones also contain magnesium as well as calcium and that is important for how the thyroid does energy regulation using blood calcium levels as an indirect sensor for energy using magnesium and phosphates which are released when bones are dissolved in addition to calcium where the calcium is sensed by the thyroid as an indicator of energy level.

    CALCIUM IN THE BONES: PHOSPHATE

Calcium is widely found in nature most notably in limestone Calcium Carbonate (CaCo3) formed from ancient sea coral. The calcium containing “coral” inside our bodies is our bones. But instead of calcium carbonate, our bones are made of calcium and phosphate. Calcium Phosphate in our bones & teeth is approximated by the mineral hydroxyapatite with formula Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 i.e. 10 atoms of calcium (Ca2+) per 6 phosphate groups (PO4(3-)) and two hydroxy groups (OH-) .

CALCIUM AS ENERGY SENSOR FOR ATP

Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is the most well known energy storage molecule in our body. ATP requires 3 phosphate groups which are negatively charged and each molecule of ATP requires one molecule of magnesium ion (Mg2+) to stabilize as the three negative phosphate groups wrap around the positive magnesium core for stabilization. Because both phosphate and magnesium can be found in the bones along with calcium, calcium can be used as an indirect sensor for ATP energy. When ATP is used up for energy it releases adenosine diphospate (ADP) + phosphate (P) + energy, and the magnesium ion is also released. So ADP and magnesium ion levels increasing can be a signal for the need for more energy i.e. more ATP to be formed. Because magnesium levels are buffered by the bones which also contain calcium and phosphate, the free calcium in the blood versus stored calcium in the bones can be used as a sensor for ATP energy by keeping tabs on magnesium and phosphate levels.

CALCIUM USED WITH IODINE TO CONTROL ENERGY AT THE THYROID

Calcium levels are used to control energy. Iodine levels are used to control energy. The place where both calcium levels and iodine levels are monitored and controlled is at the thyroid. The thyroid is a butterfly shaped anatomy in neck area which uses iodine to regulate & increase energy metabolism throughout the body. The thyroid also can sense and control calcium levels in the blood for purpose also related to energy metabolism. The thyroid uses four hormones: two iodine containing, and two for calcium regulation which are all connected in common goal of energy regulation. The four hormones I’m talking about are T4 (thyroxine), T3 (triiodothyronine), the well known iodine containing thyroid hormones, and the often overlooked calcitonin (needs an abbreviation) and parathyroid hormone (PTH). Also be sure to check out my previous article Thyroid Quickening for more info on the thyroid.

NASCENT IODINE IS BEST FOR THYROID ENERGY

The thyroid has a way to recycle iodine where it can oxidize iodide water soluble form but has to create free oxygen radicals to do so, or it can split fat soluble molecular iodine into nascent iodine to more easily incorporate iodine into thyroid hormones which are iodine delivery molecules which ultimately send a signal all the way down to the cellular level to increase ATP energy by promoting mitochondrial number and function. When thyroid is gunked up by halogens and heavy metals, and body overwhelmed already with oxidative damage, the thyroid cannot recycle the iodine as well & can lose the ability to use iodide water soluble form which is why you need nascent iodine to jump start your thyroid. NeuIodine is nascent iodine which is actually energized molecular iodine and nascent iodine in equilibrium, a fat soluble iodine which you can absorb directly in your skin which allows your thyroid to resume making energy without having to increase oxidative damage load.

MAINSTREAM THYROID MODEL IS BEING USED WRONGLY

Something is terribly wrong in mainstream medicine concerning how they think the thyroid works because whatever they are doing they are failing miserably. I saw a recent statistic that as of 2020, 98 million Americans are being prescribed synthetic thyroid hormone l-thyroxine which is rather alarming since there are only 335 million Americans which means almost 1/3 of Americans have their thyroids malfunctioning which is why people are losing faith in mainstream medicine. At this point with synthetic thyroid hormone being the second most prescribed drug of all time, it’s such a big money maker for them that they don’t really have any incentive to actually help you fix your thyroid. Doesn’t matter what your thyroid problem, hypo, hyper graves or hashimoto’s the mainstream model is to just to kill your thyroid, cut it out and then get you become their permanent customer for life to buy l-thyroxine synthetic thyroid hormone as your source of iodine.

Below is the model they are working with, I”m not saying there’s not some good science behind it, but I think people are thinking about it backwards from an energy perspective.

THYROID MODEL SOURCE: Boron WF, Boulpaep E (2003). “Chapter 48: “synthesis of thyroid hormones””. Medical Physiology: A Cellular And Molecular Approaoch. Elsevier/Saunders. p. 1300. ISBN 978-1-4160-2328-9.

Looking at the model you would think that the point of the thyroid is to take in iodine as iodide (I-) water soluble form. But in my opinion iodide is the unenergized form of iodine that the thyroid will only attempt to use during iodine deficiency. Empirically, the body prefers energized nascent iodine delivered in fat soluble, not water soluble, form. Iodine connoisseurs have long recognized that iodide & unergized iodine seems useless compared to nascent iodine as it takes milligrams (mg) of Lugol’s to do what it only takes micrograms (ug) of nascent iodine to accomplish in terms of health effect.  Looking at and repurposing the mainstream thyroid model below I want to make some points as to how I look at & use it differently.  The nice thing about this model is that it shows both nascent iodine (I0) and iodide (I-) in the thyroid follicle colloid and mentions the enzyme thyroid peroxidase (TPO). I think this model is showing a nice job of how the thyroid gets iodine when it is not overwhelmed with toxins and not starving for energy but misses the point as to how the thyroid gets energy under today’s new-normal circumstances of toxic environment and iodine deficiency. My theory is that the thyroid prefers to use fat soluble iodine such as I2 to make nascent iodine (I0) directly in the thyroid follicle and only resorts to using iodide which is more energy intensive when it is starving for (iodine) energy. My theory is that the body avoids or purposefully shuts off somehow the use of TPO when it is stressed for energy because TPO function produces more hydrogen peroxide which the thyroid then has to use a selenium containing enzyme to take care of called glutathione peroxidase (GPO) or the thyroid will become damaged from oxidative damage. My theory is that the thyroid is willing to take the damage and can deal with it when your anti-oxidant system is working, but when you are toxic with halogens and heavy metals the thyroid gets overwhelmed and shuts off its ability to use iodide to avoid damaging itself. My theory is that the thyroid is able to add energized nascent iodine to thyroid hormones directly without the use of TPO such that no oxidative damage is produced, and that is explains why the body prefers nascent iodine to iodide for supplementation when in the presence of toxins. This theory is why I tell people that nascent iodine will “jump start” their thyroid because once you detox the thyroid will regain its ability to use iodide form of iodine but cannot do so when it is overwhelmed with toxins. I like how the model is showing the thyroid is putting T4 and T3 thyroid hormones into the blood. A point you might miss unless you study the thyroid more deeply is that the thyroid is predominantly 80% outputting T4 which contains 4 molecules of iodine. So it should be obvious to you that when you don’t get enough iodine that of course your T4 is going to be low ie. hypothroidism! Not enough iodine equals not enough T4, yes it’s that simple!  Ifyou are hypothyroid why would you kill our cut out your thyroid when you could just give it more energized iodine and it will start working again!   Before you let someone kill or cut out your thyroid please give iMedDo detox system a go and you will see that your thyroid will start improving after only one week when you start using NeuIodine you will feel more energy as your T4 levels go back up. If you are a mainstream endocrinologist reading this used to giving synthetic thyroid hormone as source of iodine, you should instead be using energized nascent iodine such as NeuIodine in iMedDo Detox System.  But I know you probably won’t because of $$$.   But I will remind you that you are in violation of the hippocratic oath and are a fake doctor if you are injuring people when you know you could be helping them instead.   I know economics and ethics are in conflict but in the long run if the economics and ethics are not realigned people are going to rebel when they figure out what you are doing.  Until then for all you rebels out there who want to fix your thyroid naturally, using the hippocratic oath aligned instead of the hippocratic oath unaligned mainstream medical religion which is now openly injuring  even babies & children with drugs and vaccines, thankyou all for your support.

    THYROID TALKS TO BRAIN

As a Neuroscientist, back when I was in school, my first understanding of the thyroid was how it talks to the brain using the thyroid system to control metabolism. But now I’m not so sure the brain is controlling the thyroid it seems more like its own independent energy control system. The thyroid certainly listens to the brain and may even prioritize the brain’s requests for energy, but it also listens to the needs of the rest fo the body and has to make tough choices when energy gets low. The way the the thyroid listens to the brain is via a feedback loop with the pituitary and hypothalamus using TRH and TSH hormones from brain and T3 and T4 from thyroid.

THYROID HAS ADVANCED BLOOD SENSING FEATURES

The way the thyroid listens to the rest of the body other than the brain is by monitoring calcium levels in the blood.  The thyroid located at the neck area is in a perfect spot to control energy throughout the entire body in particular controlling signals between the brain above the neck and the rest of body below. In order to control all the energy in the body, and to distribute energy & energy signals between the head and torso, the thyroid is shaped like a butterfly to maximize it’s ability to interface with the blood entering the head via carotid arteries. Here’s a paper on thyroid artery anatomy if you want to brush up. I found this picture online which really gets the point across as to how the butterfly shape really allows the thyroid to interact with the blood. The four bumps on the butterfly wings shown on the picture below are known as the parathyroid which are the part of the thyroid which is able to monitor calcium levels.

    PARATHYROID & CALCIUM LEVELS

When the parathyroid part of the thyroid detects low blood calcium levels (low Ca2+) which I believe is an indicator of low energy or too low overall metabolism, it responds by releasing parathyroid hormones (PTH) to compensate to get the calcium levels back up (and to get the energy/metabolism levels back up as well). The thyroid can also sense if calcium levels get too high and can respond by using calcitonin hormone.

    PARATHYROID HORMONE (PTH)

Parathyroid hormone has three known functions (bone, kidney, intestines) which all stimulate an increase in calcium. Low calcium detected by parathyroid is low body energy detected, and PTH attempting to increase calcium is an attempt to increase energy as part of thyroid’s secondary energy control mechanism, where primary energy control mechanism uses iodine. Calcium seems to be secondary signal which is tied in with magnesium, phosphate and rising ADP levels under low energy conditions. For the purpose of this episode I want you to focus on how the parathyroid interacts with the bones. My overarching theory is that when iodine energy is low the thyroid has to rely more on calcium pathway for energy which can lead to osteoporosis as the PTH signals bones to dissolve to release more phosphate and magnesium in support of making more ATP energy.

    MAGNESIUM LINKS CALCIUM TO ENERGY

Every molecule of ATP requires one molecule of Magnesium to stabilize it. Magnesium is a known calcium channel antagonist so as energy goes down (less ATP, more ADP) and less magnesium is bound to stabilize ATP (more free Mg2+), it antagonizes calcium channels (less calcium) which could explain why low blood calcium is read by the thyroid (parathyroid) as a low energy signal.

    CALCIUM LEVELS & BONES: PTH

In response to low calcium, the parathyroid releases parathyroid hormone (PTH) into the blood which sends a signal for bones to dissolve. Dissolving bones release more calcium but also release more phosphate and more magnesium both of which are required for producing more ATP energy. Thus I think what the calcium detection feature of the thyroid is doing with calcium is that it is using calcium to indirectly monitor body energy (ATP with magnesium and phosphate). Calcium is shuffled around in many tissues of the body in response to low energy, but overall low calcium in blood is indicative of total body low energy is my hypothesis by which parathyroid calcium sensing function can be rationalized.

    CALCIUM LEVELS & KIDNEY: PTH

In response to low calcium the parathyroid releases PTH into the blood which also sends a signal to the kidney to re-absorb more calcium. Be sure check out my article Fluoride & Kidney stones where I talk about all the hormones involved in kidney and adrenal function including parathyroid hormone.

    CALCIUM LEVELS & INTESTINES: PTH

In response to low calcium, the parathyroid releases PTH into the blood which also sends a signal to the intestines to re-absorb more calcium.

THYROID HAS TWO WAYS TO CONTROL ENERGY: IODINE & CALCIUM

The thyroid has two ways to control energy, thyroid hormones which use iodine, and by parathyroid hormones which sense calcium. The thyroid is nexus of energy distribution in the body. The thyroid has to be able to communicate with the brain for its energy needs, and to communicate with the rest of the body for its energy needs. The way the thyroid communicates with the brain & rest of body is by using hormones both iodine and calcium related.

THYROID MASTERY: IODINE KEY TO ENERGY

What I can tell you at this stage in my journey is that it appears that the thyroid is the key to energy in the entire body. I have been trained as a biochemist to think of energy in the body in terms of phosphate bonds energy in ATP, but because I’m also trained in advanced biochemistry & biophysics,  I also think of energy in terms of electrons (used in mitochondrial electron transport chain with oxygen as final electron acceptor), protons (H+ gradient i.e. diffusion thermal energy & H+ carrier molecule NADH), and am open to thinking about energy in other outside the box thinking ways that energy can be stored and carried. There is energy in every chemical bond, and even atoms at rest have energy of their electrons flying around. Because it is known that iodine can behave similarly to oxygen (I2 and O2), it’s not that far fetched in my mind to think that iodine itself might be an energy storage molecule, and that’s exactly how I think about it as it makes thyroid function make a lot more sense. If that’s the case then it makes sense that thyroid hormones themselves are less hormones and more energy storage molecules in their own right. It’s even less far fetched to me as a chemist because iodine has a lot of electrons (53) so much more “energy storage capacity” theoretically than oxygen with only 8 electrons, and it’s very tempting for me to think that iodine might just serve as an alternative final electron acceptor rather than oxygen in a mitochondrial electron transport chain which allows iodine to be a link as a possible signaling molecule in its own right between electron energy and proton gradient energy, NADH and ATP energy produced at the mitochondria. What we do know for sure is that iodine containing thyroid hormones really are used to control metabolism in the body.  I believe that energy is actually stored in the iodine and/or iodine containing thyroid hormones which can include the carbon-iodine bonds of tyrosine amino acid. Regardless, the main function of the thyroid appears to be to use iodine to make more thyroid hormones to either deliver energy to, or to signal for more mitochondria, and thus more ATP energy is produced because of thyroid getting more iodine. The thyroid also has a secondary often overlooked function of using calcium to regulate ATP energy using parathyroid hormones and calcitonin to control calcium levels which are indicative of ATP because of Phosphate and Magnesium in bones as previously discussed.

    IODINE & CALCIUM ENERGY NEXUS

They mysterious parts of the thyroid to me were related to how exactly iodine and calcium interact when they both are controlling ATP energy. It appears to me that iodine is the master energy molecule in a pathway upstream of controlling calcium and magnesium levels. I’ve known for a long time that Vitamin D is also involved in calcium control as are the adrenals and kidneys for calcium reuptake. I noticed a few years back that vitamin D required not only sunlight activation, but also required a secondary activation by a kidney hormone calcitriol, see episode Fluoride & Kidney Stones for more info on calcium in kidneys. In that article, I first encountered that the thyroid can communicate with the kidney via parathyroid hormone to control calcium as part of the much larger pathways of calcium homeostasis. But I really did not understand how iodine and calcium were related other than when you have iodine it will keep your calcium pathway from being blocked by fluoride. But now it seems obvious to me that calcium homeostasis is actually controlled by the thyroid, and I had already known iodine homeostasis is controlled by the thyroid. The connection is that energy homeostasis is controlled at the thyroid. Whether you are thinking about iodine controlling energy or as calcium controlling energy (ATP energy) the thyroid is the key. But which is the master molecule? It’s definitely not calcium. Calcium appears to me to be a secondary indicator of energy, and it’s just indicating how much bone has been dissolved to release more phosphate and magnesium which are actually used for ATP energy. Could iodine itself actually be a master energy molecule? It has the properties that it theoretically could in my scientific opinion. It is with this novel view of iodine as a master energy molecule that I will now explain how the thyroid works and you will see that it all makes sense.

    THYROID HORMONE THEORY OF DRBENGO

It is my idea that Iodine containing thyroid hormones are the master energy molecules of the body. At the very least we can agree they are the master energy signaling molecules in the body.   If my theory is correct, then that would make the thyroid the master energy organ of the body.  And it would make the thyroid tissue the master energy processing plant of the he body because that’s where the iodine/energy is processed, energized and delivered to the blood so that it can get the energy all throughout the body for where it is most needed.  The master thyroid hormone is T4 which can through deiodinase activity be used to signal go (T3) [or stop (rT3) or be broken back down (T2) beyond the scope of this article].   The mainstream view is that T4 is the “inactive form” and T3 the “inactive” form of thyroid hormone. My view when comparing T4 to T3 is a bit different.  My view is that T4 with 4 molecules of iodine is the “most energetic form” with a lot of “ready to go” energy i.e. high potential energy that is only seemingly inactive like a compressed spring waiting to be unleashed.  It’s not that T4 is inactive, but rather than the energy of T4 is being held in reserve after put in the blood to circulate by the thyroid so that wherever in the rest of body needs it the most can use it.   We know that most T4 is converted to T3 in the liver which makes sense because iodine is needed for detox and the liver is a major area where detox is known to occur thus would need a high amount of energy.    T3 which is thought of as the active form of thyroid hormone within my theory is actually a more energy depleted form (only has 3 rather than 4 iodine energy molecules) .   It makes sense within my theory as to why elevated T3 levels would signal for for more metabolic activity because T3 is an early alert system to the thyroid & rest of body that reserve energy (T4) is dropping and that it needs to take steps to adapt to a possible energy shortage in the not too distant future.  It is my belief the thyroid is using T4 to plan your energy needs a full week in advance as the  half-life of T4 is known to be about a week in the body.  My view also fits empirically with the observation that when people get energized nascent iodine as NeuIodine from iMedDo detox system that they feel their energy levels go up in first one to two weeks.   This likely corresponds with their thyroid function resuming to making normal levels of T4 energy molecule which takes a week to cycle which set into motion a chain reaction of their liver getting enough T4 to really start to detox.

    THYROID HORMONES INCLUDE CALCIUM HORMONES

The thyroid & surrounding area with parathyroid makes 4 different hormones two of which are iodine containing and the other two are involved in calcium regulation and all of which are involved in energy regulation. The hormones are thyroxine (T4), tri-iodotyrosine (T3), calcitriol and parathyroid hormone (PTH). Thyroxine in my opinion according to my theory above is the main form of iodine energy molecule sent out to the blood kept in reserve so that organs and tissues can use that energy if they need it during an energy crisis. The body keeps a tight control on iodine energy by maintaining an approximately 14:1 ratio of T4/T3. Although T3 has less energy than T4 because it has one less iodine, it is 3-4x more potent in activating metabolism. This makes sense when you realize that when T3 levels rise (decreased T4/T3 ratio) it is a signal to the thyroid that iodine energy reserves are being depleted. Because the half-life of T4 iodine energy storage molecule in the body is only about one week, if T4 in the blood starts to drop its most likely interpreted by the rest of the body as an early warning signal that thyroid is not getting enough iodine to keep up with energy demands so that cells need to start compensating by making energy some other way. The cells have an older way to make energy using oxygen rather than iodine, so when cells see too much T3 with only 3 instead of 4 molecules of iodine they know its time to make more mitochondria so that they can make more ATP to make up for their energy needs. If cells can’t can’t get enough energy via iodine, and if they can’t get enough energy via ATP, their ADP, P, Mg+ levels increase as ATP is expended leaving ADP, P and free magnesium no longer needed to stabilize the ATP which are translated to calcium signals and also alert the thyroid of the coming low energy conditions so that it can take corrective actions using its two calcium related thyroid hormones calcitonin and parathyroid hormone (PTH). Low energy is signaled to the thyroid by overall low blood calcium levels which it can detect at the parathyroid and then release PTH to take corrective actions to help the body get more energy. The main way is by PTH signaling the bones to dissolve and release more phosphate and more magnesium needed for ATP energy production. PTH also communicates with gut and kidneys to restore calcium/energy homeostasis.

    THYROID DISEASES

If you body does not have enough energized iodine it cannot make enough thyroid hormones. After about week of iodine insufficiency your T4 levels will drop and your T3 levels will rise as your body dips into energy reserves, and you will be simultaneously hypothyroid in T4, hyperthyroid in T3 and your parathyroid will start making PTH so you will be hyperthyroid in that as well & your bones will start dissolving. Soon as your energy is even more depleted you become hypothyroid in T3 as well as T4. Even if your T4/T3 ratio looks “normal” both T4 and T3 are low as iodine deficient & you will know something is wrong as you will be low energy & not feel right possibly depressed with low sex drive & mild psychiatric problems. Struggling for more iodine, the thyroid will try to recycle iodide energy depleted form but cannot do so if your salt or oxidative damage levels are off.   Discussion of salt such as sodium/potassium levels is outside the scope of this article but do notice that sodium is required to import iodide form into thyroid.  When body is starved for iodine it will try to use the iodide pathway but is blocked but will resulting in too much salt in the thyroid and it swelling known as goiter.   Back in the old days (before mass fluoride poisoing) just taking iodide form of iodine would fix, but in today’s highly toxic reality you need energized nascent iodine to get the same effect.  Using iodide energy depleted iodine requires the thyroid to have to not only import it with salt but also to re-energize it with thyroid peroxidase (TPO) which can cause even more oxidative damage from H202 especially if you are selenium deficient as requires a selenium protein called glutathione peroxidase (GPO) to deal with otherwise thyroid gets oxidative damage.  If oxidative damage gets too high, thyroid can actually lose the ability to process iodide form altogether until you detox first.   The main way that I known of that  your thyroid gets overwhelmed with oxidative damage if you have mercury poisoning from dental amalgam fillings which can leak mercury into the thyroid. With iodine pathway blocked unless you supplement energized iodine, the thyroid has to rely on calcium pathway for energy and may make more PTH (hyperthyroid) to dissolve bone to get more phosphate and magnesium in support of ATP synthesis. But if you are Magnesium depleted from heavy metals or if you have calcium stuck from fluoride in your bones even this energy pathway will be blocked and your health will go downhill pretty fast as your body is between a rock and a hard place on how to meet your energy needs unless you give it some options. The iMedDo detox system is so powerful for increasing energy because it not only unblocks both the iodine side of the thyroid as well as unblocks the calcium side of the thyroid by getting rid of the calcium disrupting halogens and heavy metals. So whether you are hypothyroid, hyperthyroid or have some weird autoimmune disease (Grave’s or Hashimotos’s autoimmune responding to incorrect thyroid hormones like fluorine or bromine replacing iodine) problem with your thyroid the cure is still most likely just more energized iodine. Under normal circumstances your body can recycle iodine to a limited extent and can take unenergized iodine (iodide form) and turn it into energized iodine by action of the thyroid peroxidase (TPO) but to do so the thyroid has to create oxygen radicals and swell which results in goiter under low energy conditions where it has to use iodide energized form of iodine for energy brining in sodium and swelling from increased salts osmolarity. But if you have toxins like halogens or heavy metals in your body especially fluoride or most common toxic heavy metal in thyroid is mercury leaked from metal tooth filling, then it will disrupt your thyroid’s calcium hormones, and you need energized nascent iodine to fix & I highly recommend you get iMedDo detox system ASAP. Fluoride is the worst because it will not only disrupt the calcium hormone side of thyroid function, but will also mimic and interfere with the iodine hormone side of thyroid function. Iodine containing thyroid hormones made improperly with halogens fluorine or bromine are disastrous to health, energy, thyroid and bone health. The most common cause of hypothyroidism & other thyroid disease I see is still just from mercury poisoning from dental fillings, but sadly thyroid disfunction from halogens, vaccine damage, and infection is on the rise. When you have enough iodine your thyroid uses it to keep parasites and infection out of the brain. When you don’t and especially for people with mercury poisoning with suppressed immune system, the body lacks the energy to fight & kill infection and cancer. Iodine is known to not only give you energy but also to kill cancer.

    BONE DISEASE: CANCER

Iodine is known to kill cancer and high calcium indicative of high energy is also known to kill cancer via programmed cell death apoptosis. So isn’t it interesting that the thyroid controls both iodine and calcium. Under low energy conditions, low amount of energized iodine, the thyroid has to rely more on its calcium hormones instead of its iodine hormones for energy. Calcium is easily disrupted by halogens & heavy metal toxicity. When cells can’t get enough energy from iodine or from calcium related pathways with mitochondria and oxygen they might rely on older anaerobic (without oxygen) pathways for energy. Because the energy molecule NADH is used to prime ATP amplification using oxygen at the mitochondria, likely cancer relies on NADH as its energy source. NADH is carrier of H+ (proton) energy. Such cells, having escaped the iodine and calcium energy controls of the thyroid, can now thrive in high toxin and low oxygen and low energy environments and can spread, metastasize throughout the body, and without iodine protecting the neck, readily spread to the brain. All three NeuIodine, NeuSilver and NeuGold in iMedDo detox system are anti-cancer. Energized iodine shuts down cancer because it allows thyroid to protect the brain and blood, restore energy and calcium levels, and thus return to either iodine or oxygen based cellular respiration rather than anaerobic respiration, & can readily kill both thyroid and bone cancer and many other cancers most notably breast, ovarian, uterine and prostate cancers. Whether the cancer is from low energy from iodine depletion, calcium or magnesium disruption from toxin or heavy metal or infection or vaccine poison, you might want to try iMedDo before you let them kill you.

    BONE DISEASE: OSTEOPOROSIS

If your body does not have enough iodine, the thyroid has to rely more on its two calcium hormones rather than its two iodine hormones to keep up with body’s energy needs. The calcium hormone that does this parathyroid hormone (PTH) in order to try to get more energy as ATP energy will cause the bones to dissolve to release more Phosphate and Magnesium required for ATP production. You need to take more iodine and also take more magnesium. We get plenty of phosphorus in diet, so phosphate should not be in short supply. With enough iodine, the thyroid can instead rely on iodine containing thyroid hormones for energy, cells will signal they are now getting enough energy by higher overall blood calcium levels, and then thyroid receives the message and releases calcitonin hormone to counter the effects of PTH hormone. There is no way this complex energy message feedback loop can work correctly if you have fluoride or heavy metals in your body as they interfere with calcium ion so it will throw off your calcium energy detector in the parathyroid. Calcium will bind to fluoride insolubly resulting in artificially low overall blood calcium levels which will “trick” the parathyroid into thinking you have low energy and thus it will release more PTH causing the bones to dissolve. Heavy metals which form +2 ions interfere with both calcium and magnesium which is disastrous to ATP energy and calcium sensing of the thyroid. Fluoride is even worse than heavy metals because it also blocks the iodine part of the thyroid in addition to blocking the calcium side. I hope I have explained why iodine fixes both fluoride and heavy metal induced osteoporosis sufficiently for you to understand, if you still have questions please schedule a time to talk at link iMedDo.club/book.

  • THE FIFTH ELEMENT: BORON NUTRITION

Greetings iMedDo newsletter subscribers! I’ve got something extremely exciting planned for this episode as we are talking about the fifth element! It’s so exciting they had to name it the most boring name possible just to get you to ignore it, as the fifth element on the periodic table is literally called boron. How boring! Not! It’s one of the most exciting topics I’ve ever talked about. Before reading this episode, I recommend that you watch the movie THE FIFTH ELEMENT as contains spoilers. So brace yourself as we get into the details of boracium/borium/bore/boron. Boron is a stealth nutrient in an ongoing war between good and evil. Team evil doesn’t want you to know that boron is an essential nutrient, and you will find much propaganda saying that it isn’t, and team evil doesn’t want you to know that you can use boron for more than just killing coackroaches and cleaning your laundry. Boron can be use medicinally for osteoarthritis, cancer, and plays a important role in bone health and brain function. Boron can possibly unlock your hidden genetic potential to detox & become spiritually awakened & become the fifth element yourself, the perfect human.

    MISTER SHADOW & THE BORE

Zorg: “Yes Mr. Shadow. I hear you. I’ll be sure to make sure no-one finds out that boron is an essential nutrient for human health. I’ve got my best propagandists & fact checkers & & government scientists on payroll. I’ll make sure everyone thinks boron is just roach poison and bad for pets and humans. Yes Mr. Shadow. We’ll wipe them all out with the covid-19 jab and they’ll never figure out they need to detox with iMedDo and get more boron nutrient. They’ll all be so poisoned from food, water, & chemtrails that even if they recover the stones, none of them will be detoxed enough to be the fifth element to make their defense weapon against you work. Yes Sir Mister Shadow. I’ve got them all too distracted as wage slaves to worry about loving each other. All will be ready for your arrival. See you soon Mr. Shadow.”

    THE PRIESTS

Sr. Priest: “Evil has returned! We must find the fifth element before it’s too late! Earth, air, fire & water, but what is the fifth? From the hieroglyphs, it looks like a man but it’s supposed to be Spirit! The perfect spirit? The Holy Spirit!”

Jr: Priest: “I don’t understand. We’re supposed to be looking for the fifth element, but on this hieroglyph why is it depicted more like a trinity? If we don’t find it soon, the great evil snake will come and cause a great calamity with much death & destruction of that at least the hieroglyphs are clear!”

Jr. Priest: “How do we read this hieroglyph? Is it related? Looks like the perfect woman & nutrition is somehow related to the perfect spirit?

Sr. Priest: “Get your mind out of the gutter and get back to your studies! No, looks unrelated.”

    ALIENS IN EGYPT

Alien: “War is coming, fifth element not safe here. Will take the stones & return later.”

Ugly Alien: “Shoot them down and take the stones! Mr. Zorg will reward us handsomely!” Blam Blam Blam! “We did it, we shot them down! Get the box of stones & let’s see what weapons Mr. Zorg will reward us with! Uh oh, box of stones is empty, let’s go try to sell it Mr. Zorg anyway.”

    THE GOVERNMENT

President: “So a big fireball of evil is heading for earth, and our only way to stop it just got blown up & no sign of the stones we need to save us. Ideas?”

Sr. Priest: “Without the fifth element, even if we find the stones, we are doomed!”

General: “Let’s shoot it! Oops that didn’t work it’s only getting bigger!”

Scientist: “Good news sir, the crash is showing one survivor. It’s only a few cells, but I can work with that. The cells are showing high amounts of the fifth element on the periodic table: Boron. I’ll clone the cells and let’s see what we get.

Sr. Priest to Jr. Priest: “You were right, She’s perfect!”.

Scientist: “Her DNA is the same as ours, but the structure is multiplied orders of magnitude. She has a higher content of boron the fifth element in her DNA, and bones, and hair. Her code appears to be clean. I’ve never seen someone fully detoxed of all the heavy metals and environmental toxins we are used to living with except for people who use iMedDo. She really is perfect.

President: “Explain Boron. What is that. Can we use her to save the planet? You have 20 seconds. Go!”

Scientist: “Uh, okay. Looks like according to our defense contractor Zorg enterprise, Boron is not good for anything except killing cockroaches and doing laundry, but I don’t believe it Sir. There appears to be some suppressed evidence that boron is an essential nutrient in plants, essential for bone health in animals, and although all the research studies appear either not done or censored, there is a good chance it’s a critical essential nutrient for humans as well. She has 3-10x more boron in her system than I’m used to seeing. Looks like boron occurs naturally in fruit but most people in our city are boron deficient as there are no fruits on the McDonald’s menu.”

President: “Secretary, put fruit on my menu immediately. ”

    Secretary: “Yes, Sir.”

President: “I’ve got a meeting, so keep explaining to my staff, and brief me when I get back.”

Scientist: “Okay my fellow scientists and staff listen up! This is an emergency briefing about the fifth element boron as it appears to be necessary to help this fifth element lady save the planet earth, so I need everyone’s attention! We typically don’t pay any attention to the fifth element because it’s named boron so it must be boring, but now we need to figure it out out as the planet is on the line. So pull out your chemistry books, and let’s go and figure this out.”

    BORON CHEMISTRY

Scientist: “In chemistry, the fifth element on the periodic table is Boron with chemical symbol B. Here’s a chart from Zorg enterprises:

Boron , element #5, just doesn’t fit in. It’s in group 13 next to the nonmetal Carbon element #6 and the metal aluminum #13, but boron isn’t quite like either; it’s a metalloid! The nearest other metalloid is silicon #14. This chart is garbage. Iodine #53 is a metalloid but is listed on here as a non-metal. Who can we trust? I just can’t tell if Boron is a metal or a metalloid or a nonmetal! Seems to have properties of all and neither! What is it! Our computer indicates that the English chemist Sir Humphrey Davy who got credit for discovering boron at first named it boracium, but later changed the name to boron to emphasize it’s more like carbon than a metal, but later another chemist fully isolated the element and as a metalloid is the um name would have been okay. Boracium sounds way better as sounds like bracer, a piece of armor, because that’s exactly what boron can do. It appears that boron can be alloyed with carbon or glass to make them stronger. Aluminum in the same group as boron is a toxic “heavy” though light metal, and there is a possibility looking at the periodic table that if boron is a nutrient then it might be useful in detoxing aluminum. I’m not detecting any aluminum in the red head’s body, but UH OH! I see she does has fifth element boron alloyed carbon in her bones, her bones might be super strong I hope our glass can contain her!

She’s waking up! Quick! Apply thermal bandages and restraints! Fortunately for us we already have some boron in our glass as we used extra strong boro-silcate glass, it should hold. Where was I? Oh yes, Boron, though the fifth element, only has 3 valence electrons and thus it typically prefers to form trigonal planer structures like boric acid which is the biologically relevant form.

Pulling up structure of Boric acid now! GASP!”

Sr. Priest interrupting Scientist presentation: “I’ve seen that symbol before! It’s the sacredTriskelion of the Druid temple guardians!”

Triskelion, a ancient druid symbol of courage, wisdom, and might

Jr. Priest: “The boron Triskelion explains the trinity hieroglyph! She really is the fifth element, and she her boron inside must be a key to how to activate the defense weapon against the snake of evil!”

Sr. Priest: “She’s getting restless in that cage, we must release her!”

Scientist: “I have my orders, we must keep her in containment.”

    Fifth Element: “Big Badda Boom!”

Scientist: “Wow she just used her boron-carbide reinforced bones to punch through our boro-silicate glass! She’s escaping after her!”

Police: “Stand down ma’am this is an arrest.”

Police: “Nope she didn’t listen. She jumped! We’ve got her on scanner looks like she landed in a taxi. After it!”

General to President: “Sir, bad news, the fifth element escaped. Good news though, she landed with our ex-military operative Corban Dallas, and he brought her back to the priest, so we have eyes on her. Our scientists determined that the fifth element boron is the key to her power. Corban accidentally put her through his apartment’s autowash, and the boron containing borax cleaner in it made her powers even stronger. She’s learned how to speak already, and has informed us that the stones are in possession of the Diva at Phloston Paradise. Corban is special forces, and I’ve rigged the contest so he wins tickets and takes the fifth element weapon (she calls herself LeeLu) to get the stones after which will rendezvous with the priests in Egypt to banish the evil fireball heading our way.”

President: “Good job General, keep me posted. If we manage to save the world, I need an update on boron nutrition, I want those fifth element super-powers, and if eating more fruit and less McDonalds is the key then I’m going to do it.”

Zorg: “Ha Ha, those government idiots should have read my Zorg enterprise article that boron is only good for cockroach poison. Because I just got my spy cockroach in the meeting and overheard everything.”

    Zorg: “Goons!”

    Goons: “Yes Lord Zorg.”

Zorg: “Get on that ship to Phloston Paradise, & get me those stones, or I blow you up like them ugly aliens.”

    WIERD STUFF HAPPENS

Corban saves the day, gets the stones, gets them to Egypt, loves up the fifth element so that she decides to save planet earth and they all live happily ever after the end.

President: “Congratulations everyone, the world is saved! Now where’s that Boron nutrition report I ordered? How much detox I gotta do and boron nutrient I gotta get to make myself perfect in case Mr. Shadow returns? Next time I’ll be the perfect fifth element myself if all I need is more boron & lots of detox!”

Scientist: “Yes Sir, got the report right here. Our government information was useless, total propaganda trash, but I found a newsletter from a top alternative medicine doctor from the past DrBenGo Healthwarrior back before Zorg enterprises took over. Hopefully his report has the answers you looking for. Look, he’s with the fifth element in the past, check out that red hair!

    END OF PART ONE

If you are a casual reader you can stop here. Using the fifth element movie theme, I have introduced you to Boron in a fun way, and given you some stuff to think about. Hopefully, I have inspired your curiosity about boron, and have convinced you that it is not a boring topic at all. When you are ready to get your curiosity quenched, come back for part two.

    PART TWO: BORON NUTRITION

    THE BORON CONSPIRACY

Although boron has been used since the beginning of human history, for some reason if you look at the official government sources, it’s like nobody knows anything. Case in point, if you read the official government fact sheet on boron, they don’t even have recommended daily values of boron, they don’t even seem fully convinced whether or not boron is a nutrient or not, and they certainly don’t even believe their own data that boron is great for osteoarthritis, cancer, and bone health. It’s like the government is conspiring with the medical industry to prevent the public from learning the truth about boron. I call it how I see it. Call it the boron conspiracy if you want, but it is obvious that the government does NOT want people to get adequate boron nutrient intake, and they accomplish this using censorship, propaganda, and sometimes outright lies about boron. By not fully admitting that boron is an essential nutrient (which it clearly is to any scientist such as my self who looks into it), and by only establishing upper limit at 20 mg/day (when studies available that 699 mg a day is okay), it makes people think of boron as a toxin that they should try to avoid. This is the opposite of the truth. The truth is that Boron is a nutrient that most people need to immediately increase by about 3-10x and if they did so would get significant health improvement.

Here are three lies in the government propaganda about boron which I will directly controvert:

    1. “Scientists aren’t certain what role, if any, boron has in the body, so they don’t consider boron to be an essential nutrient.” WRONG!
    2. “Experts haven’t set a recommended amount of boron.” WRONG!
    3. “Scientists aren’t sure if low intakes of boron cause any harm.” WRONG!

It might be shocking to some of you that government sources on nutrition are garbage when it comes to boron, but after the last few years of the government lying to everyone about covid, hopefully you will believe me, an independent scientist, when I tell you there is truly a wall of propaganda when it comes to boron. So, if you do a search for boron nutrition on your own, you are fed obvious lies, which is why I am writing this newsletter on boron nutrition to try to help people overcome the mind control. They don’t want you to know the truth of how health beneficial boron is to your body, and they don’t want you to know the correct amount of boron nutrient your body needs because it will make you too healthy if you do.

So let’s set these blantant lies about boron straight.

For featured science articles for this episode to back me up I present:

Pizzorno, Laura. Nothing Boring About Boron. Integr Med (Encinitas). 2015 Aug;14(4):35-48.

This is a 2015 review article on boron & is the most coprehensive article about boron I could find.

    &

Nielsen FH, Eckhert CD. Boron. Adv Nutr. 2020 Mar 1;11(2):461-462.

This is a recent 2020 Nutrition article on boron to give a recent perspective to see that it still matches the 2015 view.

    1. As you will see from the featured science article review on boron, scientists know of greater than 10 certain roles that boron plays in the body. Furthermore, scientists appear in full agreement that boron is a bioactive mineral that is an essential nutrient and only word it “may be an essential nutrient” because of the government propaganda saying that it is not. The science is clear that boron is essential at least for bone health, so for that reason alone, boron IS an essential nutrient.
    2. There is evidence that the human body needs at least 0.2 mg of boron a day, and that for brain and bone health you really need greater than 0.4 mg of boron a day, and really for bone health you need at least 1 mg of boron a day, and the science shows there is a massive health increase if you get at least 3 mg of boron a day. So why the government does not make a recommended daily allowance (RDA) of boron at least 1 mg/day is a crime. It’s likely that the real RDA should be 3x that more like 3-9 mg/day. The expert who wrote the featured science article asserts that the correct amount should be 3 mg/day especially for people with osteo-arthritis, cancer and other issues that boron is known to help with. Regardless, I’m enough of a nutrition expert at this point in my life that I can personally tell you that there really is a minimum amount of boron you should be getting in your diet so it’s ridiculous that there is no official RDA for boron. We can argue over the number but not over whether the number exists as numerous studies show that getting boron above a threshold improves health, and it is clearly an essential nutrient in spite of much propaganda saying that it isn’t.
    3. Based on the featured science article, scientists are sure that getting low amounts of boron (>0.4 mg/day) is good for your health. So as a scientist myself, I am sure that not only that low intakes of boron does not cause any harm, but I am sure that boron is a critical and essential nutrient that your body needs, and based on the science if you increase from 1 mg /day boron to 3 mg/day boron you gain a significant benefit to your health.

Okay so I pointed out & controverted some blatant lies about boron. Since we are dealing with a boron controversy it means one side is lying & everything we think we know about boron needs to be looked at critically so we can get some real answers.

The questions I want answers to are:

    1. How much boron a day do we need?
    2. How much boron a day if any is too much?
    3. What foods contain boron?
    4. Do I need to supplement boron?
    5. What is best way to supplement boron?
    6. What is boron doing in the body?

Fortunately, I was able to find the answers to all these questions and here they are in short form.

    1. We need 3 mg/day boron for optimal health based on current science available though the true number for optimal health requires more study as could be higher. Most people are only getting 1 mg/day in their diet and can gain a huge health benefit from increasing their boron intake by about 3x. Instead of 1-3 mg/day boron, shoot for 3-9 mg/day & the DrBenGo RDA in lieu of the government having an RDA for boron is 3 mg/day.
    2. Evidence shows that 699 mg/day boron starts to become toxic. The government propaganda that an adult should only have a tolerable upper limit of 20 mg/day is misleading as can tolerate 10x+ more with no problem. But when you start getting into the thousands of milligrams it can cause abdominal and other problems, and if you take 15,000+ mg boron it can kill you, so there definitely is an upper limit.
    3. Fruit and leafy greens and nuts contain boron. See review article for more details. It is known that vegetarians get more boron in general than carnivores, so if you feel better when going veggie, it could be you are boron deficient.
    4. Yes, most people can benefit from supplementing boron. The reason is that the average American gets 1 mg/day but there is a massive health benefit as explained in the featured science review article on boron in getting 3 mg/day (3x more). So either eat 3x the fruit and veggies, or or you need to supplement boron.
    5. I think the best way to supplement boron is simply as part of your multivitamin. I recommend the Power Source One multivitamin designed by Dr Calin Pop. His recommended dosage is 10 mg/day boron which is very close to my independently verified recommended range of shooting for 3-9 mg/day boron where a little extra likely even better, so I’ll update my recommendation to match his to being 3-10 mg/day recommended. I like how his serving size is 8 capsules so actually each capsule contains 1.2 mg/boron so it’s easy to play with the dosing. For example, just taking two capsules I would be supplementing 2.5 mg/boron and if I ate a pear for an extra 0.5 mg boron, I would be at my full 3 mg/day recommend DrBenGo RDA for boron. So by using Power Source One multivitamins I can make sure to get enough boron. I offer the PS1 multi’s through iMedDo Foundation, and I offer them at a 25% discount to all iMedDo distributors. For more information on PS1 multivitamins and their ingredients see previous newsletter. To order PS1 multivitamin email me at healthwarrior@imeddo.com.
    6. Boron does many things in the body. According to the featured science article the top 10 that are known are as follows:

“As the current article shows, boron has been proven to be an important trace mineral because it (1) is essential for the growth and maintenance of bone; (2) greatly improves wound healing; (3) beneficially impacts the body’s use of estrogen, testosterone, and vitamin D; (4) boosts magnesium absorption; (5) reduces levels of inflammatory biomarkers, such as high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α); (6) raises levels of antioxidant enzymes, such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, and glutathione peroxidase; (7) protects against pesticide-induced oxidative stress and heavy-metal toxicity; (8) improves the brains electrical activity, cognitive performance, and short-term memory for elders; (9) influences the formation and activity of key biomolecules, such as S-adenosyl methionine (SAM-e) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD(+)); (10) has demonstrated preventive and therapeutic effects in a number of cancers, such as prostate, cervical, and lung cancers, and multiple and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma”

    SUMMARY:

Boron is not boring. Boron is amazing. Boron is an essential nutrient and if you increase from 1 mg to 3 mg+ boron a day you can expect a significant improvement in your health. Some of the things that really pop out about boron are its use in osteoarthritis and cancer prevention, but that’s just the tip of the ice berg as is involved in so much more including hormones and energy and sugars and has all kinds of applications that need further exploring for diabetes, thyroid hormones and more things I didn’t have time in this article to explore, much I just want to open your mind about boron.

    BORON NUTRIENT SYNERGY WITH IMEDDO

When you do the iMedDo detox system you will notice that all your other minerals and nutrients start to work better, and since boron is an essential nutrient, we can find much synergy with boron nutrition and taking the iMedDo Detox system. Below I have listed a few examples that really pop out at me: arthritis, cancer, vitamin D & Calcium & heavy metal detox.

BORON SYNERGY WITH NEUGOLD FOR ARTHRITIS

NeuGold is the #1 thing for rheumatoid arthritis and helps with inflammatory arthritis. Boron as an anti-inflammatory for osteo-arthritis & inflammatory arthritis so is very synergistic with iMedDo NeuGold. In the past I’ve been recommending Frankincense and berries for osteo-arthritis, and I now see that the reason berries & fruit helps with osteo is because of at least in part the boron content of the fruit. Both NeuSilver and NeuGold are anti-inflammatory and is excellent that boron is also anti-inflammatory as gives us another tool to fight inflammation.

BORON SYNERGY WITH IMEDDO FOR CANCER

The iMedDo detox system iodine, silver & gold is a triple anti-cancer. Boron being a potent anti-cancer is very exciting and synergistic with iMedDo.

BORON SYNERGY WITH IMEDDO FOR VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY & CALCIUM

NeuIodine in iMedDo system helps detox fluoride from the kidneys allowing kidneys to function better as talked about in previous newsletter Fluoride & Kidney stones. The kidneys in a pathway using vitamin D decide how much calcium to reabsorb into the blood. Boron is also known to help the body reabsorb both more calcium and magnesium and assist in vitamin D deficiency so there is significant synergy using iMedDo and boron supplementation which I need to explore more and better explain but just know is there. Also note how the parathyroid hormone is involved in bone remodeling and likely has a link with boron.

BORON SYNERGY WITH IMEDDO FOR HEAVY METAL DETOX

Looking at how boron is in group 13 same chemical group as aluminum and +3 valence electron, my first though was to wonder if boron could be used for aluminum heavy metal detox. Sure enough I found many articles talking about boron detoxing aluminum in plants, but couldn’t find any for humans though I’m sure it does. In the boron review featured science article it did talk about how boron is known to assist in heavy metal detox of arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead, so overall yes my boron is very synergistic with iMedDo for heavy metal detox, a topic I look forward to exploring more in future.

“The effectiveness of some boron compounds—boric acid, borax, colemanite, and ulexite—on the genotoxicity induced by heavy metals—arsenic trioxide, colloidal bismuth subcitrate, cadmium chloride, mercury chloride, and lead chloride—was assessed in human blood cultures.71 Sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and micronuclei (MN) assays were performed to establish DNA damage in lymphocytes, and oxidative stress was evaluated by estimating the changes in the main, antioxidant, enzyme activities and in the levels of total glutathione in erythrocytes. Heavy-metal treatments increased the frequency of both SCE and MN and the plasma levels of malondialdehyde, a marker of oxidative stress, and decreased the antioxidant enzyme activities and the level of total glutathione compared to controls. All boron-tested compounds (5-20 ppm) significantly reduced all genotoxic effects that were induced by low doses of heavy metals.”

    BORON SYNERGY WITH NEUSILVER

NeuSilver is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, fungicidal & anti-cancer. Silver is in my opinion a critical nutrient for the human body though is not recognized as such by mainstream medicine.

Boron is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, fungicidal & anti-cancer. I don’t know if boron is anti-viral or not but it does have extra property of being a relatively safe insecticide. Boron is in my opinion an essential nutrient though is not recognized as such by mainstream medicine (though the other scientists agree with me, read the featured science articles).

Boron and iMedDo detox system NeuSilver are synergistic in their anti-inflammatory, germicidal, fungicidal, and ant-cancer properties.

    BORON SYNERGY WITH NEUIODINE

Boron affects many hormones including thyroid hormones. In particular there is a link with boron and the parathyroid hormones which regulate calcium and a vitamin D connection. Boron is synergistic with NeuIodine & iMedDo detox system for thyroid and energy health though is beyond the scope of this article to discuss (translation, I need to research it more before can explain as is very complicated =).

    END OF PART TWO

Thankyou for reading THE FIFTH ELEMENT: Boron Nutrition. Take a break and gather your thoughts. Getting to the bottom of Boron nutrition was my primary goal, and I think I succeeded but there are still some other non-nutrition information about boron I want you to know, so come back when ready for part three.

PART THREE: NON-NUTRITION USES OF BORON

    GLASS

The most common industrial use of boron is in making boro-silicate glass where boron is mixed in with the silicon dioxide. I was used to always using boro-silicate glass in chemistry so I though all glass resisted heat so well, but I found out the hard way when I once poured boiling water into a crystal decanter that was not reinforced with boron and the heat of the water vibrated the glass to the point of shattering and spilled and burned my foot so I will always only use boro-silicate glass for putting hot water in as has superior heat and shatter resistance.

    NUCLEAR INDUSTRY

I first heard of boron in the nuclear industry. I took nuclear engineering 101 in college before eventually switching major to chemical engineering then ultimately to biochemistry at Texas A&M University. Boron isotopes are used for neutron capture in control rods for nuclear plants & for neutron shielding. Also I thankyou for your interest in boron nutrition & medicine rather than making boron based nuclear weapons.

    BORON FOR PLANTS

Boron has been known to be a critical nutrient for plants since 1923. What is known is that boron is used in plant cell walls. Combined with the fact that we now know that boron can be used an an insecticide & fungicide, what I think plants are doing with boron is that they are making a type of “armored” cell wall to fight off bugs. As we go forward trying to uncover the mystery of what boron is doing in the human body as well, thinking of it as a type of “armor” is a good starting point.

    FUNGICIDE

My wife and I do earthbag building and there is natural fungus in the clay. Upon researching anti-fungals so mushrooms don’t grow on the walls, we found that both lime and boron as borax can be used. Now put a half a cup of boron containing borax in each wheel-barrow of exterior earthbag plaster and it really works. Between the lime and the borax suppresses mold growth. Also I was a bit shocked but not surprised to read in boron science articles that boron as boric acid can be used clinical as a vaginal suppository for yeast infection. Yeast is a unicellar fungus and boron is anti-fungal so makes sense.

    INSECTICIDE

Boron as boric acid kills cockroaches. I first heard about this from my cousin Jake who said it really works. Although I live in the woods I don’t really have a cockroach problem as have a whole food chain where the scorpions eat the roaches and the spiders eat the scorpions lol. I put some boric acid out anyway. Unfortunately is so humid where I live that the boric acid tablets absorbed moisture, expanded and starting growing mold which they are not supposed to do as they as boron is antifungal lol. From what I’ve read insects will avoid boron so they mix it with sugar to trick them and likely the mold was eating the sugar part and was somehow resistant to the boron as a fungicide. When cockroaches get boric acid on their wings or legs they eat it and it kills them because they have no kidneys to remove it. For humans our body maintains boron in homeostasis and when we eat too much it is eliminated in urine or stored in bones or hair. Cockroaches eat their own dead (gross) so born as a cockroachicide is very effective as when one reach dies from boron the others eat it and die as well. Also my wife and I have used boron in another insecticide form to kill wood eating beetles and it worked.

    GERMICIDE FOR FOOD PRESERVATION

Boron has anti-bacterial properties and was used extensively between about 1870 – 1950’s for food preservation such as for canned fish preservation in WWI and WW2 and then was blocked by the FDA over concerns that people were getting too much boron. Boron was used in boron salts in ancient times both in ancient Egypt for mummy preservation and in ancient Greece for food preservation. Perhaps if we used it for food preservation again would help less people be boron deficient.

    BORAX AS MULT-PURPOSE CLEANER

Boron as the white salt borax is simply amazing is a multi-purpose cleaner can use in laundary and so many more applications (insecticide, fungicide, food preservation etc). The brand 20 mule team borax is readily available in most stores where cleaning supplies are found. As for me, I use it all the time in my earthbag plaster mix as a fungicide as I mentioned earlier and still a learning curve on what all can do with it. Borax is like a mult-pass has multi-uses!

    MULTI PASS!

COLOR OF BORON WHITE OR METALLIC?

For most of human history boron was thought to be a non-metal as was only found in white salt form. Borax, a water soluble boron containing salt is found naturally in hot dry areas and forms white crystals that can be turned into a white power as you may have seen if you’ve ever used Borax multi-purpose cleaner. Elemental boron does not exist in nature it exists in oxided form instead, but when chemists where able to isolate it, it did have metallic properties and now boron is classified as a metalloid.

elemental boron is metallic, a metalloid

BORACIUM IS ORIGINAL NAME OF BORON AND IS BETTER NAME

The original name of Boron was Baracium as it was isolated from Boracic acid and then then it was shortened to Borium, the French wanted to call it Bore, but English chemist Sir Humphrey Davy changed the name to its final form Boron to emphasize it’s similarity more as a non-metal to carbon. However, turns out he was wrong as elemental boron when fully isolated a hundred years later was actually metallic so he should have stuck with the name Boracium. Davy didn’t want to name Boron a word ending in “um” if it wasn’t a metal but turns out it is metallic as a metalloid so “um” ending is appropriate. So the word Boron we are stuck which is a misnomer as Boracium is better. Because Boron sounds like Boring in English it has stymied interest in Boron research in my opinion from a bad naming convention. I recommend that chemists should try to go back to calling Boron as Boracium as it’s more accurate and sounds like “Bracer” a type of armor and that’s a much better way I think you will agree to think about Boron hafter reading this article. Boron nutrient has many beneficial health effects that protect your body.

I doubt chemists will listen to me but for those who do I recommend we go back to original name of Boron as Boracium it will make the world a better place if we do as we need to banish the Boron is Boring word association which is actually a spell, part of the boron conspiracy, to keep the public from learning how awesome the fifth element is. Instead if we call it Boracium, which was it’s original name, dropped because it wasn’t metallic then later found to be accurate enough as a metalloid, we should have kept it. Boracium word associates with Bracer and armor and protection which is a better word magic than Boring as it associated it with secrecy and plays into the hands of those who want to keep Boron concealed.

FINALS THOUGHTS SOME SPECULATION ABOUT BORON & TABOO TOPICS

    SPECULATION: BORON-CARBIDE ARMOR

Boron/Boracium element #5 likes to combine with its neighbor carbon element #6 in nature and can be found as boron-carbide which has armor applications.

We are carbon creatures and thus boron could be alloyed with the carbon in all sorts of structures in our body that we don’t even yet know about. I alluded to this in part one where the fifth element red head LeeLu used her boron-carbide bones to punch out through the boro-silicate containment glass as a nod to this idea that boron could be used to armor us in ways that might give use super power-like reinforced bones. I don’t know if boron carbide bones in humans is a reality or not but is worth investigating to check as is possible given boron’s ability to alloy with carbon.

    SPECULATION: ALIEN DNA

Humans are carbon based life forms, and one theory is that if we find alien life forms that they could be silicon based instead but if you study boron, it is equally as likely that alien life could evolve from boron instead of carbon as both are able to perform structural compounds. Boron though typically +3 oxidation state like carbon can also do +4 oxidation state, & borane (Boron linked structures) like carbon linked structures are known to exist. One ancient alien theory is that humans were genetically modified and spliced with alien DNA. If this is the case then it might be the alien part of our DNA that requires boron as a nutrient. That would certainly explain the coverup as to why knowledge of boron nutrition is suppressed.

    SPECULATION: FERTILITY BLOCKER

Boron is required by all life for reproduction and the denial of boron nutrition could be part of a globalist population control agenda. I can’t confirm it but it’s what I was thinking when reading about how boron restores testosterone and other fertility & hormonal positive health effects of getting enough boron nutrient. That certainly would be an evil reason worth of Zorg and Mr. Shadow of why there is so much boron propaganda.

    TABOO TOPICS

It is significant to me that French chemist Guy Lussac wanted to name the fifth element “Bore”. I detected strong death magic and secrecy magic and dark magic surrounding the name Boron which revolves around an intention to make it sound Boring when it is in fact one of the most interesting topics I’ve ever come across. I do not blame Sir Humphrey Davy though he should have kept with his gut first name Boracium rather than Boron. The onus is on us to rename Boron. Last month I meditated on the Egyptian Goddess Nepthys, the goddess of death and darkness in a good & gold way, and the fifth element is sacred to her as the holy spirit. Yes there is much darkness & secrecy surrounding boron but when you break through the bore you will find it contains secrets of eternal life. Discovering nutrients and true nutrition and detox is a path to becoming a perfect human and yourself becoming the fifth element. Part of the secrecy surrounding boron is not evil or intentional but is a secrecy necessitated by warfare as the enemy does not need to know everything or else they can exploit it. There are those who wish to destroy the human race and they plan to attack again this winter and I am part of the resistance for the forces of life. Boron contains a secret weapon, and just as LeeLu in the move was depicted as a weapon against evil to protect earth, so too is the fifth element on the periodic table. And though I talked a lot this episode, I barely scratched the surface, so let this just be the beginning of your own meditation. Namaste!

  • MANGANESE NUTRITION

Greetings iMedDo Newsletter Subscribers! Hope you are all having a wonderful summer. For this month’s episode, we meditate on Manganese! Manganese is a trace mineral nutrient surrounded in much mystery. It appears to be very evolutionarily ancient involved in energy metabolism and oxygen usage, where manganese interacts with many pathways, including calcium, magnesium, copper, and zinc and surprise! Iodine and thyroid hormones! Part one is for my general audience, and part two gets heavy into manganese biochemistry for my advanced readers. If you read this article you will be well on your way to Mastering the Manganese Mystery!

    MANGANESE ON PERIODIC TABLE

Manganese (Mn) is element #25. It’s a transition metal in period 4 (4th row), group 7 (column 7).

Manganese is element #25 on periodic table

Manganese #25 is flanked by Chromium (Cr) #24 and Iron (Fe) #26, and it’s in the same column (Group 7) as Technetium (Tc) #43, Rhenium (Rn) #75, Bohrium (Bh) #107. Don’t confuse Manganese (Mn) with similarly sounding element Magnesium (Mg) which is #12.

    MANGANESE FROM MAGNESIA

The words Manganese and Magnesium sound very similar because they are both from the same root word Magnesia an area of Greece & Turkey settled by the Magnetes tribe previous newsletter on Magnesium for more discussion. There was both a black ore and a white ore from Magnesia, and it is the black one that contains Manganese [the white ore contains Magnesium]. The manganese containing black ore from Magnesia is now know by the name pyrolusite which means “fire wash” and was used in ancient glass making to wash color out of glass as well as had applications for making different colors of stained glass.

Pyrolusite, a Manganese Oxide ore used in glass making for color removal.

Not only can manganese be used to remove color, it can be found & used in a variety of colors including even green, red, and purple. My favorite is the pink/red mineral composed of Manganese carbonate called Rhodocrosite.

    Rhodocrosite geodes (Manganese Carbonate Crystals).

Gem quality pieces of Rhodocrosite can look even more beautiful than a ruby! The most famous specimen is the “Alma Queen” on display at the Houston Museum of Natural Science which is simply amazing here’s a picture! Wow!

Rhodocrosite (Manganese Carbonate) Gem the “Alma Queen”

    MANGANESE SELF LOVE

Last month I talked about the Ben-Ben stone on top of pyramids in episode Happy Slave Mind Control and told you that the secret to resisting the mind control is to love yourself more. Well it turns out that Metaphysically the Manganese gemstone Rhodocrosite if for Self-Love so that’s just perfect!

    CHEMICAL CHAMELEON: POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE

In 1659, Swedish chemist Glauber fused pyrolusite ore (manganese dioxide) and potassium carbonate to obtain a material that when dissolved in water was GREEN (potassium manganate), which slowly color shifted to VIOLET (potassium permanganate), and then finally to RED a reaction now known as the “chemical chameleon” which was the first production of the super cool and useful PURPLE manganese containing chemical known as potassium permanganate (KMnO4).

Potassium Permanganate is a purple salt used in chemistry lab

Potassium permanganate (KMnO4) in liquid form is a strong oxidizing agent; and thus has many uses and is even a medicine in its own right comparable to hydrogen peroxide but stronger. Permanganate ions can be used as a germicidal antiseptic like iodine, and for water purification, but like hydrogen peroxide, requires dilution and careful dosing or can be dangerous if you get it in your eyes or ingest. I always remember potassium permanganate because I got to play with it and extract beautiful purple crystals in organic chemistry lab at Texas A&M University circa 2002. You can also combine potassium permanganate and glycerin as a firestarter as a cool survival trick.

    Potassium Permanganate (KMnO4) crystals

    MANGANESE METAL

Manganese when in pure metallic form looks silvery in color and forms natural cubic crystal structure. When manganese metal flakes oxidize, they can turn a variety of colors. Below is a picture of manganese in metallic cube form as well as chips of manganese oxidized which you can see can also be a variety of colors (black, brown, blue, greenish etc).

    MANGANESE INDUSTRIAL USES

The most common usage of manganese is as an alloy with iron to make steel. Manganese like Magnesium can also be alloyed with aluminum and 1% of aluminum cans are made of manganese. Also a large amount of manganese is used in battery industry as manganese dioxide batteries (zinc-manganese, lithium-manganese) such as common flashlight batteries. Manganese is also used in a fuel additive called  methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT), and in a fungicide pesticide called Maneb. It is possible for people who work in mining, smelting, welding, or battery industries breathing in manganese fumes, or exposed to high manganese containing water, to get exposed to too much manganese which can cause a Parkinson’s like neurodegenerative problem called Manganism.

    MANGANESE CAVE PAINTINGS

Manganese mineral may have had more of an impact on humans than you might have realized. It turns out that the brown and black cave paintings such as the ones in Lascaux, France from 30k BC were made from Manganese oxide.

    NEANDERTHAL MANGANESE NUTRITION

Manganite powder has been a common find in Neanderthal archeology sites. It is believed that the Neanderthals making cave paintings with manganese oxide were also using it as fire-starter! We will see that modern humans mostly get manganese nutrition from fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains, but even if neanderthals mostly ate only meat, it is unlikely they would be manganese nutrient deficient since they touching manganese ore for their art & smoking manganese ore in their fire-pits, an only a small amount of manganese is required for human function.

    HOW MUCH MANGANESE WE NEED?

So how much manganese does a human need anyway? For quick answer let’s look at the NIH Fact Sheet for Manganese:

Spitballing from the above tables it looks like humans only need about 2 mg of Manganese a day and adults can get up to about about 11 mg of manganese a day with no problem. The thing that jumps out is that the government thinks women need less manganese than men in general (1.6-1.8 mg Mn for women) but (2.2-2.3 for men) yet think women need more manganese when pregnant or breastfeeding (2.0-2.6 mg).

Why do women need less manganese you might be wondering? I don’t think they do, I think this has to do with iodine deficiency & is related to iron. An important thing I learned is that both iron and manganese use the same receptors to absorb in the gut. So if you get too much manganese it could theoretically block iron absorption, and because many women are iron deficient (anemia) maybe that is why the government is recommending lower manganese for women than men. However, I think anemia for most women is being caused by either heavy metals like cadmium toxicity and/or low iodine (iodine deficiency), so instead of worrying about being low or high manganese just get more iodine (iMedDo detox system with NeuIodine) and when you iodine replenish and detox both your iron and manganese levels should return to normal.

Babies need more manganese but no-one really knows exactly how much more so the government just says that there is no upper limit established* with note that baby should just get manganese from breastmilk or formula and recommends 0.003 mg for babies 1-6 months or 0.6 mg Mn 7-12 months. Likely they are saying so low for babies because they put iron in formula and are recommending formula 1-6 months and are worried that too much manganese will block iron absorption. My position is don’t use formula use breastmilk but if you want a comparison see article Breastmilk & Multivitamins where I compare formula to breastmilk to egg to multivitamin. All 4 contain trace manganese and natural breastmilk contains approximately 0.1 mg Manganese which is higher than either cow or goat milk.

    SUPPLEMENT MANGANESE OR NOT?

Because manganese is easily obtained through diet and because too much manganese is possible I do not recommend you supplement any manganese in your diet other than what you get from eating healthy and small amount in multivitamin. I take the Power Source Once multivitamin created by Dr Calin Pop which has 10 mg Manganese (gluconate) 435% DV per serving. But each serving is 8 capsules so actually each capsule has where each serving is 8 capsules; so each capsule has 1.25 mg Manganese and I usually average about 1-2 capsules a day (I take less than the recommended dosage), so I probably get 1.25-2.5 mg Manganese a day from my multivitamin not including any sources from my diet. DrPop created his multivitamin recommendations for people with genetic problems who may need more nutrients than typical recommended daily values so you might need to take more but even if you take the full dosage of 8 capsules you are getting 10 mg Manganese which is still below the 11 mg recommended upper dosage for adults 19+ according to NIH table, and no doubt you can get 2-3x their upper tolerable level without any problems so I’m not worried about any overdosing on manganese in general. The one notable exception is that welders or certain occupations might be at risk for high manganese if they are breathing it in from welding fumes. When manganese levels get too hight it behaves as a quasi-heavy metal and becomes toxic and to detox you need more iodine, silver and gold is the iMedDo way. I don’t supplement manganese in general but there is a little manganese in my multivitamin.

    FOODS HIGH IN MANGANESE?

If you don’t want to supplement manganese at all you can still get enough in your diet if you eat the right foods.

Picture of Foods High in Manganese from DrAxe website.

The NIH Fact Sheet for Manganese has a nice table of foods and their manganese levels:

Looks like seafood, nuts, grains, fruits and vegetables basically if you eat healthy already you should be getting enough manganese. If you are all carnivore, you might want to throw some pyrolusite into your fire-pit that you grilling your meat on to make sure you getting enough manganese otherwise you might want to be sure to supplement a multivitamin.

Also check out the NIH’s short 3 page Fact Sheet for Consumers for more summarized information about Manganese nutrition.

PART TWO: MANGANESE BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE (ADVANCED)

The general public doesn’t really need to know much about manganese as they get it naturally in plants and it’s very hard for them to get too much unless they are working in some manganese industry like aluminum welding or battery industry where they might get too much from aerosolized magnesium exposure. Manganese isn’t typically tested for in blood work and it’s not something most people need to worry about supplementing. That said, there is wisdom to be found by meditating on manganese nutrition which gets very complex very fast, so for those of you who can hang with me enjoy as I discuss the parts of manganese biochemistry that jumped out at me, and I hope that you can meditate on it as well and find your own breakthroughs for your own applications.

    MANGANESE & IRON

The best starting place to think about manganese is to note that it is found naturally with iron, it’s also a neighbor or iron on the periodic table, and at first pass it appears that this adjacency of manganese and iron has highly influenced life. 3 observations linking manganese and iron are:

    1. Same receptors in the gut absorb either manganese or iron. More iron can potentially decrease manganese absorption and more manganese can potentially decrease iron absorption.
    2. The mitochondria have evolved to use manganese and iron together.
    3. Manganese in the brain when too high goes to area of high iron (basal ganglia: substantia nigra).

So when I meditate on Manganese my first observation is: Manganese is kinda like iron, it’s next to iron on the periodic table, it’s a transition metal like iron. Iron is used for ancient oxygen chemistry. Manganese appears to be used heavily for oxygen chemistry. The same pathways in the body that deal with iron also deal with manganese. Too much manganese appears to disrupt iron pathways. Many women have low iron (anemia), and thus we should also ask do they have have manganese as well?

    COPPER TO IRON-MANGANESE OXYGEN EVOLUTION

Ancient life appears to have at first used copper for oxygen chemistry and then we later evolved to use iron for oxygen chemistry. Manganese first appeared on my radar when I was meditating on copper see article Copper Containment where I made the following observations:

    1. Manganese is used with copper in the body.
    2. Iron is used with copper in the body.
    3. Copper electricity is harnessed by the body for oxygen metabolism.

    SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE

The observation I’m making now is that both iron and manganese like copper can also be used for oxygen metabolism. Looking at copper and oxygen metabolism via superoxide dismutase enzyme we can make a very interesting evolutionary observation:

An interesting thing to note is that in humans & yeast our anti-oxidant SOD proteins uses Copper-Zinc (Cu-Zn) pair whereas our mitochondria use an iron or manganese (Fe/Mn) compared to a bacteria which uses Nickel (Ni).

    SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE-2 USES MANGANESE

In humans we have 3 superoxide dismutase genes SOD-1, 2, 3. SOD proteins 1,3 used throughout most of the body use copper and zinc whereas SOD-2 used only in the mitochondria can use either manganese or iron at its catalytic core. SOD proteins break down harmful oxygen superoxides into less harmful (but still harmful) oxygen molecule O2 and hydrogen peroxide (H202). Thus from SOD-2 we see that manganese is used as part of system that controls oxidative stress, and more SOD expression correlates with longer cell life. Thus manganese mineral nutrient is important for mitochondrial long life. Having a manganese SOD-2 in mitochondria may mean that the body can regulate mitochondrial cell death better by keeping them alive using manganese or maybe depriving the mitochondria of manganese if it detects an dysfunctional mitochondria. Iron is used in heme in cytochrome C in mitochondria to detect H202 and to control apoptosis so I note that Manganese via SOD-2 and Iron via Cytochrome C work together as an Mn-Fe pair.

    LONG LIFE

Thinking about Cu/Zn & Fe/Mn in SOD we are getting really close to the secrets of long life.

According to wiki on SOD-3: “Among black garden ants (Lasius niger), the lifespan of queens is an order of magnitude greater than of workers despite no systematic nucleotide sequence difference between them.[6] The SOD3 gene was found to be the most differentially over-expressed gene in the brains of queen vs worker ants. This finding raises the possibility that SOD3 antioxidant activity plays a key role in the striking longevity of social insect queens.[6]

Many people have too high Cu and too low Zn, and many people more common in women have too low Fe and too high Mn. This indicates a dysregulation of SOD and likely leads to shorter life from oxidative damage. I think that the key to fixing this is to get iodine and silver and gold.

High copper can be balanced by gold, NeuGold nano-colloidal gold. It’s easy to take more zinc. But how do we fix low iron? Just taking more iron doesn’t work. Low iron can be caused by toxins such as cadmium so detoxing with iodine helps. If iron is too high can try taking more manganese. Getting more manganese into the mitochondria will help it live longer whereas silver works by shutting down dysfunctional mitochondria and iodine can both promote healthy mitochondria and shut down cancerous mitochondria. So Iodine + Manganese can work together to promote healthy mitochondria. Getting more manganese into your mitochondria by up-regulation of SOD-2 could result in longer life.

PLANTS USE MANGANESE TO MAKE OXGYEN

Let’s think about manganese from a different angle. We know it’s useful in oxygen metabolism as we discussed above but it turns out it’s critical to all life because plants need Manganese to create oxygen and without oxygen we would all die since we all exist in symbiosis with oxygen generating plants. Manganese is used in plants at the oxygen-evolving-complex in light generated photosynthesis. Looking at how it works multiple manganese atoms are used with an atom of calcium to create oxygen.

X-ray crystal structure of the Mn4O5Ca core of the oxygen evolving complex of Photosystem II at a resolution of 1.9 Å.

The magic happens when the fifth oxygen moelcule 05 is combined with a sixth oxygen atom (not shown) and diatomic O2 is released. Note how 05 is stabilized between two Manganese atoms (Mn1 and Mn4) as well as a calcium atom (Ca1).

So nice of plants to make oxygen for us. Even nicer that we can eat plants and get manganese nutrition because they have 4 molecules of manganese in each of their photosynthesis oxygen evolving complexes.

    PLANT MANGANESE COMES WITH CALCIUM

An interesting observation is that when we get manganese naturally from eating plants, each 4 molecules of manganese we get also comes attached to a calcium atom.

So it is not surprising that manganese nutrition is somehow linked with calcium signaling. What is clear is that manganese deficiency results in bone & cartilage problems, so thinking about how calcium and bones interact with manganese is worthwhile to meditate on.

    MANGANESE OVERVIEW

Manganese is used for Free Radical Defense Systems, Bone Formation, & Macronutrient metabolism. Manganese is also used in dozens of proteins and enzymes. Manganese is mostly found in the bones, also in the liver, kidneys and brain.

We already discussed how it is used in free radical defense systems via SOD-2 in the mitochondria. It makes sense that manganese is involved in bones as it comes naturally in our plant diet complexed with calcium atom. What Manganese is doing at a deeper level with the bones and metabolism is a bit of a mystery so I’ll look at the dozens of manganese proteins in more detail for clues to this manganese mystery.

    MAGNESIUM & MANGANESE

Manganese as Mn2+ form can sometimes substitute for Magnesium Mg2+ for stabilization of phosphates and thus could be used in energy pathways or enzymes that use phosphate energy (ATP, ADP, AMP etc). As an example let’s look at Manganese in detail in the brain protein glutamine synthase:

    GLUTAMINE SYNTHASE

In the human brain, the manganese is bound to manganese metalloproteins, most notably glutamine synthase in astrocytes. Glutamine synthetase (GS) is an enzyme that plays and essential role in the metabolism of nitrogen by catalyzing the condensation of glutamate and ammonia to form glutamine. Glutamine as glutamic acid is an amino acid used to make proteins and also is used as a neurotransmitter. In fact glutamic acid is the most abundant excitatory neurotransmitter in the vertebrate nervous system. (Also it serves as the precursor for the synthesis of the inhibitory gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in GABAergic neurons.)

Astrocytes protect neurons against excitotoxicity by taking up excess ammonia and glutamate. Because of its role in synaptic plasticity, glutamate is involved in cognitive functions such as learning and memory in the brain.

Ergo, Manganese is important for learning and memory because it is necessary in brain to temper too much glutamate or too much ammonia in the brain since manganese is necessary for glutamine synthase which converts excess glutamate and ammonia into glutamine amino acid instead.

So Manganese is part of an important brain neurotransmitter to amino acid to protein pipeline via glutamine synthesis interesting. Linking neurotransmitters to proteins to nitrogen metabolism manganese is important but what is it really doing?

I suspect Manganese as Mn2+ is being used here as an alternative to Mg2+ as a phosphate stabilizer for the ATP dependent part and of the glutamine synthase reaction which uses a phosphate intermediate. I think manganese is just helping convert Phosphate energy stored in ATP into a useful chemical reaction using the Mn as a intermediate stabilizer/co-factor.

To confirm I have to look at GS in more detail and figure out where the Manganese part is located and found this resource from a college inorganic chemistry course to help.

The reaction uses Manganese as Mn2+ as I suspected.
The reaction has a phosphate intermediate from ATP and maybe MN2+ is used to stabilize
GS protein looks like a big donut. Where is the Manganese exactly?
    There’s the Manganese!

“Each active site can be described as a bifunnel in which ATP binds at the top and glutamate binds at the bottom. Two metal cations lie at the center of each active site. The enzyme is functional with either Mg2+ or Mn2+ in the active site, however Mn2+ is more common despite the fact that it slightly slows down the activity of the GS enzyme.5 GS catalysis is faster with Mg2+, however GS selects Mn2+ because it binds to the enzyme with higher affinity.7 “

Okay that was lot of work but it was worth it. Yes I confirmed that that as I suspected Manganese is Mn2+ is functioning exactly as I would expect Magnesium as Mg2+ to behave. Mg2+ stabilized Phosphates and it looks like my hypothesis that Mn2+ can do the same is correct since this GS protein can be functional with either.

For the brain timing is important so the observation that the Mn2+ does the same as Mg2+ but slightly slows down the GS enzyme is interesting especially when you read about the GS protein in detail it has many other modulators (glycine, serine etc)

Turns out in GS there are actually TWO Manganese atoms used, one as a catalyst (blue) and the other as as the phosphate stabilizer (pink)

Manganese is an “oxygen stabilizer”! Carbon-Oxyen & Phosphate-Oxygen in the GS protein reaction.

Malfunction of GS in the brain can lead to neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s, epilepsy, glioblastoma multiforme, anxiety and depression. Manganese plays a central role in how this GS enzyme works as it needs Mn to function but can substitute with Mg if needed. It’s nice to know such an important pathway has a backup system. Also note that if your brain runs out of both Manganese and and Magnesium you are in trouble.

    ENZYMES THAT CONTAIN MANGANESE

Besides SOD-2 and glutamine synthase which we talked about above, other manganese containing enyzmes include oxidoreductases, transferases, hydrolases, lyases, isomerases, & ligases.

    ARGINASE

Arginase is a manganese containing enzyme of the hydrolase family, the final enzyme in the urea cycle. It is ubiquitous to all domains of life. It turns arginine plus water into ornithine plus urea. In humans and all mammals it allows the disposal of harmful ammonia into urea to be excreted via urine. Mn2+ ions coordinate with water, orienting and stabilizing the molecule and allowing water to act as a nucleophile and attack L-arginine, hydrolyzing it into ornithine and urea. Arginase-1 is located in the cytoplasm and hepatocytes (liver cells). Arginase-II is located in mitochondria and several tissues most abundantly in kidney and prostate. Arginase is expressed with nitric oxide synthase in smooth muscle, and is a controlling factor in both male erectile function and female sexual arousal.  Therefore, manganese dysregulation can result in problems with sexual function.

    PYRUVATE CARBOXYLASE

Pyruvate carboxylase (PC) is an enzyme that turns pyruvate into oxalate and requires either magnesium or manganese + Acetyl-CoA to function. As we saw earlier in the glutamine synthase enzyme as well, Mg2+ or Mn2+ are being interchangeable here because function is to stabilize phosphate residues during ATP dependent energy steps.

Pyruvate carboxylase uses a covalently attached biotin [Vitamin B7] cofactor which is used to catalyze the ATP– dependent carboxylation of pyruvate to oxaloacetate in two steps. Because PC enzyme is used in gluconeogenesis, the production of sugar, connections between manganese and diabetes suppression have been postulated.

When manganese is used it also requires an Acetyl-CoA a molecule that participates in many biochemical reactions in protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

    MANGANESE ABSORPTION

Manganese is absorbed in the small intestine through an active transport system, and possibly through passive diffusion as well when intake levels are high. After absorption, some manganese remains free, but most is bound to transferrin, albumin, and plasma alpha-2-macroglobulin. Manganese is taken up by the liver and other tissues, but the mechanism of this process is not well understood. Humans absorb only about 1-5% of dietary manganese and infants and children tend to absorb more. Infants absorb much more 20% of dietary manganese. Manganese absorption is regulated as evidenced by absorption efficiency increasing with low manganese intakes and decreases with higher intakes, but little is known about the mechanisms that control absorption. Men tend to absorb Mn less efficiently than women possibly because men tend to have higher iron status.

    BULK MANGANESE

The human body contains about 10-20 mg manganese of which 25% -40% is in the bone. The liver, pancreas, kidney and brain also contain manganese.

*I think every cell in the entire body contains some manganese since is used in the mitochondria and all cells have mitochondria. (SOD-2 protein for example).

    MANGANESE ELIMINATION

More than 90% of absorbed manganese is excreted via bile into the feces, and a small amount is reabsorbed. Very little is excreted in urine.

*Even though manganese is not excreted much in the urine, it’s effect on creating urine cannot be overstated since is used in arginase to make urea (the main component of urine). So I’m really surprised to hear not much manganese comes out of the urine.

    MANGANESE & IRON

Dietary iron intakes and iron status (measured from serum ferritin concentration) appear to be inversely associated with manganese absorption. The mechanism for this effect is unknown but the shared transporter of iron and manganese in the intestine might play a role.

    MANGANESE ABSORPTION BLOCKERS

Iron rich foods or supplements have been show to lower absorption of manganese. Phosphorus and calcium may also decrease your retention of manganese but at a lower amount compared to iron.

    DIETARY SUPPLEMENT TYPES

Mn in dietary supplements is present in many forms including amino acid chelates (e.g. manganese glycinate chelate, bisglycinate chelate, manganese glycinate chelate, and manganese aspartate). Other forms include manganese gluconate, manganese picolinate, manganese sulfate, manganese citrate, and manganese chloride.

*The multivitamin I take and recommend uses Manganese Gluconate. PowerSourceOne uses Manganese (Gluconate) 10 mg 435% DV per serving. Serving is 8 capsules so is 1.24 mg Mn/capsule. I don’t recommend taking stand alone manganese supplements just get the small amount of manganese you need from plant diet and multivitamin is plenty. However if you have HIGH iron confirmed by blood work you might consider taking a manganese supplement but in general is unlikely you are low in manganese, and be careful as too much manganese can become toxic.

MANGANESE TOXICITY IN WELDERS AND WATER

Manganese can have neurotoxic effect in large amounts. This is uncommon unless you are inhaling manganese or are drinking water with too high manganese levels. Inhaled manganese say if you are an aluminum welder (1% manganese in aluminum alloy) can cause inflammation of the lungs with symptoms that might include cough and bronchitis. High levels of manganese (>300 microgram Mn/L) are associated with reduced intellectual function in children. Manganese is also required for proper baby brain development and is not inherently neurotoxic.

*When you are iodine deficient it’s more likely that manganese will be toxic to too you whereas when you detox your body can eliminates any excess metals it doesn’t need.

*It’s still better to have well water with too much manganese in it than it is to drink fluoridated water.

    MANGANISM

“Exposure to high levels of manganese during fetal development can result in neurocognitive deficits, which in adults; manganese accumulation in the basal ganglia can lead to decreased dopamine levels and cell death in a syndrome called manganism which shares multiple features with Parkinson’s disease.” Early symptoms of manganese neurotoxicity include fatigue, headache, muscle cramps, loss of appetite, apathy, insomnia, and diminished libido. Manganism is initially characterized by the psychiatric disorder, locura manganica with symptoms including compulsive or violent behavior, emotional instability, and hallucinations.

    MANGANESE FROM PLANTS

The most natural source of manganese is from plants. The reason is that plants use manganese for photosynthesis as part of their oxygen evolving complex (OEC). Manganese is used with calcium for function of oxidizing individual oxygen molecules into oxygen O2 diatomic molecules which plants release into the atmosphere. So without manganese used by plants we wouldn’t be here because we need oxygen to live.

    DIGESTION

Manganese helps with protein and amino acid digestion and utilization, as well as the metabolism of cholesterol and carbohydrates.

    VITAMINS

Manganese helps body utilize a number of vitamins such as choline, thiamine, and vitamins C and E, and ensures proper liver function.

    BLOOD CLOTTING

Manganese plays a role in blood clotting and hemostasis in conjunction with vitamin K.

    VASODILATION

Manganese is a known vasodilator, which means it helps enlarge veins to efficiently carry blood to tissues like the brain.

    PANCREAS

Manganese is heavily concentrated in the pancreas. It’s involved in the production of insulin, which removes sugar from the blood. Thus, manganese may contribute to the proper secretion of insulin and help stabilize blood sugar.

    THYROID

Manganese plays a role in the production of thyroxine. Thyroxine (T4) contains 4 molecules of iodine and is the inactive form of thyroid hormone. Thus there is a connection between manganese and my favorite topic iodine. Iodine deficiency and heavy metal toxicity and halogen toxicity results in defective or dysregulated thyroid hormones and other dysregulation of minerals such as manganese which is a problem if it either gets too high or too low. It’s almost impossible to run out of manganese in your body as abundantly found in plant diet and stored in your bones, but it is easy for the manganese to get too high if your body is asking for more iodine and can’t find it. Body sends the signal to make more iodine containing thyroid hormones (T4) via TSH via brain dopamine which is affected by manganese levels. Too much manganese has bad effect by accumulating in high iron part of the brain in the basal ganglia known as the substantia nigra and can disrupt dopamine as well as TSH and other thyroid hormones. Manganese deficiency could cause or contribute to hypothyroid condition, which may contribute to weight gain and hormone imbalances.

REFERENCE: EFFECTS OF MANGANESE ON THYROID HORMONE HOMEOSTASIS

Soldin OP, Aschner M. Effects of manganese on thyroid hormone homeostasis: potential links. Neurotoxicology. 2007 Sep;28(5):951-6. doi: 10.1016/j.neuro.2007.05.003. Epub 2007 May 13. PMID: 17576015; PMCID: PMC2067987.

*Don’t worry about being low in manganese for your thyroid just get more iodine and it should fix itself as you detox hormones and mineral levels including manganese should rebalance. It’s very hard to run out of manganese unless you just completely stop eating any plants. For carnivores doing a paleo diet maybe you need to throw some manganese into your fire-pit like the Neanderthals did if you don’t want to eat any plants. Humans are omnivores so eat some meat and plant matter is my personal strategy.

    DOPAMINE

“Dopamine is a known inhibitory modulator of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) secretion. The involvement of dopamine and dopaminergic receptors in neurodevelopment, as well as TSH modulation led us to hypothesize that excessive manganese exposure may lead to adverse neurodevelopment outcomes due to the disruption of thyroid homeostasis via the loss of dopaminergic control of TSH regulation of thyroid hormones”

*The paper hypothesizes that too much manganese can adversely affect your brain, dopamine and thyroid hormone regulation.

    OSTEOARTHRITIS

Combining manganese with glucosamine and chondroitin may reduce osteoarthritis pain.

*I recommend Frankincense and berries for osteoarthritis (NeuGold for Rhematoid arthritis).

    WOUND HEALING

Manganese is present in an enzyme that provides amino acid called proline. Proline is necessary for the production fo collagen in your skin cells. Collagen formation is essential to wound healing, and wound healing can be slowed down with manganese deficiency.

*Manganese deficiency is rare, I put Neusilver on wounds for wound healing.

Some research shows that putting manganese calcium and zinc on chronic wounds for 12 weeks may improve wound healing.

*Zinc does help with some skin conditions, had a friend break out in a chlorine rash after getting into a over-chlorinated pool and she broke out in hives. I had her apply zinc oxide suncreen and it made the itching stop. Whether manganese mixed with calcium and zinc is better for wound healing than just zinc I’m not sure but worth a shot. Typically I just use NeuSilver on skin wounds and they heal very fast usually without a scar.

    FERTILITY

Manganese deficiency though rare can result in low fertility such as testicular shrinkage. Manganese deficiency in animals has been found to cause skeletal defects like curved spine, shorter and thicker limbs and enlarged joints.

    MENSTRUAL CYCLE

Low levels of manganese might contribute to pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS).

*I’ve heard of women taking NeuGold to help with PMS, but apparently taking manganese might help as well. I’m not a woman so ladies let me know if works.  What works better for PMS: NeuGold or Manganese? If anyone has any data on or personal experience on that let me know.

From what I know now, I suspect you might also want to try taking Magnesium as both Gold is known to unblock the +2 divalent metal pathway that is blocking probably both Manganese Mn2+, and Magnesium Mg2+, and also maybe try zinc (Zn2+) and calcium (Ca2+)

    DIVALENT METAL TRANSPORTER

Neurons, contain divalent metal transporter (DMT1). DMT1 is a major transporter for manganese and is functionally important with regard to the necessity of stable homeostasis of manganese in in extracellular fluids for optimal brain function. Rat studies show that injected manganese within 5 minutes can be found in the choroid plexus and then cerebrospinal fluid indicating it was let in by DMT1 transporter.

    IMMUNE SYSTEM

Manganese may have a role in the immune system for natural immunity along with iron and zinc. “Unlike zinc, there is little information regarding the effects of manganese deficiency on immune development and function. There are, however, limited data suggesting that toxic levels of manganese may impair immune function. Further, emerging data have revealed that vertebrates resist bacterial infections through manganese sequestration.”

*Invading pathogens fight with your body for iron. Iron feeds bacteria. It’s not surprising they might fight for manganese as well but the data sounds too sketchy to comment further.

    CONCLUSION

My take is that Manganese nutrition is not a problem for vast majority of people. What is a problem for vast majority of people is iodine deficiency. Manganese problems and iodine deficiency overlap in symptoms because of manganese’s use in dopamine/TSH/thyroid hormone pathway. If you think your manganese is out of whack try the iMedDo detox system. Studying manganese gave me insight in iron problems, magnesium problems and let me look at iodine and thyroid neuroendocrine regulation of metabolism in a whole new light. Manganese and Iron are used instead of Copper and Zinc for mitochondrial suppression of oxygen free radical in SOD-2 which is exciting as we are narrowing in on very useful information for how to live longer when we mediate on manganese nutrition, so thank you for reading and thinking about Manganese! I’m not sure if we mastered the mystery but at least we have a good starting platform which I hope you of all reading levels found useful. For those of you with advanced training you will note how much about manganese is simply unknown, so I hope this article simply peaked your interest and will inspire some future generation to look more deeply into this and related topics.

PS Manganese from Magnesia is sacred to the Ancient Great Goddess. It has the power to make babies healthy or to murder you if you take too much or get too cocky like Niobe. Manganese meditation took me to a dark but beautiful place in human history where slaves working in mines and went insane, rebelled when they learned the truth that we are all one with God and created in God’s image. Pyrolusite is a component of the Philosopher’s Stone. Great Goddess energy is back as we are all being treated like mine slaves again with the covid jabs, the results never end well. End of civilization for some, start of a new Golden Age for others.

  • CADMIUM DETOX

    CADMIUM DETOX

Greetings iMedDo newsletter subscribers! Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. In this episode we are going to look closely at an often overlooked toxic heavy metal known as cadmium. My goal is that you have a basic understanding of where cadmium exposure comes from, problems it causes in the body, and how to detox cadmium using iMedDo Detox System and mineral rebalancing.

    WHAT IS CADMIUM

Cadmium is element 48 on the periodic table. Cadmium is a soft silvery white transition metal and is a toxic heavy metal. In general elements heavier than element 34 are toxic, and cadmium is no exception. The notable exceptions of elements larger than atomic number 34 which are not toxic are: silver (47), iodine (53) & gold (80), all three of which are used in the iMedDo detox system.

CADMIUM WAS DISCOVERED AS A ZINC IMPURITY

Cadmium was discovered in 1817 by German chemists Stromeyer & Hermann while they were analyzing an impurity which they thought at first was arsenic that was naturally occurring in zinc ore. The zinc ore was called Cadmia named after the Greek hero Cadmus (Kadmos), and was used in making calamine lotion. Because the new element was isolated from the Cadmia they named it Cadmium which kinda makes sense, and is also cool because it means the element Cadmium is also indirectly named after the Greek hero Cadmus as well (see Appendix: Mythology of Greek Hero Cadmus).

    SOURCES OF CADMIUM TOXICITY

The primary use of cadmium is in Nickel-Cadmium rechargeable batteries. Although exposure to cadmium from battery industry is possible, it’s not thought to be a major source of cadmium toxicity.

Instead the main source of cadmium toxicity is from fertilizers and cadmium contaminated soils and from diet from plants grown in cadmium contaminated soils.

Cadmium used to be used in PVC pipes but is no longer, and cadmium and cadmium toxicity can also come from a variety of industrial applications such as cadmium used on metals an an anti-corrosive, and cadmium used in nuclear industry, and used in semi-conductor industry.

Another potentially serious source of cadmium toxicity is from cadmium paints used from yellow, orange and red dyes. Cadmium sulfide is yellow and cadmium selenide is red.

Breathing cadmium dust is more toxic than eating it certain industries like sandblasting cadmium paint into a dust and inhaling can have higher cadmium toxicity.

Most people with cadmium toxicity will probably never even know it as you’ll just think you have some other metal toxicity like mercury or lead, as many of the heavy metal symptoms are all the same like headache, anxiety, nausea, acne, low energy etc.

Cadmium toxicity is most well known for causing renal failure and bone problems though causes full body problems from mineral disruption like zinc mimicry. Cadmium does interfere with calcium signaling but even worse it shuts down the mitochondria in the kidneys and without kidney function calcium problems are exacerbated even more. Cadmium toxicity is amplified by fluoride, aluminum, and low iodine and amplified with other toxic heavy metals. Iodine is a very important part of combating cadmium as iodine promotes mitochondria and energy.

PERIODIC TABLE GIVES CLUES AS TO CADMIUM’S TOXICITY

Looking at cadmium on the periodic table we can see it’s in group (column) 12, which include: Zinc/Zn (30), Cadmium/Cd (48), Mercury/Hg (80) and Copernicium/Cn (112).

Copernicium is radioactive and toxic and does not occur naturally so doesn’t really matter. Of the three naturally occurring ones, zinc, cadmium and mercury, zinc is known to be a critical nutrient, whereas cadmium is toxic and mercury is uber toxic.

Mercury is believed to be the most toxic of all the heavy metals tied only perhaps with lead. Being in the same family as Mercury is not a good look for cadmium. Like Mercury, I presume even before learning more about cadmium that it is also toxic and that it’s primary mechanism of toxicity is likely as Cd2+ ions interfering with zinc Zn2+ ions, and potentially also interfering with other +2 signaling pathways such as calcium Ca2+ and Magnesium Mg2+ as well though will have to read more to confirm.

Doing a quick search is looks like cadmium toxicity can cause respiratory damage, Renal (Kidney) damage, Skeletal Lesions, Osteoporosis and Anemia, Anosmia (loss of smell), and yellowing of the teeth.
    https://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/csem/cadmium/Chronic-Effects.html

Searching in more depth I was able to confirm that as I suspected just from looking at the periodic table, and being a biochemist to notice, that Cadmium does in fact interfere with Zinc, & does interfere with Calcium & Magnesium.

Doing some more reading I also found that Cadmium interferes with Manganese, and Copper and Iron as well.

In fact it appears that Cadmium interferes with Manganese the most.

Manganese (not to be confused with Magnesium) is an important nutrient that I have not yet written a newsletter about. I have written newsletters about Zinc, Magnesium though which also talk about Calcium.

If you’ve forgotten an important take home from zinc article is that there are 3000 known zinc proteins which is a whopping 10% of the human genome’s 30,000 encoded proteins use zinc.

So Cadmium interfering with zinc is bad news as can potentially interfere with 3k proteins and also interfere with zinc ion (Zn2+) signaling.

Taking more zinc does help with cadmium poisoning to an extent but what is found to help even more is taking manganese.

Zinc is balanced by copper, and when body is tricked into thinking its zinc levels are too high (from cadmium mimicking zinc) taking more copper helps (but don’t do that) instead take gold. iMedDo NeuGold. Gold is a superior conductor to copper in the nerves, and when the body gets untracked and realizes that it’s not actually high zinc, it’s high cadmium imitating zinc, then it is glad that you didn’t over copper as not enough zinc around to balance but with gold can mineral balance safely.

A very important thing I learned while researching cadmium is that cadmium can be detoxed using iron. Normally people do not need to supplement iron, but interestingly with cadmium poisoning one of the most common side effects is anemia (low iron) because the body is using up the iron to detox the cadmium. A few years ago I wrote an article on iron, and the issue of iron anemia was confusing to me. But now I see if you have chronic anemia, you very well could be dealing with cadmium toxicity, detox and if that was the problem the anemia should go away. I eat off of cast iron skillets so I’m not really worried about either low iron, but if my iron was low even while I was eating off of iron skillets at least now I know something that could be causing that! Cadmium toxicity.

CADMIUM POISONING IN JAPAN: ITAI-ITAI (IT HURTS, IT HURTS) DISEASE

The most well known case of cadmium poisoning was in Japan in 1912 when a mining company was releasing cadmium into a river. Coined as ITAI ITAI or it hurts it hurts disease, the locals drinking from the river and eating rice grown from the cadmium contaminated river water developed severely painful spine/bone and joint problems as well as softening of the bones and kidney failure.

CADMIUM POISONING CAUSES BONE SOFTENING SPINAL DAMAGE

From the Japanese we learn that the main problem with cadmium poisoning (besides kidney failure) is that it causes softening of the bones. This is a serious problem if your spine softens and you get micro fractures in the bones which can be extremely painful as happened to the Japanese with Itai-Itai disease. Bone softening is a clue that cadmium interferes with calcium pathways and likely magnesium and other bone pathways. We known know that cadmium interferes with manganese and zinc nutrients in particular, and much of the calcium interference is from the kidney damage.

    CADMIUM POISONING CAUSE KIDNEY DAMAGE

Cadmium can make kidneys shrink by up to 30% and rather than re-uptaking enough calcium back into the blood, nutrients such as calcium (and magnesium and zinc and others (manganese in particular seems important with cadmium toxicity) too much of them are lost. The result is softened bones from the kidney damage.

    CADMIUM TOXICITY SUMMARIZED

Cadmium heavy metal is toxic because like both mercury and lead it can form a +2 ion that interferes with +2 ion signaling in the body. In particular cadmium interferes with the same things lead and mercury interfere with (zinc, calcium, and magnesium), and additionally interferes with manganese, copper and iron. It goes without saying that cadmium toxicity will also result in low iodine as body has to expend iodine to detox it.

    CADMIUM DETOX SUPPLEMENT CHANGES

Normally you should already be supplementing the above things (zinc, calcium, magnesium, manganese) in your multivitamin(s).

But it is not normally recommended to supplement copper or iron.

But with cadmium poisoning supplementing copper and iron is okay, but an even better way is to instead of supplementing copper and iron is to supplement gold and silver.

So if you are just going along and taking your iMedDo detox system and a great multivitamin (I endorse PowerSourceOne created by DrCalin Pop) then you should be fine for cadmium detox.

If you want to get fancy, if you knew for certain you had cadmium toxicity then you might want to up your magnesium and especially your manganese supplementation, and if you are confirmed to be iron anemic from the cadmium poisoning then also supplement iron.

MANGANESE & ZINC FOR CADMIUM DETOX

The most interesting thing I learned about cadmium toxicity that I was not aware of before writing this article is the importance of manganese in addition to zinc but even more so than zinc for cadmium detox.

Fortunately, although toxic, cadmium is not as toxic as either mercury or lead. I suspect that because zinc is used so ubiquitously in the body (see my zinc article, 3000 known pathways) that our body has ways of separating out and limiting the damage of the cadmium as cadmium is a common contaminant of zinc in our diet.

    SULPHUR & SELENIUM

Additionally as a +2 charged cadmium ion Cd2+, the body uses both sulphur (S2-) and selenium (Se2-) charged molecules for detox.

    IODINE FOR CADMIUM DETOX

The way I’m familiar with for detox is that body uses iodine as a universal oxidant of heavy metals (and iodine is used by the body as an anti-oxidant in other pathways).

SILVER & GOLD FOR CADMIUM DETOX

Because silver is known by me to be the direct antidote to Mercury and gold to lead and both mercury and lead Hg2+ and Pb2+ are similar in charge to cadmium as its preferred Cd2+ ion form, then likely either silver or gold or both will be useful in detoxing cadmium. I’m not sure which will work better so to be safe just use both silver and gold as well as iodine in iMedDo detox system and you will get the cadmium out.

COPPER & IRON VS GOLD & SILVER

Normally you wouldn’t supplement copper or iron, however with cadmium toxicity, you can. However, I believe that supplementing gold instead of copper and silver instead of iron is even better. The iMedDo way is to not worry about supplementing copper or iron, as instead you are supposed to be supplementing silver and gold along with iodine using the iMedDo Detox System.

    CADMIUM CARCINOGEN

Cadmium is a known carcinogen and promotes cancer. Based on my current understanding of medicine, it’s most likely from mitochondrial disruption, and using both iodine and silver is the solution, and note that all three iodine, silver and gold in iMedDo system are anti-cancer so don’t worry about cadmium carcinogenesis, just detox and it will go away.

SILVER & IODINE VS CADMIUM AT MITOCHONDRIA

Silver shuts down mitochondrial cells that have become cancerous.
Iodine shuts down mitochondrial cells that have become cancerous and also promotes more mitochondria to be formed.

Because primary cadmium toxicity is killing kidney mitochondria, it is important to take both iodine and silver together not just silver alone when detoxing cadmium, and as discussed above, gold is useful for cadmium detox as an alternative to copper.

    IRON & CADMIUM

Besides kidney failure, the other most common side effect of cadmium poisoning is suppressed red blood cell formation (erythropoiesis). An surprising discovery while reading about cadmium detox is the iron can be used to detox cadmium and in particular iron in the body is used up to detox cadmium. So cadmium toxicity comes with anemia (low red blood cells) as then there is less iron to to around to form hemoglobin in red blood cells.

    CADMIUM COVID CONSPIRACY

Because cadmium poisoning can cause “flu like symptoms”, and because cadmium anemia would look a lot like malaria parasite, and because cadmium poisoning in the air could cause serious respiratory problems, I had never thought about it but if the entire covid pandemic was faked, then cadmium poisoning could have been used to do it. I’m not saying it was, I’m just pointing out that sneaky poisoners have many ways to trick us into thinking we have a virus when it could just have been caused by a metal toxicity.

    CADMIUM CHEMTRAILS

There is a documented declassified case in the 60’s of the UK spraying cadmium on their poor citizens. Normally when I think about chemtrails I’m thinking about barium, aluminum and strontium but now I’m also thinking about cadmium. It seems entirely plausible that cadmium toxicity sprayed as chemtrails to damage the lungs and cause flu-like symptoms and then activation by 5G could in fact be deployed as a bioweapon, and possibly it has already been deployed, very disturbing thoughts. Cadmium is much more readily absorbable in the lungs 10-40% whereas when eaten is only a few percent absorbed.

    NUTRIENT DEPLETION EXACERBATES CADMIUM POISONING

The body when it gets low in zinc or manganese in particular in an attempt to absorb more in the diet will also absorb more cadmium. Thus having good nutrition protects against cadmium poisoning.

    THE IMEDDO WAY

The iMedDo way is to be in a constant state of detox. The goal is that by taking iMedDo detox system that you will detox toxins like cadmium out faster than you are taking them in. There is a small amount of cadmium naturally occurring in soil from zinc ores and a large amount of cadmium in many foods from cadmium contaminated crop fertilizers, so even if you are eating healthy you are being exposed to cadmium, so just keep detoxing and you will stay healthy.

APPENDIX: MYTHOLOGY OF GREEK HERO CADMUS

Cadmium named from the zinc ore Cadmia is thus also indirectly named after the Greek hero Cadmus from which Cadmia ore was named. Cadmus was a Greek hero like a proto-Hercules who is as far as I can tell also and Orion constellation reference and a milky way reference which gives the word cadmium access to magical qualities. The mythology of Cadmus is very interesting as he is the Phonecian who brought the Phonecian alphabet to the Greeks (Boetia area), and he has a fascinating mythos related to dragons, dragons teeth, the Spartans and a host of greek gods and goddesses and European cow mythology (Zeus and Europa).

    https://www.britannica.com/topic/Cadmus

Cadmus was the brother of Europa, and Boetia is “Cow City”. Because Boetia Greece was conquered by Alexander the Great 335 BC, it is interesting to me to look towards the Greek Ptolomy dynasty of Egypt founded in Alexander’s legacy for syncretic study of ancient Greek mythology with ancient Egyptian mythology. Cadmus would be the hero comparable to Egyptian Hero/Heru, and is the same as Hercules also being an Orion constellation reference. The story of Cadmus and his wife Harmonia being transformed into dragons is thus not surprising, as the red nebula behind the Orion constellation is the dragon here and the milky way can also be imagined as a dragon. An interesting thing to me is that as Europa’s brother it would be up to Cadmus to avenge his sister for her being raped by the God Zeus, and sure enough like Prometheus, Cadmus is a human rather than God imagining of the Orion constellation, and when you imagine yourself as God when you look at the Orion constellation instead of seeing it as Zeus or Thor or Perrun or some other god holding the milky way as a thunderbolt then indeed Cadmus like Prometheus would be seen as the God-slayer encoding Greco-Buddhist astrotheology.

  • DETOX LEAD WITH GOLD

Greetings iMedDo Newsletter Subscribers!  For October 2022 Halloween special I present a special meditation on the scariest heavy metal of them all, THE heavy metal, LEAD!  Many people have actually died of lead poisoning and it is estimated that about half of all people who died from unknown chemical exposure it is later figured out that it was lead poisoning that did them in.  Because its relatively easy to check for lead in the bones & hair posthumously, we actually have a lot of data on historical lead poisoning and the only good thing about it is that lead exposure has decreased somewhat in the past few hundred years, and yet lead poisoning is still a major problem unless you get educated on how to avoid it.  In this episode I will explain the major sources of lead poisoning which historically is from prostitutes and drinking, and in modern times the major sources still of lead poisoning from leaded crystal decanters and lead glazed pottery and from lead pipes, all also drinking of lead related.  Lead drank is usually in the Pb2+ form which is able to interfere with 3 important signaling molecules in the body Ca2+, Zn2+ and Mg2+ because of similar charge.  In this episode I present my hypothesis that gold in neutral monoatomic form like as released from colloidal gold is able to detox lead ions from the body based on size not charge and thus gold can be used for a direct detox and antidote for lead poisoning. Also I will go into detail of some lead neuroscience of how lead interferes with the NMDA receptor in the brain which in my opinion appears to be from MAGNESIUM disruption.  Additionally, I will discuss how lead through zinc disruption is able to disrupt iron and red blood cells which has been well studied.  Turning lead into gold is alchemy, and detoxing lead with gold is what the iMedDo Heavy Metal Detox system does.   Lead like all heavy metals results in iodine deficiency as the body has to expend iodine to detox the lead, and a simple cure to lead poisoning is simply iodine replenishment with gold to protect the brain and silver to protect the body is the iMedDo way to handle lead safely and gently and compare to chelation therapy in mainstream medicine which can detox the lead too fast resulting in headache, nausea, and kidney damage etc.  People have used iMedDo to detox lead from Flint, Michigan and recently it is my hope that people will use it again to detox lead in Jackson, MS and in other places where failing lead pipe municipal water is resulting in lead poisoning of children even today.  It is my hope that philanthropists, other charities and other churches will step it up to purchase iMedDo detox for their themselves and their local communities.  If you are worried about lead poisoning and don’t know what do please contact me, can schedule an appointment at link iMedDo.club/book. The iMedDo Lead Detox System is freely available to all as anyone purchasing it makes a donation to the iMedDo Foundation private charity and can get the $ back as a tax write off, so what are people waiting for to detox lead, there is really no reason not to!  Mark your purchase on your taxes as a donation to charity (not tax advice)  IMEDDO FOUNDATION EIN #87-1243015.

HISTORICAL LEAD POISONING TO PRESENT A LITANY OF BADNESS

In ancient bronze age empires, there was a desire to make an imitation gold, which resulting in the creating of brass from copper and zinc. Unfortunately, lead was often added and lead poisoning from drinking from leaded brass was in my opinion a partial cause of the fall of the bronze age empires from which only Egypt survived the collapse. Even today lead is still aded to brass and leaded pipes from leaded brass, leaded soder or just plain lead pipes is still a major concern even in modern times. Lead is also believed to have been a partial cause of the fall of the Roman empire. The Athenian Greeks mined large amounts of silver and had large amounts of lead leftover from the mining that later the Romans sought to use as they had the lead in abundant supply. The Romans did not know about lead poisoning it seems so they had the bad idea to add lead to their wine as lead acetate as a wine sweetener. The result is that many a roman was lead poisoned by their wine and lead poisoning is believed to have contributed to the fall of the Roman Empire. Prostitutes would use leaded cosmetics like lead oxide on their face and would even eat lead by the spoonful on purpose to cause miscarriages and abortions. Note that the white face paint of the Geisha in Japan contained lead, and for Halloween, the Harlot Queen see Harley Quinn from popular DC comics show Batman is depicted with a white face and with the Joker acts violent and criminally insane which can be explained by lead poisoning. In 16th & 17th century England and even America, lead poisoning was common from apple cider made with lead equipment. Even after lead was removed from wine, people still manage to poison themselves until very recently by storing their wine and booze in leaded crystal decanters, and by drinking from lead glazed pottery cups. Lead was also used in hair dyes and many other industrial applications. Even in the 20th century people still found novel ways to give themselves lead poisoning. In the 1920’s lead was added to automotive gasoline (tetra-ethyl-lead) which was able to readily absorb in the skin and which gave people hallucinations and is not so fondly remembered as “looney gas”. Today you will notice that gasoline stations say “unleaded” on them harkening to that dark time. Sadly, leaded gas is still used for airplane fuel. The vast majority of lead used in industry today is still used in the automotive industry for lead car batteries but fortunately there is little exposure except for people in battery recycling industry in particular need to be careful and detox. Today the top cause of lead poisoning is from drinking from lead pipes and the poor little children are the most susceptible to lead poisoning because their developing bodies absorb it more than adults. Older houses prior to 1978 can contain lead paints and humans have managed sadly to brain damage many a child with lead paint dust. It’s also possible to give yourself lead poisoning from gun ranges (smelling too much lead blasting caps) and lead is using in fishing from lead sinkers which though pose not much risk to humans can cause lead environmental problems for wildlife. Lead shot has been replaced with steel shot for things like duck hunting for example to avoid accidental lead exposure from eating game with lead ammunition inside. Looking at history of lead poisoning it’s truly scary and terrible and looking at the present where lead poisoning is still a problem mostly from drinking lead from tap water and tap water created beverages (sodas, wines etc), I hope we as humans can learn from the past and do better. I know I can. I just realized that a brass water hose attachment I’m using has lead in it the same bronze age problem that never got fixed. Some things never change.

THE SOLUTION TO LEAD IS GOLD

The good news is that even before the bronze age the solution to lead poisoning was known it’s just that no-one wants to use it because it’s expensive, the cure to lead poisoning is gold. In almost all uses of lead gold could be used as a nontoxic alternative, so lead poisoning becomes an economic issue. Gold is 10x more electrically conductive than lead and could be used for car batteries instead of lead and gold is even dense than lead and can be used instead of lead where something heavy is required, but gold is not a heavy metal because unlike lead it is not toxic in the body and is very biocompatible. Meditating on the problem, it comes down to the fact that humans love to hoard gold. Sure we’ll pass out bottled water to people with lead pipes and failing water treatment plants, but will we send them gold health supplements? Best I can do is to make the food grade gold available for donations that can be recovered by tax write off through my church iMedDo Foundation. The charity Rise Beyond Dreams purchased and donated iMedDo Health Supplements to help the those suffering with lead poisoning in Flint, Michigan. No-one has yet contacted me to purchase and donate health supplement for the lead poisoned in Jackson, MS, I suppose because they are getting so much federal aid and they think that bottled water is the solution. Sadly, bottled water can contain fluoride, and left out in the heat leeches plastic, so the people drinking it might not be getting the clean water they think though at least is better than the tap water. Please help me spread the word: The iMedDo Lead Detox System is freely available to all as anyone purchasing it makes a donation to the iMedDo Foundation private charity and can get the $ back as a tax write off, so what are people waiting for to detox lead, there is really no reason not to!  Mark your purchase on your taxes as a donation to charity (not tax advice)  IMEDDO FOUNDATION EIN #87-1243015.

COVER ART “Detox Lead with Gold”

The cover art depicts lead pipes with a water spout pouring from being lead into being gold to depict the detox of lead poison with gold medicine.  To indicate that lead is poisonous I used skull & crossbones with red Pb2+ ion underneath where the skull is that of a Japanese Geisha with white face-paint to indicated that many women have been lead poisoned by white lead oxide face paint in prostitute and sex trade industry as the lead is used to cause infertility.  The geisha skull is a sign of the divine mother and reminder also of all the poor children born in lead poisoned conditions such as children eating lead paint.   I used wine in a leaded crystal decanter underneath the lead pipe to indicate that wine was once a major source of lead poisoning from sweet wine in Roman times, and then even in modern times even after lead was removed from wine, people still obtained lead poison drinking from leaded crystal decanters.  Wine is a religious symbol and whether your wine contains lead or is lead free in a golden chalice is a good point to meditate on when thinking about turning lead into gold.  To the right of the pipe is a bottle of NeuGold food grade colloidal gold which is I believe a cure for lead ion poisoning from drank sources be they pipes or wine.  Below the water spigot is the elemental symbol for gold Au inside of the Triforce depicted as an Egyptian pyramid with 3 ions, Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc to indicate the 3 signaling molecule paths that I believe lead is able to block and that gold is able clear by detox and restore by gold detox of lead hypothesis discussed in episode.  Hope you my dear readers enjoy this cover art, it took me about a full day to create and was in part divine inspired.  I find the Geisha skull and cross bones to be a bit scary but that’s okay because this is a halloween special, and Happy Halloween!  DrBenGo Healthwarrior

LEAD IS THE HEAVIEST & MOST TOXIC HEAVY METAL

Because lead is the heaviest naturally occurring element and because it has well known toxicity to humans, it has become the very definition of toxic heavy metal against which all other putative toxic heavy metals are compared. Lead (Pb) is element #82 on the periodic table.  Because  elements used by the human body are generally of much lower atomic number (#34 and below). The term “heavy metal” has become widely synonymous with “toxic metal” thanks to lead.  The obvious to me as a biochemist elements used by the human body are #34 selenium, #30 zinc, #29 copper, #26 iron, #25 manganese, #24 chromium #20 calcium, #19 potassium, #17 chorine (as chloride) #16 sulphur #15 phosphorus #12 magnesium #11 sodium #8 oxygen #7 nitrogen #6 carbon #5 boron #3 lithium #1 hydrogen.

    NOTABLE HEAVY METAL EXCEPTIONS

There are three elements above atomic number 34 which are beneficial to the human body  silver #47, iodine #53, and gold #79.   Note that the iMedDo Detox System uses these three for detox.   Besides these three, as far as I can tell all of the elements above #34 are either not used by the human body or are toxic to the human body or they haven’t been studied enough to say.   In general besides, silver, gold and iodine, elements above #34 are presumed to be toxic heavy metals and two most well known ones for their bad toxicity are #80 mercury and #82 lead.   The notable exception in the under 34 category that is toxic and is thus a heavy metal by definition in the toxicity sense even though it is light is #13 aluminum.

One of my goals as a biochemist is to learn and be able to better explain to people with elements are toxic and which ones are not and why, and it’s a long and slow process as I have to examine each one individually and the way I’m approaching it is through these monthly newsletters.  So far I have a newsletter on #30 zinc, #29 copper, #26 iron #12 magnesium   for the ones used by the body, and so far I have a newsletter on #13 aluminum, #80 mercury and excited to present this month this newsletter for #82 lead, and #79 gold.

    LEAD VS GOLD

Why is #82 lead bad for you and #79 gold good for you is a question I want to address in this episode.   Many people are afraid to use gold and silver and maybe even iodine because they are under the mistaken impression that just because these three are high atomic number that they must be toxic heavy metals.   They are not, they are exceptions.  Iodine is not even a metal it is a metalloid that can detox metals.  Silver and Gold are not heavy metals they are notable noble metals that defy the trend of high atomic number elements being heavy metals, they are not “heavy metals” by definition because they are not toxic.  Gold is extremely biocompatible.

I don’t blame people for being afraid to use gold because it looks very suspicious at #79 so close to known uber toxins #80 mercury and #82 lead, the two worst heavy metals, and it’s tempting to want to lump gold in as a heavy metal but it is not because it’s not only not toxic it appears to have beneficial effects in the human body which means that it is doing something that unlike its bad neighbors is at a minimum not interfering with the body’s biochemistry and is possibly even helping it via unknown pathways where gold is being used as an unrecognized mineral nutrient which is my belief.

WHY GOLD IS GOOD FOR YOU AND WHY LEAD IS BAD FOR YOU

I am going explain to the best of my ability why gold is good for you and why lead is bad for you in a way I hope you can understand.   To do so I have to present to you my hypothesis on how gold detoxes lead.  To understand how gold detoxes lead you first have to understand why lead is toxic, what pathways lead is blocking and then if my hypothesis is correct then the reason, or at least one of the reasons that gold is good for you is because it unblocks these pathways by flushing out the lead.

    LEAD TOXICITY HYPOTHESIS OF DRBENGO

Lead Pb(0) in the human body expressed its toxicity as the lead ion Pb2+.   Rather than thinking about lead being “heavy” i.e. a large size, it is more instructive to think of lead in terms of charge with a +2 formal charge.   The reason lead is toxic is because it directly interferes with the +2 charge electrical system of the body.   In particular elements #30 zinc, #20 calcium and #12 magnesium which are used for signaling the body as +2 formal charge ions, Zn2+, Ca2+, Mg2+ are directly disrupted by the lead Pb2+ ion.  This is a major problem because there are thousands of signaling pathways used in the body that rely on calcium, zinc (3000 pathways) and magnesium (300 pathways).   Also, lead is known to disrupt red blood cell formation and causes low iron, though whether it was from Zn2+ disruption or because lead can also disrupt Fe2+ (ferrous iron) directly as well.   What is known is that lead causes low iron and high zinc proteins in the blood.  It is general knowledge that lead disrupts Calcium, but if you look at lead more closely it become clear that lead is also disrupting Magnesium and it appears to be that it is actually Magnesium disruption either in addition to or instead of calcium disruption that is responsible primary lead toxicity in the brain.   What I want you to known my dear readers is that I hypothesize that lead ions Pb2+ is so toxic because of charge mimicry where it imitates Mg2+, Ca2+, Zn2+ signaling molecules.  In this episode I will look more closely at how lead disrupt the NMDA receptor in the brain and it is my believe based on this closer look that the primary toxicity of lead is the brain is actually from disruption of the Mg2+.

This hypothesis of how lead ions can interrupt +2 charged singnaling ions in the body explains why lead so toxic all over the human body.   Lead is like a monkey wrench that shuts down everything.

Lead by DIRECTLY interfering with the +2 electrical pathway can even interfere INDIRECTLY with the +1 electrical pathway (#11 sodium (as Na+) & #19 potassium (as K+) with NMDA brain protein given as an example of how since Ca2+ channel also lets Na+ and K+ through but cannot if blocked by Pb2+ ion.

Key point: Lead not only interferes with calcium and iron as is commonly stated, it also interferes with magnesium and zinc.

    GOLD DETOXICITY HYPOTHESIS OF DRBENGO

The reason that gold is not a heavy meal like lead is because gold is not toxic.  The reason is apparent to me that unlike lead, gold does not interfere with the +2 electrical pathway, unlike lead, gold does not disrupt Ca2+, Mg2+ and Zn2+ signaling nor does it disrupt Fe2+.   Gold is hard to oxidize so colloidal gold release monoatomic gold Au(0) from its surfaces which are neutral in charge and then do not disrupt the +2 electrical pathways.  Even when gold becomes oxidized like when it detoxes fluoride it become Au3+ ion as in gold salt where the 3+ does not disrupt the 2+ electrical ion pathway of the body’s signaling molecules.   So gold is not toxic that’s nice, but can gold actually detox lead directly?  I think it can and the reason is based on size & charge.   The gold Au(0) atom as monoatomic gold is neutrally charged but of similar size as the lead Pb2+ ion.   How similar?  Almost exactly the same size just slightly larger 136 pm vs 133 pm (pico meter) covalent radius.  I think that gold can bump lead ion Pb2+ out of +2 charge electrical pathway allowing  Ca2+, Mg2+ and Zn2+ to replace the Pb2+ as required to restore the biochemical signaling function and to negate the lead toxicity and biochemical signaling dysfunction.   So whereas lead causes dysfunction because of its charge imitation, gold is able to detox lead without charge imitation by remaining neutral and is able to detox lead based on size not charge.

    SYMPTOMS OF LEAD POISONING

Because lead is such a monkey wrench in the body pretty much anything bad can be caused by lead, basically it makes you sick, crazy and can kill you. Here is a non inclusive list of some of the symptoms of lead poisoning: colic, abdominal pain,  death, encephalopathy, delirium, coma, seizures, headaches, loss of short term memory or concentration, depression, anxiety, psychiatric problems,  nausea, loss of coordination, numbness & tingling in extremities, fatigue, problems sleeping, stupor, slurred speech, anemia, reproductive problems, low sperm count, miscarriages, low birth weight, problems with development during childhood, obsessive compulsive disorder,  children show aggression, refuse to play, hearing loss. Lead in air causes people to get aggressive and violent, criminal insanity & more.

    DETECTING LEAD POISONING

There are all kinds of signs for those who are looking including behavior changes, any of the symptoms listed above, additionally there are some other things like pale skin, blue gums, and other things that can be detected on X-ray, blood tests and urine analysis by skilled practitioners. If you are using iMedDo detox system already you have no worries for lead poisoning as your body will flush it out faster than you take it in unless you are absorbing lead from some source such as drinking leaded tap water everyday. One way you can verify you don’t have lead poisoning without spending money on testing is that if you have any grey hairs then you don’t have lead poisoning because lead makes the hair brown or grey which is why it used to be used for hair dye. I have seveal grey hairs on my chinny chin chin so I known I don’t have any lead poisoning =). My wife Shari-Grace saw and add on the internet that a lab (quest diagnostics) is offering a lead test for only $49 can can ordered online without a doctors prescription of visit.   My position is that if you have $50 to burn on a lead test then you should do it right you should do it twice for a before and an after.  I recommend you do the $50 lead test to find your levels, use the iMedDo detox system (6 month supply) for at least 3 months, then spend another $50 to get another lead test so that you have a before and after showing that your lead levels went down.

    TREATING LEAD POISONING

The iMedDo Detox is an alternative treatment to chelation therapy that uses iodine and gold to detox lead for a double whammy to get it out safely using iodine nutrient replenishment with dose ramping and colloidal gold to protect the brain and colloidal silver to protect the body. You can do iMedDo even if you are doing chelation therapy. Chelation therapy uses chelators EDTA or DMPS to remove lead, but can potentially remove it too fast and requires nutrient replenishment so if you do chelation to remove lead be sure to do under supervision of a skilled medical practitioner.

    IMMUNE TO LEAD

If you are an adult and reading this, then lead poses no real risk for you as you are cognizant enough to not drink unfiltered tap water, are already using iMedDo Detox System daily and probably can’t even absorb lead into your body even if you tried.  Whatever small amount of lead you unintentionally get in your diet which is preferentially absorbed when you drink it if at all will promptly be flushed right back out your body since you have adequate iodine, silver will protect your body and gold will protect your brain.  Anyone using iMedDo is immune to lead poisoning.  If you become exposed to lead then simply increase your NeuGold dosage to 2-4 drops instead of 1 drop a day depending on exposure and give me a call iMedDo.club/book if have questions on dosage.

    Namaste,

    APPENDIX: LEADED MILKY WAY REFERENCE

The whore of Babylon (Baby Lion) Milky Way Reference in the Bible is a reference to the Harlot Queen which goes back to Minoan-Egyptian-Greco Roman cult of Sehkmet/Bast/Isis/Artemis. Whereas most milky way reference view the stars as gold, when viewed as the Harlot Queen the white glow of the milky way is viewed as leaded face paint. This is the only lead related milky way reference that I’m aware of which is very interesting. Most milky way reference even as female Goddess are related to gold instead of lead, such as the golden cow Hathor, or Mermaid with golden treasure or Dragon with golden treasure. There is a coded reference in the Bible to view God as Good as Gold (Chrysos i.e Christ) i.e. better to view the Milky Way as gold than as lead. If you instead of seeing gold see lead than you miss the golden rule and get the lead rule devolving into insanity is my take. Happy Halloween!

  • ALUMINUM DETOX

by DrBenGo Healthwarrior iMedDo.club/news Aug, 2022.

Greetings dear iMedDo newsletter subscribers, I hope you all have been having a great summer and are staying cool. In this month’s episode, I talk about aluminum, when aluminum becomes toxic in your body, and how to detox aluminum with iMedDo Detox System, and other tips for aluminum detox.

    13th ELEMENT

Aluminum is the 13th element on the periodic table. Thirteen is the number of the Goddess with the 13th moon from old lunar calendar and ancient religions containing the idea of the Monster (Moon Star), a is a Milky Way reference. Aluminum is a post-transition metal which is silvery-white in color and which has impressive strength to lightness ratio making it a very useful metal in construction. Aluminum forms an oxidized passivization layer, so it does not rust like iron where it stays shiny & silvery in color. Aluminum, though abundant in nature, is not found naturally in metal form; and thus unlike copper and gold working which developed early in human history, aluminum metal usage is relatively modern. Unlike iron and magnesium which could be found in meteorites and were obtained in prehistory by royalty, aluminum is rare in meteors, and thus could only be made by people with secret chemistry skills capable of crafting metal form. Today aluminum metal is relatively common (my laptop am typing on right now has aluminum frame!) and aluminum is prized for it’s lightweight yet strong and formable nature. Aluminum, or aluminum alloy. is the metal of choice for aircraft frames, and aluminum welding is a source of aluminum toxicity for construction workers. Aluminum is most commonly seen used in aluminum cans and aluminum pans, and has many many uses in many fields, even in medicine for external structures. So although aluminum is very useful to humans and is abundantly found in nature in the earths mantle, it has a dark side to which is that it is not used by the human body except to get rid of it as it is poisonous to us when on the inside. Because of the utility for bad people and those who practice dark magic to use aluminum for poisoning applications, aluminum is used for curses and the idea of unlucky #13 comes into play if you have aluminum inside you. Aluminum is the poison of choice for vaccine pushers and everyone who has ever gotten a vaccine has been exposed to aluminum toxicity and can benefit from ALUMINUM DETOX.

    BRITISH ALUMINIUM

Americans say “aluminum”, and British people say “aluminium” with an extra i. According to the Encyclopedia Brittanica entry for aluminum, aluminium with extra “i” is an acceptable alternative spelling, but of course they would say that since is a British encylopedia lol.

You may think this difference is trivial, but I don’t think it is because words and their spelling is spellcraft, and this difference in the word aluminum vs aluminium is a magical marker. What does it mean? It means something significant, and I will do my best to explain. Though I’m not in any British secret religion regarding aluminum vs aluminium, I think I have figured out the gist of it since I’m aware of phonetic magic and have studied the work of British author J.R.R. Tolkien, who is I think using aluminium as Mithril armor as a deeper metaphor which those of you who are Lord of the Rings (LoTR) fans especially can appreciate.

    MITHRIL ARMOR

In the LoTR books & movie by Tolkien, there is a fictional-mythic metal called Mithril which is supposed to be as light as a feather but as hard as dragon scales. It is said to be made of silver-steel and is also referred to as “true-silver”. Aluminum is the only metal that in reality that we known of that has such strong but lightweight properties, and thus many people myself included think that the Mithril armor in the book was referring to aluminum (Aluminium since Tolkien is British =).

Aluminum Mithril is the surface meaning. To catch the deeper meaning, you have to know the biomedical properties of aluminum, which is that it has none when used inside the body; it does not protect the body because it is poisonous. So Aluminum shiny lightweight armor i.e. Mitihril is actually “fake silver” and yet is referred to in the book as “true silver”. Why is that? The reason is that the mythic Mithril armor which is fairly clearly describing aluminum but repeatedly referred to as silver (silver-steel and as true-silver) is a coded metaphor for actual silver which actually is good for you and actually does protect your body like Mithril Armor. Yes, NeuSilver is Mithril Armor for your body! The secret is being able to tell the difference between what is real and what is fake. If you can do that you will find out that silver is a noble metal not a heavy metal and that aluminum though shiny like silver and lightweight is actually a toxic heavy metal.

Here’s a pretty thing: light as a feather & strong as dragon scales. Also will aluminium poison you worse than hobbit underarm deoderant!

When you realize that aluminum when used internally becomes a poison, then following Tolkien’s metaphor you see that aluminum is “fake silver” and that the real Mithril “true-silver” that actually protects the inside of your body is well “real silver” i.e. true-silver i.e. compare to modern day NeuSilver food grade medicinal colloidal silver is real Mithril! Not the fake silver Aluminum stuff!

In modern times we don’t talk about real versus fake silver anymore, as now we have the periodic table, and we can talk about things more specifically. Aluminum and silver are different elements where Aluminum is #13 (Al) on periodic table and actual silver is #47 (Ag).

The idea of Mithril is that indeed it would be extremely valuable if we had a metal that could protect both external & internal simultaneously. I’d argue the closest thing we have is still silver not aluminum as you can use silver to make external protective jewelry that protect from external EMF. So final analysis, Mithril is not aluminum it is Silver. But you can think of Mithril in the external sense as being aluminum. Don’t let J.R.R. Tolkien mess with your head, he was when talking about Mithril making a coded reference to colloidal silver but described it like aluminum to confuse you that wily British secret society writer and their magical aluminium with an extra i spelling!

    EXTERNAL ALUMINUM IS GREAT

Aluminum really is amazing, it has two properties that really make it useful one being that it is formable into any shape and that it strong and lightweight. So aluminum or aluminum alloy is just the best metal around for many applications like aircraft frames where you really need that lightweight factor. Aluminum stays shiny when it oxidizes forming a passivization layer so it does not rust like iron making it useful for construction as it doesn’t need a paint protection like does iron containing steel. I have solar panels that use aluminum frames giving them lightweight strength as and example of where external aluminum really is great as it has really benefited my life personally.

INTERNAL ALUMINUM IS TOXIC BUT BODY CAN DEAL WITH IT NORMALLY

Aluminum is abundant in the earth’s crust and yet no life ever evolved to use it that we know of. There is no known biological use of aluminum in any life that I’m aware of except to avoid it or to get rid of it. Aluminum is known to retard plant root growth and to have many deleterious effects in humans. Because of shared evolution of human brain and plants it is not surprising that aluminum is very toxic in our brains and retards neuronal growth just as it retards plant root growth. The good news is that because aluminum has been abundant in the environment (not in metal form, aluminum metal use by humans is very recent) life has evolved to avoid aluminum very effectively.

When you eat or drink aluminum almost 100% of it is kept out (99.9% in foods you eat and 99.7% in water you drink), and additionally your lungs are designed to keep out breathed in aluminum particulates from the air.

*It is okay for healthy non-aluminum toxic people to eat off of aluminum pans and drink from aluminum cans because the body keep out 99.7-99.9% of aluminum ingested. (Aluminum from non-ingested sources like aluminum underarm deodorant & vaccines should be avoided. )

For the small amount of aluminum that gets into a health body from natural sources the body has a system to get rid of it by binding it using iron binding proteins called transferrin and then eliminating 90% of the aluminum via the kidneys & urine.

Over time as we age though even under normal circumstances, aluminum can slowly build up in the body and is deposited in the bones and every tissue in the body. The aluminum can cause inflammation and as a heavy/toxic metal (even though it is a light metal) it is bad for you as it is in the same chemical family as lead (post-transition metals on the periodic table) and has no biological purpose other than the body trying to get rid of it. If you eat healthy diet and have plenty of iodine and other mineral nutrients and vitamins you should have minimal problems with aluminum.

Transferrin protein which bind aluminum are mainly made in the liver and in the brain, so if you keep your liver and brain healthy and if you have a healthy kidney you can detox aluminum naturally.

ALUMINUM INTOXICATION: WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

When you are healthy, your body keeps out almost all the aluminum and any that gets in can be can eliminated. However, if you are exposed to a toxin that disrupts your gut’s ability to keep out aluminum aluminum absorption increases and may start to build up which is a problem since aluminum itself is toxic. So unfortunately, aluminum toxicity is amplified by many other toxins. The toxin glyphosate, a glycine amino acid mimicer, in particular is known to increase aluminum toxicity as it disrupts the gut microvilli proteins allowing too much aluminum to get in from leaky gut. Once inside body, aluminum though a light metal, becomes a heavy-toxic metal which disrupts the body; and the body has to expend energy to eliminate it. Aluminum disrupts the energy pathways in the body because it displaces magnesium bound to the phosphate groups on adenosine triphosphate (ATP) the body’s energy molecule. Aluminum disrupts the parathyroid disrupting calcium and magnesium balance in the body, and the body will start storing excess aluminum in the bones if it does not have enough iodine available to detox it. Aluminum disrupts the iron mineral pathway in the body as the transferrin protein which normally caries two molecules of iron (Fe3+, ferric iron) will instead bind to up to two Al3+ aluminum ions. Aluminum toxicity is exacerbated by fluoride which can suppress the kidneys making it harder to eliminate and which can allow it to get into the brain where it can also disrupt the brain’s iron mineral balance (transferrin also made in the brain besides the liver). If you have aluminum toxicity, you have to watch the water you drink, because if it has fluoride in it or aluminum in it (which much municipal water does), then it can be poisoning you, and you naturally absorb more aluminum via drinking (0.3%) than eating (0.1%). If you drink alcohol a lot, you may be low magnesium, so aluminum toxicity will be worse; and if you mess up your liver, the aluminum toxicity messing up your iron pathways will also be worse. Aluminum from underarm deodorant can absorb through your skin, so I recommend you get aluminum free. Chemtrails can contain nano-aluminum which could absorb in the lungs more than regular aluminum or like other heavy metals can get stuck deep down in lungs promoting pneumonia. Your body making mucus to cough up a toxin out of the lungs is its natural way to protect itself. People on dialysis who lost their kidney function are at risk of aluminum poisoning and many were poisoned in the old days when aluminum buffers were added to the dialysis water. But I think by and far the main way you poison yourself with aluminum is if you get a vaccine then you will guaranteed have aluminum VACCINOSIS because you shot the aluminum past your gut that keeps it out and ALL VACCINES are known to contain aluminum poison having been added to them. The newer “vaccines” i.e. covid19 vaccines experimental gene therapy I do not know if they have aluminum or not but they have plenty of other poisons in them so avoid them as well. Aluminum can also disrupt the heart causing myocarditis so stacking aluminum intoxication on top of a covid19 heart destroying vaccine is not a good idea. Detox!

Here’s a review article on aluminum toxicity which does a literature search on all the different parts of the body aluminum can poison (it gets everywhere and does a real horror story of health problems):

REFERENCE: Aluminum toxicosis: a review of toxic actions and effects
    Interdisp Toxicol. 2019 Oct: 12(2): 45-70

Of particular interest to my research area of iodine, I noticed that aluminum can act as a metallo-estrogen really making breast cancer worse and promoting cysts, things that iodine nutrient fixes.

The most bizarre problem with aluminum toxicity I read about in a Brazilian journal (translated to English) is that it can give you besides bone pain also a “penguin-like waddling gait” oh my goodness, was the Penguin villain in Batman actually modeled after someone with aluminum toxicity? Very likely!

REFERENCE: Aluminum Intoxication in Chronic Kidney Disease
    J Bras Nefrol. 2021;43(4 Suppl 1):660-4

My penguin-like gait is from aluminum toxicity. Batman said don’t use aluminum underwing deodorant, but I need something to cover up this fishy smell! Wonder what cat woman uses, she smells nice!

Aluminum toxicity is terrible. Like the unlucky number 13, if you get too much aluminum inside you, it can poison you and turn you into a monster like the Penguin villain on Batman. Aluminum poisoning is troll magic, and the dark magi are using vaccines to poison everyone with aluminum from a very early age. The poisoners are sneaking in fluoride as PFAS (poly fluroalkyl substances) and other aluminum exacerbating chemicals like glyphosate everywhere making aluminum poisoning even worse. Aluminum can kill your kidneys and then dialysis can aluminum poison you even more. Mainstream medicine is ridiculous when the solution is so easy, but you have got to make a conscious effort to eliminate aluminum and aluminum exacerbating poisons from your life & get some real Mithril the iMedDo Detox System. Use NeuSilver, NeuIodine & NeuGold together to flush out aluminum, & iMedDo will also work to flush out fluoride and other heavy metals and will reduce the damage of other poisons and troll magics you might have been exposed to that you are not aware of. If you got a vaccine ever in your life then you have aluminum toxicity and you need to detox, replenish iodine and other nutrients to aid in the ongoing detox of aluminum as it does nothing but hurt your body so you need to take action to armor yourself.

    HOW TO DETOX ALUMINUM

After reading the featured aluminum toxicosis article , I have a pretty good idea of how I would detox aluminum natrually and how it is done in mainstream medicine, but I want to look at what other natural health people are saying and compare to my list. I saw a good article on How to Detox Aluminum From the Body by Pamela Nylander PhD in the Cilantro News. I say a good list because I saw they have a heavy metal detox list where they recommend iodine as #4 (which is my #1) so we are not too different in thoughts. Her list of how to detox aluminum naturally from the body is 1. Silica 2. Coconut Oil 3. Malic Acid 4. Activated Charcoal.

The first things that came to me about how I would detox aluminum are 1. Iodine, 2. Boron, 3. Magnesium, 4. Malic Acid (Apples) & Citric Acid (Oranges) 5. Iron

Comparing the list we both put Malic Acid, so I’ll start there as a consensus to talk about. The idea on why to use Malic Acid, which is the acid from apples, to detox is because it is chelator of aluminum and according to featured paper on aluminum toxicosis, there are a number of acids used in the body (malic, citrate & oxalate) that are used to chelate and detox aluminum. So eating an apple or an orange to get malic or citric acid in your diet for a natural aluminum detox just sounds so easy that everyone can do it! I personally eat more oranges than apples, but if I knew I had aluminum toxicity, I would definitely go out of my way to get more apples. Looking at Nylander’s article she also specifically mentions magnesium malate so her number three of Malic Acid contains my number thre and four with Magnesium + Malic Acid, so that’s some good advice we both agree on an independently came up with for aluminum detox! Eat apples, drink apple juice, take magnesium, better yet take magnesium malate to get both at the same time! I’ll also mention apple cider vingar is good.

I think iodine is the number one way to detox aluminum, and she thinks silica is the number one way to detox aluminum. If there is any fluoride in your body it amplifies the toxicity of the aluminum and suppresses the kidneys making the aluminum hard to get rid of is why I think you need iodine #1 first and foremost to immediately decrease aluminum toxicity. There is sometimes a month lag where body will replenish iodine before using iodine to flush out aluminum eventually when you have excess iodine it will use it to detox and will do so very effectively where you will pee out the aluminum. iMedDo system has an iodine dose ramping which allows your body to safely build up and replenish iodine in the first month and then for rest of 6 month system use your body will flush out all heavy metal toxins including aluminum very effectively as it will no longer feel starved for iodine. Whenever you detox aluminum with iodine, I recommend you do it with silver & gold in iMedDo System as they will protect brain and body from aluminum inflammation. So I think iodine is #1 for detoxing aluminum but on Nylander’s list she said silica which is also a great idea. Doing it the silica way by eating silica with your food will help you absorb less aluminum when you are eating and will help suck some aluminum out via the gut membrane. Both are great ways to do it and I do agree with her on the silica if you didn’t have working kidneys you would need to rely more heavily on the silica way as you can’t pee out the aluminum which is how 90% of it is normally detoxed. Silica is in glass (silicon dioxide) and can bind to aluminum. I loved Nylander’s idea of eating food grade diatomaceous earth as the natural glass to detox aluminum because it has many other health benefits as well including that diatomaceous earth is an anti-parasite. So I’m going to revise my list and put silica on there and her recommendation also of horsetail silica plant that is high in silica is also good one that I had never heard of.

Her recommendations for coconut oil and activated charcoal are good aluminum heavy metal detox advice as well & she use references that coconut oil is a must have for aluminum detox (To me coconut oil is a must have for nutrition in general). I’m not a fan of eating activated charcoal (works but not taste good =), but you can do it or eat clay (also works but not taste good =)) also will help suck toxins out of your gut, and I’d rather just stick to eating yummy cilanto for that. Since Nylander’s articles is in the “cilantro news” no doubt eating cilantro is a given not even putting on list because is assumed everyone already doing that =). I like to use activated charcoal to filter water, will also filter aluminum out of water, then just drink the water (but not drink the charcoal).

I put boron on my list because I think that aluminum interferes with boron nutrient in the body (see appendix for more info on boron).

I put iron on my list because based on reading about aluminum toxicosis the primary thing aluminum does in the body is disrupt iron pathways by binding to transferrin proteins that normally carry iron. So assuming I had aluminum toxicity and my transferrin levels were high (as if I had iron anemia) but really I just have high aluminum and body is making more transferring trying to get more iron, then I would definitively muscle test and possibly take an iron supplement for aluminum detox. There are a lot of if’s here, and note that I do not generally recommend an iron supplement anymore unless you need it but with aluminum you very well might need it though may be do some testing first, so I took iron off my shortlist to use until after you try the other ways of aluminum detox first.

So combining the lists now I have as my top 3:

    1. Iodine (iMedDo System with NeuIodin, NeuSilver, NeuGold)
    2. Magnesium Malate (Magnesium + Apples i.e. Malic Acid and/or Oranges (Citric Acid)).
    3. Silica (Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth and/or Horsetail Silica)

And there are many additional ways to detox heavy metals which all apply with clay, with charcoal, salt pull, coconut pull (or eating coconut oil), eating ciliantro, eating many other herbs (moringa, etc) and fruits. The main thing is to eat more apples , oranges and grapes for aluminum detox. My research into aluminum toxicity indicates that boron and iron supplementation could be helpful. Body needs ample phosphates and other molecules that it should be able to make for itself from you having a good diet. Main thing is eliminate fluoride halogen that will exacerbates aluminum toxicity which you will flush out anyway if you are doing #1. Also avoid glyphosate, aluminum containing underarm deodorant, and especially aluminum containing vaccines (all of them).

APPENDIX: ALUMINUM IS LIGHT & HEAVY!

“Is aluminum a light metal or a heavy metal?” is an important question to address and clarify. The answer is BOTH lol, and I’ll explain it as clearly as I can:

Only Lithium, Beryllium, Sodium and Magnesium, 4 metals are lighter metals than Aluminum. Aluminum really is light, but it also really is heavy as well because it is toxic inside the human body. So it is light and it’s heavy!

Aluminum is a light metal that can become a toxic metal in the human body, and thus for historical reasons related to lead toxic heavy metal that the term “heavy metal” has come to mean “toxic metal” then aluminum by definition is a “heavy metal” by definition because it is a toxic metal though technically it is a “light metal” because of it’s low atomic number and weight. Thus the uncomfortable truth about aluminum is that it’s both a light metal and it’s also a heavy metal! So the term light and heavy lose their meaning here and such terminology for describing aluminum though it makes perfect sense to me just confuses the heck out of most people and I recommend should be dropped for instead just talking about aluminum as nontoxic vs toxic instead of light vs heavy.

Light metal does not necessarily mean a non-toxic metal. Just say non-toxic metal.
But heavy metal does always mean a toxic metal. Just say heavy metal or toxic metal.

To avoid confusion I often combine the two and say “toxic heavy” metal.

So what is aluminum? It’s a light metal that is a heavy metal duh! lol.

I don’t want anyone to be confused so as clear as I can describe it, aluminum when out side the body is non-toxic and when it is inside the body it is toxic and thus a heavy metal. Clear as mud?

So my new mantra to describe aluminum is OUTSIDE NONTOXIC, INSIDE TOXIC!

Once again, when aluminum is OUTSIDE the human body it is light and non-toxic. But when aluminum is INSIDE the human body it is toxic and thus a “heavy metal” (even though it is still a light metal), because it behaves like the quintessential heavy metal lead.

So, to answer the question is aluminum a light or heavy, the answer is both. It’s always a light metal because it has low atomic number and mass, but when inside the human body it becomes a heavy metal because it is toxic like lead.

Lead is THE heavy metal which is widely known for both its utility when outside the human body, but for its toxicity when inside the human body. The term heavy metal meaning toxic metal came about from the observation that lead (Pb element #82 on periodic table) is extremely toxic in the human body and it is also heavy i.e. has a high atomic number & mass on the periodic table.

    ALUMINUM IS LIKE LEAD

If you look at the periodic table. When I say that aluminum is LIKE lead, I am not exaggerating note they are both in the same family called the “post-transition metal” (see image light blue colored family).

Aluminum #13 and Lead #82 both in same family called Post-Transition metals (light blue)

Everything in this family is a toxic metal and thus is a heavy metal. Post-transition metals include: (Al (aluminum), Ga (gallium), In (indium), Sn (tin), Tl (thallium), Pb (lead), Bi (bismuth), Po (polonium). All of these to the best of my knowledge are toxic with aluminum, tin, lead, and bismuth toxicity being the most well known to me.

So we can say with the aid of the periodic table that aluminum is the “lightest of the heavy metals of the post-transition metals” but it’s still a heavy metal in the biology sense because it is of the same family as the heavy metal lead & like lead is toxic in the body. A “heavy metal” in nutrition is a toxic metal & aluminum is a light heavy-toxic metal.

DOES ALUMINUM INTERFERE WITH BORON NUTRIENT?

As a chemist when I look at the above periodic table and think about aluminum as a toxin and look at nearby on the table nutrients that aluminum could potentially interfere with in the body, the first thing that jumps out at me is boron. Because aluminum #13 (post transition family) is in the same group (column) as the boron #5 (metalloid family) it could potentially interfere with boron from chemical similarity.

Doing a quick internet search I found a plant paper saying that boron can alleviate aluminum toxicity, so yes, aluminum probably does interfere with boron nutrient and yes taking more boron nutrient probably does help with aluminum toxicity. However, I’ll have to do more research on boron in future to make sure this applies to humans as well as plants but for now I’ll mention that I do get some boron in my Power Source One multivitamin (created by DrCalin Pop) that I offer to iMedDo Distributors at a discount.

APPENDIX: DOES ALUMINUM INTERFERE WITH MAGNESIUM NUTRIENT? CALCIUM?

Because aluminum #13 is similar size as magnesium #12 it could also my first pass hypothesis would be that is might interfere with magnesium nutrient. I wrote newsletter on magnesium last month Magnesium Might and after reading the featured article on aluminum toxicosis in main article I can confirm that aluminum will interfere with not just magnesium but also calcium as well as the parathyroid hormone, bones and vitamin D pathway. The part I really get is that normally magnesium is associated with ATP (adenosine triphosphate) energy molecule stabilizing the phosphate (P) part of it, and aluminum ion as Al3+ can displace magnesium from ATP and disrupt active ATP dependent pathways in the body leading to all sorts of problems. So taking a magnesium supplement is recommend in my opinion for aluminum detox to make sure you have enough magnesium around to counteract aluminum ATP displacement at least. Whenever magnesium is disrupted calcium is also disrupted as magnesium & calcium in a balance and also notable was parathyroid hormone disruption with aluminum poisoning.

    APPENDIX: ALUMINUM DEFINITELY DISRUPTS IRON

Because aluminum preferentially goes to Al3+ ion it can disrupt Fe3+ ion and most of the aluminum that gets inside the body is bound by transferrin proteins that normally bind to iron so iron nutrient pathways definitely disrupted by aluminum. Some people with high transferrin levels who think they have iron anemia might actually be suffering from aluminum toxicosis! Detox the aluminum and see if your iron levels return to normal. Iron supplementation is confusing, recommend you muscle test to see if you need to supplement iron or not as most people do not but with aluminum toxicity it might be advantageous but only if you are also doing other ways to detox the underlying aluminum problem like iodine detox system.

    MAGNESIUM MIGHT

Greetings iMedDo newsletter subscribers. This month I reveal the results of my meditation on the mineral magnesium which I found out is extremely mighty. To talk about Magnesium, I want you all my dear readers to pretend you are witches & wizards at Hogwarts in Harry Potter and here is the course syllabus:

    MAGNESIUM MAGE 101

In this class we will be learning the essential wizardry knowledge of how to start a fire, make a loud bang and a bright light with magnesium alchemy, must have knowledge for any Magi. Magnesium alchemy is earth metal that can be used for the fire & water of life necessary for all creatures both magical & muggles. In lab we will be recreating dragon fire and dragon fire resistant crucibles with magnesium as well as using magnesium magic to break bones and magnesium medicine to mend them.

Would you take the class? lol If so then read on!

    WHAT IS MAGNESIUM?

Magnesium is the 12th element on the periodic table. It’s predominantly found in nature in the Mg2+ oxidation state and can be made into Mg(0) metal form which is highly flammable but safe for storage as forms an oxidized passivization layer. Magnesium is not a heavy metal (it’s a light metal in the heavy vs light non-medicinal paradigm) & magnesium is not a heavy metal (not a toxic metal) in the medicinal paradigm either as maganesium in ionic form is a critial mineral nutrient for all known life.

    Magnesium metal.

    MAGNESIUM FOR CAMPING

Did you known you can get a magnesium fire starter which can be used to start a fire even in damp conditions. Magnesium metal bar is scraped with a knife or small saw to form highly flammable magnesium flakes which are useful to get the fire going. So useful!

Magnesium metal firestarter. Saw is used to cut off Mg shavings which are highly flammable.

    MAGNESIUM FOR FIREWORKS

Did you know that magnesium is used in fireworks to make white light and to increase overall intensity of the brightness. Hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend recently. We saw 4 firework shows in 4 days July 1,2,3 & 4th!!!

Mg Sparkler makes intense white light.

    MAGNESIUM MAGI MAGNATES

Magnesium has probably been used since the dawn of time by MAGI for magical effects like flash bang powder and more recently for photography flashes and hollywood special effects. The word magnesium appears to come from ancient Greece named after the area called Magnesia (Thessaly Area) where there was an tribe called the Magnetes.

Magnesia on East Coast of Greece near Thessaly
Magnate Greeks only a short sail away from Turkey to the East where they also had settlements.

I suspect that Magnesium special effects were used by the priests/priestesses for special effects (white lights and bangs) for the temple of Artemis, and likely magnesium oxide white paint was used in temple art.

    Ruined Greek Temple in Magnesia

Words including Magnesium, Manganese, Magnetic for sure and likely many others (Magnificent, Magnus, Magi, Magus, Mage, iMage, iMagination etc) may have similar etymology.

    Coast of Magnesia Greece! Gorgeous!

    MAGNESIUM MILITARY APPLICATIONS

Magnesium can be used to make explosive detonators & for making potent firebombs that cannot be put out with water or even if you deprive them of oxygen will continue burning in nitrogen atmosphere. Magnesium firebombs were deployed in WW2 and required dousing in sand to put out as they had to be deprived of atmosphere both oxygen and nitrogen to get them to stop burning.

    MAGNESIUM NON-MEDICINAL CIVILIAN APPLICATIONS

I saw so many uses for magnesium that it was overwhelming, here are a few of the non-medical ones that jumped out at me: Magnesium carbonate is known as chalk & is useful in athletics like rock climbing, weight lifting and gymnastics. Magnesium used in construction to make bricks stick together or non-gypsum drywall alternative popular in China where large magnesium stores located. Magnesium though flammable in metallic form can be crafted in to flame retardant and flame resistant materials and magnesium is used in making crucibles for heating other metals and chemicals.

    MAGNESIUM HANG-GLIDING:

I just went hang-gliding for the first time in my life something I always wanted to try. While researching magnesium for this episode I found out that magnesium can be alloyed with aluminum for an even lighter metal composite for aircraft, and very likely my hang-glider had magnesium in its frame that kept me up in the air. Great fun!

    MAGNESIUM EVOLUTION

Instead of magnesium metal form, in biology it is magnesium ion form (Mg2+) that is relevant. Why is it relevant is a question I think I can answer, it’s based on the fact that Magnesium ions are the second most abundant ion present in sea water (after sodium Na+ ions) and magnesium is the third most abundant element in sea water. So if you believe that early life evolved in the ocean which it appears that it did, then it only makes sense that such early life would need to figure out a way to deal with Magnesium ions. The early membrane enclosed life at a minimum would need to find a way to excrete magnesium ions since they would be always entering the early cell from concentration gradient of high magnesium in sea water and lower magnesium ion concentration inside the early life of membrane enclosed organelles. Early in evolution life was able to use the energy molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate) to pump molecules against a concentration gradient via what we now call “active transport” as opposed to molecules diffusing down a concentration gradient energy free called “passive transport”. Magnesium ion is able to associate with a phosphate group and thus stabilize ATP molecules and thus using magnesium ions appears to have evolved very early possibly at the very git go of early life evolution and likely immediately became one of the first signaling molecules along to signal low energy if an ATP molecule is used up and Mg2+ is released. It is thought that there is a Mg2+ ion for every ATP molecule in the body so you can imagine that a deficiency of Mg2+ (which would never happen in the ocean as is abundant there) would result in disruption of energy pathways of active transport that involve ATP and also possibly regulation of phosphates and adenosine likely disrupting Adenine nucleotide synthesis necessary for both early RNA and DNA of early life. Somehow in evolution, sodium Na+ the most abundant ion in sea water became coupled with potassium K+ for signaling and in a similar way perhaps magnesium Mg2+ became coupled with calcium Ca2+ for signaling. I’m just spitballing here but it looks to me like Magnesium was used for the energy necessary to do things like remodel calcium in coral and then millions if not a billion+ years later, we as humans is like we have coral inside our body (our bones) that still use a similar magnesium & calcium evolved processes that originally came from sea water evolution. But whereas in the ocean magnesium is abundant, for life outside the ocean, magnesium is more scarce so systems to keep ions magnesium and calcium in became important.

    MAGNESIUM BIOCHEMISTRY: SPARTAN PROTEINS

There are 300 known proteins in the human body that use magnesium. These 300 “Spartan” proteins are mostly hardcore ATP energy molecule binding proteins.

    MAGNESIUM MUSCLES

Muscles proteins reset/relax in the presence of magnesium as it brings in an ATP molecule prepping muscle for a future contraction relaxed but ready! Famous health comedian body builder JP Sears I noticed has a magnesium supplement he promotes at end of each of his episodes presumably for muscle building.

    MAGNESIUM BONES

Studies show that magnesium helps build bone density so not just relaxed muscles, also helps body make stronger bones to hold those big muscles.

    MAGNESIUM KUNG FU

Kung Fu students repeatedly whacking their bones against a brick or other resistance to strengthen their bone hardness could maybe reduce their training time if using magnesium supplements. Shaolin monks are notorious for having rock hard heads from extensive concussive training giving them dangerous headbutt attacks and immunity to elbow to the head strikes from untrained fighters. Diamond Body, Knife Hands, and many techniques of the highly trained higher rely on hardened bones not just agility and muscle strength, and am curious see if there are any studies about using magnesium for fighter training.

    MAGNESIUM MEDICINE

Besides diet & salt, magnesium is used in medicine in antacids, in laxatives, in health supplements.

Magnesium salt (Epsom’s salt which is magnesium sulphate) is particularly useful for detox as you can dissolve the salt in water and soak in it or soak your feet in it to do a heavy metal pull out of your skin and I routinely recommend this a synergistic way to detox faster when using iMedDo Detox system.

Additionally soaking in magnesium salt is good for sore muscles. Another way people use magnesium for sore muscles is to use a magnesium oil that they rub on the skin.

Magnesium hydroxide is used in some antacids (Rolaids but not Tums) & is also used in laxative known as Milk of Magnesia.

Eating most magnesium salts or most any salts in too high a quality will result in a laxative effect as the undissolved salts in the intestines will pull water from the body resulting in water bowel movement.

Besides magnesium salt soak or magnesium oil rub, nowadays you can also get a number of different edible magnesium pills. Of these avoid magnesium oxide as is not very bioavailable. I’ve heard magnesium lysinate is good from a person (who wants to remain anonymous) who had been on magnesium oxide to no effect then got a more bioavailable form with the magnesium lysinate supplement and could feel muscles immediately relaxing. People also say that their magnesium supplements help them sleep better, and relaxing your muscles before bed makes sense to me.

Magnesium is thought to be involved with helping people with hypertension & cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and migrane headaches.

Sometimes when people are taking magnesium for hypertension (high blood pressure) it doesn’t work but then they take iodine instead the high blood pressure immediately goes down, so if you have hypertension and your magnesium supplement not work, first check to make sure is not magnesium oxide get a good one, and if still not working, try iMedDo detox system. High blood pressure when iodine deficient is your brain trying to send more iodine to itself and when it gets enough iodine if that was the problem the blood pressure will go back down almost immediately within 30 min of getting the iodine.

I’m very interested in learning more about how magnesium is beneficial to the heart to help with heart healing after vaccinosis as that’s a problem many people tricked into poisoning themselves by Pfizer and other shameful Big Pharma companies are dealing with at the moment.

I’m familiar now that magnesium supplementation is beneficial for people with diabetes thanks to DrPop’s book on Diabetes recently read. Magnesium as I said is important for ATP energy pathways and so is no surprise is involved in insulin/sugar/energy pathways.

I’ve been familiar with people taking magnesium for osteoporosis (loss of bone density) for a long time. Like I say they usually tell me they taking magnesium and it not working and I recommend they take iMedDo detox system to flush out halogen and heavy metal toxins blocking their calcium/magnesium balance in their body.

I wasn’t aware until doing research for this article that some people use magnesium for migranes, but it seems if you get low in magnesium it will give you a migrane that not being deficient in magnesium will remedy. Try that first but if still migrane get some NeuGold colloidal gold for the migrane. Do 3 drops NeuGold under tongue as needed. Colloidal gold works for migrane because it detoxes whatever is causing inflammation in brain (gold is anti-inflammatory in the brain and nerves).

MORE THINGS I WANT YOU TO KNOW

Magnesium is medicine because it is used for hundreds of proteins in the body and it is a signaling molecule related to energy molecule ATP.

Besides its use in energy metabolism is used in protein synthesis, and contributes to proper brain, bone, muscle, and heart function.

Magnesium pathways likely evolved very early in creation of early life on planet earth because of high concentration of magnesium ions in sea water.

Magnesium evolved to be intricately related to calcium signaling in the body and all the normal things that screw up calcium signaling (fluoride, low vitamin D, heavy metals etc) also screw up the magnesium pathways which is why iMedDo Detox is very useful for restoring balance of magnesium in the body.

Magnesium health supplements are most well known used for soothing muscles, but have many other medical uses such as sleep, diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiovascular health, hypertension and maybe even migrane.

Most commonly I run into people at fairs who are using magnesium for muscle cramps and osteoporosis.

I’m really on the fence about taking oral magnesium as I like Epsom salt bath and magnesium oil instead but if you do use oral magnesium don’t recommend magnesium oxide for as not bioavailable and don’t eat magnesium sulphate or magnesium hydroxide as is a laxative. Try magnesium lysinate or some other form where magnesium ion is more bioavailable.

Magnesium and Calcium are in a balance in the body that is controlled by iodine. If you are low calcium instead of taking calcium health supplements you need to try iodine and/or magnesium supplements instead. When you have fluoride in your body it binds insolubly to calcium disrupting calcium signaling pathways that disrupt magnesium signaling pathways.

It’s hard to measure your magnesium levels as your blood levels of magnesium are not indicative of amount of magnesium in your body since most is in the bones and the levels change when you eat & increase when you exercise.

Magnesium is or should be abundant in your diet so likely if you are experience symptoms of low magnesium you likely have enough in your body it’s just that the pathway is blocked somewhere. The main things iMedDo Detox system unblocks are fluoride & heavy metals which when detoxed and when iodine replenished should result in restoration of proper calcium/magnesium balance in the body.

If you calcium levels are off too high or too low, your magnesium levels correspondingly will be off. People want to take more calcium or take more magnesium to fix frequently it doesn’t work because what they really need it more iodine.

Counterintuitively when you have low calcium you should not take more calcium. Instead you should take magnesium and iodine (and whenever you take iodine use NeuIodine in system with NeuSilver & NeuGold).

Also if you have high calcium you should take more magnesium and iodine.

    MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENTS

Many more people benefit from taking a magnesium health supplement than a calcium health supplement.

Recommended dosage for magnesium is 200-400 mg/day depending on age & gender.

There is not much magnesium in the Power Source One Multi-vitamin that I’ve been recommending because it is expected that you should either be getting enough magnesium in your diet.

I don’t do magnesium supplements as I get enough magnesium in my diet. Primarily in nuts in particular for me in peanuts and in chocolate =). Some common high magnesium foods include spinach , dairy, avocados, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, nori(algae), pink salt, dark chocolate, wild caught fish, & sprouts, nuts (almonds, peanuts, pistachio nuts), and bananas.

Magnesium is widely distributed in plant and animal foods and in beverages. Green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains, are good sources In general, foods containing dietary fiber provide magnesium. Magnesium is also added to some breakfast cereals and other fortified foods. https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Magnesium-HealthProfessional/

    CONCLUSION:

You shouldn’t need a magnesium health supplement under normal circumstances because you should get enough magnesium in your diet. However for for certain people like with diabetes, alcoholism, or dysregulation in calcium pathways (bone spurs or osteoporosis) taking a magnesium supplement could be a good idea for them.

However, I normally just recommend people soak in Epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) as they can get some magnesium and detox at the same time.

I have some left over Karma rub magnesium oil from Australia that I traded for at a fair if anyone needs contact me, and I’ll ship with your next iMedDo order.

My take is that most of you have plenty of magnesium in your body already but if you are having symptoms of low magnesium and/or calcium dysregulation then is also critical to also take iodine in particular NeuIodine with iMedDo Detox system as it will flush out fluoride and heavy metal disrupters of the magnesium/calcium balance in your body restoring homeostasis.

However, doing this newsletter has made me uncertain about magnesium. What if I’m wrong and a lot more people need magnesium than I realize? Magnesium is a multifaceted mandala a lot more complicate and involved in a lot of biochemical pathways than I realized. Although in supposedly used in only 300 as opposed to zinc being in 3000 proteins, magnesium seems to be in more ancient pathways as evolved very early to be required for energy signaling with ATP, phosphate and calcium and A amino acid synthesis so seems mission critical to make sure you have enough.

If you even think you might be low in magnesium just take some! Or better yet eat a food high in magnesium to get it in your diet. If you feel better immediately then yeah you were low! For me my go to magnesium snack is peanuts and chocolate =)

    NAMASTE!

    APPENDIX: MAGNESIUM FACTS & COMMENTS

Source: SRC NIH MG FACT SHEET

    LINK: https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Magnesium-HealthProfessional/

Adult body contains about 25 g of magnesium with 50-60% of it in the bones and the rest in soft tissues. Less than 1% of total magnesium is in blood serum, and these levels kept in tight control. Hypomagnesemia is defined as a serum magnesium level less than 0.75 mmol/L [6]. Magnesium homeostasis is largely controlled by the kidney, which typically excretes about 120 mg magnesium into the urine each day [2]. Urinary excretion is reduced when magnesium status is low [1].

***If you pee out 120 mg Mg2+ a day you probably need to replace at least that much in the diet!

Approximately 30% to 40% of the dietary magnesium consumed is typically absorbed by the body [2,9].

*** If you need to absorb 120 mg Mg2+ a day but only absorb 35% of what you eat then doing the math you need 343 mg Mg2+ a day in your diet to absorb 120 mg! ***

Magnesium also plays a role in the active transport of calcium and potassium ions across cell membranes, a process that is important to nerve impulse conduction, muscle contraction, and normal heart rhythm [3].

HIGH ZINC CAN DISRUPT MAGNESIUM ABSORPTION!

One study found that very high doses of zinc from supplements (142 mg/day) can interfere with magnesium absorption and disrupt the magnesium balance in the body [17].

GROUPS AT RISK FOR MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY:

Type 2 diabetes, Crohn’s & celiac disease, Alcoholism, Older Adults

    People with type 2 diabetes

Magnesium deficits and increased urinary magnesium excretion can occur in people with insulin resistance and/or type 2 diabetes [25,26]. The magnesium loss appears to be secondary to higher concentrations of glucose in the kidney that increase urine output [2].

    People with gastrointestinal diseases

The chronic diarrhea and fat malabsorption resulting from Crohn’s disease, gluten-sensitive enteropathy (celiac disease), and regional enteritis can lead to magnesium depletion over time [2]. Resection or bypass of the small intestine, especially the ileum, typically leads to malabsorption and magnesium loss [2].

    People with alcohol dependence

Magnesium deficiency is common in people with chronic alcoholism [2]. In these individuals, poor dietary intake and nutritional status; gastrointestinal problems, including vomiting, diarrhea, and steatorrhea (fatty stools) resulting from pancreatitis; renal dysfunction with excess excretion of magnesium into the urine; phosphate depletion; vitamin D deficiency; acute alcoholic ketoacidosis; and hyperaldosteronism secondary to liver disease can all contribute to decreased magnesium status [2,27].

**Alcoholics pee out too much Mg2+ from high kidney glucose**.

    Older adults

Older adults have lower dietary intakes of magnesium than younger adults [21,28]. In addition, magnesium absorption from the gut decreases and renal magnesium excretion increases with age [29]. Older adults are also more likely to have chronic diseases or take medications that alter magnesium status, which can increase their risk of magnesium depletion [1,30].

    MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY

Symptomatic magnesium deficiency due to low dietary intake in otherwise-healthy people is uncommon because the kidneys limit urinary excretion of this mineral [3]. However, habitually low intakes or excessive losses of magnesium due to certain health conditions, chronic alcoholism, and/or the use of certain medications can lead to magnesium deficiency.

Early signs of magnesium deficiency include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and weakness. As magnesium deficiency worsens, numbness, tingling, muscle contractions and cramps, seizures, personality changes, abnormal heart rhythms, and coronary spasms can occur [1,2]. Severe magnesium deficiency can result in hypocalcemia or hypokalemia (low serum calcium or potassium levels, respectively) because mineral homeostasis is disrupted [2].

** magnesium effect to help some people with migranes could be an anti-inflammatory antioxidant effect of body being able to make glutathione again which maybe it was short on since low magnesium?**

    MAGNESIUM BONES

Magnesium is involved in bone formation and influences the activities of osteoblasts and osteoclasts [50].

MAGNESIUM THYROID & BONES! IODINE & MAGNESIUM & CALCIUM BALANCE

Magnesium also affects the concentrations of both parathyroid hormone and the active form of vitamin D, which are major regulators of bone homeostasis.

    MORE MAGNESIUM MORE BONE DENSITY

Several population-based studies have found positive associations between magnesium intake and bone mineral density in both men and women [51].

MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY RISK FACTOR FOR OSTEOPOROSIS

These and other findings indicate that magnesium deficiency might be a risk factor for osteoporosis [50].

    MAGNESIUM HELPS WITH MIGRANES

Magnesium deficiency is related to factors that promote headaches, including neurotransmitter release and vasoconstriction [54]. People who experience migraine headaches have lower levels of serum and tissue magnesium than those who do not.

However, research on the use of magnesium supplements to prevent or reduce symptoms of migraine headaches is limited. Three of four small, short-term, placebo-controlled trials found modest reductions in the frequency of migraines in patients given up to 600 mg/day magnesium [54]. The authors of a review on migraine prophylaxis suggested that taking 300 mg magnesium twice a day, either alone or in combination with medication, can prevent migraines [55].

In their evidence-based guideline update, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society concluded that magnesium therapy is “probably effective” for migraine prevention [56]. Because the typical dose of magnesium used for migraine prevention exceeds the UL, this treatment should be used only under the direction and supervision of a healthcare provider.

    TOO MUCH MAGNESIUM?

Too much magnesium from food does not pose a health risk in healthy individuals because the kidneys eliminate excess amounts in the urine [29]. However, high doses of magnesium from dietary supplements or medications often result in diarrhea that can be accompanied by nausea and abdominal cramping [1]. Forms of magnesium most commonly reported to cause diarrhea include magnesium carbonate, chloride, gluconate, and oxide [12]. The diarrhea and laxative effects of magnesium salts are due to the osmotic activity of unabsorbed salts in the intestine and colon and the stimulation of gastric motility [57].

TOO MUCH MAGNESIUM RESULTS IN LOW BLOOD PRESSURE HYPOTENSION

Very large doses of magnesium-containing laxatives and antacids (typically providing more than 5,000 mg/day magnesium) have been associated with magnesium toxicity [58], including fatal hypermagnesemia in a 28-month-old boy [59] and an elderly man [60]. Symptoms of magnesium toxicity, which usually develop after serum concentrations exceed 1.74–2.61 mmol/L, can include hypotension, nausea, vomiting, facial flushing, retention of urine, ileus, depression, and lethargy before progressing to muscle weakness, difficulty breathing, extreme hypotension, irregular heartbeat, and cardiac arrest [29]. The risk of magnesium toxicity increases with impaired renal function or kidney failure because the ability to remove excess magnesium is reduced or lost [1,29].

    ANTIBIOTIC DETOX

Magnesium can form insoluble complexes with tetracyclines, such as demeclocycline (Declomycin®) and doxycycline (Vibramycin®), as well as quinolone antibiotics, such as ciprofloxacin (Cipro®) and levofloxacin (Levaquin®). These antibiotics should be taken at least 2 hours before or 4–6 hours after a magnesium-containing supplement
    [57,62].

** detox garbage antibiotics that disrupt magnesium and use colloidal silver antibiotic instead.**

    PARATHYROID HORMONE

Parathyroid hormone (PTH), also called parathormone or parathyrin, is a peptide hormone secreted by the parathyroid glands that regulates the serum calcium concentration [which will affect magnesium concentration] through its effects on bone, kidney, and intestine

BONE REMODELING NEEDS MAGNESIUM & CALCIUM & PARATHYROID HORMONE

PTH influences bone remodeling, which is an ongoing process in which bone tissue is alternately resorbed and rebuilt over time.

    PTH VS THYRO-CALCITONIN

It is a polypeptide containing 84 amino acids, which is a prohormone. It has a molecular mass around 9500 Da.[6] Its action is opposed by the hormone calcitonin.Historically calcitonin has also been called thyrocalcitonin

It is functionally an antagonist with PTH and Vitamin D3.

More specifically, calcitonin lowers blood Ca2+ levels in two ways:

Major effect: Inhibits osteoclast activity in bones, which break down the bone[9]
Minor effect: Inhibits renal tubular cell reabsorption of Ca2+ and phosphate, allowing them to be excreted in the urine[10][11]

The calcitonin receptor is a G protein-coupled receptor localized to osteoclasts[17] as well kidney and brain cells. It is coupled to a Gsα subunit, thus stimulating cAMP production by adenylate cyclase in target cells. It may also affect the ovaries in women and the testes in men

Calcitonin secreted by parafollicular cells of the thyroid gland

Parafollicular cells, also called C cells, are neuroendocrine cells in the thyroid. The primary function of these cells is to secrete calcitonin. They are located adjacent to the thyroid follicles and reside in the connective tissue. These cells are large and have a pale stain compared with the follicular cells.

*** SO OSTEOPOROSIS COULD BE TOO MUCH THYROCALCITONIN**

ALTERNATE SPLICING (SPLICED FROM A MAGNESIUM PATHWAY?)

Calcitonin also has significantly impacted molecular biology, as the gene encoding calcitonin was the first gene discovered in mammalian cells to be alternatively spliced, now known to be a ubiquitous mechanism in eukaryotes.

    OLD MEDICINE

Calcitonin has clinically been used for metabolic bone disorders for more than 50 years.

    MAGNESIUM HORMONAL REGULATION

Clinical and experimental data demonstrate that hormonal factors are involved in magnesium regulation. It is possible that the parathyroid hormone could play an important role in the maintenance of normal calcium and magnesium concentrations. The action of other hormones in magnesium metabolism appears to be an indirect response to factors such as calcium concentration or changes in volume. Alterations of the magnesium concentrations are important for the intracellular potassium, sodium and calcium content. Magnesium deficiency appears to lower intracellular potassium and to increase intracellular sodium and calcium concentrations. Therefore, magnesium is essential to avoid cardiovascular diseases (acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, hypertension) and to restore cellular potassium concentrations.

MAGNESIUM REGULATION OLD SCHOOL INFO 1985

Magnesium: metabolism and hormonal regulation in different species

    1. The magnesium ion is of great importance in physiology by its intervention in 300 enzymatic systems, its membrane role and its function in neuromuscular excitability.
    2. The skeleton is the first pool of magnesium in the animal body.
    3. For intestinal absorption, renal metabolism, bone accretion and résorption, magnesium shows analogies with calcium.
    4. Magnesium exchange between extracellular, cellular and skeletal compartments are very precisely controlled.
    5. Parathyroid hormone, 1α,25-dihydroxy-vitamin D3. calcitonin and estrogens are the principal hormone systems implicated in magnesium metabolism.
    6. The kidney is the principal site of magnesium excretion and shows important magnesium regulation mechanisms.

MAGNESIUM USEFUL FOR MENSTRUAL CYCLE PROBLEMS

    ***Magnesium involved with menstrual cycle**

“magnesium as one of my favorite natural treatments for period problems.” Dr. Lara Briden

    LINK: https://helloclue.com/articles/cycle-a-z/magnesium-and-the-menstrual-cycle

    MAGNESIUM & HOT FLASHES

Magnesium can ease symptoms of the menopause transition (1). For example, in one study, magnesium relieved the menopausal hot flashes of women who were undergoing treatment for breast cancer and could not take hormone replacement (11).

    MAGNESIUM CAN REDUCE STRESS

Magnesium calms the nervous system and reduces the activity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis (2). The result is less anxiety, less cortisol, and a better capacity to cope with stress. Reduced stress can, in turn, have positive effects on your menstrual cycle and health.

    PCOS

If magnesium does help insulin resistance, then it could be a useful supplement for many of the long-term negative health consequences associated with insulin resistance, including the female endocrine disorder polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which is associated with insulin resistance. The benefits of magnesium for people with PCOS was demonstrated in one study where magnesium-zinc-calcium-vitamin D co-supplementation improved the insulin metabolism of 30 PCOS patients over 12 weeks (5).

    MAGNESIUM & VITAMIN B6

Tip: Magnesium works best in combination with vitamin B6 (7)

Tip: Magnesium can also be used to prevent premenstrual migraines (1)

    MAGNESIUM & ESTROGEN

    Magnesium promotes healthy estrogen clearance.

By supporting the COMT enzyme (catechol-o-methyltransferase) in the liver, magnesium promotes the healthy excretion of estrogen (9). This may reduce the risk of the estrogen excess conditions (such as fibroids) associated with low COMT function (10).

2/3 AMERICANS MAGNESIUM DEFICIENT? Is that for real? Skeptical but need to investigate.

    LINK https://helloclue.com/articles/cycle-a-z/magnesium-and-the-menstrual-cycle

Magnesium deficiency is common and approximately two thirds of Americans have been found to not consume enough magnesium (12). One way to know if you might be deficient in magnesium is to try taking a supplement and see how you feel. Unless you have chronic kidney disease, magnesium is safe to try and safe for long-term use. Some forms (such as magnesium chloride) cause diarrhea, but gentler forms (such as magnesium glycinate) are usually fine.

*** I like this advice, if you think you might be magnesium deficient just take some and see how you feel! Good idea. Surely 2/3 of people are aren’t deficient but if they are they easy for them to do the feels test. ***

    DRBRIDEN NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR RECOMMENDATION:

The best type of magnesium supplement is magnesium glycinate or bisglycinate (which is the mineral joined to the amino acid glycine). It’s the type that is most absorbable and is also the least likely to cause diarrhea. Magnesium bisglycinate has the added benefit of glycine, which calms the nervous system and improves insulin sensitivity (14,15).

    MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY & DEPRESSION

    LINK: https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/the-health-hub/vitamins-and-supplements/minerals/magnesium/magnesium-benefits-hormones/

A magnesium deficiency has been linked to depression. It’s thought magnesium helps maintain the neurotransmitters in our brain related to moods. American researchers discovered that when people were given 125-300 mg of magnesium with each meal and at bedtime, they recovered from major depression in less than seven days.

    MAGNESIUM CIRCADIAN RHYTHM

Research has shown that magnesium helps control how our cells manage the cycle of day and night. Keeping our body clock, or circadian rhythm, steady benefits sleeping, waking, hormone release, body temperature and other bodily functions. A study by the University of Edinburgh in 2016 found that magnesium levels in cells rise and fall through the day, regulating our body clock, but also affecting how well nutrients are converted into energy. The team say the discovery could help the development of chronotherapy, targeting medical treatments to specific times of day.

    MAGNESIUM & SLEEP

Nearly 50% of older adults suffer from insomnia, but an Iranian trial discovered that magnesium supplements could help. Elderly people taking magnesium for eight weeks had ‘statistically significant increases’ in sleep time, sleep efficiency, and concentration of sleep-regulating hormone melatonin. They also scored lower on the Insomnia Severity Index, plus the length of time it took them to drop off dropped, as did their stress hormones.

MAGNESIUM PATHWAYS OLDER THAN ZINC PATHWAY?

Although there are only 1/10 as many magnesium enzymes in the body as zinc ones, the magnesium pathways seems older and even more mission critical to the body if you can believe that because of the importance of magnesium in stabilizing then body’s energy molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate) and as a signaling molecule for low energy when magnesium ions are released. Because of high abundance of magnesium in sea water, and extremely early need in biological evolution for ATP energy (billions of years ago from the very beginning). Zinc meditation:

    MAGNESIUM & IRON PATHWAYS

Magnesium seems to me to be as important as iron in creating the biological firestone of life & magnesium is mission critical for RNA & DNA development especially in adenosine pathways. I first thought about magnesium when meditating on iron:

  • THINK ABOUT ZINC

    June, 2022 iMedDo Newsleter

Greetings iMedDo newsletter subscribers! This month I meditate on the elemental mineral zinc. Turns out zinc is a fundamental key mineral of life and in this episode I will dive into zinc biochemistry and share some selected thing about zinc that I think are important for you my dear readers to know. So sit back and appreciate the zinc! Time to THINK about ZINC!

    WHAT IS ZINC ?

Zinc is element number 30 on the periodic table which is also a mineral nutrient used in the human body as well as it has many other uses in coins, galvanized steel and a variety of other products including sunscreen, baby powder, pigments, supplements and more.

WHY DO I CARE ABOUT ZINC?

My main interest in zinc is nutrition. I’ve seen zinc added in multivitamins and stand alone zinc supplements and I want to know answers to basic questions of do we need zinc? How much, and what is the best way to get it be it diet, multivitamin or stand alone supplement? Additionally, I use zinc plated nails in construction while doing roofing (my wife & building off-grid contained earth structure in our free time is fun), and my wife has recently started using zinc sunscreen (zinc oxide) , and I want to make sure it’s safe. More than that though, as a biochemist I’m interested in zinc through my interest in colloidal gold, via the copper pathway which is balanced by zinc and seems to be somewhat controlled through iodine. Basically, learning more about zinc will help me better explain the how and why some of the positive health effects of iMedDo supplements which I hope is an interesting topic to you my readers as well.

PART ONE: THINGS I WANT YOU TO KNOWN ABOUT ZINC:

WHERE DID NAME ZINC COME FROM?

The word “zinc” is believed to come from a German word “zinke” for tooth or prong perhaps because the raw zinc can look a bit jagged or tooth-like (see cover art depicting pointy zinc).

    LINK: https://www.etymonline.com/word/zinc

    ZINC DOSING

Zinc is an important nutrient. You need it but like many mineral nutrients it is possible to get too much of it as well. Long story short, I am recommending 35 mg/day in bioavailable form (monomethionate) which is about ~3x higher than government recommended daily dose (12 mg), but is still within government recommended maximum dose (40 mg/day). Many studies show health benefits especially for older people with higher dosages of zinc (60 mg, 90 mg etc) but if you use high zinc for extended period of time it can start blocking copper absorption. Women need higher dosages of zinc when pregnant & breastfeeding. Government dosages recommend lower for women 8 mg than men 12 mg but higher 11 mg and 12 mg when pregnant and breastfeeding (making it same as for me i.e. 12 mg). However, that’s probably wrong and too low so I’m recommending 35 mg for everyone men and women in general for now until I get more information. Because there is a lot of variation about zinc dosing out there please do your own research. I will commend that the European upper limit of zinc at 25 mg is in my opinion way too low and I’m agreeing with DrPop & American government upper zinc limit of 40 mg with the caveat that that’s not a hard upper limit, you can get more even much more for short amount of time no problem.

    ZINC MULTIVITAMIN OR STANDALONE?

You should endeavor to get enough zinc in your diet but also I think you should get zinc in your multivitamin (I am recommending DrPop’s Power Source Once multi which has 35 mg zinc in bioavailable monomethionate form). I don’t think you need a standalone zinc supplement in general though you might need it in certain situations when sick (cold, rona etc). If you do a zinc standalone on top of your multivitamin (only when sick or zinc deficient), I recommend 15 mg ionic zinc (sulphate) in coconut oil (NutraFitz Naturals brand). I do not recommend 50 mg zinc (citrate) tablets. Note because 50 mg is above upper limit of zinc but because zinc citrate does not absorb very well compared to other forms of zinc supplements. My previous multivitamin only had 15 mg zinc in it in citrate form so my new Power Source One multi is a big improvement with 35 mg in maximum bioavailable form.

*iMedDo Distributors can get Power Source One multivitamins from me at 25% off! I’m privately offering Power Source One multvitamins to all iMedDo customers as well or you can buy them directly from DrPop at PowerSourceOne.com, but please buy them from me or through iMedDo distributors if you want to support iMedDo Foundation. Multivitamins are not my main focus but they make a nice complement to iMedDo Detox System, so if you want them just know they available.

    VEGETARIANS & VEGANS

Because seafood and meat are good sources of zinc, it is thought that vegetarians and vegans are more at risk of zinc deficiency, so if you are a vegetarian or vegan be sure to watch your zinc intake levels in diet to make sure you getting enough or if not is more important that you supplement zinc in multivitamin (or standalone zinc supplement). You can also get zinc in nuts.

    OYSTER ZINC

I found it interesting that a top source of zinc is in oysters. Oysters are also considered to be an aphrodisiac. Zinc connection? I don’t know.

    ZINC IN CONSTRUCTION

You might have heard of “galvanized steel”. Steel is made from iron and iron can rust/oxidize over time. To protect iron, zinc is used to plate the iron (galvanized steel). I handle zinc coated roofing nails all the time and I was curious if this is a problem or not. It’s not. I don’t think you will get too much zinc from standard zinc uses in construction.

    ZINC JELLYFISH TOXICITY

I recently visit the Chattanooga aquarium with the Tennessee chapter of the American Chemical society for a backstage tour. Their life support specialist mentioned something very interesting about zinc I want to share. He said the City of Chattanooga puts zinc in their tap water so that it will plate out and protect the iron pipes. And because of this, I guess since they use purified city water, they have to periodically test the aquarium water for zinc levels. If it gets too high the jelly fish will stop eating and will start wasting away. I thought this was very interesting as oftentimes looking at mineral levels in sea life gives clues to human life via evolution. Sure enough I found a paper on how jellyfish uptake then excrete both zinc and copper in an attempt to maintain an optimal level. How jellyfish optimum zinc levels compare to human is an interesting line of questioning.

    https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Experimental-zinc-bioconcentration-and-excretion-in-C-maremetens-ObservedMean-measured_fig2_278047093

    ZINC IN SUNSCREEN

There is a new mineral type sunscreen that uses zinc oxide. It’s not toxic but if you use it too frequently the risk is that you might get too high in zinc. My wife tried it and said that zinc suncreen was hard to get off. It felt less oily than regular sunscreen with powdery finish and doesn’t wash off in water, but felt stuck to her skin for 2-3 days. I’m interesting in trying zinc sunscreen is definitely less toxic than some older sunscreen formulations (titanium heavy metal, carcinogenic chemicals).

    ZINC IN PIGMENTS

Zinc oxide is white in color an is used as a white pigment in paints. I like to paint miniatures and no doubt my white pain contains zinc didn’t realize.

    ZINC IN BABY POWDER

Zinc oxide is white powder is used in baby powder to help with diaper rash. I assume babies using baby power are less likely to be zinc deficient if they absorbing it on their little butts but that’s worth looking into more.

*ZINC PENNIES ARE TOXIC IF SWALLOWED!!!!!!

Did you know that US pennies starting in 1982 are no longer made of copper but rather are made of zinc with a coating. The surest way to get overdose on zinc is to swallow one of these zinc pennies. Stomach acid is able to to dissolve some of the zinc resulting in stomach ulcer, zinc overdose and even death! Get rid of US pennies they are like poison pills waiting to hurt your small children or pets if eaten! All copper or all silver coins are not a problem, but the zinc ones are toxic. Usually will exit in 24 hrs but if the swallowed coin gets stuck it can be fatal.

*ZINC BUTTON BATTERIES ARE EXTREMELY TOXIC IF SWALLOWED!!!!

The little round batteries that are as small as or smaller tan a penny which use zinc or lithium in them are extremely toxic and can be fatal if swallowed. Keep them secure and view them as poison they can kill your loved one if swallowed. To counteract the battery companies coated them with a bad taste so hopefully they will be spit out but be careful.

    PART TWO: ZINC BIOCHEMISTRY

Zinc defies many generalizations as has many unique properties. It is a metal that is more important in biology in proteins than many vitamins and it is even a signaling molecule in it’s own right in the ionic form. Zinc is intricately related to many other mineral pathways in the body including copper, SILVER, GOLD, iron, oxygen, IODINE, selenium, calcium, magnesium and more.

Zinc is disrupted by heavy metals cadmium and mercury.

There is an important zinc related protein involved in heavy metal detox called metallothionein. It can bind zinc, copper, and many more metals both good and bad and things that disrupt it are bad for health (cadmium & mercury heavy metals in particular).

Part of why iMedDo System works so well for heavy metal detox is beneficial effects of silver, gold and iodine on restoring metallothionein functional composition of zinc and copper after it binds to heavy metals.

FEATURED ZINC BIOCHEMISTRY REVIEW ARTICLE: MARET2013.

I found an biochemistry nutrition review article about zinc which I want to highlight as I learned a lot from it about zinc biochemistry that I want to share.

Zinc biochemistry: from a single zinc enzyme to a key element of life.
Wolfgang Maret Adv Nutr. 2013 Jan1;4(1):82-91.
    LINK: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23319127/

ZINC IS A KEY ELEMENT OF LIFE

I didn’t fully appreciate how zinc is a key element of life .

Not only is zinc in 10% of the proteins in the human body ~3000/30,000.

Zinc as Zinc (+2) ion (Zn(II)) is a signaling molecule in its own right comparable ubiquitous importance as calcium signaling.

    ZINC IS A PROANTIOXIDANT

“Zinc is generally considered to be an antioxidant. However, it is redox inert and thus can serve such a function only indirectly. Thus the term proantioxidant is more appropriate.” Maret 2013.

    ZINC SENSITIVE TO ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

“Zinc signaling is rather sensitive to environmental factors. Acute & long term exposure to chemicals that interfere with zinc buffering should be a major concern for health” Market 2013.

    ZINC CAN CONTROL CANCER

“Role of Zn(II) ions … well documented … part of the spectrum of actions of zinc in cellular proliferation, differentiation, and cell death.” Maret 2013.

Cancer cells proliferate, differentiate from normal cells and escape controls of cell death, and it’s obvious to see that zinc signaling disruption can promote caner just as zinc signaling restoration has potential to halt cancer by giving signal not to proliferate, not to differentiate and promoting cell death.

Likely anti-cancer properties of silver, gold and iodine are inter-related with zinc signaling pathways. The one that is obvious is metallothionein protein.

It’s not as simple as taking more or less zinc, you’ll have better results taking silver, gold and iodine to desuppress zinc pathway from heavy metals for example with metallotheionein.

ZINC IS NOT ACTUALLY A TRACE MINERAL!

Zinc is said to be the most abundant trace mineral besides iron. But according to the features article zinc is not technically a trace mineral at all:

“The concentration of cellular zinc is rather high, almost as high as that of ATP. Therefore, at a cellular level, zinc can hardly be considered a trace element.” Maret 2013.

ATP means adenosine triphosphate the energy molecule. So if zinc concentration in the cell is almost as high as ATP that’s very interesting indicating zinc is extremely important for the very foundation of how biology works.

    ZINC THE VITAMINERAL

“Zinc is used as a cofactor in proteins much more frequently than most vitamins” Maret 2013. So to me zinc is a super-vitamin though technically it’s a mineral. I like combining the word vitamin and mineral and calling zinc a “vitamineral” =). [iodine, silver and gold are also vitaminerals =)]

ZINC, CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM IN CELL SIGNALING

“Zinc (Zn), calcium (Ca), and magnesium (Mg), the three major redox-inert metal ions involved in cell regulation, cover many orders of magnitude in concentrations and affiliations. Among the three, free zinc(II) ions are controlled at the lowest concentration.” Maret 2013

    ZINC FINGERS, WAVES AND SPARKS

Zinc does she crazy stuff in cells including grabbing DNA like fingers “zinc fingers”, and during cell cycle does some weird stuff called the “zinc wave” and the “zinc sparks” in cell division with zinc and calcium signaling working together. (See Maret 2013 for more detail).

    ZINC SIGNALING TIMESCALES

Maret made a point that the zinc waves happen on a minutes timescale and zinc sparks happen on a seconds timescale indicating that zinc signals can be very diverse in timing. So zinc and zinc buffering concentrations in the body can be used for all sorts of nonlinear & time delayed responses in cell can get very complicated. I used to measure very short millisecond ms times in graduate school using a technique called fluorescence correlation spectroscopy which could be used to attach fluorescent proteins to study fast calcium signaling and is interesting as same approach could be used to look at time differences in zinc signaling. Think I’ll call up my old advisor I think he would be interested in talking about that.

    ZINC & INSULIN

“Zinc(II) ions are secreted together with insulin from beta cells.

    ZINC & BREASTMILK

“In mammary epithelial cells, exocytotic vesicles contain zinc(II) ions and supply the milk with zinc.

    ZINC NEUROSCIENCE

“One target of the released zinc(II) ions is the postsynaptic N-methly-D-aspartate receptor, which zinc inhibits at low nano moles per liter concentrations” Maret 2013.

“Zinc(II) ions also modulate the activities of other neuroreceptors, and there is reuptake with functional effects in the presynaptic cell” Maret 2013.

    ZINC IN BRAIN, PANCREAS, MAMMARIES

“Zinc(II) ions also occurs in other non synaptic vesicles and are released from cells by exocytosis from these vesicles that are loaded with zinc(II) ions by different zinc transporters, ZnT3 in neurons in the brain, ZnT8 in pancreatic beta cells, or ZnT2 in epithelial cells of the mammary glands”.

ZINC ALL OVER THE PLACE: GLANDS, PROSTATE, BONES

“Cellular release of zinc(II) ions has been observed in a number of exocrine and endocrine glands. Somatotrophin cells in the pituitary gland, pancreatic acing cells, beta cells of the islets of Langerhans, Paneth cells in the crypts of Lieberkuhn, cells of the tubuloacinar glands of the prostate, epithelial cells of the epididymal ducts, and osteoblasts all secrete zinc(II) ions.” Maret 2013

ZINC STORAGE IN THE BODY: MORE IN VESICLES THAN IN PROTEINS

“Zinc is mainly stored in vesicles rather than in protein with a high zinc-binding capacity akin to ferritin in iron storage.”

I’ve talked about ferritin protein transporting in iron in several newsletters now see one on iron as well as talked about lactoferritin in breastmilk last month. Point is most metals like copper and iron in body are ferried around in proteins whereas, since zinc is a signaling molecule, it is in vesicles that can be released to locally increase the concentration fast. Compare to neuromuscular junction where calcium signaling vesicles released to stimulate muscle contraction after an action potential. Looks like zinc can be used for similar vesicle signaling as calcium which is impressive. But there is zinc stored in proteins too, like metalothionein zinc can locally release zinc for signaling.

    ZINC BUFFERING AND MUFFLING

Zinc is buffered and muffled in the body lol.

“Cellular zinc buffering is thus a combination of the cytosolic zinc-buffering capacity and the zinc-muffling capacity based on the activities of transporters that remove zinc(II) ions from the cytosol to an organelle or to the outside of a cell” Maret 2013.

    ZINC PROTEIN: MTF-1

There is protein called Metal-response element-binding transcription factor-1 (MTF-1) that is the only known eukaryotic zinc(II) ion sensor.

(That’s impressive if 3000 zinc proteins that only 1 is a zinc ion sensor for sure).

Sensing is thought to occur through a pair of its 6 zinc fingers with lower affinity for zinc than the other zinc fingers.

MTF-1 is essential for life as without is lethal to knockout mice.

Oxidation of the sulfur donors leads to zinc release, wheres reduction of the oxidized sulfurs leads to zinc binding.

    METALOTHIONE (MT) IN THE EYE

Composition of MT in eye tissue is Zn6Cu-MT. 6 zinc ions and 1 copper ion.
Zinc has been used since roman times for eye problems.

    MT IN THE LIVER

MT has a higher copper content in the liver.
[Gold in the liver also helps with detox as replaces copper in MT.]
Liver = Live -Ra. The sun of life is gold.

    CADMIUM POISONING AFFECT MT

Cd5Zn2-MT 5 molecules of cadmium displacing copper and four of the zinc. (Should be Zn6Cu-MT for example. )

SILVER GOLD DETOX HYPOTHESIS OF MT

Silver bumps Cd out of Zn binding sites and Au bumps Cd out of Cu binding site.

Ag5Zn2-MT or Ag4AuZn2-MT then restores to Zn6Cu-MT or stays Zn6-Au-MT or some combination Ag4Zn2Au-MT etc.

More copper or gold in liver MT’s. 10% supposed to Zinc with not all sites bound can bind more zinc or other metals.

    SUMMARY

Zinc is an extremely important key of life that is used everywhere in the body and is tightly controlled. If zinc gets to high or too low and escapes the control from dysregulation then bad things can happen. Practically speaking the only way you are going to overdose on zinc is if you swallow a zinc penny or zinc battery which can be lethal. There is a risk of taking too much zinc if you do high zinc supplements all the time, but practically speaking is very hard to do. Most people are zinc deficient and don’t known it as even if you do tests for zinc won’t show it as body tightly controls zinc levels and will look normal even if low. My advice is to try to get zinc in diet but also as a catch all to make sure you getting enough zinc to take a great multivitamin which has zinc in it, but I don’t think you need to take a zinc standalone supplement except for short duration if sick. Biochemistry of zinc is very complex as is used in 10% of the proteins in the human body & zinc ions are important signaling molecules in their own right used seemingly in every part of the body. See featured zinc biochemistry article Maret2013 for more details. Ultimately, zinc is WAY more important in biology and human health than you may have have realized, and detoxing heavy metals with iMedDo System is a great way desuppress zinc pathways by removing cadmium and mercury heavy metals which are known to dysrupt zinc signalling.

My believe is that many people have disrupted zinc pathways, but just taking more or less zinc is not necessarily the solution. For some people taking more zinc does help, but ultimately you need to detox the heavy metals blocking the zinc pathway. Being able to describe the zinc pathway with metallothionein protein and how silver & gold desuppress the protein from cadmium and mercury in more clarity was a wonderful result of this zinc meditation.

Another theme I got from this meditation on zinc is further clarity on child safety. Pregnant and breastfeeding need more zinc, children need more zinc, but beware the zinc pennies and zinc batteries swallowing hazard for children Also beware the vaccine for children, the unsafe poison will no doubt deplete and disrupt zinc levels which is a topic I was not able to cover in this episode but is something I known is true and that you should be ware of. Looking at how zinc signaling works in the heart and how gold works with zinc in lieu of copper is a major research interest of mine and I hope to talk more about it in the future.

I only scratched the surface on zinc, but I hope I impressed upon you my dear readers the importance of the topic.

    Namaste,

    DrBenGo Healthwarrior
